IIFYM Full Day Of Eating | What I Eat In A Day

Rob Lipsett presents a vlog that walks viewers through a full day of eating following the IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros) approach, interwoven with his daily routine. He starts with a breakfast of Nutri‑Quick taco fries, a fried egg, mince beef and sweet potato fries, noting the macro balance. He engages the audience about egg preferences, then showcases his new MacBook Pro, commenting on its larger size and lack of USB/SD ports. He outlines his habit of daily to‑do lists that constantly spill over, emphasizing a busy, goal‑driven mindset. Rob heads to the gym for a one‑hour shoulder session, describing his typical workout length and the motivational pump that keeps him pushing. After the gym he gets a zero‑fade haircut at a local barbershop. He visits a friend’s newly opened personal‑trainer studio, praising the supportive community and hinting at future collaborations. Later he eats a calorie‑dense salad (feta, sun‑dried tomatoes, bacon, chicken) estimating 500‑600 kcal, and discusses how “healthy” foods can still stall fat loss. His snack is a Pink Lady apple with a MyProtein Carb Crusher bar, followed by a brief review of his MacBook’s touchpad and the inconvenience of missing ports. He finishes the day with a walk‑cardio, a dinner of lentil‑beetroot salad and beef stir‑fry, and relaxes while watching Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson. The vlog culminates with Rob revealing his first published book (Penguin), reflecting on his four‑year journey from a dropped‑out college student to author, and teasing upcoming Ibiza training and future vlogs. Throughout, he maintains an enthusiastic, conversational tone, encouraging likes, comments, and engagement.

Alright people, so I think I'm gonna do a little full day of eating today because that is what you guys want, okay? You guys freaking love that. So be sure to smash the thumbs up button for my own little cooking show on this channel, okay? That's what I see full day of eatings are. So we're doing a bit of breakfast. It is coming up to midday. It's usually when I have my first meal. So right, we're getting creative here. We're combining these Nutri-Quick Taco Fries with a fried egg, okay? That is gonna go so well with like the mince, the beef, the sweet potato fries. It's gonna be great, right? Then a bit of low sugar ketchup on it. It's gonna be good. Anyway, sit back, relax, give the video a thumbs up because I know you like these videos, so I'm gonna give it to you. And we also got an epic training session today on the cards, so right, let's get into it. All right, so that is the first meal of the day. Good source of carbs, fats, proteins. And now, all right, I need you to comment down below. Do you have your eggs hard-boiled or runny? Me and Caroline O'Mahony, who's another Irish Instagram, YouTube person that I'm friends with, also with Alphalete. We had this argument. She likes hard-boiled eggs, right? That is like, that's like torture. That's what you do when you're like, you're like meal prepping and going to college, okay? Because you have to, because they'll spill all over your duffel bag, okay? Soft-boiled eggs, runny eggs, that's what's up. Check out the freshness. I bought a new MacBook Pro as that one is actually like 3 years old, and that is just Not on to have a 3-year-old laptop when your life is online and your business is online. So let's crack this bad boy open. Okay, I didn't realize it, but this one is actually way bigger than the one I had. Buffbunny sticker. This is gonna be so fresh. Oh! Alright, so just spent the morning working away on my brand new laptop that I'm actually loving. It's like, it flows so well. I also just did a tweet, right? There is always something to do. Like, I write out a to-do list every single day, okay? And pretty much every single day, that to-do list spills over to the following day, okay? And it's like, it's never-ending. And like, I love it. Like, like, there's always something to do. And so many people are always like sitting on the couch and they're like, I'm bored. Like, there's literally in life, there's so much stuff going on. Like, the world is so big and there's so many things to do. There's so much goals to achieve, stuff to conquer, new ventures to go into. It's tiring, but it's like there's so much to do. Again, you know, I just wrote out my to-do list there and I was just like, oh my God, like it's like even if there's like laundry to do, it's like there's always something to do. But anyways, we gotta knock out the gym now because that is one of my priorities, right? I gotta stay on top of my health and my fitness, right? That's my job. So let's do this quick 1-hour session. It's gonna be a bit of shoulders today. Um, so I never really spend too much more time than an hour, maybe an hour and 10 minutes in the gym on average. Leg days take a little bit longer, you're doing pretty quick. Let's go! We're having one of those sessions where it's like, you know, when you're feeling good, you're feeling strong, you're feeling good energy, you're feeling the pump, you like the way you look, and you're just like, I ain't leaving. I'm not fucking leaving. I'm not leaving. I'm not fucking leaving. I want to keep going. So yeah, catch you for some food afterwards. All right, man, gym done. All right, people, gym done. Now we're going in to get a haircut, right? I like to get my haircut if I'm going out like every weekend or every week, um, but usually on average I would say every 10 days. So we're going to get a zero fade on the side. I'm going to leave the top, maybe thin it out a little bit. So yeah, Choppers Barbers in Sandiford, right beside the gym, a 4-minute drive. Let's go in, have the chat, get freshened up. Sorry, boys. Yeah, hey, good to see you, man. Thanks. Alright, haircut done, and now next on today's menu is my friend, okay? I've known him for like years, right? He just opened up his own kind of personal trainer studio warehouse gym. It's my first time seeing it, so I'll see what the story is with it now, but he just opened it, okay? And it's another gym in the area, so potentially a competitor in Raw, but I always say, okay, plenty of room at the top, right? Real winners, they don't want to push everyone else down. They want to bring everyone around you up, and that's