What's your advice for someone to avoid burnout? So if you're an entrepreneur, like, it's always kind of smart if you want to build a business to focus on one thing, focus on one business, growing it instead of all these different businesses. Also think about, you know, YouTube channel, podcast, Instagram, like, oh yeah, all these different platforms and doing so much by myself. So pretty much like delegating the right way, having the right people help you. Also just don't take on too much, but rather focus on quality and quantity and then being able to say no to people, which I had to learn the hard way. Also, don't try to be friends with everybody, which I tried for a very long time. So even with this therapist, we wrote down like a circle of me and then my closest friends, you were there. And right away, another circle of, you know, maybe some people you're cool with but you don't want to hang out with them every week.
