Nobody Wants To Admit This (Marbella Day In The Life)

In this Marbella‑based day‑in‑the‑life vlog, Rob Lipsett walks viewers through a packed schedule that blends fitness, car culture, family life, and personal motivation. He opens with pride in his orange tree before heading to a local garage to install a subtle Maxon Design body kit on his Porsche, emphasizing the transformation’s impact on his driving enthusiasm. Rob then showcases his home‑gym routine, detailing a shoulder‑focused beach‑day workout and debunks common "wait‑until" excuses about age, career, marriage, and parenthood that supposedly hinder fitness progress. He stresses that disciplined training and nutrition elevate overall life quality. Mid‑day, he highlights a meal‑prep order from Posh Meals, describing the teriyaki beef bowl. The vlog shifts to family time, featuring his daughter Isabel, a pram‑rocking device, and playful banter with his partner Linda. The day concludes with an evening dinner at Magna with friends David and Julia, complete with outfit checks, scenic views, and reflections on positivity and hard work. Throughout, Rob intersperses product shout‑outs (CC Styling Performance, MrWash.es) and motivational messages, reinforcing his brand of disciplined, aspirational living.

Something that I take great pride in is my orange tree, and the oranges, they're, they're getting girthy again. They're getting nice and thick. Give it one more month. Oh, look at this size! That's going to be a good one. Give it one more month and these bad boys are gonna be ripe for plucking. Welcome to today's vlog. I am just about to run off and get my Porsche modified. That is a sentence I just never knew I'd be saying. Usually when people put body kits on cars or they make customizations, I really I don't like it, but I'm getting one done today. It's in Marbella. It's actually from a garage just opened up. It's Irish-owned, so gotta support the Irish. And I'm getting a very subtle body kit put on it, a few very subtle tweaks that's going to make it look much, much meaner. So let's run off, do that now, see how it goes. Day in the life, Marbella, let's get into it. Also feels amazing to be back in the home gym. My workouts have just been mainly upper, lower, very focused on saving time, so not much rest time. Very intense. And look, I think I'm holding up all right. I don't feel like a huge loss in strength, maybe on like a few certain lifts that I haven't been paying enough attention to, but overall it's been good. So today we're going to do a little beach day, a little beach day upper. We're going to start with a shoulder emphasis, so that's going to be overhead barbell press. Then we're going to do a pull-up movement, pull-up, lat pull-down, whatever way to pull up. We're going to do some flat pressing, and then we're going to do a little row, finish off with arms, and then we're beach club ready. Close grip tricep press. Oh, it's a beast, especially with the weights. Yeah, go right to failure. I got to hit you with some real talk very, very quickly. When I was 20 and just getting obsessed with the gym, guys a few years older than me in college, they'd always say, wait till you get into college, all the nights out, the takeaways, the fast food, everything. You won't be able to maintain your gym progress. You won't be able to maintain your physique. Then I got to college and I still made time for the gym. I still went out, but I also prioritized the gym, and I didn't lose my shape. I didn't lose my physique. Then the same type of guys said, wait till you get into the office life, wait till you get a little bit older, your metabolism slows down, which isn't true, by the way. And then I got older and still kept up with my gym progress. Then the same type of guys, they say, wait till you get into your 30s, that's when it's impossible to stay in shape. All the weddings, married life, everything, all these excuses. I got into my 30s. Everything's the exact same. And then the biggest one, the biggest one, everyone says, wait till you have kids. I got a kid now. My physique is the best it's ever been because I put in more effort in the gym, more effort into my diet, because I want to be the best for my daughter. When you are at your best physically, you are going to give the best to your community. You're going to give the best to the people around you. So it is more important than ever to stay in shape. And I guarantee you, the same people, they're going to say, wait till you're 40s, wait till you're 50s, wait, wait, wait. And it's just excuses. Excuses, guys. It is all just excuses. It's the same people all the way to the top who never get results, and they just want to give themselves excuses so they don't feel so bad about themselves instead of addressing the problem, addressing their discipline, addressing their routine, addressing their overall lifestyle. These people want to just put their head in the sand. So do not listen to these type of people. There's going to be excuse makers from the bottom all the way to the top, and don't be one of them. So that's it. This is the Dad Bod. We're still prioritizing fitness, and we are always going to be. Doesn't matter how many kids I have, you won't see slack on the gym. It's just not me. It does too much for my life. When you prioritize the gym, training, nutrition, your life is enhanced in every single way. You're almost living life on premium mode. Like, some people don't understand how much better your overall day-to-day quality of life is when you prioritize the gym. There's some real talk that I just want to hit you guys with today. Make the gym, make training, make the nutrition number one importance. Everything else just flows. Trust me on that. All right guys, so we're here in Marbella Motorsports. We got the Porsche here. Look at it parked beside a Lambo. I've never parked more carefully in my life. So today, here's a little look at what we are sticking on. Yo, look how clean that looks. These are mean. We've looked around, we haven't seen one single Porsche Cayenne with a kit. No, no. Like, they're, they're lacking that oomph, you know. But now we're ready just to transform this vehicle. Yeah, absolutely gonna be great. Let's go, let's go, folks. Transformation time. Oh my God, I feel like I just got a brand new car for a fraction of the price as well.
