Yo, what's up everyone? So, um, few things going on today. One, I'm gonna show you my new car because, you know, you've all been asking for that and stuff. And two, it's bench day and then I gotta run a few errands. So I'm gonna bring you out, show you now, no waiting around, and yeah, run you through it. Alright, bros, so So here it is, it is an Audi A5 S-Line. I'm really happy with it. It's got the extra big wheels on it, and today or tomorrow I'm getting the back windows tinted, and I'm also putting in MP3 kind of player on it. So, so yeah. So here it is, dudes. Um, push to start. Got my hair cut too short. So yeah, um, that's the car. You know, I'm so happy with it. It's kind of like, it's not just A car for me, it's kind of like a symbol of the work I've put in the past year. And all I can say is like, thank you. Thank you to everyone who watches these videos. Thanks to everyone who comments, interacts with me, supports me in any way, shape, or form. Like, you know, I would never thought, you know, a year ago if you asked me what I was doing, I, I wouldn't know. You know, I wouldn't know I'd have my own website. I wouldn't know that, you know, I make my own clothing. I wouldn't know that I make videos. Like, it's just crazy how life goes. And just always, if you— and also, I just want to say, like, you know, if your dreams don't scare you, you're not dreaming big enough. And as corny as that may sound, like, crazy things happen. As I mentioned, I didn't know the hell I'd be doing all this in a year's time. So, you know, just understand that crazy things do happen. And, and just if you put in the work, it's nuts. So that's enough of me literally talking crap to the camera, but, uh, alright, let's go off to the gym. Let's do this, bros. Lambo soon, but in the meanwhile, there's enough to do. So, that's bench day. Over and done with. Wasn't a great day, but that's fine. When you're cutting, you're gonna have these days when you go into the gym and you're just not feeling that strong and explosive. It's fine. And you know, you're always gonna have the odd day like that. Only when you get about 2 or 3 days in a row like that, then it's probably time to throw in a refeed day. But that is another day's chat. Do the workout. So we started off with flat bench press. I know my last chest and back, chest and back workout, I I started off with decline pressing, but I've decided this year I want to bring up my flat barbell bench press. So every chest and back session, I'm going to start off with this. Also, note how I go all Ash Ketchum with my hat when I'm doing the bench, because, you know, I don't want it hitting off the back. So tell me, who is your favorite Pokémon character? If it ain't in the original 150, pshh, you know, we're going to have to have words about that. Anyways, basically my split, you probably already know, is chest and back, legs, delts, and arms. So everything twice a week, train 6 days a week. So my main focus on those days is going to be bench press, squat, and overhead press. So, you know, when you pick those lifts to focus on, it just makes things a lot easier because you can't try just get better at everything or you're just going to be a jack of all trades. It's best to take something and focus on it. So they are gonna be my main focus on those days. I've decided on it, and it's just a lot easier to scale progress if you just keep those consistent, keep those lifts consistent. Don't, don't switch up your workout to confuse the muscles. If you want to confuse your muscles, make them do algebra. But so they are gonna be my focus this year. So anyways, today I started off, I warmed up with 60 kg, started off then with 100 kg, and it was just— I wasn't feeling great, but whatever. And then went on to 110 kg. Got a few reps out on that. Last day I was benching, I was banging out 110 kg very easily. It was just a good day, but like I said, can't always have a good day. That's fine. So then after that, I went on to barbell rows. Again, this is kind of my main back exercise because I'm looking for that thickness. Witness the thickness. And so it was barbell rows, and then it was back to incline dumbbell press. And again, upper chest is something that I think just looks savage. I think it be great to bring it up. And an incline dumbbell press, you can just get a huge stretch on your chest. Not only are you at an angle so you can get a deeper contraction, but you're using dumbbells too, so you could go past your chest, as well as a barbell would stop you from going any deeper there. So then after that, it was just vertical pulling, like always. You can do lat pulldowns, you can do pull-ups like I'm doing here, weighted pull-ups, whatever, a vertical pull as a vertical pull. It's not gonna be make or break. Then I also added in chest flies. Chest flies for the guys. What? And then after that, I did this thing I saw the online coach do it. It's kind of like a neutral grip cable row, and you do it standing as well. It feels really good. You get your whole back involved. It feels fantastic contraction. So that pretty much wraps up this workout, and I will also include some G4P. I'll include a posing update. And show you where my cut is at. I'd say I got about 5 or 6 weeks to go until I'm at a body fat that I'm happy at, until I'm back down to about, you know, maybe 10%. And also, if you want to get that sexy stringer I'm wearing, psh, LipsFitness.com, you know how it is. Also, before you go, on my next video I want to do a Q&A video. Those, they're great for just, you know, doing informative videos and covering a lot of topics. So in this comment section, just ask any question you want. Doesn't doesn't have to be about fitness, uh, it can be about anything. So ask a question down below and I will include it in the next video. So I'm gonna wrap up this video there. You've seen my new car, you've seen my new goals, you know, the, the lifts I want to increase at. You see my chest and back routine, and you've seen a physique update. Hope you enjoyed this video. Freaking love you guys, seriously. Until next time, keep it real.
