Unlocking Your Limitless Potential with Jesse Meester

Jesse Meester went from Dutch military aspirations to fitness coaching, reality TV, and real estate in Marbella. He founded Maastricht Estate on a philosophy of mastery in property and giving back, practices intermittent fasting and ayahuasca, and aims for $20-25 million to maximize impact rather than wealth.

My philosophy has always been, by the way, I haven't shared this yet, give back more than you gain. That can be in money, it can be in time, it can be in anything. Then I'm going to play my own game. So that's where Maastricht Estate was born.
Okay.
And also to protect that, that Maastricht Estate, which is— Maastricht stands for master.
Okay.
So our philosophy is to be master in property, master in service, master in everything we do. I spot a good deal by looking and researching, obviously on the agency portals, but also going there physically.
Yeah.
So I can tell just right now by driving through New Golden Mile.
Yeah.
Okay. What is this going to be like trajectory like in the next 1 or 2 or 3 years? I look at the data, I look at what like it's being rented out for right now. And I know that right now, like even the area where I live, it's like 8% already up. Okay. A year as to maybe 1% here. Yeah. So, so from an investment point of view, that's already super interesting.
Welcome to The Game Plan. Today we have Jesse Meister on. Jesse, how you feeling today? How you doing?
Very good, I couldn't be better. Look at where I am, Rob Lipsett.
Exactly, and it's been an amazing month. So Jesse was a speaker at the Hybrid Entrepreneur Summit and I was so impressed at your talk. You know, that was the first time I really heard you be a professional, tell your story, and public speak as well, and you're very good, okay? But I wanna know a little bit of backstory about you. I wanna know the genesis Jesse Meester. How am I saying that?
Meester, Meester, Meester, Meester, whatever you want to call it.
I want to know the backstory. So you're from the Netherlands, uh, what was it like growing up in the Netherlands?
So I actually was, as a young, young Jesse, I was always like impressed by the military. I was, it was like basically in a family that was very, um, like locked in the matrix, if you will. Like they wanted me to go study, they wanted me to follow the traditional path, which is what my family did. In fact, most of my family were academics, like they were philosophers, like they wrote books, but nobody was really an entrepreneur. So I didn't really understand that yet, that playing field that I later discovered. So when I was young, I was like, I saw these military ads and I was like, I want to be part of the best. How do I fulfill my masculine purpose? And I thought, okay, well, what is the modern-day warrior? It's a soldier.
Yeah.
So I actually pursued my, my entire childhood towards becoming a soldier, but not just a soldier, but like, I was like, okay, military police or elite forces, that kind of stuff.
Yeah.
So that was kind of like the trajectory for like me as a young guy up until 17. And then when I did hit 17, I think after my high school graduation, I went straight into it. So I left home at like 17.
Yeah.
And I haven't been back home since.
Yeah, it's a long time.
It's, uh, and it was, it was quite disturbing as well for me that time because there, there, like, I got a small military salary of course, and that went completely to rent to a place that I never was. So there was a part of me that was like, hey, why can I not live at home? And later on, I was actually mad at my mom and my stepdad at that time because I wanted to have some kind of safety net, some kind of security, and they didn't have none. So it was almost like, you know, the Spartanic, like, idea of, here, go into the wild, go into explore, you know, fall and attack. And I later on understood that because it made the man that I am, and it made it generated complete responsibility for my life. But yeah, it was, it was, uh, there in the military being the agent of the matrix where I discovered, hey, wait, I'm not serving my country here.
You're being a pawn.
Exactly right. So I woke up rather quickly and I discovered that there was so much more to life and that this wasn't it for me. However, the discipline and the brotherhood that I've never experienced anything like it after that was something that I always respect and admire in the veterans. Everything about that I love and hold dearly. But so when I was 20, that's where it started. I was like, okay, I need to do something for myself, whatever that's going to be. All I knew was training, fitness, and discipline.
Nice.
So those two ingredients led to me just doing one-on-one personal training.
Awesome, dude. This is actually very similar to my story, okay? People don't notice about me, but I actually, pretty much was this close to joining the Irish Army, okay? My dad was in the army for his whole life. He traveled, served in Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Baghdad, with the United Nations and also the Irish Army. And he loved it. It was the best thing he ever did in his life. He says he actually regrets leaving, as he was extremely high up. But I went to join the Irish Army. I passed all the aptitude tests, I passed, I got the best fitness test. I'm not even just saying that, like for real. But my school results were, I was terrible at school. My college, no, my school results were too low that the army couldn't send me to college if I joined. So they couldn't accept me. So I didn't get in. But how different would my life would have been if I joined the army? Like who knows what I would have been doing? It's crazy. But—
You would have probably left.
Yeah, yeah, you know what?
1 or 2 years in.
Yeah, exactly, you know, who knows? But it's so similar to that. Very, you know, that's like more or less the path I went on. So right now we're 20 years old and you're doing one-on-one personal training. Then what happened?
Then what happened was that I was in a gym from somebody else and I was like, okay, this can't be it either. I was like giving like, what is it? Almost half of what I was earning to the gym and I was doing all the work. I started getting a lot of good feedback from my clients. I was like, because I didn't know how to communicate yet. I was like back in civilization. I was like rough. Like, I can show you a picture. I'm going to send it to you. I'm a bald, big dude. And I was like, I need to learn how to communicate. I need to learn how to speak to people properly. But it was working for everything else. It was working for my client relationships. Like, they loved it. They loved that. Like, I was, I was, I was an asshole.
Yeah.
You know, they loved it because they were in this bubble of safety and comfort. And I was this guy, ex-military, that was all I knew, that told them to get their ass off the couch.
Yeah, well, you know, that's what people pay trainers for, essentially. I think there's like two types of trainers, really. There's the kind of like empathetic, you know, which there's no wrong way to do it, more empathetic, you know, softer approach. And then there's those like hardcore trainers that are just like, get it done. And, you know, different personalities suit different types of trainers, but people often sign up for that. It's like they want to torture themselves, like Fifty Shades of Grey, just for fitness.
Exactly, mate. But I started to make some money, and I started to also do, in that time, some acting. So I was like, I started to discover more of my creative side. And I was like, I want to do everything, whatever is in me, I want to discover it. I got to try some different shit, and that's what your 20s is for, so it was perfect.
Oh, completely.
Right? I had no responsibilities yet except my rent back then. And then also I started to collaborate with a gym in a way that I could actually bring my clients and be part owner of the gym. I was like, okay, that's a great opportunity. It was at the beach as well in Netherlands. So I started to generate a team around me, and from that moment I was able to scale from the philosophy Master PT. It's still, it's still an existing page, uh, Body Mind Psychology.
Okay.
And that incorporated with with the fact that we had a lot of clients that nominated me for the Dutch Fitness Awards with the highest rating in the city of Amsterdam. Nice. It's quite a competitive place to be.
Yeah, yeah, your boy Marijn in there as well.
Yeah, Marijn is actually the south.
Yeah, yeah, he's in— it was in Nijmegen. Yeah, yeah, that's it.
