Life as a fitness entrepreneur living in Marbella

Rob Lipsett takes viewers on an extensive walkthrough of his Marbella villa, showcasing the living spaces, kitchen, nursery, home gym, pool, orange tree, ice‑bath, and car garage. He details his daily nutrition routine—high‑end coffee and smoothie machines, meal‑prepping, premium supplements (Ghost, creatine, pre‑workout), and grocery choices (steaks, Kerrygold butter, local produce). The vlog blends lifestyle footage with business insights: the value of webinars for client acquisition, the principle of delayed gratification in purchasing and launching products, and the importance of building audience goodwill before offering services. Rob demonstrates a full outdoor workout with trainer Ryan at Real Paddle Club, discusses cold‑water immersion benefits, and highlights local hotspots (Posh Meals deli, Beach Fitness Marbella). Throughout, he emphasizes freedom, flexibility, and the mindset needed to craft a “dream day” that balances entrepreneurship, fitness, family, and leisure.

2, 1, we're alive! What's up, bro? Come on in, guys. Let me give you a quick little tour. This is a nice little sun trap. When you come in, on your left, nice little chill-out zone. Barbecue there behind me, so you can like eat at this table here or even over there. But I actually spend a lot of time in the front garden. Like, back garden's really nice, has a pool and everything, but front garden is underrated. This is the main living area here. It's clean for, you know, a house with a newborn baby in it. I actually gave like a mastermind talk in this, in this living room. It was here. We could fit 50 in this room. So I was giving the talks there, the presentations up on the screen. And yeah, you know, so the room is deceptively big. And then so here we got two of the bedrooms here, one of the bathrooms there. We got the kitchen. This is where the gains are made, okay? Oh, oh man, we got this coffee machine, and it's pricey. You're looking at about €1,000 for a good coffee machine. This the one from Ninja. We absolutely love this thing, like we use it every single day. It's amazing. This is like the little gain zone here. We got the Ninja smoothie machine, and then as you all know, the Ninja Creami. I'm absolutely obsessed with that. All you need is you put whey and milk together and it makes ice cream. I don't understand how it works, like it's honestly wizardry. If you watch my stories on IG, you're You'll probably see me post one of them like every single day. The fridge needs a clean. So we got egg whites, we got the orange juice here as well, freshly squeezed. We got meal preps. I spent €109 on steaks. Like usually I don't do that, but I like stayed in and I was like, instead of going to the nightclub or a bar, I'm going to spend my money on steaks. Bananas, asparagus, raspberries, all that good stuff. Kerrygold butter. Very hard to find in Marbella. So that's Irish butter, and so it's literally the best butter in the world. They sell that in the Forum in a place called Baccara. One thing as well, we basically got a supplement shop in here. So we got every Ghost product you can imagine. We got even more here. This is mainly protein. Marshmallow cereal milk, that is my current go-to. Code Lipset for 20% off. They now ship in the EU, which is a game changer. I can get it to Spain or Ireland customs-free. And those are my current go-to with protein. So we'll have that after the gym. Before the gym though, we are gonna do some creatine, Pump. This is my favorite, some Grapefruit. This is going to be the little pre-workout stack. Grapefruit Legend, some Pump. I usually have that like just before, during, and then some creatine. You can have that whenever you want. This is kind of like the main desk where like the whole place kind of gravitates around here. Like we eat our meals here. It's great if we've got some friends over. Like everyone that I'm friends with is pretty much like a digital nomad, essentially, like an online business owner. So we'll set up there with loads of laptops, just get a good workflow going. Over here is Isabel's house. We call it the Curve. Like, we have a random curve in the villa and we're like, what could we make this into? So this little zone is like perfect to keep all like the baby stuff out of the way. So the Curve is now the nursery. So I did a collaboration with this company called Speediance. and it's like essentially a full gym. This is like crazy. The resistance is like over 200 pounds. It's absolutely nuts. I, I need to fire it up just, just for 2 seconds. You can do 110 pounds per side, so let's turn that on. Okay, right. Oh my God, like it's good for shrugs, deadlifts. You give it a go, come on. You can't enter the house without doing a lift of some sort. Oh, there's somebody. Shit, I'm making bad. I just recently got one of them because it does get cold in Marbella. And so if I want to do indoor workouts, I'm gonna use that thing. So the pool just got cleaned. Actually, we got the deck chairs, took the cushions off for winter. The orange tree— these are the best oranges ever. Like, they are fully edible. They taste insane. Like, absolutely crazy good. Lips, it's oranges. The fitness business ever goes out of business, I'm just gonna sell oranges and then pour drinks on the streets. We got the ice bath over here. So this This is the main gym. Linda's actually— we got a garage there and we're yet to kind of like unpack from somewhere. Look at Isabelle smiling there. But then this is, uh, this is kind of the main gym here. It's not too bad. We got the laundry room in here, and this may not look glamorous, but this is like having this separate to the