Yo, good morning YouTube! Just woke up from such a good sleep. This bed is so comfortable. I'm in the Hilton in Olympia, London. Just a little room tour. It's really nice. I'm gonna go down, get some breakfast now. There's a breakfast buffet and part of me is like, go hard at it, you know, don't hold back. But a part of me is like, look Rob, it's gonna be there all weekend, restrain yourself. How are you today? I'm great. Is this me? Thank you, sir. Yeah, I think This is going to be a good breakfast buffet. How's it going? I got egg white omelette, mushrooms, sausages, tomatoes, and bacon. Alright people, so what you're about to see is a collaboration that me and GraceFitUK— she's an Instagrammer, YouTuber just like myself, puts out really good content— it is a collaboration we did with an app called Fit FCK. They got in contact with us and they said, hey, we both like you guys' content. Would you be down for a Q&A? We ask you the questions, you answer them on camera and have a little bit of fun with it. So be sure to check out the app and also Grace's channel, which is linked down below. Sit back, relax, give the video a thumbs up and enjoy.
Okay. What the news?
Yeah, it is. Yeah, this is like—
And the news at 10.
Today on Sky News. We would make actually some pretty cool newscasters. I think we should.
Instead, scrap this video.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's go. It's gonna be like the mixtape that we send into Sky News. All right, what's up everyone? So today I am with Grace Fit UK, as you probably know her. It's not— that's not a real name, but we are doing a little Q&A for the app Fit FCK. Uh, so we got our questions in front of us here and we're gonna have a bit of fun with this. So we're gonna start with some short questions and then go into long questions. And Grace, you want to explain what the app is?
Yeah, so basically the app is an app where you can find training partners, you can use it for dating. It's basically just like meeting people app, but it is kind of based around the fitness world. So if you are like really into fitness or not so much into fitness, then you can just use this app to meet people, I guess. You can use it for whatever you want.
All right, question number 1: What is your best and worst qualities?
I'm always very happy.
Like, I'm never— that's good.
Yeah, I find it very, very difficult to not be happy, so I guess that's good. Can be annoying sometimes, but, um, and worst, probably the same thing. I guess like I'm very I'm very extroverted, so I guess, I don't know, if you don't like extroverted people—
I can dig it, no, no, I'm down with the extroverts. Right, my best quality is I'm very outgoing and open-minded. I'm always down to try new things. And worst qualities is sometimes I can be a little bit hard on myself, so I need to cut that out. Dream first date and worst first date?
If they're like a chatty person, like you want to just like anything where you can kind of— because it's like a first date, you want to get to know them, so I guess just like literally just like a dinner. Or something.
Okay.
Very adequate for a birthday. And then worst, I think like try too hard to like fit too much in and then you like spent the whole time like, oh my God, are we on an activity day or are we, you know, which like activities are fun, don't get me wrong, I love a good activity, but actually sometimes where it's like there's so much like logistics, it's like now we're going here, now we're doing this, and I'm like, ah, so much.
Yeah, just chill out. My dream first date is good food. Like if I'm with a girl and she doesn't appreciate food, it's like like we're off to a bad start. So maybe like some nice, like nice dinner out, maybe the odd drink, and just get to know each other. Worst first date would be like going to the cinema. People always say that, and it's like you're literally sitting in a dark room for 2 hours not talking to each other. So no, don't ask me to go to the cinema. That's like— I love the cinema, but like further down the line when you just want to— yeah, okay. Icebreaker of choice.
Okay, so like—
but I'm sure you don't go chat up guys. I'm sure it's the other way around.
Yeah, yeah. If I am gonna chat to someone, it will usually be because of like a situation that's like happened. So I don't know, like if I accidentally bumped into someone or like— someone the other day was looking really sad in a club and I was like, "Are you okay?" That's kind of, I guess that's my—
Do you need some help?
Would you like me to call your friend? Yeah, I guess I'm more of a person to like make conversation out of a situation. I don't have like a little book of notes.
