In this vlog, Rob Lipsett and his friend Joe arrive at their accommodation in Koh Tao, Thailand. They give a quick tour of the jungle‑style bathroom and garden, then head to a beachfront restaurant to meet Adam from New Horizons Escapes and eat a hearty dinner of grilled vegetables, rice, pasta and protein. After dinner they head to a local gym where Rob leads a pull‑focused workout (vertical pulldowns, horizontal rows, traps, biceps) and comments on the relaxed, old‑school vibe of Thai gyms. The pair also talk about their favorite mode of transport – mopeds – and plan a coastal ride. The vlog ends with casual banter over ice‑cream, a “Magnum”‑style dessert, and plans to raid a supermarket for more food. Throughout the video the tone is informal, enthusiastic and full of good‑vibe commentary.

Beautiful.
Perfect, thank you very much. Oh, I'm going to go to town on that. Resist, resist. Quick look at the room. Let's check out here.
Beautiful.
Oh wow, little garden. And the bathroom, oh wow, I love that. It's like, it's like a jungle bathroom. All right, okay, so the plan is we're going to unpack, settle in for a little bit, and then we're going down to the restaurant to meet Adam and kind of get acquainted with the place and make a plan for the day. I think we're doing a little bit of exercise as well, but I am so hungry. Me and Joe are both fasted. Haven't eaten today, so need some food first of all. Okay, so yoga e-mobilizer— no, no, yoga mobility workout done. That was actually a lot of fun. Joe was my partner, and I think it brought us closer together as a team. And so now we're at— I love creeping Joe out. So now we are— oh my God, look at that view! So now we are going to go get mopeds, right? Because that's our favorite mode of transport. You probably gathered by now that we enjoy mopeds. And so Adam, who owns New Horizons Escapes, he was like, just follow the coast along this path. And like, literally, look how cool it is. Proper jungle vibes. So, uh, yeah, I'll update you guys when we get the moped, see what's in store.
We got mopeds because that's what we do. We just saw down some treacherous paths and made it home before dark. Stay tuned for an update on whether we die No, not a successful journey. Smashed it.
Dinner time.
Get some things inside me.
Look how nice this dinner setting is, right? So I got all these pretty lights here, palm trees, beach. Then you come over here into this opening. Amazing. Oh. Beautiful grilled veggies, brown rice salad, pasta. And over here we got the proteins. Wow, I am going to eat all of them. Yeah, barbecue tonight, this is my type of meal. Yo, what's going on everyone? So it is workout time. We are doing gym and fitness in Koh Tao, and I remember I was at this gym many, many years ago. Amazing gym, I had a good workout. So it's very surreal to be back here. It's also good to be back in a place that you've got fond memories of.
So, 700, right?
Okay, okay. What's up everyone?
So welcome to today's workout. We are doing a pull session, so we're gonna start off with a vertical pulldown, or we're gonna do some horizontal, and then I'm gonna hit some traps, and then I'm gonna work out these sunburnt arms as well. Yeah, so we're gonna finish off some biceps. So what time is it? It's like coming up to like 9 or 10 o'clock, so usually I train earlier in the day. No excuses, we're still going to get it done. We're still in Thailand and we've had a lovely dinner, so let's hit it. Honestly do love these Thai gyms, like they're always kind of minimal, a little bit old school, and it's just like a relaxed vibe to it. It's like people, you know, train with their top off, not really caring. And that's what I like. So yeah, it's gonna be a good session. Time to shred it!
Come on, push! She's crazy, literally. That was amazing.
People love this shit, so I don't really expect shit.
Yeah.
Give him a tug.
Doing good, man.
Smashing it. Savage mode. All right, people, workout smashed. And now, yeah, and we walk out and now we're like, okay, now where do we go? We just run off into the night. But, uh, all right, I'm ending this vlog here. So again, another Thailand vlog packed full of lifting, food, travel, adventures, sunshine, good vibes, newcomers. I could go on and on, but I think we're gonna go into the supermarket and raid it for food. Keep it real. Oh yeah, true. Keep it real. I'm out here. Peace. Goodbye. This is bonus extra footage.
Yeah.
Oh, I'm doing an ice cream.
Yeah, protein shake.
Yeah, this, this is like, you know, milk in a way. It's like protein.
Have you ever had a Magnum?
Top 10.
Oh yeah, of course. Have we ever had them? Have you ever had a Magnum from Europe land? Oh man, we are king of the Magnums.
Yeah, we invented Magnums.
Joe, did you invent this?
Looks like a twisted bao, except it's definitely not. It also looks like— looks like Kim Jong-un food. Looks like fake, like definitely not real, man. Look how it's supposed to be an egg.
100% not natty.
Supposed to be an egg, man. Like, they look like eggs from afar. You're like, oh, oh, eggs, I'll get some protein. Oh wait, it's not eggs, it's Eurocake.
