Good morning, everyone. Reporting live from the top bunk in Gatwick Airport. So this is a part of our big journey to the Cayman Islands. We just flew here from Malaga last night. Had a pretty good sleep. Honestly, I enjoyed it. We are about to just put ourselves together, maybe get some breakfast, we'll see, and then check in for our flight to Miami. Then we have a flight to the Caymans. So as you probably know, we're going to Christian and Heidi's wedding. It's going to be wedding of the year, like it's going to be crazy. So we're very excited, definitely worth the trip. It's going to be a bit of a reunion as well with a lot of Alfley people. So, you know, I got to vlog this, I got to document this as something I want to look back on. I'll do a lot of phone stuff as well, which is fun, but we're just about to get up and get after it. Could do with some fuel cakes in there. All right guys, so update on the trip. We are back in Miami, although it doesn't really feel like it cuz we're not leaving the airport. But we are here for 5 hours until our flight to the Grand Caymans. So I said, look, let's go find a healthy option. I'm not going to get like some fast food or something. I need like meat and vegetables. And this looks 5-star. What the hell? So we got a big massive steak and asparagus, some potatoes here. Can dig in now, chill out before our flight, and then go to the Caymans. I'm so excited. Like, I can't believe we're actually going. That was a really easy journey from Plane was like empty, whole road to ourselves each. Killed it. That was the cutest reunion I've ever seen. Like a ball of muscle. That's so cute, guys. Okay, today's— I don't know any of the— we're just going to show up. So we have a bridal brunch that's tomorrow in the garden. All the friends and family is going to be there, you're going to be there, and then the next day is the wedding. We have the ceremony, we have the reception. Sunday, Monday is going to be the beach day. Oh, oh, let's go, let's go, baby! On Monday, guys, guys, I'm so proud of these. So proud. Yeah. What is going on, guys? Welcome to the Cayman Islands! This is officially day 1 of the wedding, but we got here yesterday and oh my God, it was one of the best days of our life. The whole gang was there. We hadn't seen each other in ages and we were just relaxing, nothing on the itinerary, catching the sunset, reuniting. It was a great time. Today, you know, we called it off Went home early enough, so this morning we're in the gym, get a quick session in, a sweaty one, and now we're going to a brunch. So this is like the first official thing on the itinerary. We're going at 11:00 AM, so nice and early. And yeah, can't wait to see the gang again. But look guys, welcome to the Caymans! I can't believe this, like we've never been here and we're both just in the best form ever. And let's celebrate Christian and Heidi tying the knot! All right guys, so we are in the Kimpton Hotel. This is where the wedding is on this weekend and all the events around it. So today is just a brunch, and this is the nicest resort on the island, of course. We're gonna chill out for a little bit, do some pictures, and then brunch is at 11 AM. Very excited. Caroline, how's the head today? It's actually not too bad. I feel like hangovers don't exist in the Caribbean. Just jump in the sea, hit the buffet, and you're good to go. Sick! So the following day, me and Ryan, we woke up and we got our ass to the gym. We knew over the whole weekend this was going to be the main workout. That we got in, so we made sure it was a good one. And this gym is called The Rec Room, and it's in the Caymans, and it is without a doubt the best gym on the island. If any of you guys are there, I highly recommend checking it out. And also, strangest thing ever, I did not know this was a thing, but the amount of Irish people on the Cayman Islands. I don't know why, like, I get people that go to London, America, the Cayman Islands, I did not know there was such a strong Irish community there. So comment down below if you're from Ireland and you live in the Caymans. But either way, go check this gym out if you do. Absolutely amazing gym. So we got in a good pump session and then it was time for the wedding. Guys, it is the big, big day. We are all dressed up, just about to head off to the actual ceremony, the wedding, the reception. So our taxi's arriving now, but just a quick one, I want to give a big thank you to Suted and Booted. Which are a Dubai-based tailor originally from Scotland, for just custom making this amazing suit, surf fish. The initials, we got Orel in there as well. But honestly, go hit them up. The whole service, the experience, it's just fantastic. It's a really fun time picking, choosing all the fabrics, getting it fitted perfectly. I'd be absolutely screwed today if it wasn't for them. Brokenness feeling like sin, now no breath, low dollar. Used to be left on read, now all the girls go holla. Now all the girls go follow, all the fake friends gonna pile up. I need peace, so borrow, get at you right back tomorrow. Somehow all the fans go bravo, smile so much to hide my sorrow. State is shaky in Verado. I can't hold a frown too long, I can't stay down too long. Running from pain, running from strain, running from things, running from schemes. How we feeling today, big guy? I mean, when you're in the positivity of Rob Lipsett, I mean, in the sun shining, beautiful people everywhere, how can you be mad? And you got a handful of tacos there and everything. Oh yeah, this is, uh, 800 protein, 1 fat, 3 carb. Live the dream, bro. It's the day after the wedding, uh, so everyone's just chilling out, relaxing, recovering. I'm just stocking on some protein. We are doing a little mini Cayman's Bowl kind of things, but this is ahi ahi fish and actually looks quite lean. Flavors are just amazing on it. And so I try to get like a lot of protein, as much as I can fit into the wrap as possible. So now the question is Is that gonna close? This is like a turbo-sized burrito. Take a bite.
