The End of Rob Lipsett

In this vlog, Rob Lipsett documents a pivotal day in Marbella as he prepares for the upcoming three‑day Marbella Mastermind event, reflects on his imminent transition to fatherhood, and says goodbye to his solo‑villa lifestyle. He showcases his daily routine – a car valet, a paddle‑club workout with Joss Mooney, post‑workout meals, and a brief gym session – while highlighting the social atmosphere of the club. Rob updates viewers on his business ventures: the villa’s conversion to an Airbnb, the success of that venture, and a new creator‑program he’s launching for aspiring fitness‑and‑business influencers. He promotes his Game Plan community call, shares nutrition tips (poke bowl, acai bowl, meal‑prep from Posh Foods), and offers candid advice on personal branding, content creation balance, and the importance of consistency and stoic mindset on social media. Throughout, he expresses gratitude, excitement for the Mastermind, and anticipation for his baby’s arrival, ending with a nightly routine and a thank‑you to his audience.

Good morning, vlog! Today is a very interesting one. We're back in Marbella. Uh, I was in Dublin last week with Linda getting everything ready, then I had to fly back briefly. I'm here for like 6 days for the big Marbella Mastermind event that is on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So this is going to be like kind of a turning point in my life. This is the last time I'll be in this villa on my own, essentially. Next time I'm going to be here, it's going to be with Linda, my wife of course, and our new baby girl. So this is the end of Rob Lipsett as you know it. It's about to be a very different type of Rob that you see on this channel, and a much better type of Rob as well. So we've got a few chores and errands to run today. I get my car valeted at the moment by a company called Mr. Wash in Spain. They come wherever you are and just completely make the car brand new. Also, actually might be getting a new car this month, so the last time you you'll see the Mercedes. It's all changing, it's all going down. Let's get ready anyways and have a banging day in the life. Alrighty, we are doing Ghost Legend Sour Patch Red Berry. Love these little sample packs as well, especially seeing as I've been over and back from Dublin and Marbella. They've been super handy just throwing my suitcase and saying, no, these are not banned substances, this is just pre-workout, I promise, you just gotta take my word for it. And they're like, go on through. I even have a little Ghost mixer The arm! So today, training with Joss Mooney in Paddle Club. He's there now and he said it is like so busy, it's hilarious. In the summer, like, Real Paddle just turns into like a circus. Like, it's always so busy, it's like a tourist attraction, which I kind of like. Like, when I go in there, I always meet a lot of people who watch the channel. And please, if you see me in person, interrupt my workout. I am more than happy to chat. It literally makes my day. So I'm gonna smash this, check out the car, and then head to MPaddle. Look at that. That is— that's a new car feel right there. Oh my God, beautiful. Even smells good, people. We are back in Paddle Club with Joss Mooney and the crew, and this place in summer, it's a nightclub. Like, seriously, it is busier than most beach clubs right now, and it is absolutely packed. The music's blaring. It's kind of like the reason I have have a home gym if I ever want to get a quiet workout in, but I do also love the atmosphere here. When people are watching, you train harder. Oh yeah, okay, this is actually the reason there's, there is literally no weights, but we're gonna make do anyways with the crew. Now I met so many people that are going to this weekend's event just walking into the gym. That gets me really excited. So I'm just like feeling such a buzz around the place being back in Marbella. So let's hit it. I'm not sure what this workout is going to be. It's going to be pretty thrown together, just being real with you, but let's make it a good I'm at the gates, we straight, we treat 'em like worms in a lake, they bake.
Just give me a drum and a bass, I skate and grind till I'm numb in the face, okay? Don't fuck up my day, don't talk about clutch, I got ice in my veins, I'm colder than Trey. I stick to the code, I'm glitching the game, I do anything for the win at the end of the day. I gotta cut to the chase, everyone give me some space, don't fall out, we fall into place. Every step walking with grace, amen, keeping my foot off the brakes, impact I'm ready to brace. We fall down and land on our face, just to get up and finally escape. Wait, boom, boom, boom, boom. Baby, I'm back!
