Lifting With The Latsbrah !

Rob Lipsett trains with Swedish powerlifter Markus "Latsbrah" at Raw Gym in Ireland. They film a bench-press session together, with Rob emphasizing that collaborations with other creators like Meg Squats and Matt Does Fitness are how channels grow beyond just making good content.

Alright, so the usual stuff. Protein milk, cocoa, probably add in some flavor drops. White chocolate, best flavor I tried. Spinach, banana, and then I'm trying out this sample today, Neapolitan. I don't even know what that is, but alright, we'll give it a bash. Just got this in the post. Sweet. LF stickers, just so I can stick them on packages when I send them out. And the company must be a fan of the channel because they sent me a load of Haribo too. Look at that. Glenn on Instagram, big fan, dude. Softly nice. They even got the macros on them. The crack for today is I'm doing a collaboration, well, hitting a workout with the Golden One, Latsbra. He's another YouTuber from Sweden. Really, like, cool, interesting guy. He doesn't just talk about fitness. Actually, he talks about, like, politics, what's going on in the world, and that. Really interesting channel. But, so he's in Ireland, and we are gonna hit up a workout in Raw Gym, I think at 1 o'clock. It's like 9 now. And so yeah, that's gonna be awesome. But a little word on that, right? Like, you probably noticed recently I've been doing like tons of collabs, like Meg Squats, you know, Matt Does Fitness, and now, you know, the golden one, Lats Bra. They're all powerlifters as well. And people are always like, hey yo, how do I grow my channel? Number one is always going to be content, and but then shortly after is like networking, marketing, collaborations, and stuff like that. But Like I said, content is still number one, 'cause I've seen people get like big shoutouts and then all the subscribers go onto their page and they don't like what they see, so they don't click that subscribe button. So collaborations and all that are like hugely helpful, like very much so, but if you do not have the content, then it is pointless. That is the buzz for today. I just had my smoothie for breakfast. Also, it is absolutely freezing in Ireland. I'm like wearing a jumper to bed, I'm wearing like dressing gown when I wake up. It is very cold, but hey, in a month I'm out of here, heading to Thailand. Not long to go. Alright, so all set and ready to go and I'm gonna meet, you know, Markus now, Latsbra, the Golden One, whatever you want to call him. But like, he is like 100 kg, 6 foot 2. So like, when I see him, he is just gonna be like— he's gonna like dwarf me. But anyways, right, let's get this workout going, get this collab underway. Here in Raw Gym with the Golden One, and he actually brought me a gift. He was gonna get me some Zero Monsters, but not enough poverty. Not enough poverty. We're just ending the poverty lifestyle here.
Yeah, needs more poverty.
So we are going to hit a bench session here and Like I just said before, he's a big motherfucker in real life. He is going to destroy me today. So no homo. We were just saying, as two natties, you never take off your hoodie until you're warmed up, until you've got a decent pump. Almost getting there. Yeah, yet again rocking the glorious, uh, screen.
Yes. Beautiful. Nice.
Come on. Yes.
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Yep, yep. Come on, it's yours. All right, come on. Very nice. Easy.
Got it.
Nice. Beautiful. Juicy. Yeah, yes! Oh, one more! Yep, yep, nice! Take 20 seconds. Come on, rip it out! Nice! Yes, yes! Come on!
Beast!
Beautiful.
Let's go, let's go!
Great range of motion right there. Breath. See, come on, one more. Let's go, come on! Oh, nice, nice, beautiful. Yes, come on, two more. Yes, there, come on, come on, come on. Nice. Beautiful. Nice. There you go.
Beautiful.
Boom! That's really good. Nice! Boom! Nice. Yes, looking massive.
All right, push-ups, let's go.