going to make you a better person as well. So we're going to call in now, just surprise him. I'm hoping he's here. And, uh, yeah, check out his new place. I'm totally going to use it for like topless photos as well, so helps me out. Surprise! This looks sick. See you, man. That's it. Oh my God. So this is Mark, okay? And that's what I was just saying, right? You know, everyone in the area supports each other, right? That's what winners do. Okay, you don't try to put everyone else down. You bring everyone else up, right? So this place looks absolutely sick. You even got the casting couch in the corner. You filthy bastard. I'm just gonna take selfies now in a minute. Yeah. This is all just a front. It's not really a gym. It's just that, that's what's really going on. Man, it's huge. It's absolutely massive. Called in my buddy there, we had good times, bit of a chat, and we're gonna work out like later on the week. But so on my way home, I picked up a salad, right? Okay, and I like to eat out or like, you know, get takeout, something like— shut up music, good song though. I like to eat out like, or like, you know, get something made for me about once a day just because it's kind of convenient, it's kind of nice, keeps your diet interesting. And so What I'm going to talk about today is this salad here, okay? People will often like, they'll, you know, they'll go out and they'll get something like a salad and they'll be like, oh, it's so healthy, you know, it's definitely super low calories. But you know, I got like feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, a little bit of bacon, 2 large chicken breasts in that. And you know, vegetables do contain carbs as well. So that's like a really big salad and I'm actually going to estimate that at about 500 to 600 calories, right? I don't have the calorie information on it in there, maybe it's online. But yeah, that's just something to to keep in mind, like, if fat loss has stalled and you're eating out every day, could be something you want to look at. Because, you know, even, even health foods and, you know, healthy foods do contain a lot of fat or carbs or something like that. So anyway, I'm just gonna go home, gonna eat this, and then go about our day. All right, now next meal or snack is, is very exciting. It is going to be a Pink Lady apple and a Carb Crusher MyProtein bar. Okay, now Maxx Tuning All right, he will tell you that Granny Smith apples, they're the best apples. Now, while I agree with him to a certain extent, I think the Pink Lady deserves a little bit more credit, right? Most of the time, I'll agree, I'm feeling the Granny Smith, but oftentimes, you know, Pink Lady cold out the fridge, it does it for me. Can anyone else make eating apples more exciting? No. Okay, so next thing on the to-do list, again, it's never-ending, right? I was just about to edit and upload a video And I realized with this stupid new MacBook— well, no, I like it. This new MacBook is— it doesn't have an SD card or even a USB. You have to get the little attachment that, you know, goes with it. I'm gonna have to go buy that separately, okay? But so there should be like computer store near enough by me, so shouldn't be too long. Let's go. Also, quick review on the new MacBook. I actually really enjoy the touchpad. Like, everything is great about it. Apart from the no USB and SD card thing. Like, look at the amount of like crap I've got coming out of it. I'm sure I'm get— I'll get used to it, like it's not a big deal, but yeah, that's, that's been annoying. But maybe, maybe this is the future. All right, so final meal of the day. I'm gonna wind down, relax. I just did some cardio there, uh, in the form of a walk around the neighborhood. Pro tip: if you want to get something done, groceries, whatever, go for a walk, do it when Love Island is on, okay? The world shuts down, right? I went for a walk there, I like didn't see one car. Like literally Dublin, UK, Ireland just shuts down from 9 to 10. Anyways, this is gonna be my dinner. So again, more veggies because I'm a hungry guy, and that is gonna be the side salad there. There's some like lentils, beetroot, tomatoes, peppers, mixed leaf salad. And then here we got a beef stir-fry. There's some mushrooms, really hot red peppers in there as well, carrots, and yeah, just loads of good stuff. So I'm gonna serve that out now, have that with it, and I'm gonna relax for a little bit. Epic day, epic meal. And now I'm gonna go to sleep, and I'm gonna finish watching Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson. They are the fathers I've never had. Comment down below if you follow those guys. But, uh, one last thing to finish the day on a high, okay? Got my first copy of my book. Look at that! Like, a physical book, okay? I'm gonna get the Amazon link to preorder it as soon as possible, okay? And— I don't even know what to say. It's like, in 2014, like, I started a Facebook page, okay? Like, just 'cause I dropped out of college, I had no job, I got fired, I had nothing else to do, okay? And like, 4 years is a short time. Like, in 4 quick years, just all this has happened, and it's just crazy. And like, there's something about a physical book. Like, there's just something about it, of like having it in your hands, and you know, being an author, and even being published by Penguin. It's crazy. And this is gonna be the first book of Manny. It was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be to write, because I be talking like talking like a bodybuilder or, you know, talking like a bro, and Penguin would be like, Rob, you gotta rewrite this. This is not fit to go on bookshelves. It's not for general population. So it was very difficult. I hope you guys like it. I'm sure you will, and especially the start of it, okay? Yeah, because the start is like my story, mindset, you know, positive thinking and everything. Then part 2, training. Part 3, nutrition. And part 4 is recipes, okay? So I think you're really gonna like it. But, uh, sorry guys, right, uh, I'm going to Ibiza next week, so I'm gonna train really hard this week, and I'm gonna talk about my approach to kind of periodizing my training before I go on holidays. So that's coming this week. So a couple more Dublin vlogs before Ibiza with Joe Delaney. Has to happen every year, doesn't it? Anyways, keep it real, I'm outta here. Peace.
