Yo, what is up everyone? So Monday morning, and I gotta admit I woke up a little bit late, had a lie-in. But, um, you know I like to talk about any recent studies I've read. I recently read one that done on catching up on sleep on the weekends, and it actually showed that catching up on sleep can reduce the negative effects you see from lack of sleep. So takeaway point is take your lions when you can. But so anyways, right, it's bank holiday Monday and the main focus of the day was to ship out all LF orders, but of course the post office is closed. But you know, not the end of the world. At least that'll give me a full day to package up everything. And you know, anyone who makes an order today will of course be included in the shipment. So I'm gonna go get the gym out of the way now. Obviously you saw over the weekend, you know, I wasn't like tracking macros to a tee. You know, went out for like Nando's at like Krispy Kreme's and like big ol' waffle and stuff like that. It's cool, you know, it's not like I'm cutting for a show or anything. So yeah, I'm gonna do some cardio today, maybe reduce calories a little bit. But like, that's a good thing about learning about macros and amounts. You know, you go out at the weekend with your friends for some Nando's, for some pancakes, whatever it is. You know, come Monday, add in some cardio, you know, drop your carbs a little bit. It's no big deal. Just balance, guys. Balance. But anyways, right, so I'll show you what I'm making for breakfast here. My breakfast always rotates between like protein sorbet and omelette, like steak and eggs, or like just a big kind of breakfast shake. So it's gonna be chocolate orange whey from Myprotein— links and codes in the description box, blah blah blah— and some protein milk, a frozen banana, and some creatine. The usual cocoa and some frozen kale. How fitness am I right now? On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being fitness, I'm fitness. But, right, so I'm going to put this together and then we get on with the vlog. Jeez, bit of stubble action going on. But it is like shit weather outside, you know, I'm obviously tired after the weekend and I've got to go train legs. And I'm gonna be completely honest, some days I'm dying to do some squats, train legs, some days I'm really not arsed. And today is one of those days, but that's a shitty excuse, that's not even an excuse. So time to put on my Addy powers and get my ass in gear. Alright, so just finished up the leg session there. Wasn't feeling that it was gonna be a good one, but absolutely did the best I could, and it's always better than, you know, staying at home. So, you know, I tried to get a few heavy sets in, but I ended up just doing, you know, trying to get some volume in, doing a ton of drop sets, and, you know, getting a bit of a pump on. Then I did all my isolation work and did some abs. So I'm gonna leave you with that footage there, and, you know, I'm absolutely so happy I went down. You know, I never regret a gym session. But, um, so yeah, no, definitely better than sitting on the couch. So I'm gonna go home now, package up all the orders, and I'm gonna eat this thing here. From Myprotein, a High-Pro bar. 6 grams of fat, 22 carbs, 27 protein. So it's good as it gets, really. Yeah, chocolate mint. Hold on, let me do, let me do a little taste test. It's good, it's very good, no complaints. All right, home time. All right guys, so just home. It's gonna be a really quick meal with some mixed frozen veggies And then this is some ready-cooked chicken, um, you just got to heat it up, it's already cooked. So we're going to throw that all in the pan, make a stir fry, and, uh, probably add some potatoes to it as well. All right, homies, uh, we're going 200g of chicken breast in this bitch and set it to zero. 155g of potatoes. Also, you know, that's how easy it is to just weigh your food, like The plate is going to be on the counter anyways, so just put it on a scale, just keep setting it to zero. It's just really, really easy, and it'll just take weeks of guesswork out of your diet. So if you're complaining that it takes too much time, it's going to save you weeks. Like, you know, 24 hours in a day, 7 days a week, and you're complaining about something that takes 10 seconds. But, uh, right, so literally just gonna season that with like pepper, chili powder, whatever, and just Throw everything in the pan, stir-fry that bitch. If I was to write instructions for this meal, it would just be like, throw it all in the fucking pan. Voilà. All right, so Sarah is holding the camera now, and, um, I've hired her for the day to come— or the night even— to come, and we're gonna package up all the orders now, send them out. And this just came in today for me, so I'll crack it open for you now. Alright, so I went and picked up the black and pink Alpha Elite t-shirts. You know, there is donations going to breast cancer towards this, and something I've never talked about, but my family has been hit with breast cancer before, so there's a bit of meaning behind this. I think what Christian's doing is absolutely great. I'd love to do something like that myself one day. So again, I can't wait to rock this. Looks awesome. And let's get patching up the LF here. Alright, so that is the orders from the last 2 days, kind of boxed up, shipped out, ready to go. Send them out tomorrow. The kind of little kind of system we had going on was, you know, I would sit at my desk, I would call them out, you know, what people ordered to Sarah, she would package them up, and then I print off the labels and hand them to her. So like, I honestly couldn't have done it without her. If it was just me on my own, I would have been like looking at the computer, standing up, sitting down. It would have taken me hours, but like we did it really quickly together. And there's no I in team. Ha! Gay! But anyways, right, so that is my evening done. I've got a few plans to do, and that is a day in the life. But, um, so yeah, I hope you enjoyed this little video. Keeping up with the daily vlogs, um, hope you're enjoying them. I'll see you in the next video, same time tomorrow. Keep it real.
