What is going on, team? It is a beautiful morning in Houston, Texas, and I'm just about to walk over to Christian's house. We're linking up with all the boys because today is Max's wedding. So our little America trip comes to an end. We did Miami, which was pretty much our honeymoon, and now we're finishing it off in Houston. So second wedding on this channel. We're starting our day off with a little trip to Alpha Land because let me tell you, on the day of your wedding, especially if the wedding's at like 3, 4, 5, you're just hanging around all day. You don't know what to do yourself. So I think everyone should have a workout on the morning of their wedding day. So I'm gonna meet the Hey guys, now it is such a nice day. This is like the best time of year in Houston. Like the weather is still good, it's not too hot. We'll see everyone now and let's have an amazing day. All right, we're here with the crew hitting a little morning workout. Max, how are you feeling? Exclusive footage right here.
We are doing it, baby. You would have thought, uh, a decade ago these three handsome sons of bitches would be married, let alone anyone just like us in general. It's like, what?
I think we've all done extremely well for ourselves, kind of a little bit too well. What is up? What did we do deserve this. We're just here in the land. I had a little session here yesterday and it feels so good to be back. But look at this, OG vibes right here. Walking in, sun is out with the boys. Imagine it's an expo. Yeah, yeah. All right, run us through it here. Infrared sauna, two Therabody chairs, usually like zero gravity. Get the little goggles to give you— you got the compression legs that we, that we give you too, and lymphatic Drainage. All for $15. Oh, yeah.
Is the red— is it hot in there?
It's warm, not hot.
I can feel my entrepreneurial network going.
Creativity is flowing.
I'm a guru. So if I just put a red light bulb— it's like specific red light. Oh, it's just a red LED.
Oh, we're filming.
Hold on.
Let me go real slow.
I really focused on the contractions.
Oh yeah.
In reality, it's like, I don't know, whatever it is.
You called me out. Was that a personal dig? Good workout?
Yeah.
I make me touch the cable curl. If that doesn't bring a smile to your face.
When are you going to get a dog?
I know, man. That's next. That is up next.
Do a lot of Irish people get golden doodles? Can you get golden doodle?
These are actually pretty rare. All right, so a little post-workout Chick-fil-A with the gang.
This is rare.
This is a delicacy for me. Look at that. Look at them waffles. Fries in there. All right boys, I waited a long, long time for this. We went all out with the crispy chicken today. Usually we do grilled, bit lower calories, but we're celebrating today. So look at this, look at this.
All right, let's eat.
Workout done, Chick-fil-A done, bro time done. All the fellas are all just here in Max's crib. What a gaff By the way, and now everyone's slowly starting to get ready, get showers, making their way to the venue. So I'm gonna go back to the hotel now. I'm gonna go back to hotel now, link up with Linda. I think she's getting her hair done at the moment. We're gonna get suited up. I'm wearing a black tuxedo today, so nice little change from the last wedding on this channel. Then we are gonna get ready. So super excited, like the vibes, the buzz, everyone's in such a good mood. I also like forgot how many people I know that are going. Like I totally can't just be like Christian, Max, David, but there's a lot of Max's friends that I actually met a few years ago, and so it's so good to see them all again. But really excited, so let's head off and get ready. Annual America trip done. So we of course had Miami, and now this is our last day in Texas. Just such a good trip overall. Like, I love America so much. Most of the viewers on this channel are American. The companies I work with are American. God bless America. We always just like, for us, like going to America, like be in Miami or Texas, is so novel to us. Like we always have such a good time. But it's our last day here anyways. We are just in the hotel now and we got to check out of here in about 2 hours. So I'm going to like just get a little bit of work done, open up the vlog, get my little makeshift breakfast. We got some Oreo Ghosts, a banana, and I'm going to have one of these Anabar things. The owner of this company I was actually at Max's wedding. We had a good chat about how much I love them. Gonna have this little breakfast now, slowly start to pack up everything. Then we're gonna check out and kind of spend the day at Alphaland. It's like one of my highlights of the trip is getting to visit Alphaland. Of course, I've been with Alphalete since 2016 or something. To be able to just like spend some time, get some content, and have like