Um, so, so that was like, bro, like that was my, my start and coaching. And then it had— I mean, it's still coach But now, so this was what happened, like I did drama school acting, I did some acting on the side, so I didn't have the time anymore to be one-on-one on personal training. So then I was like, okay, how can I really scale this? How can I really build a business and help as much people as possible? Okay, don't be one of those self-proclaimed coaches, like let's say they're an expert. I want to be a psychologist. So I started studying like at university, doing a full-on like Like, applied psychology, bro.
I'm like, you know, I'm not fucking kidding. Yeah, a lot about you. Like, we spent a lot of time together this month, but I'm just learning a lot about that. So wait, okay, right, so you go to study psychology. What college? What course?
I graduated as an applied psychologist.
Oh man, see, I didn't graduate, you know. I'm a self-proclaimed business guy. I couldn't even finish business college. But so, okay, so you do psychology.
Yeah.
And you actually finished?
Because I knew that fitness was just like one side of the spectrum, and I also felt that I was, I was being surrounded by, I think, a certain type of energy that was pushing me into a bodybuilding direction, or like, you know, very extreme. I was like, no, there's so much more to it, man. I was like, this is really about the mind, and I started to discover it more and more. So I did that. Was it the best decision that I could have made? Maybe not. If I look back now in hindsight, I could have, if I had the discipline to do the self-study learn a lot more about the mind, psychology. I agree. Because what, what, what university really does, and same for psychology or anything, it teaches you how to diagnose, it teaches you how to put people in boxes. Okay, but then what? Okay, so, so you, you have a Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, which is basically the Bible for psychologists or psychiatrists, and that is a group of American, American Psychiatric Association, and they basically determine what is a psychological disorder and what is not. So basically you label people. So it's very narrow-minded. And I was like, okay, I don't want to continue this study, but at least I'm now so far, at least I want my bachelor's degree. And then we see from there what I specialize in. So I did that. But I have to say, Rob, like when, when I started doing like I basically merged it like from, from physical business, which was still happening with my team, to then online. Yeah. And that's where, because of the following that was growing with the acting on the side, that was like going really well.
Okay.
And that's also the moment where I understood personal branding and the power of it.
Nice.
Yeah, I just, you know what I mean?
I, oh, I got a few bits in there about your personal brand because you've built something huge. But before, you know, I want to go through the timeline. So, right, you know, we did the fitness, we did this psychology, which is so impressive. I didn't know that about you. And then you also did some acting. You were on TV as well. So talk to me about your experience. You were on 90 Day Fiancé?
No, before the 90 Days. Yeah, before the 90 Days. Parasol, Single Life, some bachelor programs that I did here and there, a bunch of stuff.
All right, Ted, tell us about your experiences on TV and reality TV. I've also been on reality TV myself. So we've been there. We've all been there. So tell me about your experience.
Excuse me.
Oh, take a drink. Coffee.
Too many cigars.
Yeah, yeah, no, for real.
Yeah, I'm having a cigar break. Nice. Otherwise, I would have been smoking a cigar with you now. Yeah, yeah, I do apologize. So no, I basically, when I did— my first gig was actually as a lifeguard in a Dutch series. OK. It was like Baywatch style.
Nice.
Like super cute. Like, if I look back at it, I'm like, oh. You know? Yeah, it's like Venice Beach.
We got Niemegen now.
Yeah, exactly. So that was my first gig. And then I picked up. But, you know, and you know this as well, like the TV in America and the TV in Ireland or Netherlands, it's a whole different ballgame. In America, being on TV there is like you blow up from nothing to something. Like here in Amsterdam, you can be a celebrity, A-list, C-list, doesn't matter. They walk, nobody cares.
Yeah.
In America, when I was there, 1.5 years I lived there. I'm walking there, pictures this, I'm in dinner, oh my God, are you Jesse?
No way.
And it happens to me like globally sometimes because like a lot of the programs that I did were aired internationally. But honestly, the programs, when I started doing like reality TV in America, I didn't know what I was in for. I had no fucking clue. So what happened was I just was like, okay, you knew it was a spin-off, so it was not 90 Day Fiancé because I think that's like an original, like where you go to America, you you try to marry somebody in like 90 days. That was not the one. I was on a spinoff, which is where like you get to meet somebody, see where that goes. I can't talk too much about like the script of it or whatever, because— but when I was doing that, I'm like, okay, this is very interesting, very professional production. I see where this is going, but I didn't understand the game yet. I didn't understand that chessboard. So I was also just like naive and like, you know, let's get— like, let me, let me listen to the production.
Yeah.
And, um, man, my life changed after that. Holy damn. Yeah, I, I just, I mean, you have to understand, I woke up to like 300,000, 400,000 followers. Yeah. And, uh, not really caring about social media as much before. So after that, I was like, okay, well, I started getting sponsorship deals, started getting invited, and became extremely grateful Because, because in fact, people were like, oh my God, do you, do you like have any bad experiences about it? Yes and no. Of course. Like, am I, am I happy with the fact that they maybe not display everything correctly in the beginning to somebody who has absolutely no clue? Yes, of course. However, you signed the contract. You know that they can do whatever they want. They can now do deepfakes, they can do audio drops, they can push you however they want, they can script it, whatever they want. That's what you do. So as a professional, I go with it. What's really important is what you do after with it. And that's where I built the biggest community on the entire franchise. I have done, and you can look back on my Instagrams years ago, done meet and greets, like book signings, all kinds of crazy stuff, like going when Hurricane Michael happened in Florida. I went there with the mayor. We donated money. Like, I wasn't even an American citizen. Yeah, I was so grateful for the American community and how much love they have given me that I wanted to contribute. And my philosophy has always been, by the way, I haven't shared this yet, give back more than you gain. That can be like in money, it can be in time, it can be in anything. So I always wanted to spread that. And being in America and receiving so much love and having that change my life I felt like I need to give back so much more. So I did like from, from like literally veteran homes to like Hurricane Michael back then when it happened, visiting that, that, that site, brought my camera crew, like wanted to document it, like generated a bunch of money through my social media, donated. We were super grateful. Veteran homes, obviously talking about that. So all those things were part of that.
Yeah.
And that's where the community saw, okay, this guy, now we see the true Jesse.
Yeah. You know, that's so funny, which is, which is completely opposite. Yeah. So, you know, You know what you said, you struck a chord with me there when you said it's about what you do afterwards, okay? And so I went on the show Love Island in like 2017, bro. So I was on, I was in there for like 3, 4 days. I wasn't in there from the start, you're just thrown in. And so I was, I was, when I was in there, I was really chatty to everyone and I was getting along great. I was still, you know, Anton, he was on it that, you know, as well, you know, we're friends. Guys that I was on the show went in with, We're all still friends, got along great. But because I didn't go in and cause any drama, like, I got zero airtime. And so people start online, start saying, "Oh, Rob is obviously really awkward," or, "Rob has no chat." Antisocial. Antisocial, all this. I was like, "No, I'm just not going in there to go fight with some people that I don't even know." Like, crazy, okay? That's mad to me. So anyways, I went in there and people, you know, said all this about me, and I came out and I was like, What do you mean I got no airtime?
Exactly, yeah.
But anyways, right, it didn't matter 'cause I already had a good brand before that. And then I made a YouTube video being like the truth behind Love Island and like 10 facts about Love Island. And it's a great show. I said nice things about it. But so that video got a million views and I got tens of thousands, I think 100,000 subscribers on YouTube from that. Then my Instagram again, you know, went up like 200,000 as well.
