Morning. Hope you're all super awesome. Welcome to this very special presentation that we're doing today. We're excited to be sharing this knowledge with you and to spend this time with you. As we've all probably realized now more than ever that time is our most valuable resource and asset. And we're glad that you chose to be here today because it shows us that you're committed to investing your time in the things that are important to you. And you're also sending a message out into the universe that your health is important to you or the health of somebody else is important to you and of course to your family and your extended network. So thank you for being here, thanks for taking the time and thanks for caring and committing. Today we're going to give you a lot of clarity. We're going to answer a lot of questions for you. And we're here to help. We're here to serve and we're here to teach you our core value, which is how to love yourself and to life. You know, most people love themselves and they love their children and other people to death. But it's time we start using the right words, the right nomenclature, and we're here to teach you how to love yourself to life. Anything you want to add, Deepa?
Just excited for everyone to be here. Thanks for committing your Saturday afternoon with us. We're, you know, really excited to do this presentation for you guys.
All right, so let me pull up my slides here and share my screen. Give me just one moment. If you could type into the chat. Just so we know before we dive too far into this that you can hear us and that you can see us. If I could get that verification, that would be amazing. And. All right, and we're going to get started here. Do we get the confirmation? Okay, it looks like they can see us. Okay, so let's go to full screen mode here. All right, so you're in the right place if you're seeking a root cause approach to low energy hormonal imbalances and sluggish metabolism and so much more. These are just terms that impact so many different areas of our life. And we're going to show you a four step process that will help you reclaim your health without pills, potions and planks. So we're going to show you the path of least resistance to get results. Most people take the path of highest resistance. And that's because kind of the irony in all this, we're going to show you a very easy solution which we've accumulated over working with almost 5,000 people. We were just updating our software and we migrated from one software to another and we were at 4,900 people, which is pretty impressive. That's different people that we've influenced and impacted directly over the years and there's patterns that we've picked up and things that we've learned and that's allowed us to simplify our process and distill it so that we can produce maximum benefit with minimal effort. I mean, at the end of the day, I think that's what we're all looking for. People aren't looking for maximum results with maximum effort because that actually goes against the principles of nature. You know, nature does magnificent things when we trust it and we let it do its thing. So I know Deepa has a lot of things that she's. A lot of stories that she's going to be sharing and case studies that we're going to be sharing. And I want you to listen not only for yourself, but for your future self, for your past self. There could be a lot of healing that takes place just from listening to some of the stories today. So you're in the right spot if that sounds like you. And I want to welcome everyone once again. And maybe we can start by learning a little bit more about you and you can tell us where you're from. So in the chat below you, if you could type in where you're from, that would be awesome because then we get to know you a little bit better. So go ahead and type that into the chat and we'll give you a few moments to do that. We'd love to give a few people a shout out. I'll let you give out the shout outs. How's that?
There's a little bit of a delay, so I know we had a couple people from Brampton from Pickering, Ontario. Thank you for being here. Hi from California. Hi from Mississauga. Hi from Houston, Texas. New York. Utah. Minneapolis. Kingston, Ontario. Delaware. Windsor, Ontario. Mississauga. Kitchener, Ontario. Montana. Cincinnati, Ohio. Vancouver. Mona from Colorado. Toronto from Chicago. Mike from Nashville. It's going fast. Green Valley. Francois from Montreal. Thank you all for being here.
Amazing. It's so nice to see everyone. The next question we're going to ask you is what challenge are you trying to solve and how long have you been trying to solve this challenge? So, you know, you can either write that down for yourself, but I want you to type it into the chat because we want to bring your challenges to the surface because what this helps us do is it helps us steer and navigate this conversation today, so it has maximum relevance for you. And it's also interesting for us to know how long you've been trying to solve this challenge. Now, if all you want to tell me is how long you've been trying to solve this challenge, that's fine as well. But if you really want to bring what you're dealing with to the surface so that we could navigate this conversation better, then you're more than welcome to do that as well. Okay, so we see some people saying energy, weight gain, leaky, gut, past two.
