In this vlog‑style video Rob Lipsett walks viewers through an entire day of eating while on a cutting phase. He starts with a quick scrambled‑egg‑and‑potato breakfast, then shows a microwave‑ready turkey‑chili‑with‑basmati‑rice lunch, a high‑fiber bran‑flake‑and‑banana snack, an avocado‑tuna bagel sandwich, and finishes with a mango‑oat‑whey smoothie. Throughout the day he intersperses commentary about his Irish heritage, the endless supply of potatoes at home, and the importance of fiber for digestive health. He also promotes his professional services – LipsettFitness.com, GourmetFuel.com, and Ellipsifitness.com – encouraging viewers to get personalized meal plans and check‑ins. The tone is informal, humorous, and promotional, emphasizing that cutting can be enjoyable and manageable with simple, macro‑focused meals.

Alright, so kicking today off with an omelette. I got some peppers, mushrooms, onions, and a few spices in the eggs. It's 2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites. And instead of making an omelette, to be honest, I'm just gonna throw it all in, kind of scramble it up. It cooks way faster. Tastes the same, and I'll probably throw a potato on that. There's like a constant supply of potatoes in my house because my family are from the west of Ireland, Mayo in particular. So if anyone's heading down to Clare Morris, give me a call because Clare Morris is where the party's at. But anyway, so I'm gonna cook this up. I'll show you when it's done. Alright, so meal 1 may not look too appetizing, but it is. It's scrambled eggs, vegetables, and potato with cottage cheese in it, and there's also a tablespoon of salsa on that. Also got a liter of water with some vitamin C. And now, seeing as it is Sunday morning, I gotta work on some LipsettFitness.com stuff, because if you're a client of mine, I encourage you to check in with me as much as possible without hesitation. But you have to check in with me. On a Sunday. So, uh, Sunday's actually quite a busy day for me, so I've got a bit of work to do. I'll catch you in the next meal. All right, so as most of you know, I work for a meal prep company, gourmetfuel.com. So, um, this is turkey chili and basmati rice. I, I love cooking most of the time, but there is some times in the day, like after the gym, where I'm a bit wrecked and I don't want to cook. So I'm going to lash this in the microwave and I'll show you when it's done. Oh yeah, so thank you to GourmetFuel, or well, thank you to me, seen as I worked there. But anyways, this is one of my favorite meals, turkey and basmati rice. So gonna eat this now, see you in the next meal. Also, something I do not mind is no washing up. Alright, so next up we got some bran flakes with banana and cinnamon. Cereal in the morning, weak. Cereal in the evening, now that's what I'm talking about. And also brown flakes, great for hitting your fiber goals, very important. Um, only like since a year ago I started, you know, really going out of my way to get in some fiber, and nowadays my toilet game be hella strong. So eat your fiber, kids. More fucking potatoes. I swear to God, that thing fills itself up. It's like the magical pot of potatoes. The magical Lipsett pot of potatoes. Now usually I don't include the small things I eat, but in today's full day of eating, I'mma include everything. So I give you— les oranges. Woo! Woo! Alright, so next thing up on the menu, I'm gonna make a sandwich out of a crushed up avocado, a tin of tuna, some light mayo, and a bagel. So I'm gonna put that together now. Alright, so it is time to get these two guys acquainted. Oh man, giggity giggity, that looks hella good! Alright, so finishing off the day with a smoothie. It is mango, oats, ice, honey, and some whey protons. So I'm going to blend this up now. Taste test. Ah, and who says cutting has to be that bad? Anyways, it's about half 10 at night. I'm gonna drink this while I get back to some emails and keep working on some Ellipsifitness.com stuff that I have to attend to. You know, a few drinks, PYG Sunday. I wish, but this work's not gonna fucking do itself. So anyways, if you want me to make you a meal plan that hits your macros, hit up Ellipsifitness.com. Thanks for watching. As always, keep it real. I'm out.
