The Start Of Daily Videos, LF Gymwear, Tracking Veggies

Rob Lipsett kicks off a 7‑day daily‑vlog experiment by documenting his Friday routine. He starts with a homemade smoothie, using mixed fruit, whey, creatine, cocoa and chia seeds, and uses the moment to critique ultra‑clean, limited‑food diets, advocating for varied nutrition and macro tracking via MyFitnessPal. He then visits Cut and Sew for a haircut before heading home to set up his LF Gymwear clothing line on his website, announcing pricing, colors, and a Snapchat‑only presale. After launching the store, he heads to Raw Gym for a delts‑and‑arms workout, meets a subscriber, and shares training details. Throughout, he discusses supplement use, intermittent‑fasting style eating, and the importance of tracking vegetables for precise dieting. Rob reflects on the nervous excitement of posting content, comparing it to his first YouTube video, and encourages viewers to face fears. He wraps up by outlining the upcoming Manchester trip and the plan to post seven consecutive daily videos.

Yo, what's up everyone? So again, sorry I look tired. I just start my vlogs when I wake up. That's how I do it. If you tuned into my Periscope last night, you probably saw that I decided that I'm going to start doing daily vlogs, daily videos, whatever, just for the next 7 days just to try it out. So I picked a kind of, you know, week where my life will be mildly interesting because, you know, I'm going to Manchester for the weekend with Machine Fitness. I've got the new LF gear coming out and just stuff like that. So look, today is day 1. It is Friday. I'm gonna take you throughout my day, show you everything I do. And so yeah, this is the beginning of it. Could be good, could be terrible. Could be— you could be like, Rob, your life's so goddamn boring, never, never do this again. But look, hey, it's a learning curve and I'm looking forward to it. So let's kick off the video. Alright, so I'm back on the sorbet hype. You know, I got this thing in Lidl. It was like €30. Pretty sure you can't get it anymore because it was a few weeks ago and they just throw in like some random shit every now and then. But it's going to be pears, plums, kiwis, and I'm going to chuck a few blueberries in there. So I'm killing the micros. A nice mixed, you know, mixed bunch of food in there. And I'm also going to add some chocolate orange flavor whey, some creatine, and maybe some cocoa and some protein milk too, but I'll show you when it's done. Also guys, kind of like last week's vlog, I'm gonna try make it as informative and helpful as I can, just throwing bits of information as I go along. So like a word on diets. You know a lot of people who like follow these like super clean diets and they're like, you know, bro diets like chicken and broccoli and rice. Like 6 times a day, you know, you can only eat these 6 foods, these are the 6 foods that work, all that bullshit. Joe, they are actually the ones that end up with nutrition deficiencies. They think they're eating super clean. If you're eating just like 5 different foods, or like chicken, broccoli, and rice 6 times a day, you can't get every nutrient from chicken and broccoli and rice. Every nutrient that exists in the world isn't in chicken, broccoli, and rice. So you should eat a varied diet as possible. Like right here, I'm eating like 5 different foods. You know, I never eat like the same thing every day. I always have like different breakfasts, you know, different meals. And that's why I'm not a big fan of meal plans either. You know, they do have their place, but I'm just more into tracking your food intake and eating a varied diet just to make sure you cover every nutrient. You know, you will not end up in nutrient deficiency. Your diet will be more enjoyable and so on. So that's my little lip tip for the day. And that is backed by research, what I'm saying. So don't always eat the same thing. Alright, so now you want to put in all your toppings, mix it up. So I'm going to go for 100 grams of this. 100 grams and 100 mils is pretty much the exact same. Alright, then 10 grams of Kokoa to finish it off. Okay, and then all you do is stir. Alright, so that's what we're left with, guys. It is just exactly like frozen yogurt. I also put some chia seeds on top. Some people are like, you know, would you bother weighing out small toppings like that? My answer is, you know, if the bowl's on the scales already, it's not any more hassle. Alright, so breakfast consumed, and now it's off to Cut and Sew. You know, that's where I get my haircut whenever I've got like something coming up, like for example this weekend, the video shoot in Manchester. So if I ever have an event, it's off to Cut and Sew to get fresh. So that's where I'm going to now. Let's go! Also kids, don't forget to take your vitamins. Fish oils, vitamin D, vitamin C, and a multi. These are all from Myprotein. Links and discount codes in the description box. Blah, blah, blah. Alright, so I'm in that parking place that I don't know if I'm allowed to park in. I actually got clamped yesterday for the first time in my life. Let's not go 2 for 2 today. But anyways, right, so this is a little before shot. Let's see how mesmerizing I look afterwards. Alright, so back home now, sitting on my desk, and, um, Kunso were actually nice enough to give me 2 free vouchers as well, so I, uh, I'm going to sort out doing a giveaway with them, and just stay tuned to my Facebook page and Instagram. But the main focus on today is getting the new LF