Years, gut and weight, insomnia and anxiety attacks. It's been four years for some people that they've been struggling, low energy for two years, impaired sleep, low energy, fatigue, insomnia.
Okay. So thank you for sharing and keep those coming in. We're going to keep an eye on that so that we can navigate this conversation to best suit you. Ok. And we're going to have a tag team here today, Deepa and I, because we both have so much value that we can add for you. So feel free to direct your questions to either one of us as you see fit. It'll be hard for us to keep track of the chat because there are so many of you. So we'll have a time at the end for questions. And of course we want you to get the most out of this. So one of the things that I'm going to have you do is click on the button that's right below this video and download the form that we're going to be using today. It should have been emailed to you and if you haven't had a chance to to review it just yet or download it just yet, now's your chance. So you can click on the button below and that'll take you to the form. And if you don't have a printer, that's okay. Just keep the form up in the background so that you can access it a little bit later when we get to that section. So I just want you to get the most out of this presentation and there's a lot of ground that we're going to be covering today. So we're going to move pretty quickly as we get started. Make sure you've got a pen and pad handy. So, you know, I see a lot of you are in the right place just from the feedback that's coming in. So this is for you. If you're struggling with low energy, you feel physically and mentally sluggish for seemingly no reason. Okay. You're trying to do things right, but you feel like You've got all the boxes checked off, or maybe there's a few that you know you need to work on, but it's causing you to feel that sluggishness for no reason. You might feel like other people aren't trying as hard and they're getting better results as you. And you'd be surprised how many people struggle in silence. You want to shed some excess pounds. You're frustrated with hormonal imbalances. And hormonal imbalances translates to mood imbalances, to functional imbalances, to pain and inflammation imbalances. So hormones really, you know, account for a lot of people's challenges. And it's almost impossible for you to feel low energy if your hormones are out of balance. Or it's common to see that. And you've been told you have a slow metabolism. You want to put an end to yo yo dieting. You want to reduce inflammation and pain. You know, some of you who are watching this may not have a lot of weight to lose and your energy might be okay, but you might be dealing with some pain. You know, I've dealt with joint pain in the past. I know what that feels like. And I'll be honest, sometimes it creeps up on me. It's very infrequent. If you remember, I used to complain about my hip pain all the time and now I don't even really talk about it. It's not, not a part of my life anymore. And so we can get rid of things that are nagging us when we take the appropriate steps. And if you're ready to make a shift in your health, I'll let you deal with some of these ones because I know you hear a lot of these.
Yeah. So you're in the right place if you feel like you've tried everything. We hear that quite frequently, but when we dig a little deeper, there's still a lot of room for opportunity, which is great. You feel unheard by your doctor. Right. So many of you are here because you have all these symptoms, but we'll get into it in a little bit more detail. But you may not have an official diagnosis and your lab work comes back normal. So that's the next one here. Right. Your lab work comes back normal. So you're kind of told that nothing is wrong with you. You're tired of popping pills, supplements and shakes. So you want a more simplified approach. You're looking to make a long term commitment to your health. You're searching for safe, rapid and permanent results and you're excited to Learn lifestyle skills. Right. So that's one of our core philosophies and we'll get into that a little bit more as well. But we really want to teach you guys skills over popping pills. And then, you know, this webinar is for you if you're coachable and teachable. Right. That's a super important aspect as well if you want to make a shift in your health. And we'll get into that a little bit later on as well.
All right, so just a tiny bit about us. My name is Sachin and this is my beautiful wife Deepa. In the middle in this image you see our soon to be 10 year old son, Devin. And you know, we. I founded the Living Proof Institute many, many years ago as really my dream and my vision for what healthcare should be. And over the years, it's evolved and Deepa has been by my side the entire time. And our mission has always been to try to bring health into your homes. You know, as a parent, I want to create a better world for my child and your child and my neighbor's child and really everyone, because I believe that it's our birthright and we all deserve that. So our goal and our objective is to always bring health into your homes and teach you how to stay healthy and vibrant and be a great role model for your family and your community as well.
