Good morning, team. A full day of eating because I'm absolutely dialed at the moment. So January, spent half the month traveling, so there's a lot of eating out, there's a lot of planes, a lot of hotels, a lot of restaurants. This month, February, we're staying put. I'm just camping out in Vilnius, hitting the gym, working hard, cooking my food, and that's what makes me extremely happy. I love doing the same thing every single day. So we're starting the day off with the world's most optimal breakfast. It is the classic steak, mushrooms, and eggs. Obviously it's high protein, a lot of healthy fats, low carb. If I have this, a big massive caffeine— a big massive caffeine— a big massive coffee in the morning, I'm just like set for the day. I'm not hungry. Hit so much protein, so much micronutrients. It is truly the breakfast of champs. Either that or I just skip breakfast. It's so easy to make as well. You literally just throw it all in the pan at the same time. It does not get easier than that. A little bit of EVOO, extra virgin olive oil. Let's do the mushrooms in first. Let's do the steak. Listen to this noise. Best noise ever. And let's crack these eggs in. And that is breakfast done in minutes. On its way. I'll show you guys the end result and then we're gonna have an epic day. Got some cool stuff lined up. Big workout in Marbella in Paddle Club with a load of Gameplan members. The pregnancy update. Life is good. Alright guys, so meal 1 of the day. Steak, eggs, and shrooms. And load of water as well. We sipping on that Evian today. Gonna do this now, then I got a little bit of laptop work for an hour. By the way, I wake up at like 6 or 7 and I don't like eat straight away. I like get all my replies done, do some editing, go up to my laptop, go on my phone straight away. Something that I just, I just do. I know people say you shouldn't do that. I'm more productive when I do it. And then about like 2 to 3 hours later, I'll either like have my first meal or I will just push straight. I'll just go work out and then I'll have my first meal after that. But at the moment I'm quite lean, and as we know, the leaner you get, the more your hunger and appetite increases. So funny enough, when I'm in like my final few weeks of a diet or a competition prep or something, I usually have breakfast more often. You're kind of like at a weaker stage really, like in terms of your body, you're more like to lose muscle when you're like super lean. So this is when you should probably be eating more regularly and positioning some more calories around your workouts. So like the leaner you are, the more important meal timing becomes, but it's still like not that important. And still the main thing is your total daily intake. Time to eat. All right guys, so we're off to paddle. And basically, so my app, my coaching platform is called Gameplan. And when I started off, when I launched it, like at the stage I launched it, having an app in the fitness industry was impressive. Like, there was more barriers to entry. Now there's a lot more developers, and it's kind of like the norm to have like a clean coaching app to coach people. And then the new kind of trend, I guess you could call it, is like, seeing as, you know, having an app is pretty easy to do, you just, you know, you pay for it, you get it done. Now it's kind of gone full circle that people, even with an app or coaching platform, people want a more personalized approach, especially with like AI and everything. People want you, you know. That's why having a personal brand is so important. More on that another time. But so basically, I got a lot more hands-on with the Gameplan app. So I started adding in biweekly calls that are like really fun. Like, I love getting on them. I always feel hyped up afterwards. We talk about everything from fitness, self-improvement, and also there's a lot of kind of like business talk as well— how to take your business online and live this kind of digital nomad lifestyle. And so now I'm gonna take it one step further and I'm doing more in-person things. So there's a lot of Gameplan members actually here in Marbella, and so I group of stories. I said, hey guys, anyone in Marbella on Friday, let's all have a big group workout. And so now that's what we're gonna do. So feels really cool to just be building this. Like, it's kind of like my dream, you know. So especially like having members here in Marbella, I'm just like, it's unbelievable. So that's what we're gonna do now. I'm gonna be in the gym in 10 minutes to meet everyone. It's just going to be like, you know, a big like pump session, a big group workout. And so yeah, that's the plan for the day. Some good old community building. What a cool name as well, Gameplan. I'm also going to be launching some, uh, cool new features onto the app as well this month that's going to be a lot more business focused. Basically everything that I would give my 