a really good non-rushed gym session is like the perfect way for me to finish the trip. I also love getting in a workout before the flight. Our flight is at 9 PM, so like I love doing some cardio, getting a big lift in, so like you just kind feel a bit less restless and a bit less out of shape on the flight. So I'm really looking forward to that. But that's the plan for today. I said, you know what, I'll definitely vlog the last day. It's like, you know, it's Alphaland. Get some nice American food in, maybe eat something a bit bold, and then get on our flight. So give the video a thumbs up, let's get into it. Subscribe if you're new here. We're nearly at half a million. Come on, like 10 years on YouTube, half a million subs, like That just goes well together. So if you're new here, maybe you're from Instagram and you're like, oh hey, I've always watched Rob's videos but I actually haven't subscribed, hit subscribe button right now. Usually I never ask that. I'm driven to get to 500K subs. Let's do it. Let's get started. All right, pre-workout time. We're gonna do one sachet of Pump, one sachet of Legend Cera Babs Spirits. Today we got a big green score on our Whoop. I've been using this for about a month and I really like it. The main thing I find beneficial on it is the sleep tracking feature.
Richer.
You get your sleep on point, your diet's easier, you train so much harder, you mentally feel better, more creative. Kind of realized when I started wearing this that I was probably getting maybe 6, 7 hours sleep per night, and now that I'm getting a consistent 8 sleep, and now that I'm getting a consistent 8 hours, it just makes the world of a difference. Because if you're doing like 8 hours 7 days a week compared to 6 hours or 7 hours 7 days a week, that's like, it's an extra, almost an extra 8 hours at the end of the week. So it's like an extra day. When I kind of started viewing it as that, because it gives you your weekly totals. I was like, holy shit, that's significant, that's crazy. So I've been enjoying wearing it. I'm not sponsored by Whoop. I do have an affiliate link if you guys want to use that. You get the first month for free. So I'll put that link in description box. Again, they didn't ask me to say this. I just think it's a really cool product that I recommend and genuinely use myself. The only difficult thing is getting used to wearing it for the first week or two, and then after that you kind of don't even realize it's there. I think it looks cool. Some people don't mind having things like wedding ring here, we got the Whoop, you know, some people don't mind this stuff on their I genuinely, I went from like not wearing anything to wearing these, so it took a little bit of getting used to. Overall, after that, it's just like plain sailing. Let's get some pre-workout into us now and then we'll head off. It is time to do a tour of the Alphalete VIP lounge, the athlete lounge. To be honest, I don't know if there's any other gym in the world that has this. Every time I have the opportunity, I just come here and spend as much time here as possible. Like, biggest gym ever downstairs. Those kids, that gym in America. And then this upstairs, you gotta drag me out of this place. So I'm gonna give you guys a full tour. I don't think I've ever done it on this channel, and it's definitely like, it's, it's worth the look. Main entrance here, you walk in. First of all, we got our pre-workout carbohydrates. Personally, these things here, whatever they are, it's like sour candy. Jolly Rancher is also very good too. So yeah, your pre-workout carbs in. We got a nice little seating area here as well. This is where, uh, the afterparty of Max's wedding was, so we were all chilling here. I'm flashbacks. This is where we're setting up for the day. Just a huge massive table. A lot of times people are up here just with their laptop open, just getting some work done. The audio in here is really good as well, nice and air-con too. So if you come down here, you'll see just a lot more just lounge space, living space. It's just like so big, like the actual size of it is crazy. I don't know how fitness this is, but there is a fully kitted out bar, and me and Linda, we've had some times here just having little pre-drinks here before heading out. So it's like you go to the gym, you come up here, you have meal, you get your pre-drinks in, then you head out and use St. Alfred's. We've had some amazing nights and they started here. Even got all the good stuff, like all like the proper top shelf stuff. Pretty crazy for a gym. And so this was actually from the after party, the cocktail menu. Taylor's Gold Dude, Happy Ever After Sour. Now this, we have an arcade entrance. Like, what? You step in here and it's just like, it is just the games room. This thing, I think, is me and Linda's favorite.