Okay, right, yeah. I'm kind of similar, like I'm like, I don't think, like I don't have any lines prepared, like I don't I don't think it's about what you say. I think it's about like how you say it. So you can go up to someone and you'd be like, "Hey, how's it going?" Or you can go up to someone and just be like, "Hey, how's it going?" So I think it's more about how you say it rather than what you say it.
Dating tips with Rob!
Yeah, I guess that's like the point of the video. Most embarrassing thing you have done on a date? Look at her face!
Messy or clean living?
Clean living, definitely. I'm not a neat freak, but like I am hygienic. Scenic. So yeah, if I had to choose one, it'd be clean living.
Yeah, exactly the same.
Like, I don't know, I've seen your selfies in Oxford and like the place looks like an absolute state, to be honest.
My room has so much furniture in that they literally just put there.
Ron Burgundy over here, my room is full of nice furniture.
Um, favorite body part of the opposite sex?
Oh, okay, I'm not gonna be like typical lad and just be like glutes. I'm gonna be a little bit edgy here, go out on a whim. I'm gonna say hamstrings.
Okay.
Yeah. Oh yeah, man likes a good hamstring.
Um, I'd say probably chest.
Bench day tomorrow, so.
And every day.
Yeah, yeah.
For the rest of my life.
Yeah, that's how it's gonna go. You can bang one that— You can ban— Oh my God, I'm so bad. No, no, no, no. I literally thought you'd asked a funny question you said you can ban one thing from fitness, what would it be? I was like, typical. I was like, of course you asked me this. You can ban one thing from fitness, what would it be?
Yeah, I mean, I guess for the good of the industry, it would be things like skinny teas and stuff.
Yeah, products that don't do anything.
Yeah, yeah, products that people will waste their money on. And like, I've wasted my money on that stuff in the past.
Yeah, yeah. Oh man, you should have seen my supplement stack when I was like 15, 16. It was like Oh yeah, yeah, just trying to get skinny, just trying to get skinny. But no, it was like so much like useless test boosters and everything, and that like just have no evidence behind them. So that'd be the same with me. And yeah, just products that don't really do anything with a lot of hype marketing behind it. What body part would you most like to train with GraceFit? Uh, and then what body part would you most like to train with Rob Lipsett? So right, I'll go first, I guess. It's, it's— we've actually already planned a glute workout. It's what the people want. It is what the people— yeah, yeah, I, I think I would I genuinely find it tough to keep up with her glute workouts.
Definitely something upper body-y.
I think if I put you through an arm session, yeah, it would be interesting. Pump those guns.
How did you hear about GraceFit?
Oh yeah, this is actually like quite funny. I think I saw you do, uh, I think it was a Gymshark Snapchat takeover or something like that, and you were answering questions, or it could have been a YouTube Q&A or something. Either way, it was on video, and I was like, I didn't know what to think of it in the first place. I was like, she's quite out there, and I was like, maybe I'm a little bit intimidated. But yes, some first impressions were like, you know, I don't know, but then looked more into her stuff, started following her on Instagram, and she put out really good— she put out really good content, and I think she's a very likable person.
How did you hear about Rob Lipsett? I think just boring, like, just literally scrolling through Instagram, must have seen you tagged in something, or like, probably just general It's gonna be like the usual.
It's like, so how did your parents meet? It's like, slid into the DMs on Instagram. You can perform one exercise for the rest of your life, what is it?
I'd say deadlifts.
I would ask—
so confident.
Yeah, yeah, it's like a proper full body movement. Yeah, I would say the same.
Um, you can meet anyone on the Fit FCK app to train with, who would it be and why?
Oh, Grace Fit UK.
Oh, sorry.
Download it now. If you don't say Rob Lipsett, I'm ending the video right now. I'm walking out. Funniest bro science thing you have heard at the gym?
Mine would definitely be that weights make you bulky.
Okay, sweet. Right, mine would probably be like, I see some guys literally sprinting through the changing rooms to slam their protein shake, as they think if you don't get a Proton Shake in after 5 minutes you've done working out, like, your muscles will fall off. So that's— I see that a lot.
