My Favourite Bodybuilding Meals

In this video Rob Lipsett presents a full‑day of eating for bodybuilders, but formats it as a series of concise, recipe‑style cooking demonstrations rather than a vlog. He walks through four main meals: a quick power‑breakfast omelette with potato and spinach; a post‑workout beef and guacamole burrito; a dinner of grilled tuna steaks with a cauliflower‑potato mash and peas; and a pre‑bed cinnamon‑apple protein oat bowl. For each dish he lists ingredients, gives step‑by‑step cooking instructions, shares timing tips, and mentions macro/nutrition considerations. Throughout he offers practical kitchen hacks (e.g., using a non‑stick pan, warming wraps on the burner) and emphasizes speed and simplicity for athletes. The video ends with a brief community note, encouraging viewers to use his services at lipsandfitness.com and thanking fans for their recipe requests.

Hey everyone, what's going on? So a lot of you have been asking me to do some more meal videos, some more full day of eating and stuff like that. But to be honest, in the whole kind of YouTube fitness scene, full day of eatings are kind of like looked down upon for people that do them too much. You know, you often see the joke like, "Oh, what's this? Full day of eating number, you know, 8,000." So I decided to, you know, throw a bit of innovation on it, right? So I'm going to film all the meals I cook today, but I'm going to film them in kind of a recipe format and instructional format to show you how to cook them. Include the nutrition, the macros with them and all that. And I'm not going to include all the random bits of me going throughout my day in between. So it's just going to be like a ton of recipe videos in one. Because, you know, I'm always trying to, you know, bring something new to the game. So anyways, let's kick it off with breakfast. Alright, so we're gonna start off with an omelette. You know, can't go wrong with that at breakfast. Everyone's favorite. This is one of my regular, like, kind of features in my diet. It's got like a bit of potato in there for carbs. It's absolutely amazing. So alright, let's get started. Alright, so ingredients are as follows. They are some diced peppers, diced onions, and then 1 diced potato. Then we're gonna go for 1 whole egg and some egg whites and scramble them in that bowl there. Alright, so super simple to start off with. Literally just get all your kind of ingredients, the bulk of the omelette, and just throw it in the pan. Then make sure they're kind of spread out evenly, then add in some pepper to flavor. I've also decided to throw a bit of spinach on top there, just get a bit of color going on. Whisk these bad boys up. Alright, now what you want to do, you want to leave that going at it for only about 3 to 5 minutes. And we're going to transfer this over to the grill to cook the top properly. That is, in my opinion, the best way to cook an omelette because the bottom cooks really quick, the top takes a little bit longer. Alright, so about 5 minutes in here. Just keep an eye on it. Sure, it's not something that's hard to just check on. So yeah, about 5, maybe 10 minutes. Alright, so that actually only took 5 minutes and look at that. Absolutely nailed it. Alright, so look how that turned out. Absolutely perfect. Also, I would suggest investing in a good non-stick cooking pan or you're gonna have a bad time. Alright, seriously though, people, look at that. Just such a good way to start your day. 5 minutes on the grill, 5 minutes on the hob, 10 minutes in total. Really quick. Getting loads of vegetables in, carbs, fats, proteins. Ultimate breakfast right there. Really easy to do. On to the next meal. Alright people, so I've just finished working out at Hans Stringer. Absolutely smashed it, made them weights my bitch. But so I just got home there and you know, I want something quick and easy to make, so I'm gonna fix up a burrito. You know, it's like scientifically proven that burritos equate to muscular hypertrophy. May have made that one up, but you know, it could be true. Alright, so really quick and easy, we've got some guacamole, it's just a crushed avocado. Some lean mince, some diced peppers and red onions, and then some mixed leaf salad too. So we're going to put all this together, we're going to fry these and these together, and then I'm all going to put it in a wrap. I've also seasoned the beef with garlic and pepper, and then there are the toppings that I'm going to use on top, a Sriracha sauce and some classic yellow mustard, both really low calorie. Alright, so this lark is all sorted out here, so now what you want to do is you want to kind of warm up your burrito. And now I got this trick off Brian over at Humorous Fitness. Heat it up. Literally just kind of throw it on the burner just like so. It doesn't actually burn it and it gets it kind of nice and crispy. Cooks