Tell the channel. Mate, I was literally saying to Jake, I'm over here for a photo shoot on Friday and I saw the stories and I was saying, God, like, I would just love to meet Rob. I was literally saying it in the Uber and then Jake just goes, oh, there he is. See, that's the magic of the universe. Yeah, whatever you say, it ends up happening. But brother, man, put it there. Thank you so much. Like, that makes my day. Been watching these since I was about 12. There we go. The Bali days. Oh my God, I remember those times. Crazy. And then we got the man himself here, what's up? That's what I'm saying, in padel, look, I know the gym, you're meant to dial in, but padel's a bit of a social scene and I like that, you know, that I have the home gym but I go here to kind of get out, see something new and meet some sick people. Here we go, so chest fly is going down now as well, let's go! Are you excited for the event? Of course, of course. There we go, so we're meeting a lot of people that are going to the Mastermind event this weekend. And just the hype is building. It's crazy. I feel like it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but I feel it's beginning now. I feel it's beginning now. This pec deck, pec machine in particular is just one of a kind. Like, I swear to God, if this was like a designer brand, this is the Prada. This is the Prada of chest bars. It's all right.
Let's see.
It actually kind of looks like a Prada handbag that Linda wants me to get her. Yeah, I got you a chest fly machine. That's what you wanted, right? Come on. All right, boys, so we are moving on to some weighted dips. Ideally, you want to have like an actual weighted belt, but if your chest is already pretty fatigued, your triceps are already pretty fatigued, just popping a dumbbell in between your knees will do the job as well. Okay. And then drop that off, rep it out. Good. All right guys, a little post-workout with the fam. So the food in Paddle is actually surprisingly good. So I end up getting a poke bowl with salmon and some prawn. We got a random-ass side of onions here as well. I don't know who ordered unseasoned onions. That is, that is interesting. Look at my meal, man. There we go, that looks good. I'm on prep. Yeah, so we're gonna chill here for a little bit, uh, just have the chats. Drink some aspartame, get the— get some calories in, and then get on with the day. All right guys, so just back from the gym. I'm just going to give you guys a little bit of a life update, as in the last month I've been a little bit MIA on YouTube. I've been traveling back and forth to Marbella and Dublin and just a lot of life going on. But we have kind of packed up all our stuff in the villa, so if you're looking around this vlog, like, the place is completely empty, as we had our first guests for the summer in the house last week and it was absolutely perfect. They were the nicest people ever. And the place is like— it's cleaner than when I left it. And I remember like it was like 2 or 3 vlogs ago I spoke about how I'm putting the place on Airbnb and I'm really excited because it's like essentially a new business for me. And the place, after I put it on YouTube, booked up for the whole summer, like absolutely crazy. And that is just the power of having a personal brand, having an audience. It's like no matter what you do, even if it's like fitness coaching or anything, or putting on an event in Marbella, or property everything works out. Like, everything just flows. It's like a life hack. It's like a life hack for life. I'm actually putting together something that I would give my 22-year-old self starting out on YouTube and starting out in the fitness space, and it's actually fully ready to go, but I need a few people to kind of test run it and give me some feedback on it as well. So if you're watching this and you want to make a living from social media, a living from being in the fitness industry, or just have complete location freedom— if that sounds like you, if you just like— if you want Do what I do, just shoot me a DM on Instagram and just reference this video. Say, I just watched your last vlog about what you're talking about and I want to be your test subject. I need a few people to get some feedback from. So that's something I've been working on for so long and I'm really, really excited to launch that program. We have that, we have Rob Lipsett doing its thing, we have the Marbella Mastermind this weekend as well. 100 people in attendance. I just met so many people in the gym, as you saw, that are going, and that is just like the best thing ever. You guys know I've been doing events since like the Creator Agency back in the RDS in Dublin since like what, 2017, 2018, and