In this energetic vlog, Rob Lipsett walks viewers through an entire day of his life, starting with a protein‑rich omelette breakfast (2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, veggies, and beef) and sharing his macro philosophy about egg yolks. He then heads to a midday photo shoot, referencing Zoolander for inspiration, and captures behind‑the‑scenes footage. After the shoot, he celebrates winning a free Tolteca burrito by guessing a Facebook caption, thanking the brand. Rob unboxes a package from Irish fitness apparel company Aesthetic365, showcasing the black and green pieces, promoting the brand, and encouraging support for local fitness businesses. The vlog continues with a push‑day workout, detailing his pre‑workout cocktail (creatine monohydrate, cheap caffeine tablets, lime) and his approach to supplements. He answers a viewer question about supersets and drop sets, explaining that he reserves them for isolation/accessory work while keeping compound lifts pure. Post‑workout, Rob prepares dinner: parsnip fries, seasoned chicken breasts, and vegetables, offering step‑by‑step cooking instructions, seasoning choices, and a quick tutorial on weighing food for macro tracking. He also highlights his cat George’s progress on the VitaCart supplement, humorously noting the cat’s strength gains. The video wraps up with a bowl of cereal, a call for viewer feedback on future content, and a promise to keep delivering authentic, real‑life fitness and lifestyle vlogs.

What is up everyone? I have a good feeling that today is gonna be a good day, so I decided I'm gonna do a full day of eating, lifting, whatnot. Um, so time to get up and grab today by the nuts. What is going on everyone? Today for breakfast I'm gonna make an omelette, so it's gonna be 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and I'm gonna chuck a little beef in. By the way, there's nothing wrong with egg yolks. Egg yolks are great. It's just the way my macros are set up, and I get my eggs so cheap, it's fine for me to just chuck the odd egg yolk. But no, there's nothing wrong with egg yolks, by the way. So I'm gonna— also, the trick to making a good omelette is to cover it so it cooks all over instead of just at the bottom. Mmm, that is a great omelette. But anyways, the plan for today is I got a photo shoot at 12. That's probably going to take up most of the day. But anyways, I watched Zoolander last night, so I should be sorted. It should go well. But anyways, I'll try, you know, get a bit of footage from that as well. But, um, so yeah, on with the day anyways. Catch you next one. What a lovely old day in Dublin town. Today is a good-ass day because I just got a burrito for free for guessing the right caption on Facebook. So thank you, Toteka, for that. And now I probably look like a weirdo because I am talking to my burrito, so I'll catch you in the next clip. What would I do without yours? Sup, just got home there from the shoot, and as if today can't get any better, look what I get. I get a nice package from the folks at Aesthetic365. Look at that detail, wow. Scrub out my address because I don't want y'all climbing in my window, snatching my people up. Uh, but I am going to open this. Hope they sent me the black one. That is like my favorite one, and I just realized it's going to be pretty awkward if it ain't the black one. So hold on a minute, and it is the black one! Oh, and the green one! Fuck yeah, fellas! So I really appreciate that, and I am going to Link their website in the description box below, so go pay them a visit because they're an Irish company as far as I know, and, um, support your local community and whatnot. I also do like to promote anything to do with fitness in Ireland because the fitness industry in Ireland, and I believe it's taken off, but you know, it's not too big as of now. So anyways, link is in the description box. Really appreciate that, everyone. In the bathroom with me. Hey, hey, hey. And so I went for the black one, uh, because I'm wearing black bottoms and blue free runs. Um, but yeah, no, great quality, great fit, shows off the chesticles well. Um, and so today is actually a push day again. I know the last vlog, day of lifting, eating, uh, daily life, was a push day as well, but it's just the way the day fell. And I'm not gonna change my routine up just for a YouTube video, 'cause I'm keeping it real. I'm doing what I'm actually doing today. But I will actually be coming out with videos just dedicated to lifting on a push day, a pull day, and a leg day. So expect them in the future. But anyways, right, time to hit Raw, biatch. Okay, it is pre-workout time, if you could call it that. So I got, I put some ice and some just normal creatine monohydrate in, just, that's the cheapest stuff, it's what I always use. I picked up some caffeine