What's going on everyone? So yeah, morning, it's me just looking great again. I always just look obviously just fantastic because I always start recording these the second I get out of bed. But anyways, right, so today's haircut day. Now a lot of people are always like, oh, you know, what haircut do you get? You know, what product do you use in your hair? Because usually it looks decent. But anyway, so I'm gonna bring you along with me there. I'm gonna go to Cut and Sew, which is my favorite place to get my hair cut. I might try out a new gym today. Might. And then I think I have to train Sarah as well. But anyways, look, take you along my day. We have some fun, some good times. Let's get it rolling. Alright, so I'm still addicted to the sorbet maker because it tastes like frozen yogurt and I'm a frozen yogurt addict. But so anyways, here we got frozen pear, some frozen blueberries, frozen mango, and a banana. So I'm going to put this all in the sorbet maker and stick some toppings on it. But this, honestly, like I said in the last video, this is just getting me through this cut. Alright, so that's today's high fat. Put some chia seeds on top of that. I'm pumped to eat this. This is really also helping me hit my micronutrients, get a ton of fiber in. As you can tell, I'm loving it. Whew, that was good. But anyway, so it's the 2nd of October, and that means I will be putting in my order for my protein. So give me some recommendations of what I should get. I know I'm going to get ZMA because I'm all about that. I was actually reading some research reviews last night on magnesium, how it helps cravings for chocolate and stuff like that. That's what I like to do in my spare time, you know, some research reviews and chill. So, you know, if anyone wants to come over for some research and reviews and chill, that'd be awesome. 'Cause, you know, I'm just such an exciting lad. I like to lie in bed and read PubMed and studies. 5 minutes into PubMed and chill, and he gives you this look. No, but seriously, like, you know, if you're not already— if you're not always updating your knowledge, educating yourself, it's not a good thing. If you're into the health and fitness. But anyways, right, so it's time to get ready, get ready, try to look decent for cutting. So see you there. What are those? But no, seriously, these are so comfortable. I don't think I can take these off. I think I might have to wear these into town. Also, check out this sick cunt. He was my sister's cat, but I've been minding him for a while, or her. Its name's Lily. I like to call it Moley though, because it's got a big mole on its face right there. Well, there you go. It's still no George. Any OG subscribers remember George? That's my ghetto GPS system, by the way. I'm just gonna put the phone there and pretend it's built into the car. All right, so parked just in the middle of Temple Bar. Hopefully it'll be okay. But it's gone to the stage with like my vlogging that like I just don't even care if people are looking at me like, "Who the hell is this weirdo?" It's just what I do. But so yeah, it's another beautiful overcast day in Dublin City. Just about to walk in here now. I'll catch you in there. What is going on everyone? So as you can see, we're in Cut and Sew and people always ask what haircut do I get and it's gonna be a zero fade. A high fade to zero. A high fade to zero. Sorry, I'm still trying to get the lingo. And then thinning out the top. So anyways, I'll show you what it looks like after. You got to get this angle. So you see there? Yeah, see, you want to see? It's perfect lighting. All right, so not only did I get a fresh cut, they gave me a new free t-shirt.
Awesome.
