Yo, yo, yo, everyone, what is up? I'm back from Croatia, okay, right? And I am in a complete heap. I have gotten, right, over the past 2 weeks of drinking, you know, partying, eating out the whole time, I've gotten terribly out of shape. But as you know, on this channel, I keep it 100, I keep it completely honest, right? And a lot of people in the fitness industry, when they get out of shape, they won't tell you, you know, they'll just post old pictures when they're shredded and stuff like that. And you know, I'm cool with that. You know, you gotta build up your following, whatever it is. But I'm also gonna be honest, and I'm also gonna tell people when I get out of shape and stuff like that, because I want to be relatable, that, you know, I'm a real person. I'm just your normal dude too. And also, when people get out of shape, it often, you know, gets them down. They get real negative about it. And I'll be honest, I was real negative about it, but now I'm looking at it in a positive light. I got to have great fun with my friends, and now I get to get back in shape. Like, you know, my motivation levels are high, because in my opinion, it's all It's all about the journey. It's great having something to work towards. So anyways, okay, Croatia was great, but as you can see, as you can probably hear, my voice is gone. I've got a cough, you know, I'm in bits, okay? But life experience gains, making memories with your friends is also very important. You know, don't let fitness ruin your life. But I have to say, I'm happy to be back. I just did my first gym session there. Endorphins are flying. You know, as the late Greg Plitt said, you know, exercise is the best drug there is. You don't have to snort it, you don't have to shoot up for it, you just gotta sweat for it, right? So I'm feeling amazing. And I also just did a big food shop there. So I decided I'll show you guys what I got. Because, you know, for the next 7, 10 days, I'm going to do just a little quick shred. Going relatively low carb, which is not what I'm always about. You know, you even saw my competition prep. I always preach keeping carbs as high as possible, but still allows you to lose weight. And I also want you to stick around to the end, because there's a little question, debate that I want to get going down in the comments section. So stick around to the end, I'll talk about it then. Let's go! Alright, let's start off from the left. Not so poppy soda, but you know how it is. I got these just to help with cravings. Might have one every second day. It's not gonna kill you. Then let's go over to protein here. We got just some packets of ham, okay, and some precooked chicken. Now a lot of people complain they don't have time to cook, right? Throw one of these into one of them and you got this massive meal, very filling, and you know, it's obviously done in a second. Lash on top some cottage cheese and some salsa, and it's honestly like my favorite meal. That's what I'm going to be eating a lot over the next, uh, you know, couple of days, week, whatever it is. Vegetable stir-fry, again, you know, in the whole 200 grams Contains 59 calories. Here we got some more protein, turkey breast mince, and some other turkey breasts, and some lean mince at the bottom there. Chili peppers, throw these into any meal, spice it up. More chopped peppers, some courgettes, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes. Combine the two of them, bit more ham, and you got yourself a sick omelette right there. Iceberg lettuce, as you know, I like to pack in my meals. You know I am big into seasoning, right? So these are my 3 favorite seasonings. There's cayenne pepper, hot chili powder, and some garlic salt. Kidney beans, such a good source of fiber and protein too. As I mentioned, the salad bowls, these are literally the star of the show. I absolutely love these. Again, in the whole bowl, there's like less than 100 calories. Cottage cheese and salsa, the macros on these is amazing. Per serving, it's like 4 protein, 0 carb, 0 fat. So these kind of like replace mayonnaise for me. And over here, we got some stuff from Myprotein. This was lovely to come home to yesterday. So these, my bar zeros, the macros on them are 6 fat, 3 carb, 20 protein. Really like them, taste amazing. Some zero syrups, you know how it is. And then these, flavor drops. So I'm big into these. You just drop them into, you know, shake or your oats or something, and it just flavors them so well. This is white chocolate. I highly recommend that one. As you know, Avonmore sort me out with my protein milk on the daily, or every second daily. I also got some gear from Myprotein. Now, I'm not gonna eat these, but I will wear them to the gym, which will help with the shred. And then here, just some Impact Whey, a good pure source of protein. This is what I love Myprotein do for me. They send me like something of every flavor so I don't get bored, but my two favorite flavors are cinnamon danish, peanut cookie, and also toffee is an unbelievable one, but my girlfriend actually snicked that and took that to her house because she's trying to make some gains. 2.2-liter bottle of water from Discount Supplements. I'm so big into drinking water. The difference of when I'm fully hydrated and when I'm unhydrated and hunger, training, Everything. I really do preach getting your water in. So I think that is everything. That's a beautiful sight if you ask me. And now there's a question that I want to ask you. Okay, so the question I want to ask is about money. Is healthy eating expensive? That all came to €41.30. It was actually €51.30, but I had a voucher for €10. Lidl, is there anything you cannot do? Lidl sponsorship, please! So right, €41.30 for, as you saw, this is a large volume of food. It's a lot of food. And people always say, "Oh, healthy eating is too expensive." And do you know what I think, personally, this is my opinion, let me know if you agree or disagree, a little chocolate bar, a KitKat for €1.20, that's fucking expensive. But when you eat out and you get a pasta dish or something, pasta is so cheap to buy, You know, it probably costs them €1 to make that meal, but you pay €15 for it. You know, that's expensive. Or when you go to McDonald's and you buy, you know, a burger and chips, these little tiny chips and a soggy burger, you know, it's like €6, €7. And don't get me wrong, I love McDonald's, but you're hungry 10 minutes after. So let me know, what do you think? Is healthy eating expensive? Because in my opinion, cooking your own food, buying whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense food As you see there, um, it saves a lot of money. And I think, you know, eating shitty, bad quality food, I think that's expensive. So let me know in the comment section. I think it's a good debate. Um, agree or disagree. But anyways, that's all for today, just a little video. Now that I'm back, I'm going to be banging out the videos because you subscribers deserve that. You deserve some consistent content. So anyways, back on the shred. Keep it real.