Gymwear, um, up and running on my website. Um, so, you know, I'm sorting out, like, I'll have to count stock put it in like in each color and stuff like that, the prices and stuff like that. The prices, they will be cheaper than any other YouTuber, I'll tell you that much anyways. Um, because you know, because you know I keep it real. So today is Friday and I'm gonna try get all that live by this evening, get a few pictures of me wearing the gear even though I already have a few, and then announce it on Instagram and Facebook and see what happens and, you know, go about it. And so, you know, you're witnessing history here. Nah, but like, you know, obviously it's such a small scale compared to a lot of YouTubers, but who knows, maybe I'll look back a year from now on and be like, wow, so that, that's where it all started. But I don't know. Anyways, right, so that's the main plan for today. Um, focus on LF Gymwear, and I'm also gonna hit delts and arms in a bit too. So I'll see you in the gym. Okay, so I've got them up live. That is at LipsettFitness.com/clothing. So yeah, €18 for the t-shirts. There's the description there. Blue, white, and black. You just go down here. Let's see, medium blue. And yeah, there you go. Actually, you know what I'm gonna do? Gonna put it up on my Snapchat. Little Snapchat-only presale. Alright, so just off to Raw Gym now. Also no pre-workout because I gotta go to bed early tonight because I think I'm up at like 5:00 because my flight to Manchester is at half 6:00. So no caffeine, want to get a good sleep tonight. And you know, I'm gonna be training my ass off and definitely gonna be taking in a lot of pre-workout tomorrow for the video shoot because I I want to look pumped, but, uh, all right, gym time, let's go! Awesome ride. I just met a subscriber here and he says I'm way bigger in real life, so that's just made my weekend. And I definitely need to get a better camera if that's the case. Alright, so just finished off the workout with a bit of arms. I was taking some photos for ULF Gear, hence the outfit change. But I'm gonna hit some arms, then head home, get something to eat. Had a good workout. It was cool meeting that subscriber as well, you know, we had a good chat. If anyone ever sees me in public, please come up and say hello. And if you watch my videos, you know, follow me on Instagram, whatever, I'm more than happy to take time out of my day to have a chat with you. But I'm gonna put this together because I'm so hungry. I just realized I've eaten like nothing today, which is kind of good for me. It's kind of like semi-intermittent fasting. And you know, I like to save a lot of my calories and have big meals. But alright, I'll show you this meal one day. I'm literally just gonna put this steak on for like a minute each side because I like my steak how I like my Pokémon cards— rare. Roll another one 'cause I'm winning in my photo. Also, I always key in my macros into MyFitnessPal just while the meal's cooking. And a word on tracking veggies, because people always ask me about this, you know, I think at the start of cut when you're just kind of making small changes, you don't need to. But you know, I use 200 grams of mixed veg and that's 120 calories in there. So, you know, if you, if you have that every day and you don't count it, it could be a reason. But you know, there's no short answer if you should have track veg that accurately. The more serious you are and the leaner you want to get, kind of the more extreme you have to get with your diet. That is my kind of meal. And also, if you want full days of eating, just add me on Snapchat because I always do this. Some days I'll post all my meals and I'll post the measurements and the macros to it there. So Snapchat is @roblipsett. Alright, so just made the posts kind of like on Instagram and Facebook announcing that, you know, LF Gymwear is live, you can buy here, and just like, you know, spit some shit from the heart, just being like, thank you for anyone who watches these videos, likes a post, messages me and says, hey, I like what you're doing. I really do mean that. Like, you know, I'm very grateful to be doing what I love to do, which is interact with people all over the world, make videos, and, you know, talk about fitness, something I'm really passionate about. But I just got that feeling, and it's like, it's that frightened feeling, you know, when your heart skips a beat. It's the same feeling I got when I posted my first ever YouTube video, and I was like, oh my God, how is this going to be received? People are going to slag me, make fun of me. Why the hell are you making YouTube videos? It's the same feeling I got when I first made my Facebook page. That was the first thing I ever did, like before YouTube or anything. And you know, It's a scary feeling initially, but you should always do things that scare you, because initially you're like, fuck, you know, it's on now. But afterwards you feel good, you feel exhilarated. But anyways, I'm gonna wrap up this vlog here. Today's Friday. I'm going to Manchester tomorrow, and like, obviously I'm gonna be busy Saturday, Sunday, so maybe I'll post this on Monday. I don't know, maybe I'll post it tomorrow. Either way, whenever it starts, I'll have the date at the start of every video. And it's gonna be 7 videos in a row. So this is the first of the 7-day vlogs. Hope you liked it. More to come. And keep it real. You all love that Apple microwave, by the way. Yeah, you know, Steve Jobs rose from the grave and sent one out to me.
