Yo, what's going on everyone? Welcome to today's video. So we are in the city center, we're about to do something very cool, right? We're going to get my suit tailored, and we're going to get a suit tailored. Best Menswear, I did some video work for them a while ago, they're super cool people, and even the shop is really cool, it's bougie, it looks good. So that's how we're going to start our day, and then we're going to kind of prepare for our Australia trip tomorrow, and obviously get a big gym session in and and just have a good day in general. You should see the weather outside in Dublin. It's so good for my last day here. So sit back, relax, enjoy the vlog.
Let's get into it.
One security guard comes up and he was like, "Hey, you're not meant to film here." Then another security comes up and he's like, "Oh Rob Lipsett, love the videos. Can I get some advice on training and nutrition?" and everyone kind of like joined in and we're all friends now. So yeah, we're here in Best Friends' Bar, so let's get it cracking. So good to see you again. We would have been earlier, but last like couple minutes I was giving a consultation to one of the security guards. Like, I'm not going to get any swear words embroidered in it, but maybe something close to that. You know what I'm talking about. Shout out to McGregor for asking. People on my YouTube videos or on Instagram, because I've got this massive neck vein here, they're always like, what inch is your neck? Like, how big is your neck? And so it turns out it's just under 16 inches. So maybe it just looks bigger because of the like massive vein in it. If you're a gym junkie, then go get a tailored suit. Insert pictures of Ronnie Coleman in suit. It's the funniest thing you'll ever see. No, God, please no, no! I'm jealous. I would be eating that, but I'm gonna be on the beach with Joe Delaney. It's just not fair. It's all good. Successful day in town. That was a cool experience. I've never done that before. Me and Yaya are gonna go upstairs and we're gonna kind of do a little bit of work, a little bit of admin, get ready for the gym, and then do one big final session before Australia. Then we're gonna pack up with you guys. Also need to get some food. Right, show you guys some food porn. See you just before we head to the gym. Yo, this is so crazy. I said a couple videos ago, I'm like, hey, if you want to send me anything, great place to send them to is Raw Gym address, uh, Raw Gym Sandiford. People are sending me like handwritten letters, typing stuff out, like, oh my God, like, how do I put down words? Like, that is, uh, I, I can't even, can't even speak. Right, that's motivated me to hit this session. Give my all. So let's go, go to war. Today is a full body day because I know I'm not going to be able to train tomorrow. 24 hours of travel. We're gonna double up on sessions. We are gonna do some bench and also some leg day, so we're combining our leg day and our push day. And it may sound like training's a little bit all over the place at the moment because I did that last week too. There's a lot of pros to full body training. Like, I've done a full video on full body training. There are some benefits to it. So, uh, training's actually been going really well at the moment.
Look what Rob's giving me.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, is newest sponsored Alphalete athlete by the look of things.
Legendary swag, young gods stay drippin', spillin' champagne on a boat, big pimpin'. Life is but a dream, look bitch, stop trippin'. You know what it is, you know what it isn't.
I really put the work in, don't you ever try to play me. I would die a legend if today they JFK me. Ridin' in my '65, listenin' to Amy. I've been to hell and back and Through it all, remain the same. I never gave a fuck. A million dollars couldn't change me as long as Mark Zuckerberg still got that zip hoodie. I think about the journey and think what it did to me. I'm eating like a king until I got a big tummy. Hair slick backwards with a skin fade taper. Captain save a hoe, never I. Can't save her. She said I drive her mad. Gerald's raps, Don Draper. All day I touch paper. Bitch, don't ask me for no favor. If you wasn't here before it, your call I ignore it. How quickly they forgive these days. I swear I can't Imported, 600 horsepower, I just hop inside and floor it. The money, I adore it. Every year I'm getting more lit.
Legendary swag, young gods stay drippin'. Spillin' champagne on a boat, big pimpin'. Life is but a dream, look bitch, stop trippin'. You know what it is, you know what it isn't. She just get it poppin' every time daddy visit. Drinkin' by the pool, go ahead and take a bippin'. Life is but a dream, we livin', stop trippin'. You know what it is, you know what it isn't.
Last session in the Mecca complete. I'm actually getting emotional now. Like, this is the first time in a long time I've gone proper non-stop traveling. 4 weeks, you know, no coming back to Ireland. Um, so I'm gonna miss the gym, I'm gonna miss Yaya, I'm gonna miss my apartment, but like, I'm ready for an adventure. It doesn't seem real, like, it doesn't seem like I'm actually going in like 13, 14 hours. Uh, but yeah, bring it on, like, this is going to be absolutely epic. Anyways, I'm gonna drop this guy home, we're gonna give each other a big hug goodbye, and then I'm gonna pick up the vlog. I'll go through like themes and like times where I'm like learning about something. Like, I remember like 2 months ago I was learning about resilience, right? And it's just like when you just watch some videos on resilience or you just learn more about resilience, you just like pick a topic on how you're going to improve yourself. So resilience, it's about pretty much bouncing back, you know, dealing with rejection, not taking things personally. Like, you can go deep in resilience. So at the moment I'm kind of learning more about self-awareness. And like, it's so easy on social media if you get like some negative feedback, or even negative feedback from your friends in person, that you're like, oh, you 'People are just being stupid, people are just being haters.' But instead, like, having some self-awareness and taking criticism constructively, even knowing what you're good at, knowing what you're not good at— that's a big one that a lot of people can't admit to themselves. Like, I'm not going to be an NBA player, I'm just not. My dreams of being in the NBA is not gonna happen. But it's like, whereas like something like social media and fitness, public speaking, I know I'm gonna excel at that. So having self-awareness, knowing what you are shit at, and knowing what you're good at, it's going carving life. So we're having a chat about that today. So that's, uh, that's the car chats for this evening. Hope you enjoyed this. Goodbye. Give me a fist bump. Boom. Anyone who's watching this, you need a very talented videographer with a creative eye— Ireland, UK, worldwide— hit him up. Link's in the description box. Love you, bro. See you in a month. Have a good one. Push, push, push, push, push, push!
Good man!
Easy, get it in there.
All right, done.
You ain't so tough with that bad boy tuck. I'mma get it how I'm living. I'mma walk the walk. Outline my lines, I rap through thought. Body bag the verse, outline the chalk. In my life seen trouble, hustle on the double. Silence on the trigger like my pick got a muzzle. Yo chick like to guzzle, bad boy stay in trouble. I only love this paper.
