I Started A Protein Pancake Company

In this video, I will be revealing Project X, showing you my new company, and just vlogging the day as today's probably going to be one of the biggest, most memorable days of my life. I actually can't believe the day is finally here. It's like 10 Christmases at once. So the plan is basically me and Linda, we're gonna go down to the supermarket now, get a few bits to help with today's shoot, film everything for the project reveal, and then put it live today because Sunday is a perfect day to launch. And we're also 4 hours ahead here in Dubai. As you can see, you got a little Burj going on there. It's 4 hours ahead here in Dubai, so it's actually like perfect timing. Um, I really love that time difference, feels like I'm getting a jump start on the day. But anyways, please give this video a thumbs up to show your support, and yeah, let's get into it. It's gonna be a crazy day. All right, so we're just about to go into the shop now, get some bits. So what we have to get, I've made a little list right here: bananas, blueberries, strawberries, maple syrup, Nutella, peanut butter, powdered sugar, whipped cream, bacon, eggs, and milk. So you probably know what's about to go down. So Guys, here we are. Let's go! It's the ingredients, and now it's time to reveal the product. Also huge. You can definitely hear that. That was Mike belching. Sure. So this is Mike's apartment. It is absolutely insane. Look at this view. Like, come on. And, um, so it all worked out quite well actually, the way fucking UK went into lockdown and we're here because there's actually more people here. We can film. I'm with Louis. Mike, no people I'd rather be with. So yeah, this is gonna be the scene for today. We're gonna make a quick little edit, um, to post on Instagram today, really. So right, let's do it. I'm gonna show you the product. It's the big reveal, big reveal. I have of course started my very own— I've started my very own protein pancake company. First ever viral video was a protein pancake video. I'll overlay some footage of that now, and it's crazy. You know that meme, it's like how it started versus This is how it's going. This is it. And you know, you guys love the protein pancakes on my channel. You know, anytime I put up a recipe or a full day of eating, I always include it. They're a staple in my diet, whether I'm cutting, bulking, or just want to eat some pancakes. So I think this is gonna be a really popular product. I hope it is. I think it's gonna make a lot more people cook their own food as well, which is always a mission of this channel. And it's gonna be a pretty crazy adventure. So we're here from the start and this is it. This is so crazy. What's the name? Oh yeah, name: Fuel Cakes. Oh my God, let's get cooking. What the fuck? The most temperamental. And that's why we don't use cream. Would you like some pancakes without cream? First people to try it in the world. Very, very excited. Who doesn't like pancakes? That's what I want to know. Seriously, everybody likes pancakes, right? Ready? Yeah. Okay, first bite, about to go down. Do you see— do it together, do it together. You ready? 3, 2, 1. Wow. Yeah, so fluffy. I knew I was never going to be disappointed when Rob was making pancakes. Thank you. That is absolutely unbelievable. Oh my God, look at the texture. Oh, perfect. Blighted. Little chocolate chips. God. Oh my God, so perfect. That was insane. It's the happiest day of my life. It's the happiest day of my life, Linda. That's what I like to see. Absolutely amazing. Louie went to town on that. God, I definitely need a stack right now. Back on cooking the stack, bro. I think the end of the edit should be a stack with like a load of— yeah, yeah, yeah, defo. So yeah, all right, so since going live, this is my first taste. Look at that. Oh my God. Oh my God, with the Biscoff, it's just— I just have— zoom in on that, look at it. You like my— Oh my God, wow. Yeah, so good, isn't it? Oh my God. Oh, that's a beautiful stack. 2, 1, go! Just ruining my station. Wait, I think I need to do it one more Alright, so update on today's vlog. I've just been basically talking to the team, deciding how I'm gonna announce it this evening, and just so excited. Obviously very nervous, having a wine to calm the nerves. We just had dinner now in a place called Meat Co. Ordered a big steak, bit of a celebratory steak. But yeah, I'm just really excited for tonight. I've like teed up my picture that I'm gonna use for it and everything. And yeah, so now it's time to chill. and then Louis should also have the little edit he did done soon as well. So yeah, it's been an interesting day to look back on. Let me show them the view behind you. Yeah, look at this, bro. So we're in the Mico, uh, just down from Burj Khalifa. So amazing. So as you guys know, I'm a big fan of scallops, so doing this for starter. We got steak and fries on the way from Mainz. And but it's getting dark now and light just went on. It's, it's nice and calm. It's nice and calm. We got this. Today is going to be a good day. Let's go. One day it's going to say fuel cakes, open lights on the berge. Linda went for the chicken breast. That looks very lean, very healthy. And I got 300g of Australian beef So after dinner, I made the announcement and it could not have gone any better. And I know this sounds crazy, but it was one of the most exciting moments of my life. This might sound funny, but it felt like giving birth to my first child. And that's 'cause this is what it is. This is my baby from now on. I am gonna work and grow this thing until it is the biggest protein pancake company in the world. And I know it'll get there because I simply won't stop until it is. I don't care if it takes 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, 40 years. We're gonna keep going until it is a household name. So let's get stuck into this journey. I'm pumped. So that was someday, and we're actually finishing it where we started. But so by the time you're watching this, the Instagram post is live, the announcement is out there. I just, I just can't believe it. Like, I just can't believe it. But yeah, so today was a great day. We got everything done, and now The plan is— so the announcement is done, we're here, and they go on sale on Wednesday the 25th of November. I was going to just like announce it and have them on sale, but I want people to have more information about the product and I want to hype it up over the next few days. So that's the plan. And so basically, you saw today, it's amazing. I wish you could taste it through the screen. I'm so confident that everyone's going to love the taste. Like, it's just— I've never tasted a protein pancake like this. It's just crazy. And so basically the other takeaway points is I'm going to put the nutritional facts and macros and calories on the screen. Obviously that's very important. Another hugely important thing is how easy they are to make. Okay, so with my previous protein pancake recipes in my videos, there'd be so many ingredients, there'd be so much stuff to do, and people would mess them up constantly. They'd be like, Rob, I tried to make these, they look nothing like yours. Okay, and some of you sent me some pictures of some truly ugly protein pancakes, okay? I'm here to change that. So basically, they're so easy to make. Like, the ingredients is like pictures. Like, that's, that's how short the, the method to make them is. Like, it's just so easy. So you gotta make them water, milk, or add in egg whites and water and milk, or you can also add in a whole egg too, whatever you want. But like, it's just so simple to make. So of course there's like measurements on what to follow, but I really just eyeball it and play around with consistency, it's really not that important. Like, and some people will like a thicker mix, some people like a lighter mix. It's just, it's just the best recipe in the world. But so there's some key points. So key things being the taste, the macros, and how easy it is to make. And also it's just a cool brand that I want to have a lot of fun with as well. And also per cost, it works out as per serving, £2. Per serving. Okay, so it's cheaper than a protein bar. You get a nice big stack of pancakes.