house, like lifesaver. Like really just like helps keep the house clean. I'll show you guys upstairs really quickly and then we'll go to the gym. And then up here, this is my little— I guess you could call it the man cave. This is bathroom number 3, and this is my kind desk space here. I had a big monitor, but I just love working off a laptop. Got the mic. I'm doing a big live coaching webinar tomorrow, so I've got to prepare for that today. With webinars, if anyone wants a bit of a business tip, what a webinar does is one, you get to drop a lot of free value just for people that may just want more of an in-depth live conversation and to see what your coaching is about, to see if you're a right fit. So it's a great way to get clients, it's a great way for people to see what your coaching is about, it's a great way to drop free game, and it's very, very time efficient, and it's also fun. Like, when I'm on webinars, on live calls, I'm, I'm a bit more unhinged. Like, you know, I just get really in the zone. I'll say anything. So that's the plan for tomorrow anyways. And if you are an online coach, you should be doing more webinars. They're just an amazing all-round tactic to use. And then, so in here, that's another bathroom there. It's just all camera equipment. And then this right here— I could have made my bed a bit better, but this is like the master bedroom. This is bedroom number 3. And it's just, it's absolutely huge. We only got back like 2 months ago from Dublin. Yeah, it's just been great coming back here with the baby. We've been adapting very well. And yeah, that's a little update of the Lipsett tour. Now let's head off to the gym. Ryan is waiting on us. Beautiful day. Let's smash some weights outdoors in the sun. So still absolutely loving the Porsche Cayenne. I really, truly do believe it's the best all-round car that you can have in terms of like an SUV. Plenty of space. It's good on fuel, it's luxurious, like it doesn't cost a ridiculous amount like a G-Wagon. In terms of buying a new car, there's always pressure on you. And YouTube, everyone's always like, oh, you have to drive a slick car, when are you going to get a new car? And I waited 8 years to get this, and the lesson in there is delayed gratification. Like, the longer you wait, the better it's gonna be, and that goes for anything in life. So the longer that I waited to get this, I knew I could just get a nicer, more desirable car. In business, even when you first start out, you start building an audience, you start accruing goodwill, you start putting out content. The longer you wait until you post your offer or post your business, the better it's going to do. So let's say like you just start YouTube and one month in you're like, hey guys, I'm offering online coaching, or hey guys, here's the supplements I'm pushing. The response is going to be better instead of just straight away going to your customers, your audience, with your hands out looking to sell. Wait for months and months, if not years, the longer the better, until you build up that goodwill, provide value, put out epic content. When you do launch something, it should actually be at the point where people are asking you for it. So I didn't launch my coaching straight away. I didn't take on any sponsors straight away. I just made content for years to the point where your audience are actually telling you what to launch. People are like, what business should I launch? If you're putting out content at scale, really valuable stuff, your audience will literally ask you to coach them. They will tell you what product they want. People were asking, saying, hey Rob, do you have online coaching services? Before I even offered. And so that is the point that you want to get to. Wait, wait, wait. Delayed gratification. And then when you launch something, it's going to go off. All right. So this is Real Paddle Club Marbella. It's kind of like the hub where people go to, to not only train, but people just come here to socialize and hang out for the day. Like there's a restaurant, there's a barber's, there's MMA, boxing. Like everything. It's kind of like a little central hub of Marbella. There he is, yo, doing some bullshit rotator cuff. You ready to lift? All right. How much you weighing? Uh, like 175. I just I like weighing myself in pounds because you see the numbers go faster. That's a good tip right there. Christian Guzman said that on his channel. And after that I was like, I actually prefer it. It goes twice as fast. It goes twice as fast. So you just see the numbers go down more. All right, third set. Let's go all out. Nice. Last one. Let's go. A little drop set here just to go a little bit past failure, increase that mechanical tension. Ryan's going to help me out here as well. 2 more. Yeah, one more, one more. It looked easy, but yeah, I know it's not. I saw you flying up. You just, you just give way the lat. Oh, lat on fire. On the lat. There you go. That's crazy. Go, let's go. All right, 1, 2, easy. 6, get to 10. Hold it, squeeze, come on. All the way down, all the way down. There you go. Nice. Whoa, nice fillet steak. There you go. I haven't done drop set in a while. I know. It feels good though. It does, right? Sometimes you gotta do this shit. Yeah. Going through the motions. Sometimes you gotta get the pump. Exactly. This is one thing that I do. People are always like, Rob, you're constantly cutting, you're constantly in a deficit. I love like going out to eat at the weekends. So if I'm in like a deficit during the week, let's say I'm eating 2,200 calories and then on the weekends, then I can eat like 3,000 or like 3,500, it doesn't actually make a difference because you don't go over