Yeah. My name is Deepa and I'm traditionally trained as a pharmacist and I used to work in the cancer department. And so I saw people's health declining and a lot of our core principles in terms of lifestyle and food were not really being discussed and given as options for these people, which I know would really make a shift in their health. And at the time, Satchin was really getting into functional medicine and so I was really intrigued by it. And that's when I started getting into it. And it's personally helped me recover from a couple of health challenges that I've had. So I truly believe in the power of lifestyle and of functional medicine. And that's what we want to teach you guys about today.
Okay, so today you get the wisdom of 10 years of parenting, the wisdom of over 30 years, almost 30 years combined of clinical consulting and coaching and helping reduce the number of pills and, you know, whether it's supplements or pharmaceuticals, as much as possible. And it's our mission and our dharma and our purpose to help you do just that. You know, I've been very blessed to have amazing people by my side, amazing mentors in my life. And you know, I get to coach many, many hundreds of practitioners now. And Deepa works with clients in our practice, really trying to help them create simple, meaningful solutions for their health. So that's a little bit about us, and it's great. We're learning more about you as we go through this process. So a few of our beliefs and our values are that we believe health begins and belongs in your home. That's where it starts and that's where it ends. And I also believe that nothing can fix your body better than it can fix itself. We also believe that the doctor of the future is the patient. We want to practice and preach skills over pills. And we also understand how important your story is and. And unfortunately, it can be very overlooked in your journey. We are also going to describe a new term that I think will resonate with a lot of you. I'm going to let Deepa talk about what we refer to as normal syndrome.
So there really is a new normal in healthcare, and we kind of touched on this. But things like low energy, unexplained weight gain, sleep issues, anxiety and depression, brain fog and poor memory, hormonal imbalances, lots of unanswered questions, normal lab work, and then the lack of a clear diagnosis and treatment. So many of you seek your medical doctor or conventional medical system and you go in with some of these complaints and your blood work comes back normal. And so you're tagged as saying, you know, the doctor will just say everything's normal and that nothing is wrong with you. And then you don't really have a clear diagnosis or treatment, so you don't really know where to go from there. So this syndrome resonates with a lot of people because a lot of people are dealing with these types of issues, but really are not getting the answers that they need.
Yeah, it's quite unfortunate. Now, this normal syndrome can also exist in your natural healthcare provider's practice. So it has nothingness. It's not necessarily has strictly to do with whether you're seeing a natural healthcare provider or an allopathic provider. It's the process that you go through that helps you decode what's actually happening. Now, these symptoms may seem to be totally unrelated, and you'll understand after today's presentation why everything is connected. And I think intuitively we know that everything is connected. I mean, think about it. The same blood goes everywhere. So if the blood in your body is carrying a message that's destroying a particular organ, it's not just destroying that organ, it's destroying all of them at the same Time. But the opposite of that is that you can heal all your organs at the same time. So we like to take a whole body, whole health, whole spirit approach when it comes to your healing journey. And we recognize that this is the new normal. I mean, when you go to a doctor's office, this is what your doctor is hearing day in and day out. In fact, this is likely how many of your practitioners feel. I felt many of these things at one point, so I know what it feels like. And when somebody comes in and they're telling you exactly how you feel, well, that to you and to them becomes normalized. And so there is a new normal in healthcare. And unfortunately, the way the system exists and the paradigm of the system is not going to find the diagnosis of your problem until many systems are destroyed, many organs are destroyed, and, and that there is at least one of them that's damaged enough that it meets the diagnostic criteria. So we understand this. And when you lack a clear diagnosis, then you basically fall into this crack this abyss in the medical system. Because if you don't have a diagnosis, then there's nothing to justify a treatment. We can't just like throw medication at you or your doctor can't throw a medication at you without having you meeting the diagnostic criteria for that medication. And they may not be in charge of what that diagnostic criteria is. So we want to move away from diagnosing and we want to move towards health creation as the strategy. You want to talk about the four step process.
