We're going, dude. You press the red button, okay, dumbass? Oh, I mean, welcome to the vlog. It's like, oh, it's on. Okay, nice, Rob. Hey guys, welcome to today's vlog. But on a serious note, we are in New York and it is a beautiful day. We're drinking a cold brew.
The crew— speak a lot louder.
Yeah, this is perfect. This is why we got a microphone upgrade. So the crew is slowly building. Look who is actually behind the camera right now.
It's-a me, Mario. Oh, I missed you.
Terrible jokes. So right now we are on the way to a candy shop because Max really enjoys candy and this is meant to be the best one in the world. So I was like, actually I wasn't even planning on vlogging today and I was like, you know what, I'm gonna vlog. So who knows where we will end up. We could end up in Toronto in this video and we also got to meet up later. Sorry, lady. Either way, it's gonna be a good one. Keep it real.
Oh my gosh, let's do it!
Dylan's Candy Bar. It's like a nightclub for candy.
Candy Club?
Yes, that's it. Smells like, like strong sugar. Oh my God, free samples, free samples! Yeah, doing it. Sorry children, please politely get out the way. Red velvet cookie dough. Oh, Emily, like I'm having a few samples, I don't give a damn.
We were good this whole trip.
That is crack.
Oh my God, I think we can make bad decisions.
Yep. Oh wow, I choose this place over the club any day. Break it down. Nice, pretty good moves. You'll never meet one person on this whole planet that likes sour candy more than me. The expression kid in a candy shop should be changed to fitness YouTuber person in a candy shop, as this stuff excites us a lot. It's not something we regularly have. Well, maybe Max has it regularly. Anyways, after we fueled up on sour candy, we made our way to the meetup and the turnout blew us away. Oh my God, guys, so any of you who have not seen Toran, he is a certified beast. So glad you could join the meetup today. Certified. Whoa, we're going. Yep, Sweden. All right, so quick little update on the vlog. Okay, so as you can see, it's gone on, it's gotten dark, it's getting late, but we're still going. So it's starting to quiet down a little bit, it's nice and chilled now, but there's still a massive crowd and a lot of people to get through, and we can't and we won't leave until we meet everyone. Probably see my voice a little bit gone, but here, let me show you like kind of the scenes now and how many people are left, right? So still a lot of people to go. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! So we're going to get through everyone, then we're going to go eat, and then we fly out to Toronto in the morning. Alright people, so update on the vlog. This is seriously views from the 6th, okay. So we're in Yumaro Joe's, or Joe Yumaro's apartment. He's the owner of Yumaro, and look at the view. Very, very cool. So basically we're all just meeting here before we go to the Toronto meetup. And now guys, I apologize that, you know, a lot of the content this week has been like flights, meetup, you know, and then end of the vlog. But like, that's just what we're doing. That is what we're here to do. So, you know, it is what it is. I'm gonna record what I'm doing. But so right now what we're doing here is we're actually looking at a few new additions to the Alphalete line and a few new clothing things. I think there's a collaboration with Gamaro taking place or something like that. So either way, we're all going to group up here and then we're going to head to the meetup. And then we've got a big night out in Toronto. Joe is taking us out in his hometown and showing us a good night. Apparently we're also going to Drake's restaurant too. So be sure to give video a thumbs up, sit back, enjoy, and I'll see you in the next clip.
Some new gear.
So here's some secret documents. Probably not meant to record this. Yeah, I'm having a little look through. It's cool. This is coming out in September.
The plan is everyone has to leave the meetup by 8:30.
Every single one.
Thank you.
So the plan is 8:30 is the final call. You have to leave the meetup, go back home to your hotel, get dressed. Dinner is at 10:00. It's a set menu. So we have to be there at Frings for 10. We're at Max's favorite person's restaurant, Frings.
It's Drake, by the way.
From there we are rolling over to the club. Don't drink too heavily at dinner because we have a lot of bottles at the club that we have to finish.
And yeah, if you guys are in Toronto, we're going to take care of you. Oh my god. Oh my god. I can see it now. Is it showing? Camera's rolling. Stop. This is always the exciting slash nervous part, right? Holy shit!
Yeah!
Crazy! Oh man, let's go!
Fucking love you, man!
Wow, wow, what a nice way to enter the building. Okay, so we just got to the meet meetup, okay? And pleasantly surprised, it's very organized, and that is music to our ears. Yeah, so it's great to see. Gonna have a great day, and hopefully this will go nice and smoothly and become more of a relaxing chill video. Let's do it. And that is a wrap, meetup is done. Oh wait, it's nice and warm out tonight, uh, which is absolutely perfect because now we are all going to gather up— actually, we're going to go home first, we're going to nap a little bit. Here's the man. Thank you so much for ordering. I appreciate it. I'll see you in a little bit. Yeah, here we go. Cheers, mate. All right, so we're going back to the hotel.
He just has to do an outro clip, that's it. I know, we'll explain later.
We'll explain. All right, thank you.
Thank you.