maintenance for the entire week. So if you're someone like me who likes to enjoy their weekends, lowering your calories during the week is a good tactic to basically eat whatever you want on the weekends and not gain body fat. Typically I recommend just keeping your calorie intake the same, especially if you're cutting, but if you're just maintaining like me, then it's a good tactic to do. Let's just get a little warm-up set. Yeah. So before starting a movement and executing on it, especially one that has a few different grips, play around with it. Like before you put on your working set, before you put on your heavy weight, just play around with all the different grips and get a feel for the movement before executing on it. For me, I like grabbing right down the bottom of the handles. I think that suits me best and almost kind of pulling it out like a rear, rear delt fly. It's hard to explain. Oh yeah, that feels amazing. My legs are wet. Look at my legs. I'm not built for this. 2, 4. What I love about that movement is if you're like holding dumbbells, they end up dragging off the side of your hips or the side of your quads. With these, it's just so perfect, like the way that bar just runs along your legs. You can just shrug really close to your body, but it doesn't rub off your body. So good. Therapy. That is our third movement. Typically in a pull day, I'll do 5 movements. So I'll do 2 biceps. So one, a hammer curl movement, and then one supinated movement. Oh, that November sun. Oh my God, that just instant mood boost. Like, it just makes the endorphins flow. Sun your face with a pump, that's the cure to depression. I'm just gonna say it. Yeah, for me. Yeah, for me anyway. Living example. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Okay, so the last time me and Ryan were training together, we were talking about curls and how things like lateral raises or curls, we just always end up going easy on them and and really push yourself. Your bicep is a muscle just like any other, and you need to be forcing yourself to go hard to get that growth. So obviously keep the form strict, focus on the squeeze, contraction, everything. There's so many people, they've been going to gym for 10 years and they will always just go to do 8 kg ladder raises. Yeah, it's like they're programmed to do it. So don't be afraid to go a little bit heavier. Here's the 22 kgs. Let's do some hammer curls on these. See, nice and easy. Man, that's strict form on a 22. Strict form. Squeeze at the top. Especially hammer curls as well, because you're using your forearms. You can go heavy on these. Flex your tricep at the bottom just to ensure you got a full range of motion. Ah, there we go. Give it a try. Yeah, let's go, let's go. Straight form. A little bit more squeeze at the top. That's it. There we go. Yes! Remember when we started out in the gym and we were bench pressing these? Now we're curling these. Let's go, let's go. Push, push, push until you fail. Nice. I mean, I did 10 reps. Yeah, 5 each arm. Yeah, it depends on how you count. Exactly. 4 clean reps. That's 3 sets of 10 anyway. It's 3 sets of 10. Yeah. So one more exercise left. We are going to do some cable curls. We're going to do them in a supinated position. Basically, if you want to hit your biceps properly, at least do one neutral grip hammer movement. Another great one is rope extensions. So basically, just when, like, you're holding a hammer, your fist is like this. Then do one supinated movement. So when your palm is facing the sky. So you can do it all supinated, or you can start in a hammer grip position, curl up supinated. There are two main functions of the bicep, two main exercises you want to do for sexy-ass biceps. Let's go, let's go! Workout complete. We're out of here. Whole day smashed. The big man, the Flying Dutchman. Did him, my man. It was a good session in Padel. On with the day. Check what is parked beside us. GT3 RS. When you're in the car park in Padel, it is like going to a car show every single day. Porsche on Porsche. I'm like, makes you want to upgrade now. No, I like mine. But one day I think like, will I ever buy like a sports car, a supercar? Right now I absolutely love my Porsche, the Cayenne, but never say never. Oh my God, they even got the roll cage in the back. That's how you know it's like racing series, like crazy. Not, not practical. Not practical for picking Isabelle up from school. Once you press this little button here, goes into sports mode. Oh my God, what the hell? And we're home. That was quick. What's the crack? Good to see you, bro. All right guys, so this is the deli, and this is also where I get my meal prep from. Posh Meals, same company. This is the man behind it all, the magician. And look at that. You just choose your bowl of gains. Wraps, açaí bowls, smoothies. It's just gym heaven. Look at that bowl of goodness. We got a load of veggies, sweet corn, pepper, lettuce, beef brisket. Like, that's hard to come by, some good beef brisket. That is a huge bowl. Like, going to be fed for the day. Bring in, bring in the rest. This is what I get like 9 times out of 10. I get the Caesar wrap, just the best wrap you're going to get in Marbella. So the boys got that. So the deli in Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, you will not have a bad meal here. Look at that, insane. Oh my God, it's like smoked honey flavours going insane. There's a party in my mouth and everyone's invited. It's a Simpsons quote, man. This is why I can do the food challenges. I just eat he eats so fast. Show me. Oh bro, you're not halfway done. I'm like pretty fast. Yeah, if I eat with a standard man, he takes twice or three times the amount that I