22-year-old self starting out in the fitness industry. So if you're interested in that, drop me a DM. And of course, if you want to sign up, the link is always in the description box. So now time to Smash this pre, some Ghost Burn. Guava berry flavor. This is like, it's a burn, it's a pre-workout that makes you sweat. It's like spicy flavor. So good. Yummy. Power Club, let's go. Walking into the gym, this sunlight, walking down this road, it is just, it's easy to make it to gym, I won't lie. Like it does make things a lot easier. So we're gonna go in now, meet all the fellas. Have a good pump, get our tan on. That's a solid day. So the crew is all here today, and of course it's Friday, so we're hitting International Chest Day. And we actually got a pretty nice setup here as well. So we got 3 bench presses all lined up, and I said to the fellas today, the only requirement is we all gotta hit one PR. So it looks like it's gonna be on the bench press. Just going through, making sure everyone's form is locked in. The vibes are high, the weather's amazing. I think it's gonna be a good workout. All right, so back from the gym and Linda, Chef Linda, is cooking up a storm here. So we are having a pasta chicken broccoli feta tomato bonanza. This is like something you would get in a restaurant. Like, it looks so good. And I've even actually also got some pumpkin I might add in. So it's going to make things very rustic. But what a nice workout in Paddle Club there with all the Gameplan members. Like, everyone looking so jacked, by the way. So the program must be sick. Jackness aside, everyone's so nice. It's so good to see each other, like, making plans with each other, like, talking about their businesses, lifting weights, spotting each other, setting PRs. That makes me so happy. Like, after that, I'm just in the best mood ever today. I'm just like, thank God for life, you know? Lifting weights, coaching people, creating content, getting outside, lifting outside in the sun with my wife, cooking food. Life is good. Let's also check on these tomatoes getting sautéed.
I've been sautéing with garlic, so they're going to be added into the pasta salad.
This is the Villa Lipset restaurant. All right, Linda, talk us through lunch.
We have a huge pasta salad. There's a homemade sauce with like balsamic and avocado, feta, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes with garlic, broccoli, pasta. It's so good.
And then stacked What do you got in your bowl?
Some sesame chicken.
Wow! And then I got some pumpkin here as well. So this is lunch macros, we will estimate. That looks amazing. And we're having lunch in the front garden of Villa Lipset. All right, so we're walking off the pasta salad, and this is Portoblanco, Marbella, in February. Like, just look at this. Like, this actually became our favorite time of year. Feels like a cheat code just getting this weather in this time of year. It's just absolutely crazy. So We're just walking the length of the port. We're parked like way over there, so one lap up, one lap back, get our 10K steps in, get some sunlight in, and life is good. Walk finished. We're just up on the sun terrace. We need to chill out here more, it's so nice. But so, little pregnancy update. Which is pretty much all we can talk about. So Linda is how many weeks?
21 weeks now. 21 weeks.
And how are you finding it? Good.
I mean, the first half flew. I suppose I didn't know I was pregnant for the first 5 weeks, so it's of course going to go a little bit faster. But I feel like the second's going— the second half is just going as fast. What do you think?
I think it's going very fast. I'm like, we're mapping out the year, and so like, it's February now, baby's here in June.
20th of June. We thought it would be the 20— I think it was the 26th the first doctor told us, and now apparently it's the 24th.
Yeah, so you know, in and around that time. But like, there's not that many months of the year left. Like, it's like February, March, April, May. Like, that's— it's so crazy. And so my goals now for, you know, this whole year is like, that is the main focus. It's the most important thing in our life. And so my goals personally is just to be in the best place possibly physically, you know, my health, financially, spiritually, absolutely everything. Just be mentally, just be in the best place possible so I can be the best father possible. And so the plan is we're going to be here in Marbella March, April, and then seeing as we're not going to be here for definitely not May, June, July— baby in Ireland, baby in Ireland, of course, get to get the Irish passport. But yeah, so we want to get the villa rented as well, so So if anyone is interested in staying in Villa Lipset, just DM the Villa Lipset Instagram page and we can have a chat. Which is like, it's so crazy for us, like we love this villa so much, I actually want people to experience it. But that's the plan.
