Damn Dublin, back at it again with the shitty weather. I'm actually planning already trips to California and Vegas this summer, so cannot wait for that. So another upload coming your way. I'm trying to keep that frequency up. In terms of like various social medias, there are like various frequencies that you want to hit. Like for Instagram, you want like a post a day, maybe 2 posts. You know, YouTube, the sweet spot for me is like 3 to 4 videos a week. Maybe if your life is more interesting, 5 videos a week. Snapchat, you know, as much as you want. Twitter, as much as you want. You know, Facebook, if you have a Facebook page, which I do, you know, maybe a post a day as well. I forget who I was listening to, they're like a marketing expert. It's like some things are for Snapchat, some things are for Instagram. For example, the lunch you're eating, unless it's exceptional, no one wants to see it on Instagram, so just put it on Snapchat. And also the days when I don't vlog, I don't YouTube, I don't upload, I'm like kind of vlogging on Snapchat. My Snapchat is lit. But anyways, right, so we are going I'm gonna go down and do the morning cardio. So this morning it's gonna be HIIT, 10 sprints on the bike. Let's go. Let's do it. Taking my BCAAs in the morning. The main benefit to BCAAs is they taste like my wadi. And no, seriously though, these do sort out my cravings. This is Sarah Red Raspberry. Empty gym as per usual. Alright, so HIIT is really simple. It is basically just 10— you have a lot of variance, you know, you can go like 10 or 15 seconds 100% effort, then you can take like a minute's rest, you can take 30 seconds rest. There's a lot of kind of levels of difficulty. Today I'm going to be doing 10 seconds 100% effort and then 45 seconds catching my breath, taking it easy. And then repeat 10 seconds, 100% effort again. So I'm gonna do 10 times 100% effort sprints. So it looks kind of like this. So kind of just be warming up, getting ready, getting focused. Usually I have like earphones in. When the beat drops, I go 100% and crank it up. So what? So you can time these, or you can just go by feel. It really doesn't have to be to the second. It doesn't have to be black and white. Like, for example, when I'm doing pitch sprints, another form of HIIT I do, I just sprint to the top, put my hands over here and walk back. And you know, I don't know how long it takes me to walk back, but by the time I get back, I just sprint again. So interval training pretty much is to get a lot of work done in a very short amount of time. So I'm gonna get 9 more of these done. I catch you upstairs. Another benefit of HIIT is a decent quad pump. A lot of you been asking for a sizing guide on Alphalete. I would say I'm in between a small and a medium. This t-shirt, for example, is medium, and as you can see, it's, it's actually like a perfect fit. Alright, so back from the gym, cooking up my breakfast, and this is like my cutting breakfast. When I eat this, I just do not feel hungry until like 2, 3 o'clock, and it is Classic steak, eggs, few mixed veggies there too, and a big black coffee. It's like the protein from the steak, the fat from the egg, and the caffeine. I just do not get hungry. And then I also get to save a lot of my carbs for the evening when you're kind of hanging around and, you know, you're bored, you want to eat something, and you are feeling hungrier than in the morning. Steak and eggs breakfast, give it a try. Nothing magical about it. I'm not saying you can— you can certainly eat carbs at breakfast. I just find them for cravings and everything, it is just better for me to save my carbs until the evening. Nothing magic about it though. Meal timing should be based on personal preference, schedule, when it suits you, and when it allows you to personally perform your best. I don't like, you know, having a huge amount of carbs before I go to the gym. I just feel, you know, full and bloated. I like saving them for later in the day. It's just personal preference. Play around with a few things. All right, so this company called London Gear sent me out a slingshot for bench press. I've never used one of these before, not a powerlifter, um, but hey, look, it's kind of a bit of fun, you know, adding something to a box. So let's give it a go. I don't even know, like, the benefit of these. If you know the benefit of using a slingshot, comment down below. I don't get really how this is helpful, but feels good and it makes it look like I'm lifting more weight than I can. My guess is that it helps with your lockout because it makes the bottom of the rep a bit easier, so you can overload on your lockout. But, uh, hey, feel free to school me a lot. I don't really— usual smoothie vibes, but this time I'm adding some coffee to it, some coffee flavor, some mocha flavor drops. Honestly, do not knock it till you try it. All right, so me and Sarah are going to go down to Kildare village, do a bit of shopping, um, because it's Friday and, you know, the weather sucks, so want to cheer ourselves up, do something nice. Bit out of Dublin but really good for shopping. Dressing really casual today, just a long sleeve, jeans, and Converse. Let's hit the road. Next meal gonna be some sushi. Got the macros down here, so per 100 grams it is like 2.9 fat, 21 carbs, and 6.9 protein, so pretty good. Fit it in easily. Mmm, love sushi! Man, that sunset making the wall look pretty cool, pretty abstract. Till I get an office sorted, that is kind of like my little working chair. I just sit there, laptop open, light over my head. It's comfy and I can zone out there. All right, so it is wind-down time and I thought I might as well just show you guys what I'm working at, so Basically, I'm looking to redo my website and completely just kind of make it look better, make it easier to work, especially with all the new NF gym wear coming in. You know, I want a really free-flowing ecommerce store. So this is what I am getting done up at the moment. So there has all my social media accounts. Has merchandise, fitness and meal plans. Then it has kind of, you know, article section, Twitter, YouTube, and stuff like that. So I think it looks pretty clean. I think I'm gonna go for it. And now a word on kind of what to spend your money on, right? Spend your money on something that's gonna make you money. Like, for this week, what I'm spending my money on is this website, if I go ahead with it. Put this on silent. LF Gymwear. And hiring a videographer to take this channel, you know, to the next level. Just, you know, up that quality. So don't spend your money on dumb shit that is just, you know, a waste. It's just, it's not going to benefit you in the long run. So that's lips. Financial advice for this evening. And another thing that literally just popped up on my screen here that I'm going to show you now. From the UK, we're flying to Ireland to go work with Rob Lipsett, and we'll be doing a meetup in Ireland, and that will conclude our little tour. So yeah, that is what I was absolutely buzzing about on Snapchat the other day. I'm so pumped. Details yet to follow. You know, it's still just kind of in the early stages of what we're going to get up to. But the next few weeks, man, I'm pumped. I'm literally just beyond excited. So I'm gonna wrap this vlog up here. I will see you in the next one. Thank you so much for watching. As always, keep it real. Just grab a drink because I can't sleep. Do you ever have those days and it's just like, it's the end of the day, you think of like what you did during that day and you're just like, oh I didn't do enough. You're just like, I'm never gonna get that day back, and I just could have done more. It's like you're just excited to wake up the following day because it's like you get to start the day again and like do everything. I'm just so pumped to wake up every single day and just use the day to its fullest potential. Like, I just love going to sleep when you're just like, that was a good day, that was a productive day, I got plenty of shit done. And just today, it just didn't feel like feel like it was one of those days. I just can't sleep. I'm just gonna grab some like flavored drinks in my fridge, nice cold drink. But just one of those feelings, the stress, the overwhelmingness, the anxiety of just wanting more. It's hard to explain. I don't know, I'm just talking to the camera. I felt like talking to the camera. Um, I like using this as a place to just kind of voice my thoughts because you guys, the viewers, I love you guys. So yeah, I'm gonna go to bed now. I'm just gonna sip on this. Good night, see you in the next video. I do love the look of all those lights at nighttime though.