Fit, and also some le riz, some egg. Starting off my day just on a positive note, and as you know, I love being in there with those guys. They're just, you know, such a great bunch and all really interesting to talk to. Such a laugh, a real barbershop vibe to it. But anyways, it's time to get on with the rest of the day. Alright, so just got back there and I find at my doorstep some protein milk and O-Egg egg whites. And these are two endorsements that I am very grateful for. They are literally putting food on the Lipman's table. So, um, got a few liters of protein milk there and seriously hooked up with the egg whites. It's massive. Uh, yes, I got 6 of them. You know I love my omelets. You can put these in shakes, oats, whatever. Uh, big fan of these. So far it has been a great day and now it's time to hit the gym. I'm not sure if I showed you guys this, but this is the, uh, new camera that I got, the Canon EOS 700D. Still kind of trying to figure out how to use it. If anyone has some good tips on it, please let me know. But, uh, yeah, I'm basically using this just for myself, for promotions. You've probably seen on my Instagram, all the photos that I'm using these days are all HD. I am going to use it for videos, but I need to get a better lens for videos. This lens is more for pictures. I'm still trying to figure it out myself. And these are just my wireless headphones charging. Also, in regards to that camera, some real talk about Instagram. I basically want my Instagram to start being more aesthetic. And I don't mean aesthetic lightly. I mean, like, actually more physically appealing, like, and have a theme to it. Because when you click on to someone's Instagram, you see all their photos at once. You know, a certain image, you know, comes up in your face. Like, does it look clean? Does it look, you know, professional and stuff like that? You know, Instagram is a business for me, essentially. So like, if you ever go on to someone like— a good example would be Ali Gordon. Uh, I'll put a flash of his Instagram here, but it looks really neat, professional. It's all large, white, one color. So that's what I'm sort of aiming for recently. It's just nicer on the eyes. It's just better to look at. Of course, I'll still be doing more informative posts on there and just posting about myself, progress updates, but I do want to make it look better. So go follow me on Instagram if you haven't already. I'd really appreciate that.
Had a shave.
Also, I figured out the whole Spotify thing. Can't stop listening to Straight Outta Compton. But yeah, if you want my gym playlist, you can just search Rob Lipsett. And add me on it there. I know a lot of you already have. So yeah, I'm a beast at Spotify now. I just couldn't figure out that online/offline thing. But anyways, I am going to just probably have a can of Monster, some light pre-workout, and hit the gym. Might hit up this place, it's near enough to Raw. You know, obviously I love Raw, but just sometimes it's nice for training not to get repetitive, to just try a different gym. Riddle me this, Batman, riddle me this. What's it like being a cat? Pshh, pshh, pshh, meow. Fuck.
What is up everyone? So Your Fitness is a really solid gym. Can't think of any complaints about it at all, but I did not get much footage today as I don't feel too comfortable doing so in a gym that I don't frequent often or if I'm on my own. Whatever. Today was chest and back day before my program rotates back to legs tomorrow, which will be my second leg day of the week. But today I want to talk about competing again. This cut, the whole Back on the Shreds series, has just flew by, and it seemed just so much easier cutting this time compared to when I was in a competition prep, probably because I've just no added pressure on me, and it was just so much more enjoyable in terms of training and diet and not having a strict deadline. So now the shape I'm in is probably just a few weeks out from going to ho-ready to show-ready. So let me know what you guys think. Would you like to see me compete again? Seeing as everything I do is for you guys, the viewers, personally I think I'd be bringing a better physique to the table, and I'd also know my dos and don'ts this time, um, in terms of mistakes I made last time. So, uh, should I compete again? Comment down below, I would love to hear your thoughts. Critique also welcome.
Hmm, to Instagram or not, that is the question. The daily struggle. Yeah, but anyways, right, I'm so hungry. So, uh, post-workout eats: potatoes or mashed potatoes. Need to clean that grill. All up on my grill. I think I'm gonna put some chicken in the oven, make a nice kind of roast, roast dinner or something. How is this thing constantly hungry? Eats more than Rich Piana, 12 meals a day or some shit. Cat Piana, my favorite natural feline. I'm going for 2 chicken breasts and I've seasoned them with cracked black pepper, cayenne pepper, and some turmeric, because nobody likes bland, plain chicken breast. Mmm! Check that out! So easy. Mixed veg, white potatoes, 2 chicken breasts, and a can of the Bold stuff. I've switched from drinking cola just because I want to limit my caffeine intake, because I get enough from pre-workout and stuff like that. But yeah, I'm going to stop recording. I want to dig into this now. I'm ravenously hungry. Alright dude, so it's getting on into the evening.
I haven't been on my laptop all day, which gives me anxiety.
So I need to do some emails, some plans. So that's just pretty much where I'm at for the rest of the evening. And hope you enjoyed this vlog, and next vlog will be a travel vlog because we're heading over to the UK. Thanks for watching. Be sure to leave it a like, comment, subscribe. Keep it real.
