Right, it is, it's 6 AM. I need to bring the energy. I need to get in the zone. Woo! What's going on, guys? Welcome to another morning, another day in the life of beautiful sunny Marbella. There's gonna be G-Wagons, there's gonna be protein oats, there's gonna be mattresses. It's gonna be a good day. So the video, subscribe, and let's get into it. But first, right, me and Linda, we've been bonding recently, and we have perfected the art of overnight oats, okay? So This channel started off with me making protein oats. There's actually a meme on this channel and people say, "How do you make protein oats?" And half the people are serious, 'cause they're like, "How do you actually make them?" And then half the people are taking the piss because it's the most simple recipe ever. But today, right, I'm gonna save the OG protein oat recipe for another day. Today, right, we've leveled up and we are onto the overnight oats. Look at that. For me, this tastes like eating a cake. I'm not, even when I'm not dieting, I think this is amazing. So we fill up with about 80 grams of oats, pour it in about 200ml of protein, low-fat protein milk. We got blueberries, Greek yogurt, Ghost Whey, almonds, and there's some peanut butter in there. Why are overnight oats a thing? Okay, when you pour them all in together, you leave them in the fridge overnight, the oats all absorb the milk, becomes all creamy, they're cold from being in the fridge, and just tastes like a dessert. We're gonna have this for breakfast, and then we're gonna head to the gym. Paddle. Oh. I got a surprise as well of how we're getting there. As you know, this is the usual car I drive, which I love very, very much. Had it for years. It has never let me down once. But for this weekend, we're gonna have a little bit of an upgrade. Today we're taking a little trip in this bad boy right here. Look at this brand new 2022 G-Wagon with all the trimmings. It is insane to drive. The last time I drove a G-Wagon was in Dubai, was a white one. And it was an older one and it didn't live up to the hype. I got in it and I was like, this is cool, it looks cool and everything. It was tough to drive. This new one, a driving experience, insane. I'll talk about it more in the car, but it is from a company that's actually owned by a friend of mine out here called topgrentals.es. I'll link it down below, but if you want to get this bad boy for a weekend in Marbella in the summer or now, just shoot them a DM, say you saw this video and they'll give you a really good price. We got this for a while, so don't take it yet. Let's get inside. We're going to Zara Home, then we're going to the gym, but So insane. Look at the palm trees behind me, guy. It's a good time to be alive. Let's go back from the Maldives today. Come on. Okay, okay. So, all right, so you put the key in this spot here. It's all contactless, push to start. And what I love as well, the screen just goes all in one piece across the dash. Look at that. Home. And then, so the seat kind of— you get sucked in. It's got seat massagers. And when you turn a corner— okay, Linda, how would you explain it?
These little wings, they push you in, push you, push and like help you, give you a little touch.
Give you a little touch. It's so— so when you go this way, the left one pushes you back in. I thought I was imagining it. It's crazy. And I think it's because the old G-Wagon, it felt like you're gonna tip over. Yeah, it felt like a bus or a tank. You also, when you put it in kind of sports mode pretty much, or individual, that's what you want. When you put it in that, makes a lot more noise and the car kind of sinks down a little bit. Oh man, the noise of that! Did someone order an iced latte?
Morel sweetener?
Two sweeteners.
Cheers!
First sip, exceptionally good this morning. It's diff in a G-Wagon. So let's make a list of what we need in Zara Headboard covers, duvet for one of the beds, duvet covers for two of the beds, pillows, decorative pillows. Okay, so I used to think decorative pillows were the same— tomato, tomato. I used to think they were the stupidest thing ever, and then we got a few bedrooms, we made our beds, and I'm like, this thing just looks dead. This looks like it's about to die. Decorative pillows are necessary. So, so, okay, headboard covers, duvet, duvet covers, pillows, decorative pillows.
Oh, and And throws.