Crazy. And this was the UK one?
This is the UK one, yeah. And so I was not, I was on the show for like 10 minutes. Seconds, but I still managed to get, you know, a huge audience from that because of how I played the game afterwards. And a lot of people, like, you know, they go on Love Island and they'll get loads of big following, but then when they come out, don't really do anything, you know, or provide much value. They don't do podcasts, fitness videos, give life advice, so their audience goes. Yeah, but my audience has continued to grow. So again, not from the show, not from TV, what you do afterwards. So I found that quite interesting what you said there. Yeah, exactly. You've got to play the game. You got to have integrity. You got to come out. If you go do a show, you got to come out afterwards, not just promote any old shit. Just maybe even don't promote anything. Just, you know, talk about what you're passionate about and pretty much essentially start a blog or a vlog, whatever. So it's very interesting that you said that. And you know what? When you actually search your name up, it says philanthropist.
I love that. So yeah, I'm like, you really did. You're not wrong. I know.
You did it.
Yes.
So tell me, so we have the reality TV show. You finished that.
Shows.
Shows, shows. Okay. But what period is this in your life? Because shows, obviously, a few years.
So I mean, this is the thing. My last show was actually 3 years ago. And now they still ask me till this day for all kinds of shows. Bachelor, Love Island. Literally every year they ask me for more time.
Yeah, because there's a good few different ones now.
To be honest, Rob, right now my brand is so big, I'm, I'm now a little bit more selective.
Yes, of course.
You know, now, now rules have turned.
Yeah. Now. Yeah. And now they're asking you.
Yeah. And they know they need me.
Yeah.
So, so it's, it's a little bit different conversation we're having. Yeah. So I'm a little bit more selective because right now they were actually— and I can't display which network this is, but we're in conversations about like what we can show and what not. Because obviously here we do real estate, we do a lot of great things. I want to share the connections to people, uh, you know, what we do. But they don't want to show that. No, they want to show who is he dating. Let's connect. What did he say?
Yes, what did you say? You talking?
Exactly, drama. And I just, I just, I don't, you know what I mean?
Yeah. So that's not, it's not, not some, that's not something you want to like tarnish your, your your name with, really. So yeah, I completely understand. But yeah, you've got a serious life set up here now in Marbella. First of all, how did you end up in Marbella? I always find this interesting because it's the most international community ever. Like, everyone, you know, you're from Netherlands, I'm from Ireland, like, you know, there's always such a mix of people. You know, Elliot, who you just did a podcast with, from the UK. How'd you end up here?
So 3 years ago I, I, so yeah, going back to the story. So I did also e-commerce, traveled to 72 countries, shared with my following as well, like how I did that. And then I came here and I was like, okay, I'm quite tired because you get to a point of saturation, right? You're like, okay, traveling, whatever. I want to settle down somewhere now where I feel that I'm on vacation but still have like the idea where I can raise a family or live or be permanent. For a longer time. So I came here, actually, Pointe Romano. I remember, I remember, I still saw the picture as a memory just now. The guy waits me, awaits me at the airport, Pointe Romano, Jesse Meester.
So nice.
I'm like, I remember that face. And that was the first guy I saw. And I came there and I stayed there. I extended my stay a lot in Pointe Romano, Nobu. Yeah. And I was like, God, I love this place. Yeah, I gotta, I gotta discover it. I started researching it. I started like understanding more about it. And then for those past 3 years, it's like, I think now like 1 year I've been here permanent. Yeah, took over Marbella.
Yeah, you did.
We saw, we conquered, bro.
Yeah, yeah, you got like ops this year.
It's, uh, it's, it's, it's been, um, it's been quite incredible.
Yeah.
And but, but you know what, what, what I saw rather quickly is that the circle that you have, and to really trust in my intuition and my, my people that I already know And you know, we have a lot of mutual friends.
Yeah.
Within the circle that we operate in, it's like, oh yeah, you know, I'm so— oh, you know, yeah, we're all so connected. But what we have to not forget is that circle, when you're around it, seems like everybody or more people can be like that, but it's extremely small and it's a very small group. So when you look outside of that, you have to be extremely careful because there's a lot of people that just want to take here. And use you and leverage. And it happened to me in the beginning, fell flat on my face a couple times. Um, and right now I know exactly who to deal with, who not to deal with. And I've been rewarded by having the best connections, the best, like, like, like whether it's here or globally, right? So, so, and that goes, goes back really like 9 years ago where it started. Yeah, you know, so, so Mike is an example. One of my best friends lives like right above Mike.
Yeah, in Dubai.
Oh, like, yeah, yeah. And I'm like, bro, we spoke like 9 years ago already, like on the same stage, dude, you know? So like, and I'm like, the circle is so small.
Yeah, sometimes the circle around the world is actually quite small. Like, there's, there's only like— the world is so connected nowadays, and that like the people— yeah, you kind of meet people around the globe, you know? There's even like a crowd that Goes from Dubai to Marbella to Miami and everything, around to London. It's kind of like, it's a very small group of people, man. It's crazy, yeah.
Yeah. So for me, when I came here, I was like, OK, I'm now going to discover the market here. Because one thing I've always done consistent, I bought my first apartment in Amsterdam at 23. And that was always my consistent, even when I was in a relationship, I think I haven't told this actually. Life yet, but one of my relationships, um, took all my time, all my energy, all my effort, and I was living off rental income of my properties. So one of my most sustainable, uh, like assets were always my properties, my assets. And so I was like, okay, why do I not get into real estate like full-on, full-time? Yeah, especially in the market here where it's like thriving.
It's crazy.
I saw that working with different agencies— I won't mention any names— and that it was not quite professional and they didn't have your best interests per se. They had the interest of themselves and their commission.
Yeah.
And here I am not needing anything but the fact that we have our own team, our own in-house professionals that want the best for the clients, and therefore they will continue to work with us. So that's how I came here and I saw the opportunity working with different agencies. I was like, you know, this is not what I want. It's not what I want. It's not what I've been looking for. And then I saw something off market, understood the game, and fell on my flat on my face. Also collaborating with an agency before that was basically leveraging my leads and my network and not really giving me anything. But the promises were huge. Oh, we're going to give you this, we're going to do this for you. But like, you always have to like back that up. And I didn't see that. But then I understood people were like, hey, Jess, this is Marbella, this is the Wild West. Yeah. So once I knew that, I was like, all right. Yeah, then I'm going to play my own game. So that's where Maastricht Estate was born. Okay. And, um, so also to protect that, that Maastricht Estate, which is— Maastricht stands for master.
Okay.
Uh, so, so our philosophy is to be master in property, master in service, master in everything we do.
Okay, awesome. So, so wait, what was the first kind of move? Like, well, let's say I want to set up Lipset Estate, I want to set up Villa Lipset Villas. Okay.
Yeah.
What, how, what's the first thing you do And then once you get it up and running, like, how— what's the cash flow like? Where is it coming from? Is it coming from, like, sales, rentals? Tell me how owning a property business works.
So, so the biggest, the biggest right here is, like, commissions on sales.
Okay.
