Yo, what is up everyone? So, back with a full day of eating. Haven't done one of these in months, right? And, um, some people are like, you know, why do YouTubers all do full days of eating? I don't know why other people do them, but the reason I do them is to help people with meal ideas. It's like loads of recipes in one and kind of educate people on food portions, you know. What this amount of food looks like. And you know, I get messages being like, "Wow, they actually really help me." And they're easy to film, they're kind of fun. So that's why I film them anyways, and a lot of my clients say they help with them too. So anyways, today I started off with an omelette with chopped peppers, onions, and spinach. And it was just an egg white omelette, and I put a bit of hot sauce on that. And obviously I did the thing where you put it under the grill, it makes it perfect. Anyone who's subscribe to his channel, is probably a professional omelette connoisseur at this stage. I just didn't voiceover that because there's loads of people in the kitchen at the time, so I didn't want to disturb everyone. But I filmed it, as you can see. And then, so that is another thing. At this stage, often when I'm dieting, I like to save a lot of my carbohydrates till before bed or the evening. It's just personal preference, and it really helps with late-night cravings. So anyways, it is about half 8 in the morning now. I'm gonna, you know, get some work done, hop on the laptop, and I'll just see you at the next meal. Alright, so you know I'm fairly prone to a smoothie round. This time it's 11 o'clock, so next up is gonna be It's like an espresso protein smoothie. The company sent these to me, Twist Drinks. I think they're from the UK, but I tried it yesterday. It's really nice, to be fair. It's Lip Approved. You know, I don't put anything on this channel that I don't like. So it is going to be a scoop of that, and that is, let me see, 17 grams of protein, 73 milligrams of caffeine. 0 fat and 5 carbs, and there's a bit of fiber in there as well. So it's pretty good macros. I had 2 scoops of this and 1 the other day, but I find I'm actually reaching my protein intake a bit early on in the day, a bit too, bit too easy. So I'm only gonna go for 1 scoop today, and that'll also give me a bit of nice bit of energy. So 1 scoop frozen banana. There you go, 100 grams. And then like 250 milliliters of protein milk. That's also another reason I just use one scoop, because this has obviously a lot of protein in it. And it's good, it's protein from whey and casein as well, so it's nice. All right, so that's 200 mils. And I'm also, and I'm also going to throw in some of this flavor drops from Myprotein. This is chocolate peanut butter flavor. Oh, and also, I'm gonna take my creatine now as well. Creatine, 5 grams a day, every day, whenever you want. Preferably pre-workout, but it's not important. So I'm just gonna get it in now. Quality, very, very good. Yeah, Twist drinks, actually highly recommend them. That tastes really good. But anyways, right, some real talk here. If someone was like, could you hit your macros without using a scale and, you know, MyFitnessPal? Yes, absolutely, you should learn how to do that because you're not always going to have a scale and you're not always going to have MyFitnessPal. So it's really good. The whole point behind tracking macros is to learn what food amounts look like because, you know, there'll be situations Like, for example, you know, the other day I was at my girlfriend's house for dinner. You know, do you think I'm gonna whip out the scales at dinner? No, I just looked at the food and I was like, yeah, this is around this much, you know, it's not gonna mess up my diet. So that's the whole point of tracking macros, and you know, literally just do it so you set yourself up for good eating patterns. You understand portion control, you learn how to do it. Without actually— you learn how to track macros without actually tracking macros. And you learn not to be too obsessed with it either. It doesn't have to be to the gram. And, um, so yeah, that's, that's some real talk for today. And learn how to enjoy your diet too, and enjoy things in moderation, you know. So, you know, it's very important to understand all those things. But, um, but anyways, this is going to be my pre-workout meal, so But we're gonna drink this and do some more work on laptop and then get to the gym in about an hour. Now, Tom Pick gym outfit of the day. As you know, I am sponsored by Machine Fitness and they are my boys. You know, I got a lot of affiliation sponsorships, but you know, Machine Fitness, I'm very close with them. Like, if we want something made like we have this WhatsApp group, we just like say to our directors. So we were like, like we're that close of a team. So we're like, yo, we want some more Futura gear in different colors. And that's what got done. So yeah, it's like a little Machine family discount code links in the description box. So let me see. Oh, and if you want sizing, I am like, I'm a medium in the stringers and then I'm a small in the t-shirt. So I like to wear them tight. And I was meant to do an unboxing video, but like, you know, I had to open them. And this is like one of my favorites. It's like dark red stringer, and I don't know if you can see that material. It's kind of like stretch fit Under Armour material. And then this bad boy, this is so nice. It's like the material that it's kind of like Airtex. Let's see if it'll zoom in. It's kind of like, it's really cool material. So you can probably see properly on the camera there. So yeah, love these. That's the Intensity range. And then I also got a nice big hoodie because Ireland is