Yo! So, fun day today. It's the weekend and I'm training with some old friends and some new friends. And I love training with new people, as a personal trainer should. But you can always pick up a thing or two, even if you think you know it all as it is. There's always a little tip or a trick that you can learn from someone else. So I'm just about to get ready for the gym. I'm gonna choose my gym outfit. The best part of the whole thing, right? And as you know, if you watched my last video, if you watched my last video, I'm now sponsored by Machine. So let's see. This isn't even all the gear they sent me. I think I'm gonna go for the tracksuit and this little bad boy here. And by the way, the quality on these are just like You know, I didn't even know how good the quality was until they actually sent it to me. Like, pictures don't really do the material and everything justice. Anyways, I'm going to get dressed, get a pre-workout meal into me, and I'll see you in the gym. Alright, so NXT hooking me up with my pre-workout stack. We got TNT Micro, some D-Ball, and then some Amino Fuel, which I've just run out of. Damn you. They're sending me some more on Monday. But I always say, right, Going to the gym is like a party, and this is like the pre-drinks. So, you know, you've got to make your pre-drinks taste nice. Throw a few lemons, a few limes in there, a bit of ice, and get ready to have some fun. But that's just my train of thought. Time to get moving. And this is like going on the party bus into town and finishing your pre-drinks. In the car on the way to the gym is when I get fucking pumped. But also, I got these bad boys as well, wireless headphones sent to me by Jaybird Sports. Shout out to them. And you're probably like, why does this asshole get all this free shit? YouTube, you know, I can only imagine how much the really big YouTubers get. Like, out of all social medias, I think YouTube is just the way forward. If you want to get your name out there, it is just a game changer. Anyways, outside Raw Gym, my domain, my mecca, where it all began. So let's go. Say hello to two boys, owner of Shredded.ie and Arnold 2.0. Gonna be lifting some heavy shit today.
All right, Rob Lipsett, off the gas! Blast me! Let's go! Oh, come on, 2 more! One, one more, one more, one more! Come on, up, up, up!
Nice one, man. So just on the way, finished a beast workout, grabbing a Toteca, which is basically our version of Chipotle. And also, if anyone's wondering, this is the man here who did my website. Um, couldn't recommend him enough. I went through so much trouble with so many different developers, and this guy had it done in literally 2 weeks, which was an absolute relief for me. So I'm going to link him and his services down below in the description box. Check me out, Friend Tech Design. Any personal trainers, gym owners, whatever who wants a site made for fitness stuff, he's your man to go to. So I highly encourage that. Yes! Right, can I get a burrito bowl? Um, brown rice, peppers, and pinto beans. Yeah. And then can I get chicken? Can I get a small tiny bit extra, please? Ah, you're great. Thanks so much. And then I'll get mixed veggies there. Yeah, so I've just got the standard burrito bowl, cancer water, and a bit of sodium, so I'm probably gonna wake up dead in the morning. But I'm gonna wrap this video up here. Thanks for watching. Until next time, keep it real.