So you, you— if let's say you, uh, you have Villa Lipsett, you have basically— I mean, you own it, but let's say you don't own it, you have 5% commission if you represent a buyer and a seller. So that's average. So like, if you hear, let's say I have the listing, but you have the buyer, we split 2.5%. I believe in the UK, I think the highest that they give is even 2%. So that's like huge. Yeah. Right? So even if you come, and that's where we are strong in, because we have the biggest brand here. So we have already the buyers. So we have the entire, because we have the agency portals, we have access to everything. So then it becomes a very interesting game because then if we do have exclusive listings and we do have— we get always 5%. Okay, control the entire game.
So 5% of like, let's say like a million. Yeah, yeah, a couple million villa.
Like, um, so now like as an example, we have a villa in Nueva Andalucía. Yeah, 2 million. Okay, uh, so that's not— I mean, I think not our client, so we split it with the agent. And it's going to be 2.5% for us, which is like $50,000, and 2.5% for the other one, which is $50,000. So that's like—
That's how the money hits the account.
Yes, that's how the money hits the account. So imagine if you do 2, 3, 4, you know, like it adds up quick. There's people here living here that do 1 or 2 deals a year, and they're good.
I've met them down in Puerto Romano. Bro, I honestly think— I'm not even just saying this. I have seen— such an interest for property, like, and I'm learning, obviously I learned just so much about it this year with buying and renovating a villa, like, first time, bought it at 29. Yeah, you know, buy, buy, buys a villa at 29 Marbella and renovates it, you know, I, you, you learn a lot. But yeah, there's people like who are living off that, and I would definitely, I would do it myself, you know.
You are doing it.
Yeah, you are.
You understood quite early though. —because most people, like even myself when I came here, it was like, it's weird. It's like wild. So people are making mistakes. They're like, oh yeah, no, that sounds amazing. They're going with this agent, but you really have to do your own research so much so that you know where the opportunity is. Right now you mentioned New Golden Mile. 100%. Yeah, Benevista, Lamborghini Villas. Yes. Look there what they're building. You can just imagine already Marbella is full, Marbella is saturated. Yeah, look at the new Golden Mile, look what they're building, look what— like, Nido.
Oh yeah, that's, that's what I always do. Oh, the Pasha in Laguna Beach. You just look at like all these trendy places coming up, you see the construction, you see the cranes. And so is that how you spot a good deal, or how do you spot a good deal in property?
I spot a good deal by looking and researching, obviously, on the agency portals, but also going there physically. Yeah. So I can tell just right now by driving through New Golden Mile. Yeah. OK, what is this going to be like trajectory like in the next 1 or 2 or 3 years? I look at the data. I look at what it's being rented out for right now. And I know that right now, even the area where I live, it's like 8% already up over a year as to maybe 1% here. Yeah, so, so from an investment point of view, that's already super interesting. Then if you look at like, I have some people from the UK come over and they're like, wait, $6,000 a week for a 4-bedroom? Like, yeah, that's what you can realistically ask in the summer.
I, I've gotten some, some quotes for this place, like, you know, $30,000, $35,000 a month grand. It's crazy. I'm like, fitness goes to shit. I can just turn this into like a hotel, Airbnb. It's nuts. Yeah. What has your journey of self-discovery been like since moving to Marbella and in recent years? For example, I think you're quite a spiritual guy. I saw you recently did Ramadan, if I'm correct. Yeah. Tell me a little bit about that.
I want to know more. So, um, what actually the best relationships I had in, in these 9 years were always with Muslim women. Okay. By the way, I just want to, I just want to have to say that.
I'm going to come back to that. Yeah, yeah, we'll go back to it.
We'll go back to that. And I did like here and there, like a week of like Ramadan. And I always done fasting. In fact, I haven't even told you, I did a book like on intermittent fasting because that was the number one success factor for all my clients to be better in body, mind, and spirit. So I was like, okay, I need to have that book, sell it to my people. We sold out again. So I have to get a new batch. But we still have the ebook online. And basically it taps into applied psychology with intermittent fasting. So going back to like the fasting, I was like, okay, well, Ramadan is different in the fact that it brings like you closer to God, it humbles you, and you're also not gonna have water.
That's the part I couldn't do, you know, 'cause I love fasting, like I do pretty much, 4 or 5 days out of the week. I won't eat till like, you know, 1 or 2. Yeah, yeah. I even love training fast. That's one thing that people, you know, are really on the fence about. I love just pre-workout, loads of water in the morning. I see, I get up, get hydrated with electrolytes, sodium, you know, tons of water, pre-workout. I'll go to the gym and I'll feel sharper training fasted. I'll feel lighter on my feet. You know, like if I have a massive breakfast, I can't do 5 pull-ups. I got— I'm dead, you know, I'm falling asleep. But if I, if I train fasted, and especially if I drink coffee before— yeah, yeah, yeah, coffee.
And let's tap into that real quick. Like, so you, you drink like 3, 4 cups, right? Yeah. Morning. I was like, I know. Yeah, I got a guy that also drinks coffee like me. Thank you, thank you.
Like, honestly, people are like, caffeine detox. I'm like, nah, I've tried it, it ain't happening. But one thing I do is I cut off my caffeine intake completely after I work out. So I usually work out about like 10, half 10 AM, and then I, you know, finish up like midday, and then no caffeine after that at all because it'll affect my sleep, you know. But in the morning, I'll slam it, I'll slam it down, you know. But fasting is something I love doing as well. Obviously, if body composition's concerned, it's about what you eat in the entire day. But I think a lot of people, you know, they eat more than they need to in the morning, generally speaking. But so, okay, back to this, right? So you started doing Ramadan, you liked it, it tests your discipline. The water, I couldn't get over that.
Yeah, so you are allowed to, when your mouth is dry, to do like, you flush your mouth. Okay. And you know, there comes a point, the first week is the hardest. Yeah. You start, you feel like absolute shit. I couldn't focus, I couldn't get work done. And there was a part where it was like, okay, do I really going to continue this? 'Cause I can't get shit done. I'm not focused, I'm not sharp, I'm not thinking straight. But then I'm like, I mean, I've committed to this, I have to do it. I mean, you know, like, I mean, my body has to adapt. Our body is so intelligent, our mind is so like, we can do this. So, so once you get through past that first week and you also refrain from like any sexual like activity— really?
I didn't know that.
Yes, like it's, it's a complete— that's what it's like so different from regular fasting. Because you really fast from everything. Yeah, like indulgences. And you connect more with God, you pray more. I mean, obviously you read the Quran more. I actually got the Quran to also understand it because I read the Bible. Yeah, never really read the Quran, and I see there's a lot of similarities there. So that was a very profound time for me. Where I rediscovered myself. I mean, I did a lot of stuff. I did ayahuasca, I did the toad, you know, because I really believe in the realms of our human potential. You want to discover everything where you can excel in. That's why, by the way, I love Limitless so much because they're really helping with that as well. And I want to do that. I want to go on a self-discovery. I want to be vulnerable. I want to just see where I can excel in. And a lot of it is just also spiritual realms. Yeah. And like subconscious. Okay. And so when I was in Colombia— I've been to Colombia like 3 times— I connected with the shaman. I felt really trustworthy with it. I did the whole ceremony. That was also— but to be fair, yes, like Ramadan, like, helped me in a lot of different ways. But the most profound and life-changing experience I had when I did ayahuasca and when I did the toad after. The toad? The toad is like the god molecule. It's like 10x of what ayahuasca is.
