In this vlog, Rob Lipsett shares a day that blends a summer barbecue celebration with personal health reflections, content‑creation philosophy, and support for a friend’s YouTube debut. He starts by acknowledging the guilt of not enjoying good weather, heads to a barbecue, and notes it’s also his chest‑day at the gym. Rob discusses his recent editing frustrations, emphasizing a preference for quality over quantity in his videos. He outlines his health routine—daily fruit and veg, regular workouts, no smoking or drugs—and warns that a single energy drink can undermine those habits, using it as a broader metaphor for not letting small setbacks dominate life. He gives an informal, unsponsored review of a pair of wireless earphones he received, mentioning connectivity quirks. Rob then promotes his friend Sarah’s first YouTube video, likening it to a child’s first day of school and urging viewers to leave supportive comments. He describes his outfit choices for the barbecue, including specific brands and a hair product. At the barbecue, he celebrates reaching 60,000 subscribers, enjoys the setting, and jokes about potential viral moments. He decides to stay longer despite not drinking alcohol, reflecting on gratitude, the importance of stepping back to appreciate life, and ends the vlog with a casual thank‑you to his audience.

Zany, you must feel guilty when the weather is amazing and you're not taking full advantage of it. Because of that, I'm going to a barbecue today. On top of that, it's also chest day, so like I feel like it's Christmas or something right now. Anyways, another thing that probably only like YouTubers would understand is the last like 2 days of vlogs, and I've edited them and everything, and I just wasn't happy with them. Does anyone ever feel that? I want to give you guys quality content over quantity, and just sometimes you're just not feeling yourself. So I'm determined to give you a good video today, pick a few good topics to talk about, and just have a nice day in general. So I'm going to go inside, start my day off with a kale shake. No better way to start the day. Let's get this vlog going. Also, just reading through a few comments on the last video, Team No Traps is growing strong. And yeah, by growing I mean growing in numbers. None of us are actually growing any traps, but we will be, mark my words. Gym time, so I'm gonna go for one of these bad boys. Also, I find it very funny, right, when you like do something like bad on video, like have a kind of monster, people will be like, "Oh my God, that's gonna kill you, it's gonna do this, it's artificial." And it's like, yeah, so, you know, I eat 7 to 10 servings of fruit and veg every day, I go to the gym and exercise every single day, I rarely drink, I don't smoke, I don't take drugs, I live an active lifestyle, all my markers of health are literally perfect, my blood pressure Kletch! Everything is perfect, but yet a can of Monster is just gonna ruin all that. No, but on a serious note, stop being so afraid to live your life. You know, look at the bigger picture instead of the smaller things. You know, are you getting enough sleep? Are you exercising? Are you eating plenty of fruit, veg, fiber? All those things come before a fucking can of Monster. That also applies for anything. Like, I see some people complaining about Frozen vegetables. Vegetables. Da! Also, check these bad boys I got sent. They are, they're the most wireless wireless earphones I've ever seen. Yes, I did get sent these for free, but they didn't even ask me to review them. It's not a sponsored video or anything like that. I would recommend them. Sometimes they don't connect. That's it with the Bluetooth. That's the only problem. But yeah, no, they stay in your ear and everything. I like them, so Ear Inn, thank you for that. Also, because they're so like wireless, people come up to me in the gym, be like, "Hey, what's up, Rob?" And I literally can't hear a thing, so I'm not ignoring you, I just, I'm just listening to some beats. You can see me in the mirror. Come on! All right, so just back from the gym and something magical is taking place. I am having a quick look over at Sarah's first ever YouTube video. Da da sto! So I'm super excited for her to start YouTube. I think YouTube is just such a good productive hobby to have, and you know, I can't wait to see how she gets on, for her to start. I feel like a proud parent sending their kid off to their first day of school. So I think the video is absolutely fantastic. Obviously, I'm a little bit biased, but I'm gonna link the video in the description box. I'm gonna link her channel in the description box. It would mean the world to me and probably her too if you go check today and said something nice because she's obviously, you know, really shy and unsure. So, you know, go leave her a positive comment or something like that. Super excited and I can't wait for the video to go live. Also did a little bit of shopping yesterday. If you want to see all that, go to Sarah's video. And so for the barbecue today, I am gonna wear probably just a plain white top that I got in Penny's, scoop neck, and these ripped light jeans. Also, that is the hair product I use, Layrite Cement. I think I get asked that in every single video. Alright, so quick little look. I got the Adidas ripped jeans, and then I end up going for a black Alphalete V-neck. Absolutely love these, so good for summer. Daniel Wellington wash. Let's go hit up this barbecue. Alright, so do you like this? Do you like this? Yeah? So I just got out of the car there, one of the first to arrive. Just waiting for things to kick off, and I just realized two things. About an hour ago, I hit 60,000 subscribers, and Sarah's first YouTube video also went live. So you know what, I'm gonna celebrate. I may, I may have an alcoholic beverage, we'll see. But it's absolutely beautiful setup, lawn chairs, that just spells out summer to me. And there's even a putting green, so I cannot wait for this evening. You can't fuck off, it's going on YouTube, so this could be viral video, hole in one. Oh, no deal. Give me, give me a shot. Yeah, yeah, table for here. Oh, Savage, he's recording. Got special light beer because, you know, trying to watch my diet. Better. Well, anyway, see if we can get this thing loose. Here we go. No better sight. There you go. They should make barbecue into a cologne. I'd wear it. Set up a salad there. And you know that you are going to be the hit of the party when you're sponsored by a meat company and you bought some Carrigan's turkey burgers. Oh yeah! We'd have the friendly once a year. We're going to have it the whole way down. Too much. I'm just gonna go finish up this vlog here. I was like, okay, I'm just gonna eat barbecue, then I'm gonna drive home, get an early night. But my friends were like, Rob, we haven't seen you in so long, please have a drink, just chill with us and stay for the night. And I haven't drank in— like, I never drink, so I'm gonna take it easy, gonna chill with them for the night. And live my life. So thank you so much for watching. I'll catch you tomorrow or the next day. Keep it real, I'm outta here. And what a beautiful way to finish off this vlog. I'm also just very grateful of life. Honestly, just sometimes you should step back, just look at your day, look at your life, and just say thank you. Just give out a big thank you to the world and be grateful. Navy. It's like, how do I open a bottle? Just put a knife. So you casually just chilling there and they're like, hey, do you want to crack that open? And you're just like, unreal! Yes!