it really quick, makes it taste awesome. Alright, so put down your mixed salad and your guac and then just put in your main stuff. Oh, look how good that looks! Alright, boom! There you go. If you have like a toothpick, stick it in on top. So it stays put. But yeah, there we are. On to the next meal. Alright, what's good everyone? So it's late in the day, it's dinner time, so excuse this lighting. I really need to get myself one of those, you know, those big box lights. Look like I'm doing TMO. But yeah, so sorry about the lighting, but it's just getting a bit late. So anyways, right, it's time for dinner and I like to have something kind of like homely, something like roast dinner-y, like something real Irish. So let's take a closer look at what I got cooked up here. Alright, so I've boiled some peas. I like to have some vegetables with every meal. Then I've got 2 tuna steaks. Fish is just like so good for the size of it. There's so much protein in it. And now watch this. This is like the ultimate cutting meal. I've boiled some potatoes and— or potato— and some broccoli, okay? And we're gonna put— combine these 2, get like a hand blender, and make some mashed potato. And cauliflower is like the king of volume. The whole thing is going to taste like mashed potato. It's going to be a huge serving, but cauliflower, really low in calories. But to start off, we're going to grill these bad boys, uh, 15 minutes in total, just turning them occasionally under the grill. Beautiful. All right, so now for this concoction. So we're literally just going to go at this with a hand blender. If you want like a Premier consistency out of just milk and water. It's pretty simple. Alright, there we go guys, classic Irish dinner. Be sure to add plenty of salt and pepper to the cauliflower potato mash, make the flavor pop. Nothing exciting here, these are all just really simple recipes. That's why I want to include them all in one video instead of, you know, I can't really make a video just on cauliflower and tuna steaks. Wouldn't be very exciting. Anyways, this is the type of food I love, so I'm going to get this into me and move on to the next meal. Alright everyone, so it's the end of the day and I am all about a pre-bed snack. You can't send me to bed hungry, I won't do it. So what I'm about to show you here is kind of like, it's an oat bowl, it's kind of like cinnamon apple pie. It's awesome, right? And the protein flavor we're going to be using is Golden Syrup. Obviously you can use any flavor you want. This flavor goes really well with it. So let me show you how to put it together. Alright guys, so we got 2 packs of oats, that is 60 grams altogether. We've got some Quark, which is like pure protein, low-fat soft cheese, a small apple, some ground cinnamon, and then our protein. So we're going to put this all together and I'm going to show you how. Alright, so first thing we're going to put together is the protein oats. It's just the easiest thing to make and I still get messages, even though I include it in so many of my cooking, eating videos, I still get messages like, "Hey Rob, how do you make protein oats?" So I'm just like, where you been, you know? Next person who messages me about how to make protein oats, you're getting blocked. Okay, I'm not actually going to block you, but I'm just going to be like, you know, come on, man. Alright, so this is literally it. Oats in the bowl. And it's just like— The oats and protein are one. Then you literally just add boiling water and stir it. Easiest little thing to fix up there is. So after your oats are done, literally just chop up an apple into really small pieces and mix them in. So again, just throw them in the oats. Mix it all up. Add the cinnamon. And then about 30 grams, a big spoon of this stuff. Alright guys, there you go. I know it looks like a bit of a mess, but it honestly tastes amazing. It's like, that's like the cream, the apple, you know, it tastes like an apple pie. So I'm going to finish off my night with that. Alright guys, so wrapping up here. Sorry this video wasn't like, you know, amazing, very exciting stuff. But you know, I do have to do the odd recipe videos because I've actually gotten some mails and they've been like, bro, you know, some of your recipes, you know, they taught me how to cook, I lost like X amount of weight, you know, I completely changed my physique. So apparently they are really helpful. And you know, that's what I'm all about. That's what this channel is about. Of course, I also never mentioned that if anyone wants help with their diet, of course hit up lipsandfitness.com, link is in the description. Box. I really don't plug my services enough. But anyways, right, that's all for me. I'm gonna go to bed. Hope you enjoyed the video. If you enjoyed the video, just leave it a like. Anyways, right, I'm waffling on. I'm out here. Keep it real.
