Oh hey, good morning. Didn't see you there. Welcome to today's vlog. That was a lie. I put the camera in the press. I knew the camera was there. Alright, so today is going to be a full day of eating. I'm leaner than usual at the moment. I've been cutting for a while, especially kind of going hard since the start of January. And when I'm lean, the video gets more views. You fickle, fickle people. So the situation, as I discussed in, I think it was like 2 videos ago, outdoor gyms in Marbella are open. And thank God. They're still kind of clamping down a little bit on recording while restrictions are in place. So I'm gonna see what I can record in the gym today. But today's mainly gonna be like a diet video, showing all meals and everything. So you guys can try it out too. But so anyways, okay, I'm gonna go off to the gym now quickly. I'm gonna train fasted. I'm just gonna take 2 scoops of this. This is Ghost Burn. It's a thermogenic. Discount code Lipsett up on the screen, link in the description box. Go check them out. Ghost is just— the flavors, the products, the quality, everything is insane. And I really miss my Ghost family too. So anyways, I'm gonna take 2 scoops of this, got my water here as well, and then I'm gonna head off to the gym. It's just an upper body day. Usually if I'm training something like legs or, you know, doing some heavy compounds, so it's just like pump workout, I'll eat beforehand or else I feel a little bit kind of lagging, a little bit tired halfway through the workout. But today it's just a little easy sesh, so I'm gonna fast morning. And sometimes, you know, when I do train in the morning, do train fasted. Some people prefer it. I love it sometimes. So try it out. Sometimes if you have a huge breakfast, you feel a bit groggy, a bit tired. So anyways, enough talking. Let's go. Alright, so I'm outside the Gymnasio. I just drove by there and I saw there's a queue to get in because obviously there's limited amount of people that can enter into the gym. But look, still no complaints because I'm just so happy to be able to lift right now. The restrictions are also being reviewed on Monday. So yeah, they they're either gonna be easing up, so, you know, restaurants and bars will open up again, and, you know, there'll be less restrictions inside the gym and stuff, or they could stay the same. Probably gonna stay the same, but either way, as long as I have the gym, I'm all good. The kind of restaurants and bars closed, it's kind of made me focus a little bit more. I have no distractions. I'm cooking all my meals, literally, apart from like the odd coffee here and there or whatever. And yeah, I'm dialed in right now and focused, so I'm all good. As long as I have the gym, I'm actually so fine. Like, that's like the most important thing in my life. Seriously, like, working out is just for my mind, everything. It just anchors my day. So I'm grateful to go in and be able to lift these weights. Thank you, God. Even got a little Alphalute mask as well. So let's see. I never thought I'd be like, hey, you know, use code Lipsett if you're picking up an Alphalute mask, but here we are. 2021, same as 2020. Love it. Again, I'm not too sure if I'll be able to record here. I'll try record something, but look, let's go ahead and do our best. All right guys, so sick workout. Just gonna hop into my car now, then we're gonna go home, make— that's not my car. My actual car is in Ireland, and this is what I'm driving over here. It's a rental, and I've actually got to drop it back. Still trying to figure out how to get my car shipped over from Dublin, but I've got, I've got a few good connections. But anyways, yeah, it's not a white Ferrari that I'm driving right now, it's a white Nissan Duke. Stay humble, always, always stay humble. Push to start, baby! Sick! I do appreciate a good car, but I'm not like a massive car person. But if it gets you A to B, that's great. And when you're sitting in it, you can't even see the outside. I'm just gonna close my eyes and make believe that this is a Range Rover. Not gonna close my eyes when I'm driving though. First thing I'm gonna eat today, it's about 11 AM. Don't know if that counts as intermittent fasting. I think it's just didn't eat breakfast. So we're gonna have a protein cookie and a little ProPudd Cappuccino protein shake. So that's going to give me about 40 grams of protein. Put the macros up on the screen. And then in a little bit when I get home, I'm gonna have a proper lunch. So also excuse that workout footage there. The gym was absolutely packed. They don't like you recording at the moment. Linda wasn't with me. She's at home. She's launching a new item on Girl to Die For. That's her clothing brand. That's what Linda does when she's not recording me, taking sick pictures of me. So I'm gonna go home now, see what she's up to, see how she's getting on. We're gonna make some food and it's gonna be a nice big lovely meal. So yeah, that is meal number 1, snack number 1, first thing I'm eating today, whatever you want to call it. Pro tip, right? Take a bite of the cookie or protein bar and then wash it down with a protein shake. Unbelievable. Big post-workout meal. We put in the full pack of beef, vacuno. We learn Spanish every day. So I'm not gonna eat all that. I'm gonna chop it up, save some for later. Huge amount of veggies, courgette and pepper. Courgette is amazing if you're dieting down. It's very voluminous food. We'll put that all in there. Gonna shake. For carbs, we're gonna have just one pack of brown rice, arroz integral. Put a bit of hot sauce with that. Really simple meal, super tasty. I'll show you when it's done. All right, people, so that's lunch. It's not the prettiest, but it's effective. Tons of protein, as you can see. The peppers and the courgette, like, really fill up the plate. And then we got some fiber and carbs from the brown rice as well. And then for toppings, I'm just going to use a little bit of that, as it is not