All right, guys, so we're going back to the hotel now. We're going to regroup, we're going to get some dinner, and then perhaps hit a night out. So I'll catch up with you guys in a little bit. Okay, so we're back. I'm staying at the Hyatt, by the way. So now we really got to quickly get ready and get to the restaurant, meet everyone.
Inspiring a lot of people.
You're positive and you're the role models and you're the catalyst of change. You guys should be really proud of that.
Get out of my room, dude. Where is the minibar?
Shut up, you're so fat.
No, no, no, no, no. Get out of my room. Hey, do us a favor and just like shut up for 2 minutes.
Get the fuck out.
Get out, dude. Get off. Move that Instagram Live bullshit. Go. Dude, you're not keeping it real right now. Yeah, get out, dude. All right guys, so update on the vlog. I have not vlogged enough in Toronto and it is literally one of the nicest places I've ever gone to. I'm 100% coming back once I get a little bit more time. So we came in yesterday, right, me and Emily, on our like 10th, 10th flight in the last couple of days or something. Uh, we went to our hotel, checked in, it was really nice, and then Shortly after, we didn't have too much time until we went to the meetup. That was also absolutely epic. It was really well organized and it went really smoothly. Then after that, we had plans to go eat out at this place called Frings that apparently Drake owns. He wasn't there. I was expecting him to be serving us dinner, but he didn't show up. But so we went there and we had a few drinks at dinner, and then afterwards we went straight out to the club, and Joe from Yumaro Yumaro Joe, it's not his real name, but he absolutely hooked us up and we had an absolutely epic night. So now it is the following day, it's evening. I realize I haven't vlogged much and I need to, and we're gonna go shoot some content for Alphalete because it is like golden hour right now. So that is the update and that is where we are now. Pancakes everywhere here. Yo Igor, tell us where we are.
So we are in the Toronto Financial District. This is pretty much like the core of downtown. You got like the hipster Brooklyn area down that street. You got the area that you're probably going to get stabbed down that street. But this is the nice part of town. This is pretty much like, for this little block, it's like New York. We got the Toronto Stock Exchange just down there. So this is the busiest part of the city. This is actually, it's funny, Rob was asking, this is the building I used to work at until I quit my job.
Yes! Screw you guys! Stick it to the man!
Yeah, so welcome to Toronto.
So today, one thing I did, and I love doing it whenever I'm in a new city, and especially when I'm traveling with a lot of people, you know, I absolutely love these guys. We're so, so close and we get along so well, but I do like my alone time, and I do kind of like, you know, exploring city on my own. So today I just went for a walk all around the place. I did a bit of shopping, bought some clothes, and I also got some fro-yo because, you know, I'm a fro-yo addict. And it's just beautiful. Like, it's somewhere that I could walk around just for hours and hours. I did the same thing in New York. So yeah, highly recommend checking out Toronto if you have the chance. Right, so we are trying out Canadian food today. I had what's called an ice cap. It was amazing. Everyone was like, you gotta try the ice cap. It's like an ice slush puppy cappuccino, and I loved it. Tim Hortons. You demand him. Good. And so now we're trying an O'Henry. Okay, run us through it. What is it again?
Uh, crunchy peanuts, chewy fudge.
See, they fucking love it. That's brilliant.
Okay, go ahead, Rob, do the honors. Mmm, good.
Yeah, yeah, you see that? It's like Snickers but a bit better. Hashtag ad.
There's more peanuts.
Mmm, approved. Canadian food is good. I need to get some poutine now though. I'm gonna be done. Okay, so this is the end of the Alfley Tour vlogs. The last stop was Chicago, which was another very successful event, but I didn't vlog it as not only was I so tired at this stage, but I also wanted to just enjoy it and take it all in. This vlog probably seems a bit all over the place and all go-go-go, and And that is how the tour was. But as I'll explain in the next clip, my summer adventures aren't ending here. So we are home. I am so happy to be back in my apartment. The tour was hectic. Like, I don't think I've gotten on as many flights as possible, gone to as many countries in that amount of time. Like, that was like proper, like, go, go, go, travel, travel, travel. Really, really epic. I had some of the best nights out with some awesome people. I met some seriously cool people with amazing stories who watch these videos, and it really does remind you why you make the videos. It is very fulfilling and rewarding, and anyone that I met at any of the meetups, I just wanna say thank you for just being cool people and for following my videos, for benefiting from them, and for meeting me in person too. I thought my summer was over there, okay? So that was the end of it. But basically, I found out last minute that I will be going to Las Vegas on the 23rd of August for the McGregor fight. Come on, like, you have to get involved in some way. But basically, I'm going over with the NutriQuik crew, which is the people who do my meal prep. More details to come, but yes, I will be vlogging it, and I can't wait to kind of show you what's in store. And so yeah, that's my next adventure. This week I'm just going to be training hard leading up to it. Lots of sleep, lots of lifting, lots of salads and kale smoothies. But, uh, so yeah, that's basically the update. Thank you so much for watching. See you in the next video. Keep it real. Peace.