Wait, do you lick a toad, or like Homer Simpson in that episode?
It's almost like that. So they take it— How do you take it? Have you listened to the podcast with Mike Tyson where he says like— so Mike Tyson was always the most vicious man in the world. He's now become the most loving.
I've listened to that one. Yeah, I've listened to it.
So he explains it so perfectly. And I was like, when I listened to that, I'm like, that's exactly like the perfect description of it. So you, the shaman gives you like a pipe and it's like, like the, the venom from the, from the frog. Yeah. Uh, is in there and it's, it's, it's like so high in DMT that it basically, you, you have full-on dying experience. Yeah. It blows your mind. It's like scary. It's like frightening because you're dying. So you feel, you see, you connect with— you see God, you see death, you see that. But then, and I think you can relate, we, we as like high performers, we want to be always in control. Yeah, oh man, that's something I need to work on a little bit. So when, when you let go of that control, you're like, holy fuck, your ego drops, everything doesn't matter anymore. But just like, so, and I saw my, my whole like past life, I saw me being born, I saw everything. I was like, how can this be even possible? Yeah, but it is. So it is out there. And you're only— I mean, you can argue that you can do 20 years of meditation, and I know some people that can tap into their natural sources. Okay, well done. Takes 20 years. I'm glad you reached nirvana, and I'm glad you can tap into that naturally. But for me, it helped me to rediscover myself, my potential, but also understand what truly matters and who I am and where I come from. And the people that are already out there, including my best friend who passed away in his 30s and who actually encouraged me to travel to 70 countries because he said, you got to live now. You got to—
he said he left you with that.
You're not promised tomorrow. Go. He said as he was sick, he was dying. He said, I don't want to die, but I have cancer. I'm going to be dying. I said, Jesse, I fucking love you. But if I'm not going to be here, like, listen to me, man. Like, you don't know till when you have. I didn't expect this. I still wanted to have kids. I couldn't have it. And that touched me so much that when I was, I mean, in my mid-20s, I made some money. I was like, okay, I can, I can like scale it more, or I can just like go like travel, explore, and, you know, learn and work as hard as I possibly can while doing so. So this whole thing of like remote working and having offices all around the world, it's very real. It's very possible even till this day. Yeah. Like e-commerce, I can show you the results. It's very possible. Dedicates a lot of time and work. but if you have the right team around you and you have the right backups, if your PayPal gets blocked, I can talk to you all about e-commerce. Those were my first speaking gigs. And so that's also how I met Luke Belmar. Yeah, yeah, I follow him. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, and that's when we were both like in e-commerce, you know, we were both like making some bags. Yeah. And then, yeah, so I went through all that.
But wait, I wanna know more about the ayahuasca. Oh yeah. So this is something that interests me a lot. Okay, I was, I was going to do it in Tulum, but I was like, man, you know, maybe this is fake shamans. Like, I don't know, maybe it's some guy on the street just like— and apparently it's like the time has to be right, you know? And apparently like the situation just kind of happens. So like, how did you end up in Colombia and how did you decide you're like, I'm gonna do this super-powered ayahuasca?
Well, my ex was Colombian. Okay, no, no, that helps. Yeah, you're a man of culture. Yeah. Oh man, tell me about it. So, so, so she, she was very spiritual and I love that about her actually. And I, and she connected me with that shaman. He said, like, he's the best here. Like, yeah. So we did it there and you're both on your own. Like, you're, you're not doing it together. It's your own spiritual path. It's your own journey. So you have to let each other be. You're going to be in that ritual. You're going to see people like scream. You're going to see people do weird shit. But like, because you're still there, like during ayahuasca, you're still present, but you're on your own journey with your own purpose and your own intention. But when you see that, what sometimes happens is that, like, you might distract yourself and focus on the other person, but you got to let that go. You got to maybe walk, or you got to do what you feel is right. If you just want to lay and you just want to, like, go introvert, or you want to puke and you want to have the purge, you let it go.
Wait, what room are you in? Like, I'm visualizing, like, I'm visualizing, like, a nest, like, in the jungle. Like, where— what is it? Building or—
It was like in a, like a finca. Oh, okay. Yeah, yeah, it was like there was nature around. I think that's, that's honestly, yeah, I would recommend anyone to do it like not in an apartment.
Yeah, but like definitely I'd freak the fuck out if I was doing it in here.
I mean, here, I mean, as long as you have— I feel you want to connect with nature in some way. And because it's not as, it's not as scary, if you will, as the tot. Because they told you you're actually going to die.
Oh my gosh.
And that's very profound.
Man, I don't know how I'd handle it. I'm always like, well, would I lose my marbles completely? Or would it be good for me? Maybe it would be good for me. I think it's about intention.
Yeah, yeah. Even the shamans say that. If you go in there with the right intention, then that's what you're going to get out. And the medicine, she— the medicine, she's going to show you what you need. Yeah, and, and that will help you also to, to understand things and also process things better and help you understand like people and the world and how things work and what's really important, what's really valuable. Yeah, um, like when I got robbed in Barcelona as an example, from all my jewelry, my watches, like when I did the e-commerce thing. Yeah, I did a photo shoot there with my team, I got robbed.
How did you get robbed?
Like where, where about? Like, like literally Starbucks. So I was, I was with my team, I said You know, I love coffee. So who else wasn't going to have coffee? I have my bag. And it was the only day that we were shooting, like, my jewelry collection. And part of it is still on my website, jessimeaster.com, which is a separate entity. And what happened is that obviously we were followed the entire day. And then the moment that you didn't watch, the moment that you were vulnerable and you literally look away for one second, it was gone. And you have to understand, I was— what was I, was 25, 24? Barça, yeah, but that was all I had. So, so you have to understand that I invested every single thing I had, yeah, in, in, in jewelry, in gold, in like, in like diamonds. So it, it, it— I couldn't believe it. And I, I had so much emotional attachment to that material, to that stuff, that it broke me. I went into therapy for it, actually. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because it was like 80, 90 grand. Yeah. And all in a backpack. Yeah. Yeah. And I was like, this can't be true. Like, you know, so you have to understand that you come back to— back, I was, I think, in Amsterdam or New York I was living. And it was— I had to go through that process and kind of like detach myself and understand that. And that's also where I understood that even if you lose everything, If you have the right mindset and the right network, you are okay.
Yeah, recently I heard someone say the only thing you have left is your mind. You know, your body, you can get injured, you know, and that's gone. You can get paralyzed even. Your material goods, be it a car, you know, a house, your jewelry, someone just take that and it's gone. The only thing that you've got is your mind. So you've really gotta look after it. And I've been thinking about that a lot recently, the last week. So, you know, it's not all about the gains. Absolutely.
Yeah, I was actually, you know, also with Ellie, we were talking about this and we're in a group chat with like, for Joe Exotic, with like, that's how I met like Tristan and Andrew. Yeah. Who were like trying to like, you know, find a plan to get Joe out. Yeah. And he said something like, when you look in your circle as well, of course you can have your own mind, and that's the number one thing. But also, who's going to show up when you need your friends, when you need your brothers? Yeah. You know, like, and this is another thing that I want to tap into real quick because we talked about Ramadan.
