Here is your next leg day in 36 seconds. Starting off with some pendulum squats. The depth you can get on these is insane. If your gym has one, use it. Then we went on some unilateral leg pressing. This is a great alternative to Bulgarian split squats if you find them a bit awkward like me. Finish off the quads with some leg extensions, but let's be real here, my arm veins stole the show. Onto the forgotten muscle, also known as the hamstrings, with some DD RDLs. After that, it was on to calves, so we loaded up the entire stack and then smashed out some drop sets. Then to finish, we smashed out some ab work, which called for hanging leg raises, and finally some cable crunches. And if you're into workouts like this, you may want to hang around. So be sure to hit that follow button and have an amazing day. Peace.