Maybe we'll leave the throws for another day. This is going to be like, it's going to be like €600. It gets crazy how much it adds up. We always plan to spend like, plan to spend €100 and then it's more like €600. So, right, to see the total price of bed linen. These are the hidden costs you don't think of. So, all right, so total came to €465 for 2 bed linens. So not too bad. I was expecting €700. Okay, so we're back from Zara Home, and as expected, it was expensive. So €465 for all the linens, and then we realized we got the covers, but we had to go back and get the actual pillows. So that was another €40 to round it off perfectly to €505. So half a grand on making a bed look nice. So let's go inside and make it look really nice. That will justify it a little bit. Please like the video so I can afford bed sheets. I'm begging you, it doesn't cost you anything. Just drop the video like, hit subscribe, and maybe I can afford some bed sheets for the other bedroom. Come on. Okay, I do not want to go hit legs in the gym, but these new Alphleet socks kind of making me a bit more motivated, right? I'm gonna need some fresh pair of socks on leg day. So if you want to pick them up, they are linked in the description box. This is the first time they've launched a pair like these. All Alphalete, of course, 10% off your entire order. Lipsett! Put these on, we're gonna get some pre-workout into us, and we're gonna go paddle because we have the G-Wagon. We want to roll up looking fresh, and it's also an amazing day. So see you in the gym. Welcome to today's leg day, starting off with something a little bit different than usual. If like me you find it difficult to stay balanced during walking lunges with a barbell or dumbbells, you can first try doing some static lunges, so that means staying in the one spot. And if you still aren't really feeling things, you can use the Smith machine, which personally I enjoy doing a lot. And if people laugh at you, just share this video with them and use my leg veins as reference. Next up, we did a hack squat on this killer machine and paddle that I need to use more. You can also do these one leg at a time if you want to get a deeper range of motion. We then moved on to some stiff leg deads on the trap machine and then finished with some isolation and conditioning work. At the moment, I am enjoying myself in in terms of training and diet. I'm having fun in the gym as I'm about to go into the most serious training block of my life. You will see what I'm talking about this coming week. In the meantime, enjoy the video. Drop a comment if you think you know what I'm about to do. We're just about to head out on our date night. This is obviously the main bedroom that we mainly sleep in. We have the two bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom and then the one that we turned into an office. This one we sleep in the most, and then this is the one we just installed yesterday. And here is the €500 linen bed sheets. I think they look pretty good. Bed is from Emma Mattress, same as all the other ones, and I'll do a link and discount code in the description box. But feels good.
Talk about the lamp.
Okay, the lamps, I got catfished. It's like, it's like me, you know, they looked bigger online and then you see them in person, you're just like, this is pathetic. We ordered them and I thought they're going to be really big. They're very small. They're like €10 though, so we'll put them somewhere. But I think some big lamps would look great. I've realized the value of art. Walls can look so empty without something on them. That is the quote of the day, isn't it? Philosopher Rob is back. Some nice paintings, and then over here— I hate this— over here we're still like living out the cardboard box life. So look right here, just a little built-in wardrobe, fitted wardrobe. But now we're gonna drive down to the port, we're gonna catch sunset, and then we're gonna head to dinner in this place that's called Rustic. We're gonna head to this place called Rustic. It's meant to be so nice, and apparently all the ingredients they use are grown on site. So we're very much looking forward to that. See you guys then. All right, so usually I'm the one answering questions on this channel, but tonight we're going on a date, so we're gonna ask 3 dating questions to Linda. So kicking it off, number 1: How should a guy approach coach a girl to go on a date, how should he go about it?
To definitely be direct. If you're asking a girl on a date, we want to be given a date, a time, a place, and not asked if we're free or what we want to do. Like, maybe make the decisions and be very direct. Girls will admire that when they're kind of straightforward.
Be decisive. Nothing worse than a guy that's indecisive. It's like he doesn't know what he's doing in life. He doesn't have anything to do. He doesn't even have a schedule to stick to. So you got to be like, look, Friday, 8 PM, we're going to my favorite spot. It's gonna be amazing. Second question: where should the date be? What should you do?
Food. Definitely take her to a place that maybe you've been before that you love. Somewhere quiet where you can have a good conversation.
I think there's also two ways to go about it. You can do lunch. Food, everyone bonds over, okay? Everyone eats food. But drinks, not everyone does. So you can do dinner and drinks, or I think you do like cute brunch and no alcohol. Whichever way you want to go about it. I think a little hike for brunch would be good too. But yeah, so something to do with food, somewhere you can talk to each other. You were nice and decisive. You told her what you're gonna do. Now you're at dinner, you're having drinks. Do you pay for the bill? Does the guy pay for the bill?
This is a highly debated thing. I think the girl should always offer to pay. Like, I know we all want to be spoiled, and for us to see that the guy, like, likes us straight away, I think the girl should always offer and not expect it on the first date.
Yeah, I'm old school. I think the guy should always pay. And so I think if you're not in a position to easily get someone lunch or dinner, even like— I love getting my guy friends, the fellas, I love paying for dinner. It's such a nice thing to I think if you are not in a position to be taking girls on dates and covering the bill, then you need to do so much more work on yourself. You need to work on your business, your physique, your productivity. You're in no position to be going out, you know, chasing women. And I, like, in my 2014, '15, '16 grind, when I was laying the foundations, I didn't chase girls. I didn't go on dates. I did not do any of that. Now, for example, I can bring Linda out for a nice date, not have to worry about it. Of course, pay for the bill. I love paying for the bill. I love treating Linda. And I love even treating like my guy friends. Like, you know, just one of us goes up and surprises the group of the bill. So my answer to that is, if you can't cover the bill, then I think you got some more work to do. Look at this sunset.
Oh my God, all the boats!
So look at this view. The sun is just setting now, so we're gonna drive around one more time. It's just so nice to look at. And then we're gonna go for dinner. All right guys, food was legit, 10 out of 10. Safe to say this is going on my Marbella recommendations list. Went for a spread of veggies, potatoes, meat, all that good stuff. And I'll of course put some clips on the screen finishing up the video here. Last bit of life for a couple of months. Time to go back to one of the first ever things that I did on this channel. It's time to grind, it's time to suffer, and I can't wait. See you in the next one. Keep it real.