Yeah. Yeah, I love that we go off on the biggest tangent ever. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So we're at Ramadan, now we're like ayahuasca, getting robbed. Yeah, that's the free-flowing. That's what a podcast is about. Meant to be. Like, I have like these points right now and we're just talking about like fucking toads and getting robbed and like detaching ourselves. That's how it should be, right? So, yeah, so you're talking to Tristan and—
yeah, yeah, so, so he said like, and he said it as well like in, in, in one of his videos, he said when I as a Christian was in jail, I got no letters, I got no support. And when, when, when Andrew, he got so much support from the Muslim community. And this is something where I think whether you're Christian or not, you need to actually listen to that and be like, why is like— this is so important. Like, why is that? Why, why is there such a big difference? And I think it has a lot to do also with we have lost sense of community within Christianity. Yeah. And we have basically become tolerant for everything. We have now LGBTQ+ preachers. Everything is okay. Infinite, infinite. And when everything is fine, then what do you really stand Yeah, so we have to, I think, take that as feedback. As, and, you know, um, I, I'm a believer in God, and I, I believe that I, I lean a lot to Islam as a believer because of what I've been reading and studying so far myself and connecting with God. And we can talk, like, that's a whole separate podcast to talk about theology. But you have to understand the spectrums and the realms of like this, this, this conversation to, to see when shit hits the fan, who supports you, who's out there, who can you rely on? Of course, your circle, right? And that really touched me because they've been there for like, I think, 92 days. I mean, now the case has been, has been public. Yeah. But you have to like, it just, that shocked me.
Yeah, that's a crazy one. And, um, you know, that is definitely, um, it's kind of the last real religion, you know what I mean? As you've probably heard it being said, like, even nowadays, you know, in Ireland, if you, like, you know, go to mass, go to church, people kind of make fun of you and stuff, you know, whereas in other religions they just don't, you know. And, like, I actually— I've a strange little journey with religion. So I was brought up, like, extremely Catholic Like, Ireland is still a very Catholic country, you know, went to church, mass, every Sunday for like pretty much my whole life up until I was like 18. And then, you know, started going to college and going out a little bit more and then let it slip. And then I actually became like, I guess, atheist, agnostic for a little while. I was like, ah, you know, there's no higher power, there's nothing going on. And then in recent years I've kind of actually came back to it, and now I would call myself a Catholic and I have Catholic beliefs. Obviously, you know, I pray often, but like, you know, I don't go to church a ton. But it's funny how I've came back to it. I think you kind of mature a little bit and you think, oh, you know, maybe there is more to it, maybe there is a higher power. And even if there's not, maybe it's nice to have these beliefs, and they're a pretty good set of rules to live by anyways. So what would you class yourself as? Would you be Catholic, Christian, Muslim?
I think I'm I'm more leaning towards Muslim right now. Yeah. Um, but, but obviously, like, I've been, I've been Christian. Yeah. For all this time. And I think what's really important, if you are a believer or not, and what it comes down to, we believe in the same God. There's only one God, really. So the only difference is that, you know, with, with Christianity or Catholic, you, you talk about a Trinity, like the Holy Ghost, uh, sorry, the, the Holy Spirit, um, Jesus and God. And I believe that Yes, Jesus was a prophet. I think that, that has been clear in the Bible, in the Quran. But also, like, is he God? Are we God? I think God resides in us, yes, and therefore we can be classified as God, right? Because we are children of God, if you, if you talk about it like that. So that kind of makes sense. However, there is only one God, and I do believe that when you say maybe there is, there has to be not just the fear, but also a deeper understanding that there are certain things that can be explained, that have a higher power to it, that when you pray, things start to move, things start to happen. And I think that when you— like when I did the tolt, it was 100% confirmation for me. Wow. Because you meet that when you— so I do truly believe that when you die, you're going to have— I think this is a test. This small period that we have here is a test. God is always watching. Whatever you do with your time, whatever you choose to, you know what I mean, make happen or not, is up to you. But God will hold you accountable for your actions at some point. Nice. And I mean, that I know. Yeah. But also I know that God is merciful. I also felt that God is very loving. And I also know that we, while we make mistakes, he will be there to guide us if we ask for him. I felt that many times because, and you notice as well, the bigger you become or the more powerful, the more influential, the more attacks you will receive. Yeah. Yeah. All levels of the matrix. Yeah, exactly right. Yeah. So, so this is another thing like where we're secure in our ass. I didn't want to even give them credit. So that is one thing. And obviously also, we have to understand that in our circle and the life that we live is extremely unique, especially for the past 9 years. I lived without being a billionaire. I lived the life of a billionaire. Yeah, yeah. Like, people ask me, what did you do during COVID Well, with a bunch of friends, we rented a yacht for 3 months. You know, like, I mean, I don't want to deal with none of that shit. Like, that was fucking wild.
Yeah, yeah, that was so, so ridiculous. I'm glad we can all say it. Yeah, it was in Greece. I didn't even speak about it at the time, like, you know, the whole lockdown thing. I was like, I'm not even gonna bother trying.
I could not deal with it anymore. I was like, we need to get out of here. Let's just, like, you know, get a nice place in Greece, be there until things settle down a little bit. But the point is that when you have your network, when you have access And when you can go to places and your world becomes a playing ground, and now this has become a playing ground, but you have to understand that it attracts a lot of like envy as well. So people are going to be like, okay, that's also where I give a lot of coaching and helping people to understand that, whether it's travel hacks or whether it's like how do you do the e-com or property. And but there's also going to be a percentage of people that are genuinely desperate, that are genuinely in a bad place. And that's where, like, as a— you become a prospect, you become somebody that can be a target. Sorry, a target. And you need to protect yourself. And, uh, that doesn't mean that you have to live in a compound like the Tates. Yeah, I mean, it is very much possible, of course. And I love how they live and how they do that with their family and their brotherhood. I'd love to live with my brothers in one place. Yeah, I actually love what they do because it's inspiring as well. But the safety element is like, you know, I don't know how you do this, but like, you need one desperate motherfucker, you know, at the wrong time, at the wrong moment. Like, whatever it was, me being robbed in Barcelona or, you know, it happens.
Yeah, I got my car window smashed in like a few weeks ago. Yeah, yeah. But that didn't even take anything. And that was like, that's happened to me in Dublin like 3 times. First time it's ever happened in here, so I'm like, whatever. But yeah, it was obviously just someone desperate.
Someone desperate, and they want to make your life miserable so they can feel better about their life. And that's also a thing about Colombia. I love Colombia. But one of my best friends there went there, had a beer company, employed people, local people, was a super good guy, loving, really was so good for the community. Got shot. What? After like, what is it, 4 or 5 years? Uh, why? Well, because wrong time, wrong moment, wrong person. Jesus. Yeah, and this guy was like the— like I said, most loving guy for the community, best guy. So that doesn't matter, you know. There's, there are some evil people out there, you know. So, so yes, you need God, but you also need to protect yourself and what you have from attacks from every single level of the matrix. and that's something that we also need to talk about. Yeah.
