Alright, so breakfast situation is going to be as follows. I got this sorbet maker in Lidl. Obviously, you know, I'm all about that Lidl life. And you basically put frozen fruit in it and it gives you— it's kind of like frozen yogurt. So I've got 300 grams of strawberries and raspberries here. And like, as you can see, that's a big— it's a big plate and that's just 17 carbs. So this is actually great on a cut, not to mention it's like eating ice cream. And then here I just got my vitamins and and vitamin C there. So, right, let's get it going. Alright, so now what you want to do is you want to just add like a drop of milk. That much. Obviously I'm using my Avonmore protein milk. But so then you just kind of like whisk it up until it's kind of like creamy like ice cream. I'll show you. That's pretty much like ice cream. So yeah, this is classed with like bananas, kiwi, mango. This has been helping out my cut these days, seeing as it's so low calorie as well. But I'm gonna throw a scoop of protein in here too. All right, so I topped that off with some mixed nuts and some chia seeds, and that looks like frozen yogurt. And there's also a scoop of protein in there. So yes, sorbet maker is Lip approved. My hair needs a cut. It's looking all Jimmy Neutron and shit. Timing your haircut is very important. I want it like 3 days out from my shoot, so you know, it's fresh, but you get a feel for it. So I'll probably hit up Cut and Sew or something, whenever I've got like something on, an event or something, I always go there. You know, it's a bit of a trek in town, but it is the best haircut I've got. Anyways, right, so pre-workout time. Start at the bottom, now we here. Check out this. Picked up a funnel just so, you know, you don't always have to keep buying and cleaning your shakers. You can just use a water bottle or whatever. So yeah, gonna dump the pre-workout in there. Also, I'm gonna put my Branch Warren amino acids in here. This shaker was sent to me by Mousse Products, M-O-U-S. Don't worry, I'm not gonna go all Vince G, the shaker salesman, on you. This is just kind of like a nice stylish shaker. There's nothing about it really, it's got a round bottom so nothing gets stuck there. Yeah, they gave me a discount code as well, it's Lipsett, L-I-P-S-E-T-T, if you want to pick one up. But yeah, That's it. And they also gave me a pink one for Sarah, which I thought was a nice touch. What is going on everyone? So, um, went into the gym today and I was like, you know what, I'm just gonna like do, um, show my full shoulders and arm workout and I'm gonna talk all the way through it. But the gym was actually quite busy today. Usually I try to go when it's not busy, but it was hella busy and hella loud. So, you know, I was speaking and you couldn't hear a thing. So I got home, edited all the footage, and I was just like, ugh. Anyways, right, so I'm just gonna voice over it now. It's all good. So I started off with OHP, overhead press, and as you know, this is kind of my main shoulder movement. I've been keeping it consistent the past few weeks. I've been having some good days, some bad days, but like realistically, I'm not aiming to set any PRs until this cut is finished. The fact that I'm still maintaining strength on all my lifts and even increasing on a few of them is great. Fantastic. The cut is going well. So my tips for the OHP is find a grip width that is comfortable for you. Some people like a narrow grip. I just find I get more— I feel more shoulder activation when I widen my grip a bit. And the tip with these is you want to be bringing these down bar to chest. I see too many people just half-repping. If you want to get the full benefits of the OHP, you want to be bringing the bar to chest. The next tip is when you're pushing the bar, you'll probably notice you have to kind of take your shoulders back and push your head through. And you can probably see it pretty clearly, or else you're gonna bonk yourself on the chin. And of course, keep your core and your glutes very tight and keep your feet planted to the ground. I actually often wear my Addi pairs when I'm doing this lift, and I find that it helps. After that, I went on some light upright rows. With these, you want to be using an easy bar, as a lot of times people complain about sore wrists when doing these. But this is a great movement as well. This is kind of like my secondary compound movement. Hits your traps and your medial delts too. I go high reps on this and it gives me a really good pump, which feels great after going relatively heavy on the OHP beforehand. Then moved on to some shrugs. Shrugs for the tugs. And basically I've started doing these on the Smith machine. And please don't abuse me, don't bully me for using the Smith machine. I swear to God, a lot of people like to go really heavy with like a barbell or dumbbells. I find it's just For me, it feels better when I go light and just focus on the contraction. And again, I go pretty high reps with these, high volume too. Then went on to cable face pulls. You've probably seen me doing a lot of these. These are not only great for your rear delts, give you that full fake natty rounded delt action, but these are also great for shoulder health. You can do these with bands or even a rope attachment, but I like doing it with this metal V-bar attachment. Form tip here is simply pull it towards your face, as the name suggests. Now, if you want to leave the gym with a pump, then I recommend this superset. It's also great for saving you some time too and upping the intensity. And this is lateral side raises superseted with machine rear delt flies. Again, feels great. And my hair got like totally messy in the gym. I'm due a haircut, so that's why the hat went on. I went all Pokémon style on it. Also, the reason I put on a hat, my hair was looking totally messy, and that's not acceptable in the gym. Then after this, just finish off with arms. So doing a supinated movement, that is with your palms facing up to the sky, I did a hammer grip movement, and I then— I also did alternating curls on the preacher. This is where you start in a neutral position and then you curl it up and bring it into a supinate position. And then overhead tricep extensions, and then a push-down tricep extensions. So it's just a quick little video. I'm sorry that nothing crazy or very interesting has been going on my channel, but I am going over to the UK in about 5-6 days, and I plan on doing a meetup there If there's anyone in Birmingham or around the area, I will be training in Emporium Gym with a few other Machine Fitness guys. More to be revealed on that. Also, a big thank you for the 18K. I was looking back on some old videos and in the video I was like, wow, thank you so much, I reached 600 subs. So the fact that I'm here now is just absolutely mind-blowing. Next off, 20K. Absolutely love you guys. So hope you enjoyed this little video. Much more interesting things to come this year. So stick with me. Thanks for watching. Keep it real.