Most unattractive thing at the gym?
Um, people ego lifting, like lifting weight that's too heavy for them and just using really bad form.
Staring.
Yeah, I see you tweet about that a lot. I saw you say you stared back at some guy.
I think he, like, he was actually about to shit himself, like, well, because he was literally staring at me and I was activating my glutes, so it was just like, I mean, I'm opening my legs, like, open. And so I was just like, and he was like staring at me, and so I like looked at him and then looked away and he was kind of like, mm, like whispered something to his friend. And so I just like, just continued staring and just did not look away for so long and he was just like—
I can't wait to, until you meet him again in the gym and see what happens. Yeah, he used to train in my uni gym. Oh God. If you're watching this, bro, like I feel for you. I'm so sorry. What meal would you cook on a date and why? Can you cook?
Yeah, I can cook.
Okay, good.
Um, but I'd probably still want to have some like pizza. That sounds so bad.
Okay, good.
But I'd probably still have like pizza or like ravioli.
Okay, interesting, ravioli. Um, something that's really easy because what if it goes wrong? Yeah, true. Okay, I would definitely cook tacos because they're kind of like—
yeah, or something like fajitas.
Yeah, yeah, exactly, something that's inter— yeah, fun. What's for dinner tonight? Fajitas.
Yes!
But, uh, yeah, so something kind of like interactive that you can like play around with interactive— your classic interaction. Lots, lots of activities. Yeah, so yeah, something else like pancakes. Yeah, yeah, exactly. Toppings, what are you going to, what are you going to use? Yeah, so, uh, something like that. Yeah, ravioli. What did you say? The first thing that came to your head?
Yeah, but I do love a good ravioli.
Okay, right, good.
So dating pet hate.
Dating pet hate. Small talk. Literally, like, some people you go meet them up and it's just small talk.
Like, don't be afraid to get to know someone, but kind of past that point, if it's—
don't be afraid to say what's on your mind. Yeah, have a bit of balls. I don't have balls. Yeah, I don't have balls. Lads, have some balls.
Yeah, I can confirm I don't have any. Dating pet hate. I guess when people are like, they're so concerned with like keeping up like an image, so it's not, it's not just chilled. And I like just being chilled and just chatting and being like, I'm, yeah, easygoing. Exactly.
All right, I think you got the last one. Oh God. Oh, okay, just saw the question there. Okay, whoa, whoa, this is the last one. Okay, how many likes have we got? You got 457. Oh, I got the same. That's good. Yeah, what are the odds of that, right?
6 comments, guys.
Come on, come on, where's the LF army at? Okay, right, go on, ask the last question.
Okay, swipe right for Grace Fit, question mark.
Forget the swipe right, I'm going straight for the super like. That literally sounds like a wrestling move. He's going for the super like. Swipe right for Rob Lipsett.
Yeah.
Oh wow. Wow. Sorted. Cut the tape. Great. Alright people, that is the video. I had a lot of fun doing that, and it was so good to finally meet Grace. We're gonna try like work out later, get another video, and just become great friends. So be sure to check out Fit FCK down in the description box. Thank you so much for watching. Keep it real.
Thank you. So thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed the video, and we're gonna go get some training in. What are you training today?
Uh, chest bench. Yeah, because apparently that's what I need to work on.
I hope you enjoyed the video.
Bye! See ya! Yo yo yo, what's going on, vlogs? So a few hours later, we're getting in a workout here. Grace is just doing something on the ground there. She's having a fun time anyways, whatever she— yeah, she's taking a nap. And then we got my good old friend Amanda Bucci, who I always just love to see. Honestly, just a pretty great person. But so we're gonna chill here for a little bit, hang out, get like a casual workout in. Mando, I missed you. Sorry, sorry, sorry. I'm here, I'm here showing her love and she's like, get away from me, I want to do my set. So we're gonna hang out here for a little bit, then we're gonna go get sushi after. All right, so end to a great day. Good times, good people, sushi. I think this is a good time to wrap up the vlog. Keep it real. I'll see you tomorrow. Peace.