You know, um, so tell me, right, we, we've mentioned the matrix a lot now and it's a bit of a buzzword. Yeah. Uh, these days, but I actually think it's a pretty good way to describe—
so what I would say, it's a buzzword for a reason. It's a buzzword.
Yeah. Yes. But obviously it's popularized by Tate and all that. But what I, I've been talking about it for years, really. I, I've got like a video, like how to, how to escape the system. It doesn't matter what you call it. It just means, for me, the way I define it, escaping the matrix, I actually titled my last YouTube video that. What I define it as, just getting out of the usual, you know, go to school, go to college, get a job you hate, you know, marry a wife that you don't even like and have some fucking dickhead kids and then just, fucking, you hate them as well and you live in this fucking house you hate in an area you hate and then you die and then you You leave something to your dickhead kids. Yeah, the usual life cycle. It's just escaping that and living a little bit differently. So how would you describe escaping the matrix and how do you escape the matrix?
Such a good point. And I touched on this, like I said, right? When you start the coaching, you're already helping people to kind of like escape in some way. You want them to understand the truth. Like I had a private members group talking just about this, just like from tap water to what you eat, what's happening to your food, like all these lies about not avoiding the sun. Yeah.
Oh man, that's the crazy— by the way, this is filtered water. I got it installed into the house. But yeah, the sun one's nuts, man. Like, I get sun every day. I feel energized from it.
But go on. In the morning. Yeah, get 10 minutes. We live here in Costa del Sol. Yeah. First thing I do in the morning, I have my water, of course. Then I have my coffee, I do that, my breathing, and I'm ready. Yeah. So, so the point is, obviously, like, you don't get burned and everything, but like, it's, it's, it's just these things that we're being told. You have to question everything, and that's the first step to escape the matrix, if you will, right? The system. So once you start to question everything and you start to research and you start to like understand things better, it, it can do two things. It can overwhelm you or it can be like, hey, I need to change something. Yeah. And, and when you're like, I need to change something, you're on the right path. Yeah. Um, and, and that's where we kind of like help people and guide people as well, because I've been part of the matrix. In fact, I was an agent of the matrix. So I, I have been defending that very system that I now, you know, try to break free from. And we're always going to be in some way or shape or form attached to it. Let there be no mistake, we have to pay our taxes, we have to do what we have to do. That's just part of it. And, and yes, there is, there is a level where you can be like— and this is where I think what I'm doing in Russia, where I have a plot and I, I just have a summer home, which is what I want to—
that's my— which I want to place in Russia.
I want to be completely like self-sustainable there. Like, if I, you know, around the globe.
Yeah, that was another reason why, like, you know, obviously I have an Irish passport and Irish citizenship, but now I also have, you know, a different country, Spain, as well to run off to if all hell breaks loose, and vice versa. It's actually like not having a few options and kind of like being a global citizen, you know. It's kind of like James Bond, you know what I mean? Like you got a few different things. So the way, the way I would— I think there's 3 necessities to getting out of the system, escaping the matrix if you want to call it that. Okay, right. Okay, one, I need to— I think you need to make money online. Okay. Two, I think you can't be location dependent, so you need to be able to move around the world and travel freely. Three, I think you need a killer network. I think, I think once you got those three things right, you're making income online, you can move around, you're not tied to one particular place, and you've got a network all around the world. So if you go to a city, you'll know someone, you know, if you need a favor, you will know someone. I think if you nail those 3 things, you're going to live a nice life of freedom.
100%. I fully agree with that. And I would add to that also study, study your food, study the like. And like people ask me like, but how does your routine look like? Well, people know that I am always either in meetings or I'm at events where I connect people or bring people together. So My entire life is now executive decisions, meetings, this, that, even before here, meeting. So then, you know, you have lunch, you have dinner. So I never eat at home. I just don't have the time. So I eat like—
I get fat as shit if I just eat constantly. Yeah, yeah, I get so fat.
I eat so much. So this is the thing. Then the question is, OK, what is the best second thing? So you eat out, you can already ask, hey, can you not use oil when you bake my food? Yeah, yeah. No, no, you can eat at—
You can eat at— It's usually like seed oil.
They use seed oil and shit. Like, you just say, OK, you have no other oil? OK, then just without oil. Yeah. Some things like that make a huge difference. You know, like, you know, you have— what is the place called? Organic? Oh, yeah. They have an amazing—
Yeah, no, no. Oh, Marbella is amazing. I've been eating out every day this week, but like, it's just also delicious. I will eat so much. Like, if I don't have like a liter of water and a bowl of broccoli with my meal, I will overeat. Like, that is me. I'm just terrible, terrible at that. Yeah, you— how many meals a day do you eat? You probably eat like very few.
I try to do one, but usually it's like two a day.
You do one? Yeah, yeah. What's it called? That OMAD, one meal a day. Exactly. Yeah, that's actually a pretty solid approach for a lot of people. Like, I have a few clients that like, they'll work, you know, and doing really strenuous jobs, long hours, and I'm like, and they're trying to like carry all their Tupperware around and everything. And it's like, it's just easier for a lot of people to just have one huge meal a day and, you know, maybe a snack at other times.
And the benefits of that are extraordinary, like longevity, focus, better skin, like all kinds of things, like, and even weight loss.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. You know, people, they get to eat these awesome meals.
So how do you do that? Because you just said like you've been eating out. Yeah. I see you enjoying yourself. Oh, man. So, so like, how do you do that?
So wait, so wait, we're back to— first of all, we went from Escaping the Matrix to dieting.
No, but this is part of it.
Yeah. Yeah. Oh, so that is actually—
because if you want to escape that matrix, that system, you need to— you got to be healthy. You got to be healthy because people don't— people don't even know what's in their water. Yeah. People— I see people. That are like, like multimillionaires, they're vaping. Yeah.
Oh, man, like, that is— that's the worst.
I literally have a conversation with them like, do you understand what you're smoking? No, I don't. Yeah. Okay. This, this, this guy you met at the event, right? I told you about the guy. He's like— and I won't mention his name, but he's like— I'm like, bro, you are, you are billionaire. Yeah. Like, if you—
but he's not interested in his health. Yeah. I honestly think that's the most important thing in the world. Like, I'm surprised I didn't even mention my 3 points because it's kind of obvious, but it's like, it's the number 1 thing. Like, imagine you asked a billionaire who was really sick and unhealthy and bedbound, and you said, would you swap everything you had to be perfectly healthy, to feel amazing? They'd say yes, of course they would. What the fuck can you do when you're sick in bed 24/7? So for that, that just goes to show me that it's the most important thing in the world. That's why I'm actually in the fitness industry, actually is 'cause of that. That's literally the reason because I would be in property or events or whatever, some other kind of business endeavor if I didn't think it was the most important thing in the world. And that's why I can show up to work for the last decade, 'cause I just think it's the most important thing. And it is, you know? Factually speaking. —It is the most important thing. —Absolutely.
That's the biggest purpose you can have. And I love that about you so much because a lot of times, like, we can— oh, yeah, I want to be a billionaire. OK.
And then what?