it's just one of my favorite things to do. I try to do like at least one a year. When you're like all the moving, moving clogs and you're getting everything in place and then on the day it all comes together, it is just like the best feeling ever. And people message you afterwards, they have the best weekend ever. I'm just really excited for this year's. I think this year's is like one of the best organized ones, and I'm just really excited to kick the whole weekend off. So that is happening in like 2 or 3 days' time, and so I'm pumped for that. I'm gonna bring the energy, it's gonna be amazing. Then after that, on Monday we fly— I say we, I mean like me and you— on Monday I fly straight back to Dublin, and then the countdown is on for Baby Lipsett, the biggest life event ever on this channel. So I'm just in a really good place right now, guys, and I just speaking to the camera and I just want to say thank you. Just, just thank you. It's been such an amazing year. It's been such a focused year and it's just everything, everything's going to plan, you know. And even if there's been a few hiccups, we handle them well. We handle them well. So I'm gonna chill out for a little bit. I've got a Game Plan group call tonight at 7 PM, so I'm gonna finish the day off with that. I'm gonna have meal 2 in a little bit. I'm actually probably— I'm craving an acai bowl. Feeling I'm gonna go for an acai bowl. Go, and then we're gonna wrap up the day. Life is lifing! So this place, The Deli, it is like just probably one of the best, healthiest brunch spots in Marbella. Like, you can go in, just get a bowl full of chicken, rice, most amazing Caesar wraps. I always get the acai bowl, it is off the charts. And it's kind of like hidden away, it's not too far from Paddle, but I highly recommend you go. The owner is a good friend of mine and they also do the meal prep that I'm about to pick up now. They also do the meal prep that I consume. It's called Posh Foods, and then this is called The Deli, but it's the same company. So if you're in Marbella, you want a proper, like, high protein, healthy post-workout meal, a brunch, or meal prep, go hit this place up. Run by good people. All right guys, so here's the smallest grocery haul that I've ever done on this channel. So we're only here for a few days, and we've got a lot of meals positioned around the event, a lot of meals out, a lot of socializing. So we have 4 meal preps. Gonna have like one of these each day from Posh Food, the same place as the deli. Then we have some Scandi milk, melon medjool. Then we got a little bit of bread, avo, and eggs to make my little, my little brunch every day. And then here's another meal combo right here, just berries, oats, and Ghost Whey. Also, a cool thing is when you book Villa Lipsett, I leave just an infinite supply of Ghost, and you also have the gym. So it's a bit of a, bit of a fitness retreat. And then I've Also got a sneaky little sandwich to go from the deli as well. Probably gonna have that for dinner, maybe save it for tomorrow. You'll have to just wait and see. And some whey protein this evening as well to hit our protein macros. And that's it. That's, that's gonna do me. Very minimal, very minimal for the next few days. Dinner time. Today's day of eating has not been ideal. Poke bowl, that's not too bad. Açaí bowl, not much protein in that. Then this chicken wrap, let's have a look. This is actually packed with chicken, to be fair. It's— yeah, that looks, that looks pretty girthy. I'm gonna warm this up in the air fryer now and we're gonna take a bite and it's gonna be a good time. Mm, unreal. All right guys, so this is is actually what I do a lot of the time, and I wouldn't have it any other way. A glorified desk job that I love so much. So we are just going to chat to the Game Plan community now. Got my little Rode mic set up here, and we're just going to do— chat about fitness, business, mindset, energy, the upcoming event, just have the chats. And it's like a nice little midweek pick-me-up. They're on a Wednesday at 7 PM Marbella time, 6 PM Ireland time. And I love them, and we're gonna absolutely smash this now. So let's go.
I've got a bit of a question regarding personal branding and content. Yeah, when it comes to content, how much emphasis are you putting on posting content you genuinely want to post and you enjoy, and how much do you put emphasis on is it going to hit the algorithm, is it going to have like a call to action, is it going to have like a comment this word for XYZ? That's all the place I'm at the moment. I'm struggling with posting content I genuinely want to post. Yeah, but post content I know does well and having that sort of balance between the two.