macro-friendly. It's not low calorie. It's just straight up Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. Then this stuff is so little calories in it and super spicy, so it adds a lot of flavor. Hot sauce when you're cutting down, it's essential. It's all right. I'm gonna eat this now and catch up with you later. That was absolutely delicious. And I'm watching some Graham Stephen, who is kind of like a financial YouTuber, property guy. Trying to learn a lot about property as well this year. I'm gonna view some houses out here in Marbella. Some insane villas here for like— you get like an apartment in Dublin, never mind London. It's so shocking. But yeah, one of my favorite parts of the day is when I finish the gym, I get home, I cook a meal, and I just watch some YouTube. I just put my phone on do not disturb and I just eat and just watch something informative. It's so good. Anyways, I'm gonna clean up now and then I'll see you guys later on. It's meant to be raining today, a little bit overcast, but I cannot complain. My God. All right, so Linda is going to be my GoPro attachment, right? So we're making some protein oats and these are extra chocolatey. Protein oats, okay? You put 10 grams of cacao puro in it. This is just pure cocoa powder, which actually is very healthy. It's got a lot of antioxidants and vitamins and minerals in it, and it just makes it like extremely chocolatey. So if you're looking for that chocolate hit with some protein, some fiber, some carbs, some filling carbs as well, then this is what you want, right? So, Linda, GoPro time. Linda, put your hands under mine and the camera. There you go, okay. So, alright, GoPro time. This is what people don't understand. They say, "Rob, how do you make protein oats?" I just do it with boiling water, okay? No microwave, no nothing, just that. Maybe Linda should be my GoPro for every meal. So look. You just stir it up, it's done in minutes. Make sure you get all the dry bits. Look at that, like, look at that, it's just chocolate pudding. How can you not get shredded when you get to eat pancakes from Fuelcakes and chocolate pudding every day? And then we're gonna get some fruit in our diet as well. That bit of the banana is honestly, you might as well be eating ass. So we're gonna go Just, it's a nice efficient way of chopping banana. So we're gonna go half a banana. Look at that, chocolate banana protein oats, extra chocolatey protein oats. Wait, maybe I can actually, they can like stop looking at oats speak. I'm gonna eat this now, we're gonna go for a walk, do some grocery shopping, see how much calories and macros I got left to hit, and I'm gonna finish the day. Full day of eating, boom, I love it. It's like a cooking show, just with gains. Alright, so it is Friday evening and there's of course nothing to do, so we are both in our comfy clothes, socks and sandals. It's just the way forward. We're gonna cook a big pasta dish. So you can eat pasta in your diet. It's just, it's just carbs at the end of the day. It's like if you want to hit your carbs with brown rice or cereal or fuel cakes or pasta, it's just your main thing is your total daily carb intake. And if pasta makes your diet more sustainable, you can adhere to it better, then that's amazing. So right, these are the ingredients here. We're doing a load of chicken breast, some light cream cheese. We're gonna add that to this really low-calorie aubergine pasta sauce. We got some veggies here, we got peppers, aubergine, and onions. And then some— let me try to speak Italian now. Con cigli calori, pastas alimentizie simples. I think that's a bit of Spanish and a bit of Italian. Mancini da Aldi, nothing better. 100 grams is 366 calories and 80 grams of carbs, so probably put in 100 grams, maybe a little bit more because me and Linda are splitting it. It's gonna be a good time. So, sure, this one's done. So this is dinner. There's a whole wheat pasta, so many veggies, like half the pot is veggies. Again, all about that volume. And I had a lot of protein as well, so 2 chicken breasts on top of that and a ton of flavor. So we're gonna relax now, we're gonna eat this, pick out something on Netflix, but it'll just be like scrolling for half an hour and then watch something for 5 minutes. But either way, this is delicious, so I'm gonna eat this now. So last meal of the day, we are making some fuel cakes, of course. Linda's making us up 2 batches here and adding some Greek yogurt, some extra protein, makes for a really good consistency. One of the many ways you could make Fuelcakes. Oh, that looks good. And tell them I was drawing up ideas. Yeah, Linda was drawing up some ideas for the next product that Fuelcakes will be dropping. Let's just say it's not pancakes. We got more buttermilk coming because these nearly are out of stock. We got the vegan flavors coming, and then working on just complete new thing, Fuel something else. That's it, you know, that's pretty much my life right now is training in the outdoor gym, eating fuel cakes and working on fuel cakes, and then also game plan as well, right? Get, get all 3 of them. Oh yeah, okay, firing them up, boys! Friday night pancake party! There's a bit of skill involved here, right? Pancake Man. So one, another one here, here, uh, a little one here, this one. It's all to itself. Triple pan action. Also, I start my day fuel cakes just as much as I finish finishing my day with Fuelcakes. Little sweet spot at the end of the day, just gets that cravings. God, I love Fuelcakes so much. This video was sponsored by Fuelcakes. Oh wait, that's me. All right guys, so finishing off the vlog right here with a sack of Fuelcakes, how we do. Hope you enjoyed this full day of eating. Again, like, comment, subscribe if you're new here. My Nutella is falling off. I put all the macros and everything on the screen. Hope you enjoyed today's video. And again, stay positive, keep it real. I hope everyone's having a good year. So, right, Medir, peace.