tablets, this was like €6 for 100 tablets and each one of them has, focus you bastard, hey, 200mg of pure caffeine. So in like a scoop of your average pre-workout that you buy for like, you know, €30, €40 or whatever it is, there's usually 200mg of caffeine. So this is like 100 servings, if you get me, and it was like €6. I'm gonna put some limes in here, just make a pre-workout cocktail. Now it actually tastes hella good when you're in the gym. And then my friend gave me the ends of this, um, I didn't buy it, but, um, yeah, it's just like different types of creatine. Uh, to be honest, I've just been using it as mixer before I go out because it tastes Unbelievable. So I'm just gonna pour all that in today. It's pretty much gone. Uh, yeah, so there we go. Uh, I'm gonna fill up this and then get the show on the road. What is going on? Just finished my workout there, uh, back home. And I just want to answer a real quick question, and it was, "Rob, do you do any supersets, drop sets, you know, all that stuff in your routine? Do you add them in?" And the answer to that is yes and no. For my compound movements, my main lifts, I don't throw any of that in because I want to be my strongest on those movements. I want to put all into those movements. They're going to give me the most bang for my buck, and I don't want to add in any variables. But for my isolation movements, they're all just accessory work. So like just there, I threw in a drop set on tricep extensions. And I'll just throw in an odd superset with, I don't know, rear delt flies, chest flies. I'll mess around with them. It's not as important. So yeah, so there's your answer anyways. But okay, so let's go inside. I'm gonna cook up my post-workout dinner. And yeah, I'll decide what I wanna have in there. Look at this cheeky bastard. He has been doing laps out there, doing push-ups and all. So come here, you little fucker. Yeah, come on, that's it. Go straight for the food because that's what he thinks he's getting. He knows he's getting it. So George's progress, um, he is on— he's stacking VitaCart right now. So that's like the animal pack for cats. He is making all kinds of progress. His squat, his bench, his deadlift have all gone up like 20 kg. George, get the fuck over here. Yeah, there you go. Okay, so I'm gonna feed him now, then I'm gonna feed me. Okay, here is what is going down for dinner. I'm gonna make parsnip fries out of them. I got some veg there, and then I got 2 chicken breasts here. And people are still asking me how to weigh your food, and It is this simple. You just put the bowl or whatever on the scales and you set it to zero, and then you just put what you want to weigh into the bowl. And also, doing this, even if you don't want to track your macros forever, just do it for a couple of days and you'll get such a better understanding of, you know, the amounts you're eating. Like, for example, you know, your average chicken breast is around 150 grams, so Yeah, there you go, 146. You know, those 4 grams aren't gonna make or break my diet if I decide to, you know, stop counting macros. But I just do it because really it's cool. Like, I don't mind it and I like it. But anyways, this is what is gonna go down now, and I'll show you. You're always asking me what seasoning I use. Well, so that's black pepper and turmeric. Turmeric? I don't know, I don't speak Indian. But, uh, and then there's like some chili powder on there. Okay, so here's the finished product. Um, got the parsnip fries. If you're wondering how to make them, just chop them into fries, boil them, and then season them with cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, and then just roast them in the oven to make them crispy-like. Um, then there's the chicken and there's some veg. And this week's poverty soda is Freeway. Because it tastes like you found it on the freeway. Nah, it actually does taste good. And then I got the usual salsa and cottage cheese, or as I like to call it, bodybuilder's mayonnaise. Um, so I'm gonna eat this. Oh, but also, parsnips— if you're cutting, they are the business. In that whole thing, there's like 300 grams of parsnips, and it's like 40 grams of carbs and a ton of fiber. So it's real voluminous food for the, you know, the amount you're eating is low in calories, carbs, whatever, for, you know, the sheer size of it. So right, I'm gonna eat this now. I'm excited. So anyways, thanks for watching. I just finished up my day with a nice bowl of cereal. But as always, like, I really appreciate anyone who watches these videos. Appreciate all your support. And let me know what topics you want me to cover. I'm thinking maybe one vlog a week, one Q&A a week, and maybe just one video dedicated to one topic. But let me know anyways, you're all great with the feedback, and as always, keep it real.