If you start kind of like thinking about this and taking away the joy from it, you're going to actually ruin the whole fun of it. You're going to have burnout. Like, if you're constantly trying to think like, I need to post like the perfect content, I need to curate it, you're simply not going to be able to get enough volume in, and you're not going to be able to get enough practice, enough reps in. Obviously, there's a lovely balance between quality and quantity, but oftentimes you're just overthinking that in your head. Head and no one else, no one else even notices. You were also self-critical of ourselves and that we overthink everything. So you're thinking of like content that you want to post versus content that you think will do well. No one else sees that. Everyone just sees like the content you post. I completely get you. And there's also, it's also a little bit of a confidence, confidence thing as well. If you like have confidence when you're posting, people can smell it, you know. If you're posting regularly, people are like, oh, this guy wants to be be here. You know, he wants to show up, like he wants to talk about this topic. What is the topic that you post about? Like, you know, fitness, business?
Like, it's everything from fitness through to self-development for young men, pretty much. We run like an online self-development program for young men. So fitness, mindset, finances, network, the whole lot.
Looks like I got me some competition here. I'm like, Nuke, get off the call! Don't listen to him, fellas, don't listen to him. Yeah, so I I really— are you like the founder, the head coach type thing?
So it's actually myself and Lewis is on the call. Okay. Well, we both run the business together.
Awesome. Awesome. Well then, look, your community just want to see you show up regularly. That is it. And you got to be a leader. Like, you got to be a leader. You got to be ultra, ultra confident in yourself. And also, if you like, people don't mind you repeating topics like because that's what they signed up for. They want to hear that reassurance. They want it. They want to hear your message. Message again. And if you have a— but not every post is going to be a banger. And that is how I've allowed myself to be on social media, still going for 10 years. Like, because I remain stoic. You're gonna have some months where you are just— everything flops, and it's gonna look like a Bitcoin chart. It's gonna be like one month it's gonna be like this, the next like this, like this. You gotta remain stoic, keep posting, and keep showing up, and try not to be emotional with the, with the analytics. Last month In the month of May, I actually had my, my best month on YouTube in like 3 years. Literally the highest ever. Like, let me get— look at these green— look at these! Oh my God, look at these green lines! Look at this. Okay, it has all gone green. We're over a million views on YouTube, which is super hard to do. Great, love it. Next month is probably going to suck, and, and that's it. It's a roller coaster. Social media is business is such a roller coaster. When you see those spikes, of course business spikes as well. And that's why we do social media, because it has a real-world effect on our life. And but you need to understand there's going to be bobs and weaves. It's going to go up, it's going to go down. You're going to have confidence with posting. You're going to think, oh, no one's, no one's responding to my shit. I'm a fucking loser. No one, no one wants to hear from me. Remain stoic, keep posting, and consistency is number one at this stage. And understand that every post is not going to be like like something that, you know, is going to go off. Nice one, lads. Enjoy that. Chat soon. Let's get it. Bye-bye. All right, and just like that, the day is done, man. The energy that I have when I finish them, what a feeling. So gonna do my little evening routine now, get my magnesium on, I'm gonna shower, get fresh, and get ready for a nice big sleep. And kind of like when I do that, like, that's why I have, I have that call like I have to have it at like 6 or 7 PM because people need to be off work to join in on the call. But I also don't want it too late or I get too stimulated as well. But generally in my day around this time, uh, what is it, like 7— it's 8 PM now. So around this time at 8 PM I completely shut off. Notifications are not coming in on my phone, it's a setting I have on. Uh, you know, I stop eating like massive meals and I wind down and I don't do any stimulating activities and I just switch my brain off. So I'm gonna finish this vlog here. I hope you guys enjoyed today and like you enjoyed like the last little just day in the life of me here on my own. It's so crazy and I just want to say thank you. That, that is, that is all, all I can feel right now this year is just pure gratuity and just being grateful. And I know I sound like a broken record, but that's how I feel. So see you guys in the next one. Keep real. I love you. Mad air.
Peace.