Listen, for me, just being completely transparent, I want $20, $25 million. I'm good. Me too. No, no, I'm just like, I really don't aspire to be a billionaire. No, me either. No, no, no. I'm just like saying it right now. And if that's your goal, amazing. I'm happy for you. My goal is to have as much impact as much killer connections, help as much people as possible. I'm helping right now one of my good friends, also high performer. He's, he's like, I'm tired every day. I'm like, so I'm like literally like analyzing with him. Like, I'm like, hey, have you checked your water intake? Have you checked your coffee? Everything like your food right now, his sleep. We're looking at everything and he's getting better now. His radiation. Nobody— we don't talk about radiation. I have two phones. Yeah, it's not good. Yeah, yeah. But I turned off the 5G. I make sure that, you know, like, I have a 2-meter— all these things matter, bro. Yeah. Like, you know, if I look at locations and, and right now, like, Amsterdam and a lot of cities are terrible. They just built more and more 5G towers.
Yeah, I'm not sure I buy into all that now. No, I don't think that's that bad, man. I've researched— yeah, no, I'm a bit of a conspiracy theorist. I actually am, you know. But I think there's a few things, like, you know, the seed oils. If you're like, have a really healthy diet, you're in shape, I don't think having it is going to make much of a difference, you know, but obviously they're not great. Oil in general is not very nutrient-dense, very calorically dense. The 5G, I don't know about that. You know, it's a little bit David Icke, a little bit.
There is research about it.
Okay, I'm open-minded.
If you look at the disclaimer of your iPhone, it even prevents or it says like not to have it in your pockets. And there's a reason for that because obviously they already know that the radiation that it gives, like, you shouldn't have it close to your skin. That's why people wearing these Apple Watches, they're constantly exposed to that.
Yeah, I would not get— I was going to get one because fitness and all that, but I'm like, it would just be too much, like, having a phone constantly. Like, me and Linda do walks without our phones. And I'm like, damn it, it's not tracking my steps.
Bro, I have AirPods Pro. I love them. But I know that I have to limit my exposure to it. Into it because I also understand that I share the article actually in my private members group on Telegram where people read into it and like, okay, okay, this is actually what the Bluetooth frequency is today. Yeah. Okay. And how I can make calculations about, okay, this is what normal exposure should be daily. So I'm exceeding that by this amount so that you can actually make that calculation for yourself. Yeah. I'm not saying like, obviously I walk around with two phones. Yeah. But if you can limit your exposure to certain of things, or if you know that you have a 5G tower right next to you— Move house.
You know what, I actually saw something from, I could be messing this up, Andrew Huberman, it was like he doesn't put his phone right beside his balls, 'cause it can mess up with your reproduction and stuff. I could be completely wrong there. I have seen some stuff, I've yet to read into it and buy into it fully, because it is a bit like, very wacky, but it kind of doesn't make sense. This is the thing, it kind of does make sense.
You just, you just have to— it's not wacky until you research it. So Alex Jones, right? Yeah, I just watched it.
It was so good. I finished the whole thing. I just finished the whole thing. He's just so entertaining and it makes, it makes great points. The shit about Bohemian Grove, fucking crazy.
Now the fucked up thing is he is like that. But he's so right about things. He's been right about the frogs that turn gay.
I know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's so— people are like, hahaha. Yeah, yeah.
But if you look into it, like, oh fuck, they are being feminized, like, because of what, what the chemicals in the water.
I know, man, it's so funny. And, and like, but one thing I do fully believe in is that whole like Hollywood satanic, uh, you know, pedophilia thing. Well, that's just proven with like even like Harvey Weinstein, but Yeah, weirdo. Hollywood is weird in general. That Bohemian Grove thing, remember when he interviewed the, the presidential advisor? I was like, oh my God, this is a weird world. I'm like, what the fuck is going on? People have these rituals where they're like burning an owl. It's honestly like something like an Indiana Jones movie or something. It's crazy, man. Perfect timing. Go on, your favorite conspiracy Theory.
I don't want to say conspiracy theory because I think the theory is that actually a lot of like Alex Jones comes up with— not all of them, of course, but actually not theories, they're actually factually true. Yeah. And you can look— if you look into it, like, I spend like an hour or two a day, which is not beneficial for my, my business, it's not beneficial for— that's beneficial for me and my people and your mind to be open-minded. And I want to protect them, I want to make sure that they're good. So if I read something, okay, let me research this, okay? I hear things about Russia as an example. Like, my favorite— you talk about conspiracy. Yeah, I love hearing what the West has to say about Russia because I'm, I'm, I've been in Russia, I have connections in Russia, I know what's really going on there from sources that I have there. So that's actually like where I'm like, oh, okay, yeah, Russia is invading Ukraine. Okay, wait, we're not talking about NATO expanding more and more? Therefore, Russia had an agreement, agreement that NATO wouldn't expand, but Why are they continuing to do that? So Russia, you know, sees that as a threat. Yeah, you know, they're expanding, Russia cannot expand, you know, they have to follow up to all these rules. But meanwhile, NATO is expanding and putting all these like extra measures. So like, you know, there's a lot of things that are not being talked about.
Yeah, I've been reading a lot and I follow the whole situation closely there. I think that's quite an interesting one as well. I love 9/11, I absolutely love that one. That's absolutely nuts. That one is mine. That— I think that's like the OG conspiracy theory. Like, this is so insane. But if you—
if you just think conspiracy theory, you, you also say it's a theory. Yeah. But we have now so much evidence that it's not a conspiracy anymore. It's actually like factually true. Yeah. And there was a part of me that actually, before I did all this research, I was like, okay, it's a conspiracy theory. Yeah. But now it's like, okay, if you really dig into it, you're like, oh, it's not. It's actually wild. Yeah. But the difference is that they don't want to— they obviously put it, you know, it's impossible.
You gotta dig for it. But yeah, man, man, Jesse, we could talk about conspiracy theories for— yeah, we have—
we can tap into so many topics and just like dive deep.
We're doing it. Yeah, but here we're gonna have to round 2 because, yeah, we got some, uh, we got a few things we need to do. The builders are coming in now. But Jesse, I'm so grateful to have you here in Marbella as a brother, you know, like honestly, because when you can move somewhere, you're like, oh, who am I going to meet? Like, who is my friend group going to be? Am I going to, you know, get in with the right crowd? And just having you here makes me feel more secure. And even like, you know, so I was saying to Jesse before this, I was like, man, I need to push this podcast back a day. I've got so much on. I've had like the most stressful month ever. I've had people staying. I'm just constantly around people this month. And then I was like, oh, maybe I can't do this podcast. But just sitting here with you for the last hour, it's been like sitting with a friend, and I actually feel way better now. You really are a psychologist.
Oh man, listen, Rob Lipsett, like, I have great respect and admiration for you. I mean, the first, the first time that I met you, I fell in love with your smile. First of all, your energy is exceptional, and I completely understand that a lot of times when we are around a lot of people, I'm the same way. I need to retract. I need to like have me time and just focus on like, okay, myself. So I hear you, man, and especially when you're around a lot of people. But what you're doing and how you inspire your community and how you bring people together is absolutely inspiring. I have great respect for you. I'm very, very grateful as well to have you as my brother here and to be part of the circle and share the kingdom of Marbella. Ah yes, a lot more to do.
There we go, man. We're just getting warmed up.
We're just getting warmed up.
Big summer ahead. Absolutely. Episode 2 as well for us coming. Absolutely. Bye, man. I appreciate you.