take. Apparently it's healthier to eat slow, but I am just— my appetite is insane. I might just eat Linda's now as well. Like, 10 out of 10 bowl, recommend. All right, unreal, bro. Here, good session, good session, good meal. See ya. See you guys. Good luck. Oh, there he is. What's up? How's it going, bro? Good to see you. I was like, someone broken in? Yeah, yeah, come on. So yeah, let's talk pergola. So here's where you're gonna place a pergola too? Yes, so there was one here before we renovated, and it came from here, there, that little space, and then here was also another pillar. So it's nice how we have like kind of gaps to the wall. Yeah, to the wall. Yeah, the material you're thinking of is, uh, wooden, aluminum? That one, that one looks very nice, but that's expensive, you know. We can get that one in aluminium with some panel sandwich on top. Yeah, yeah, not expensive. Get the measurements, I'll get you some options. A few different options. Fantastic. Cheers. Go ahead. There we go. If you need any renovations done, pergola, Rafa is your man. Hit him up. So the guy that you just saw there, name is Rafa Lopez, and he owns Tile Collection, which you're— every tile that you're seeing right below me, it is from him. So he did an amazing job. He actually did that level up there as well with the the decking and everything. So we're gonna get a pergola put up top there because I just don't use that space enough as it should be used. And also, Isabel's awake now. I forgot you were even there. But, uh, people ask me what I've been up to recently, and it's this. I'd just be being a father. She is just the best little baby. Look at her looking around. So we're gonna chill here for a little bit, let the food digest, be a dad. I try to get out in nature at least once per day, so it's such a nice day today, we should do a little sea swim. Yeah, nice, nice chill day today. All before 2 PM. But look at this, there's not even any wind or anything. So good. Like, look at that, it's like something out of a movie. Oftentimes if you walk up somewhere with a camera, they just invite you in. They're like, oh, free content, let's go. Content is expensive in today's world. Let's see what they say. Hello, how's it going? Good, good. Yeah, good. Amazing, let's go. You're the man. Cheers. There you go, guys. Like, if you're making content, life just flows. I'm telling you, people even come up, they'll like start conversations with you when they see you recording. They're like, oh, who's this guy with two cameras? You know, I'm telling you, opens up a lot of doors. So this place is called Beach Fitness Marbella. It's literally on the Golden Mile. I don't know many places in Europe that have a setup like this, like proper Olympic plates, barbells, everything on the beach. Like, look at this. Look at this backdrop. It's crazy. They recently renovated this place though. They got the astroturf here, canopies, some more bars over there. You got the Marbella Club in the background. Oh my God. Like, I know I say not to train twice a day, but it's impossible not to when there's just gyms everywhere in Marbella. This patch of water, I don't know what it is, but it's crystal clear. It's going to still be ice cold as it's November, but it's still super nice. Yeah, so with cold water immersion, there's a lot of bro science surrounding it. Like, people say like, cures everything, it cures all ailments, it cures every problem in your life, and that's not necessarily true. What it is good for is inflammation. It's like putting an ice pack on your whole body. But what I really think it's great for is just building mental toughness, building mental fortitude. Most people, they absolutely hate cold water. They're scared of it. And you should be doing things that you're scared of regularly. And one thing it does do, it does spike your adrenaline. It just wakes you the hell up. So I love doing it in the morning, midday. You just feel good afterwards. It does give you that natural dopamine release as well. So with ice baths, or cold water sea swimming. Don't expect it to change your life. Do expect it to wake you the fuck up. So that's why we're doing it now. Let's go! You always feel so much leaner and tighter afterwards as well. Look at this, Marbella in November. Outdoor gyms, mountains. The sea. I'm telling you, if you're into health and fitness, entrepreneurship, is the best place to be in Europe. I'm so sure of that. Alright guys, I hope you enjoyed today's video. I don't do these videos to just show off and flex. I do these videos to motivate, inspire. People come up to me in the gym the whole time, they say, Rob, watching your vlogs, it made me put myself out there, they made me put together my dream life, my dream routine. And so what I want you to do after watching this video, just write down on a piece of paper how your dream day would go for For me, that is waking up, doing some fulfilling work, going to the gym, creating content, and getting outside. That is not that hard to do. Most of that depends on building a business that allows you freedom and location freedom and flexibility. So that's all you have to do. Write down how your dream day looks. It's probably not that far out of reach. Today wasn't even an expensive day. It's all just about having freedom and flexibility. So write down what does your dream day look like within reason, and then reverse engineer it and keep making tweaks, keep making changes to your lifestyle until until you get your dream day is probably closer than you think. So that's today's thought of the day. That's how we're gonna finish today's vlog. I'll see you guys in the next one. Keep it real. I'm out of here. Peace.