freezing even in the summer, and they're like really good fit as well. So today I think I might go for this bad boy here. Anyways, this isn't really full day of eating, this is just kind of stuff. So anyways, back to the food. Also, I get asked this quite a lot, and that is the hair product I use. It is like Yeah, it's Mac Clay Stonefish Blue. All right, so today's pre-workout, um, obviously not gonna count calories from this if there even is any, but, uh, it's not really meal either, I'm just showing it. But so yeah, today's pre-workout is going to be MyPre from MyProtein, watermelon flavor, and I'm going to throw in a Pro-Mix. Have you noticed on YouTube, umaro is like everywhere? So, you know, I think it's— to be honest, you know, I'm team Pro-Mix, you know, I think it's nice for a change. And I also will be getting a discount code for you guys in the future. Promixx are just redoing their website at the moment, so, um, you know, they'll have that option in the future. But yeah, I will be working with Promixx too. But anyways, so in we go, and Such a buzz every time I do that. Alright, so just back from the gym. I went with the white Intensity Stringer, as you can see. But yeah, I didn't show my workout because this video is about diet, so I want to keep it short and sweet, to the point. So now I'm just about to have my post-workout meal. It's usually my biggest meal of the day, just personal preference really. And you're probably wondering why I'm not picking up my car today, and that is because I forgot that it takes 7 days for me to transfer money from my business account into my current account, but it's cool. I put down the deposit, the car's not going anywhere. So next week, right, next Tuesday I'm picking it up. But, uh, so anyways, right, let's show you the next meal. All right, so I was just making my post-workout meal. I got it all laid out here and I got rudely interrupted by this one. Look what he does to me. He injures me. I beat her. Um, no, never, never hit women. Okay, look. Alright, so it is gonna be a really simple meal. It is just 150 grams of lean pork steak, mixed vegetables, and a bag of boil in the— boil in the bag rice. That's like 90 grams of carbs. And then some chili con carne sauce. I'm gonna go for like 100 grams, 2 or 3 tablespoons. Just look for sauces with minimal ingredients. And that are low in calories and pretty much made out of just like tomatoes and peppers and stuff. So I'm gonna whip this together now and show you what it looks like. Oh, and that is not like an injection site. I actually just do have a spot on my shoulder. I swear I'm not a fake natty. But in any case, right, this meal is really easy. You literally just chuck everything into the pan and you're ready to go. Alright, so just about to head into town with Sarah now. We're gonna do some shopping. Obviously the weather is still shit, but yeah, next kind of snack meal, it's just gonna be an apple. Nothing too much to explain there. Wrapping machine. Yeah, wrapping machine. Well done. Alright, next on the list is just some good old steak and potatoes. This steak isn't that lean, there's like 20 grams of fat in it, but I've only had like 11 grams of fat today, so I need to bring that up. And then just some potatoes. I'm actually gonna slice these in half, season them, and put them under the grill so they're kind of like wedges. But, uh, alright, I'll show you when it's done. Alright, so just like that, so they're gonna come out kind of like spicy wedges. Okay, okay, so the potatoes came out perfect, seasoned, crispy, and steak, I have that medium. Also got a salad going on underneath there. Gonna have it with some not-so-poverty soda. You know I still do love the poverty soda, but I'm trying to reduce my caffeine intake. So, um, 7-Up doesn't have any caffeine in it. And I'm also gonna put some of this on it, the Heinz 50% less sugars and salt. A big serving of this is like 10 calories. So, who doesn't love some ketchup? So, alright, eat this and we're nearly there, dude. Nearly got this full day of eating covered. Also, when I was in town, I got these man leggings. Leggings, if you will, in H&M. And I just like them when doing squats, feels really comfortable, and it's kind of in style now. But yeah, they were— were they— yeah, so these were €24.99, €25. Got them in medium. Yo, so it is like 10 o'clock now. I'm at Sarah's house, gonna go to bed soon. But before I go to bed, I always like to eat something. Who likes to go to bed hungry? And like, what's better than a nice kind of hearty bowl of oats? So I'll show you what I got going on here. Uh, it's oats and some salted caramel. And this is how you make protein oats. People keep asking me, and it is just the easiest thing ever. You literally just put the oats and the protein together, mix it up. All right, so people just— I keep getting asked questions for some reason. They don't understand. Literally just mix the protein and the oats together and just put in hot water. The hot water cooks the oats. So literally, and there you go. It is that easy. Like, it's the quickest simplest meal ever. And because I still had some carbs to hit, I threw a banana in, and I had some fats to hit too, so I threw some chopped nuts on top of that. And that wraps up today's full day of eating, meal by meal. So that wraps up today's full day of eating, and I hope you got some meal ideas, and you know, hope it helped you understand like portion sizes, how to hit your macros and stuff like that, how to eat according to your goals. And if you want to work with me on your diet, of course, hit roblipsettfitness.com. I'd love to work with you. But yeah, that's all for today. I hope you enjoyed the video. Keep it real.
