My New Car Reveal (You Won’t Expect This)

Today is a good day to buy a new car. Starting off the day, my favorite coffee spot, Bijou in Rakkar. Plan for today is we're gonna like get ready and we're picking up the new car at 1 PM, and I'm so excited. I can't believe it's real. We need it for our baby that is arriving in exactly 7 days, so it's a dad wagon, but it's the coolest dad wagon that you can possibly get. So keep watching, find out what it is. But today it's going to be a good day and I'm super excited. I haven't bought a car in like 8 years, like 8 years. It's crazy. Like, the last car reveal on this channel was 8 years, so absolutely nuts. Let's get after it.

We are in Foxrock. We are going somewhere that has actually been on the channel before. It's Lewis Motors, uh, that's based in Foxrock. You know, we got to support the local Foxrock economy. They, they really need it. So Lewis Motors has been, uh, what I like to call a friend of mine and a friend of the channel. In the past they've given us some Ferraris, like some crazy cars to drive, and they've always been like very YouTube friendly. So I really like supporting my friends when I can. Nice balance between a family car and also something that I can have a little bit of fun with. I posted this, uh, on my story. Like, you guys actually chose this. It was going to be either BMW X5, a Land Rover, or a Porsche Cayenne, and this thing won by a mile. So Alan, walk us through here. Walk us through. Oh my God, what the hell? It's better in person. First thoughts? Oh, so on, on the website it looks kind of navy. It looks kind of navy on the side, and then here it is like jet black, and I'm like I am in love. And look, I know this from you saying this, Kawasaki green brakes. That's it, see how I know the shade of green? No, it's just absolutely beautiful. So this is also how much I trust Lewis Motors. I didn't even go view it beforehand. Like I literally saw it on the website and I was like, yep, let's do it.

It's incredible. It's beautiful. I love it.

Got all the trimmings and everything. It's got like all the spec, the big wheels. I was looking at a few other models in the UK and they just didn't have that extra oomph. To it, but this is like, this is Porsche. Like, it's a Porsche feel.

So, oh, so, okay, so we're actually, we're getting a baby seat like installed in 2 days. So I have 2 days until it's not as cool. Yeah, yeah. So I was like, Linda, just let me enjoy my moment for 2 days at least.

There's gonna be a little baby seat in the back here. That was obviously a huge reason of getting this car. So I've been driving a Mercedes C-Class for the last, since 2017 or '18. Amazing car, never had any issues, but it's only 2 doors and, you know, that's not going to be too convenient. It's time for me to grow up, time for me to level up. So your dad era, this is my dad era.

I got a mustache now as well, you know, everything.

I tell you honestly, if it's me doing it, I'm fine.

I'll never forget, I was driving to my retail job in Dundrum and it stopped in the middle of Dundrum Crossroads. Everyone go mental at me in the lashing rain, 7 AM, and I'm like, will we ever get to this? Like, it's just so surreal. Like, this journey, it's been absolutely nuts. Like, I feel like that was like not long ago. So this is just crazy. What was that retail job? Hollister. Of course, where else would I work? Standing with my top off. My first exposure to the fitness industry.

We're going to go to the one in Temple Bar. Today wouldn't be complete without smashing energy drink. Blaring the tunes, driving to the gym, and just getting lifting. Like, at the end of the day, that is what makes me happiest. And like, you probably see like me getting a new car and all this in like today's video. Like, honestly, the best thing in the world is having a healthy body, having a fit body, getting jacked, exercising and working out. I'm, I'm really not just saying that, I truly mean it. At the end of the day, that is what makes me happiest. Like, today wouldn't be a complete day if I didn't like get a killer workout in And I really do mean that. Like, maybe if someone's watching this, they're like, oh, you know, I really need to get a new car. No, if there's anything that you need, if there's anything that you actually need, it is just your health and fitness. And I think personally, I think lifting weights, building muscle is the healthiest thing you can do, building a foundation of strength. So if you take anything from this video, actually, just actually take that. Just take that, go train, go get really healthy, and go get obsessed with working out in the gym. That's actually my my takeaway point from this video. So we're going to go in now and we're going to hit some upper and then we're going to wrap things up. But what a day today.