First shot, one take, one take.
Surprise, it went up the ramp, to be honest. Golfing's not your forte. No, no, stick to the basketball. So in here we got a proper rustic pool table. Me and Linda have played on this for hours at a time. That sounds— that sounds good. What's this called again? Air hockey. Air hockey, that's it. Oh my gosh, showing my age here. Space Invaders. You want to just procrastinate and waste some time, this is where you want to be. Then in here we have the kitchen, very important part. You have Infinity 3D energy drinks. Christian was actually telling me some cool news that'll be coming soon about 3D. Those little snacks, like some peanut butter chocolate bars, some jerky. Let's see what's in here as well. Usually there's always like some ghosts hanging around as well. It's pretty much just Rob Lipsett Central. I'm just gonna poke around here for the day, get a workout in now, and it's gonna be a good day. Full Outland experience. Snacks are reserved for athletes only. I'm an athlete. You always got to remember that. And by athlete, I mean I put on fake tan, oil myself up, wear a tight pair of swimming shorts, and stand on stage. That's what peak athleticism looks like. We need the snacks. Alright gang, so we're here in Alpha Eats, which is the restaurant in AlphaLand. Like, it's crazy. It's like, it's like its own little economy in here. Absolutely nuts. So we're pretty hungry. All I had today was like a shake, a protein bar. So this is like our main meal of the day. So, so we got 3 main. Linda went for the Alpha Turkey Burger, 500 cals. I went for the grilled chicken sandwich. That is insane, 53 protein. 580 calories. And then we also got a side of chicken wings and some sweet potato fries. So very excited for this. Afterwards, I think we'll be pretty full, but we can always have like a protein shake or something. I think I'm gonna eat outside and just chill out and then make our way to the airport. I am so excited. This is like giving us our Chick-fil-A hit. Oh my God. So we got the wings, the tenders, whatever they are. We got these rustic sweet potato fries. I'm gonna Mmm, they're like caramelized. That is insane. And then we got the two burgers here, and we also got the carcinogen water. A meal would not be complete without some form of sweetener. We're gonna smash this back now, get all our stuff ready, and then head off. And hopefully a smooth trip home. We're flying direct to London, which is a pretty good flight. Then we actually have to change airports in London, so we gotta go to Heathrow to Gatwick. So that's going to be interesting. And then flying back to Malaga. So at the end of this video I'm going to be dead. Frazzled. Frazzled. So let's see how we get on. We are saying goodbye to Alfaland for, I guess, another year. For 2024, that is our last trip, and it was an amazing one as always. Like, it always feels so good leaving. So our Uber is here now, and we're going to George Bush Airport, and then we're flying to London. So we are just pulling into London now. Got some nice views, and this was one of the best flights flight ever. I mean, completely empty. Me and Linda both got a row to ourselves and we just passed out. We took some of those melatonin gummies. We just passed out for, I would say, like 6 hours. It was like an 8-9 hour flight, seemed like 1 hour. And we're just about to land, so huge win there. So far so good. Now we got to get our luggage. We're landing in Heathrow, we're gonna get our luggage and go to Gatwick, and then we're getting home. But so far that was a very nice journey.
Made it home safe and sound.
So we had the flight from Houston to London, so empty. We're pretty much flying business, both of us lying flat. And then we flew Gatwick to Malaga, super easy flight. We just zonked out. We had a decent seat as well. Now we're home and it is time to unpack and zone in for the end of the year. Only has 2 months left of the year, November, December. The only travel plans I have is I'm actually going to Prague. I think that's a solo trip. Linda can come too if she wants, but I'm only going for like 48 hours as I'm doing my second TEDx talk. So it's about passion, resilience, motivation, all that good stuff. So I'm gonna spend the week preparing for that, go off to Prague, first time ever there, and then that is the end of the year. So a lot of YouTube coming, so stay tuned. Keep it real, I'm outta here.
Peace. I like someone. Woo-hoo!