What the hell?
Look at it, looks so much more mean and aggressive. Holy shit, if you want that new car feeling without having to buy a new car, hit up CC Styling Performance in Marbella. This thing is insane now. All right guys, car transformation is complete. We got a full Maxon Design body kit put on from the fellas at CC Styling and Performance. The venue for today was Marbella Motorsport. This place is crazy. Some of the rarest cars I've ever seen in my life. And the cherry on top, we got MrWash.es to make it look absolutely gleaming and brand new. I got this car 3 months ago, and today I feel like more excited to get behind the wheel than ever. If you want to make your car feel brand new, get that new car feeling, get that excited feeling to drive again, then hit up all the guys. It makes me just love my Porsche even more, makes me motivated every day to drive it. All right, car is complete. Now back to normality. We got a nice little prep meal here from Posh Meals. It's like pretty much the best and only meal prep company in Marbella. When you have a kid, pay for convenience, just get the meal prep. It is absolutely worth it. So we have some sticky beef this is called, I think it's like teriyaki beef. We've got some carrots, some red onions. I added half an avocado to it as well, and we got some white basmati rice. This is like just, it's just a perfect meal. I'm so hungry. I'm gonna absolutely demolish this now, and then we get on with the day. All right, end of the day. Mom and Dad, actually Mom and Dad's, because we're meeting David and Julia. We're all going out for dinner. We're bringing the kids. We're going to this place called Magna. It's like sushi, Mediterranean. We've been many times, we know we're in for a good time. It's a beautiful evening, so let's go. This is a little outfit check as well, nice and casual. So we got the sandals, the linen pants, the linen shirt. Linda's wearing a Walford dress, looking stunning. Look at that, mamacita! We're gonna go. It's all like open air on a nice balcony. Core memory right here, driving to dinner, the Mountain in Marbella looking absolutely beautiful. It's glowing. Wifey looking hot as hell. I'm wearing my linen, wearing my linen shirt. And most importantly, we've got Isabel in the back and we got the Cayenne. We got the souped-up Cayenne. I mean, like, right now this is just like a mental snapshot. We're gonna meet some good friends. Oh my God, oh my God, like you couldn't make this up. Look at that. Oh my God, life is good. You be positive, you put the work and life is going to give you good things. That's all there is to it, people. That's the secret. All right, we're here. Let's go. Another Cayenne. Hello, fellow Cayenne enjoyer.
Steep hill.
Oh, that caboose, pram accessible. That is bonus points. I'm loving this. Oh yeah, there we go. Beautiful, super nice location. Wow, here we go. Look at that, best seat in the house. Crazy views. All right, so we got the best seat in the house, just waiting for David and Julia to arrive. You always got to give David at least 20 more minutes cuz he's always just getting the angles on YouTube, and I respect that massively. Okay, Linda, you talk about the rocket.
So we have this device, we actually saw someone in Ireland in a store who had it and they recommended getting it. It shakes the pram, so you press the top button, you put it on to charge, and it rocks the pram as though someone's rocking the pram, because she loves when Rob rocks it.
Yeah, so you got it, there's a skill to it, right? You got to ease into it, you give it a little bit of this, and then over time you let the rocket do its thing, and that's That's the trick. That's how you keep living your life. How cute is that? She's holding on, holding on to the edge. Here we go, camera versus camera. Hey, thanks, Amanda.
She has her little booties on.
Are you kidding me? She's so tiny. She's dripped out. I know, yeah, she's got the matching set on. Look at this, look at the two mamas.
I love her bow.
Here we go. I think it's an American. By the way, we've swapped kids. Yeah, you know, two blessed men. The father life.
Girl dads!
Girl dads! Now that is ruthless. I didn't know I was going to get the onion rings stacked on top, but I'm happy. I'm quite happy with it. All right, guys, finishing up today's vlog. Beautiful settings. We got the black cod here, we got the lobster pasta, we got the big old burger, and also a black cod over here. I think it's a perfect way to finish the day. I'll see you guys in the next one. Keep reeling, Matt here. Peace.
