What's going on everyone? So today I woke up, had my usual steak and eggs— steak mince actually, and fried egg. But anyways, that's not important. The plan for today is I've got a photoshoot kind of thing, and the reason I say kind of thing is because These days on like social media and stuff, what companies do now is, you know, you probably see a brand and they have people, they brand ambassadors all over the world and they're all getting in photo shoots. You know, let's say the brand is based in the UK. They're not all flying to the UK. So what the company will do is they will find out where the brand ambassador lives or sponsored athlete, and they will sort out a photo shoot for them there. So today is with Machine Fitness. It's down in Be Active Gym in Cellbridge. And so yeah, I've brought like, you know, a ton of gear. Obviously, machine or the company, whatever it is, sends you out the gear and you do the photo shoot yourself. And so anyways, that's what's on the cards. I thought I'd bring you all along with me and let's go. Alright, so we're here at Be Active Gym in Cellbridge. You know I love trying out new gyms and this place looks really clean. Here with Jack, you know, he was in the Joe Delaney video and so we're doing some more stuff today. He wants to show off his shoes. He's got the Oreos. But alright, so we're gonna get started. Oh my God. I should call this the photo shoot workout, 'cause you have to keep doing reps until the camera is finished taking pictures. It's fucking tough. The good thing about these shoots is you can also get some photos for yourself. So I'm going to update lipsandfitness.com, get a few fresh photos there. If you haven't checked out my website, check it out. Man, it's so much harder working out during a photoshoot than it is just working out normally. Let it go, take a chance. I'll show you how to dance. I'm going to throw you open like a dress. Hey! Oh my God, I am, I am very tired after that. That's tiring stuff. Just busy these days, but that is good. If you're not busy, you should get busy. But, uh, so that's how like photo shoots nowadays actually work. And like, you know, companies will also send you stuff and, you know, they'll pay you to obviously post about their products. And that's why it's very good to have a camera. And last night I actually ordered myself the camera that was being used on me today. And, you know, I talked to a few photographers about it. It's the Canon 700D, you know, the big, the big cameras with the— and it's got a flip screen as well. So the quality of the videos, if I do— I probably won't vlog with it. I use a G7X. That's what I'm gonna continue to vlog with. But, you know, I might film some workouts with it. So that's what's going on with me. I'm gonna go cook up some gains now. This is just a short little video just to show you what I'm up to. Catch you next time. I'm outta here. Keep it real.
