What's going on everyone? Monday, I'm excited. Very busy day, so much stuff to do, so I'm going to vlog it. Why the hell not? Start off with breakfast, so let me show you what I'm cooking. I'm cooking those pancakes that I made in the last video. It's like the simplest ingredients ever. It's like eggs, casein protein, Ultra Banana in there, baking powder, baking soda. I got baking soda. Baking soda, I got baking soda. So you know me, I just make one big one, so let's, let's do it. Alright, so there we go. And I'm gonna put some Glenisk fat-free Greek yogurt on it and just tell myself that it is ice cream. And then some of this sugar-free syrup that is pineapple and coconut flavor. It actually sounds rotten, but it's really nice. I love Monday as it's the day when all the posts arrive. Here. How are you? Here we go. That's great, thanks. Cheers, Rob. Thanks very much. Sarah, thank you. It was for Sarah, not me. I'm expecting a few packages today though. And Sarah is making some blueberry pancakes and they look extremely good. All right, so this is a very cool looking package. Hi Sarah and Rob, glad that you're fans of Popcorn. We hope you enjoy this delicious assortment of flavors. We noticed in your vlog yesterday Sarah, that you mentioned sweet and salty, so we've included a few extra bags. Please tuck in. That was nice. It's those little details when you get a package, that's what counts. Unreal. These are basically like really kind of like macro-friendly popcorn. It's such a good snack. 88 calories and there's loads of like really nice flavors. That's the best one. No, my favorite one is, I think it's this one. Yeah. The peanut almond. Obviously it's got a bit more calories, but it's totally worth it. Apparently this one's unreal as well. Sweet coconut vanilla. Yeah, I'm big in the coconut. But yeah, anyways, that is awesome. Delivery from two sponsors that I hold very dear to my heart because they actually feed me. Myprotein and Kerrigan's Foods for Fitness. Let's crack these open. All right, first let's go through this one. Lay it out on the table. All right, let's really quickly run through this 'cause I do not like placing a big emphasis on supplements 'cause it gives off the wrong idea People, you know, especially young kids, think they're more important than they actually are, whereas they're the smallest piece of the puzzle. So vitamin D, green tea extract, ZMA— take that before bed— creatine monohydrate, pretty basic stuff. Citrulline malate, a good supplement with strong evidence behind it. Peanut butter coconut flavored, that is going to be delicious. Some sugar-free syrups, got butterscotch and vanilla. Coconut oil, I use that for moisturizer and sometimes cooking. Protein pancake mix, maple syrup, protein muffin mix, haven't tried that out, it was on sale, so I just threw it in the basket. And then we got flavor drops, toffee, vanilla, white chocolate. And then the kind of noodles and rice I use, the really low-calorie ones that are good to bulk out a meal. Then for Kerrigans, we got like a Fakeaway spice bag, it looks like meat and peppers and Lots of spices, looks absolutely delicious. KG of fillet steak, KG of lean minced pork, chicken fillets, and some extra lean bacon. Yum. And a free t-shirt. Iced coffee for today's pre-workout, love it. So today, Alphalete t-shirt, Myprotein shorts, Addi Boost, Addi Powers, no sorry, Addi Powers on the bike. Addidas shoes. All right, voiceover time. Basically, I'm about to explain where I am with my squatting because it's something you probably haven't seen much of recently. At the beginning of this year, older subscribers probably would have seen me squatting 3 plates pretty easy, ass to grass, which is not bad for someone my size at a lean enough body fat. Then I decided to go on a cut and my squat pretty much stayed where it was. Awesome. Goal on cut should be to maintain as much strength as possible. But coming up to my show, once I started getting super lean, very conditioned, my squat just started going to shit. Those natty feels. And quite frankly, I stopped enjoying squatting, and I said, "All right, look, I need to get my priorities straight. What's more important, having a good squat or coming in conditioned and winning my show?" I of course chose the latter, and it paid off. So that is why my squat is quite weak at the moment, and I'm currently trying to build it back up and get back into squatting more often. I'm not planning on going into a lean gain phase, or bulking as you might call it, until around September, as I have a few things that I need to be in shape for. So I'll just have to do what I can. Here I am looking really just to get my form straight. I noticed my hips shooting up a little bit, so I slowed it down, threw in some pause squats at the end, which I'm a huge fan of. Anyways, drop the video a like if you're enjoying it. I'm gonna leave you here. All right, so the tough shit is done. Now it's time for the fun part, isolation work, bodybuilding movements. So I'm taking off these adidas, putting on these ones. All right, so gym session done, right? Um, I'll do like a voiceover to the workout or whatever, but one thing I noticed, right, is school is out. School's out for the summer, same with college, and there's a very young crowd in the gym, which is awesome. I wish I got into the gym younger than I did, okay? It's great, it's productive, keep you off the drink or whatever, okay? But one thing I might do a video on, like teen bodybuilding or whatever, like a full video, but one thing that I really noticed today is There's a lot of young lads in there, they have a case of fuck around-itis. I had it so badly as well. They go in, they don't know what to do, they're walking around just looking. So I saw a group of people chatting like a circle, don't know what to do, and they're literally just hopping from machine to machine and just, you're wasting your time in there, honestly. Like, you're spending so much time doing nothing. The best thing, the best tip I can give you is go in there with a plan. There's tons of free programs online. There's a legs push-pull program on my website. Just go in there and know exactly what you're doing. So, you know, wandering around because it looks obviously very silly. I wish, you know, I got a plan the second I walked into the gym and just know what you're doing. Get in, smash it, get out. Because that's something I really noticed today. I was there too, so I'm not dissing anyone. I was the, I was the exact same. I was even worse, to be honest. I like remember my split was so bad. I had like a bicep day, a tricep day, a calf day. It was like the ultimate bro split, right? So follow a split that hit everything twice per week, you know, progressively overloading over time, increasing volume. And go in there with a plan. Alright, so just came in the door and Employee of the Month here is working away. Isn't she just great? Of course, as you know, I did like a Snapchat sale yesterday, so I tried to get my delivery times as quick as possible. Sent out the next day. Thanks to me! Thanks to the unbelievable customer service that we have at NF Gymwear. Alright, so I'm having my usual Frozen Yogurt, and this is actually Greek yogurt. This is like innovation at its finest, right? You get half a scoop of just normal whey protein. This is chocolate mint, and you put just a tiny bit of water in it so it makes like a chocolate sauce. It makes kind of sludge. Oh, check it. But yeah, that's literally just like 10 grams of whey protein and a drop of water. Also printed off some stickers, put on the packaging, make it look kind of pretty. All right, I have to vlog this. This is like one of my favorite meals. Standard turkey burger, side of veggies, but the parsnip fries— I absolutely love these. They're like, they're like french fries, but they're like fat-free, lower in carbs. Really high fiber, absolutely delicious. Oh my God, it has just gotten very late very quickly. It's mad how it stays bright in Dublin till like 10 o'clock nowadays. But anyways, I'm gonna go to bed. This evening just flew by. I got just so caught up in packaging. It is not a one-person job doing that, I'll tell you that much. So I'm gonna wrap this vlog up here. I hope you liked it. More to come. Keep it real. I'm outta here. Peace.