It's just during peak summer, like it's such a good holiday destination, and if we're gonna leave it empty and bring all of our valuables home, we may as well.
It is criminal leaving a Marbella villa empty during summer. It's only an asset if it makes money. So that's the plan, but we're absolutely loving the pregnancy. Like, obviously we're very regimented with our, like, sleep, our diet. Linda's eating very healthily, and so that's had, like, a great knock-on effect on me and my productivity and everything. So we're really enjoying it.
I'm studying as well.
Oh yeah, Linda is studying to be a Pilates teacher. Like, she's doing a full-on course. She's doing, like, the best course possible.
It's different because I've obviously done a, like, degree before, like a 4-year degree. This is something that's a lot shorter and a lot like you can kind of do it at your own pace, and I love it. So I'm in a studio in Marbella learning and then also doing like lectures at home. So that's kind of keeping me very busy and like feeling productive during the pregnancy.
And I'm very proud as well.
I love reformer Pilates so much.
I, I actually love them as well. Like when Well, I think my most liked pick this year is me doing reformer. We're gonna go downstairs now, finish up the day. I got like some more calories and macros to hit, but this is, this is the little upstairs sun terrace. So, so nice. Like such a huge space as well. One day we want to put like a pergola on this, but I think it's pretty nice without it. Look at that.
This time of day is just perfection.
It's just amazing. It's just Palm trees by me. Life is good. See you at the next meal. Final meal of the day, we're making tacos. We are gonna go for— I think this is like 200-220 grams of lean ground mince. Now this is very hard to get in Spain. If you go to like the aisles and you just get like the pre-packaged mince, like the fat to protein ratio, the fat is going to be like the same as the protein, like it's not lean. But if you go over to the butcher's counter and you ask for bajo en grasa, low in fat, carne Picanha. That was, that was pretty good. Bajão de Graça Carne Picanha, lean ground mince, low in fat. Then you'll get it. That's the only way you can get it. And if you go to a butcher's, it's the same as well, but you have to like ask them to put like a lean cut of beef into the machine. I don't know why. I've tried every supermarket. They don't just serve in packs. But either way, it's all good. It's roughly the same price. So we're gonna have that. We are gonna mix in some chopped garlic to give it like not only amazing flavors but very healthy as well. We're gonna 3 corn tortillas. We're gonna mix in some basmati rice to hit our carbs as well. And then we're also going to dice up a green pepper into that as well. And we're gonna lather it in hot sauce, as I do with every single meal. And it's gonna be great. Let's put this all together. Oh wait, let's see. I think— yeah, this is the man for the job. So we're just gonna mix this all together, and I'll probably put these— I'll toast these in the air fryer. So Let's go! In with the rice. That is just as perfect as it is. And now we're gonna add some tacos. Throw these on. Quite a lot. That is— that's a plate of goodness right there. Look at that. Even me with my mustache. It is— it is very much Mexican night tonight. Let's get some hot sauce on this bitch. Look at them. I'm actually proud of that. All right, we're doing it, we're doing a taco test. Let's choose a nice, nice big one. That is a stacked taco, look at that. Okay, the carb on carb, unbelievable. What a luxury. That is the perfect way to end today, finishing macros on today. So we are finishing up on 180 protein, 52 grams of fat, and 250 grams of carbs. All right guys, so that is a wrap. If you enjoyed today's video, classic full full day of eating, training, some good vibes in Marbella. And that's going to be the buzz for this month and probably the month after that and probably the month after as well. We were just training, eating, and working, and that's the year. And like, that's my daily routine, and I'll get to where I want to be if I just follow that. And that's it. I'll see you next one. Keep it up. Peace.