Yeah. So today we're going to be talking to you about four step process. It starts with commitment. Right. And we're going to go into all of these in a little bit more detail, but starts with you committing to your health, committing to yourself. And then it also, you know, part of the reason why we had you guys download the form is really to see what the root causes are. Right. So a lot of the times, you know, you're given a symptom approach or a band aid approach to the symptoms you're experiencing, but not really getting to the root cause. And then the third one is coachability, which is a super important aspect in terms of getting the results you want to see. You need to be coachable, you need to be teachable. And then number four is, you know, having some clarity around a conversation with a healthcare practitioner to see what the best next steps would be for you.
Amazing. So the first one, as Deepa mentioned, is commitment. And that was one of the first things we did in the beginning is we acknowledged you for your commitment for being here today. And for that, we want to obviously give you a pat on the back, because that's the first step is saying that this is important to me and I'm going to invest time on a particular day at a particular time, and I'm going to say no to a whole bunch of other things I could be doing right now. And I'm going to commit to this one thing. So very important, if you want to have the best health, then it has to be at least one of your top three priorities. Now, what is the definition of commitment? It's the state or an instance of being obligated or emotionally impelled. Right? So we have to be, you know, truly, truly magnetized to what it is that we want to stay the path. It's not about being perfect, but it is about staying the path. You know, sometimes you need. You're going to take a break, right? And you can't sprint all the time in the direction of your dreams. You've got to properly pace yourself and understand and manage your expectations. But the commitment is a commitment to the journey. And you know, what I know and what I've experienced is that health is not a destination, it's the journey. It's the vehicle, not the destination, but the vehicle itself can determine where you can go. Okay? The condition of the vehicle can determine what your destiny is. So why commit to your health? Health, we believe, is an act of self love. Health is also our own responsibility. Health is our foundation and our ceiling. So it determines the base that we can live our life off of and then how far and how wide and how big we will grow and the impact that we will have. It's also the trunk of our tree of life. If your health is a 6, then your business can never be an 8 out of 10, right? If your health is a 6, then as a parent, you can never be a 9 out of 10 parent with 6 out of 10 health. So it ultimately determines the ceiling. And none of the branches in your life can never grow bigger than the trunk. So our health spills and pours into everything that we do. It's about the journey, not about perfection. And health is about daily growth. Even if it's just 0.1% or even 1% daily growth compounds over time. Health is more than wealth. Health is everything. So we ask you, why are you committed to your health? For some of you, it might be your children. For some of you, it might be you want to be a role model. It might be that, hey, I've got a, a lot of Responsibilities. What are some of the things that you hear people saying?
Yeah, so advancements in career, like if you have a lot of brain fog and fatigue, then it's really hard for people to advance to that next level. Right. So as Sachin mentioned, it's the foundation and the ceiling, but for a lot of people, it's just having the energy to play with their children, to be there for their grandchildren. It's really the basis of most people's goals is you have to have good health.
Yeah. It's something that we often take for granted. You know, I know at some point in my life when I was much, much less mature than I am now, and I'm not sure if I'm mature yet, but when I, when I was younger at least, you know, you take it for granted. And I'm so appreciative of our parents health. Right. That they're able to be so supportive and helpful and there for us and play with their grandchildren. And I'm so grateful for our health because it allows us to reach and impact more people and, you know, put in an extra few hours a day if we need to and, you know, have the energy and the focus and the commitment to do it. So great to see some of these reasons coming in. Amazing. All right, so let's keep going. I'm going to share a story of commitment about Holly. So meet Holly. You know, she's a dedicated mom of two with a busy management position. Actually, I'm going to let you tell this story.
Okay.
Yeah, I think you have some great insights on Holly.
Yeah. So she was a mom of two with, you know, a super busy management position. She was, you know, always prioritizing others before herself. Obviously as a mom it's, you know, we always put our kids first. But you know, I think she learned quickly through this process that it, in order to, as we talked about, in order to be a good parent, she had to really put herself first. So she came to us with difficult, you know, you know, weight loss. She had a lot of brain fog and she really didn't have enough time to prioritize her health with, you know, being such a busy mom and having a pretty advanced position in the company that she was working for. And she was really tired of feeling like her results didn't match her efforts. Right. She was working out at the gym, she was trying to eat a healthy diet. But, you know, she really wasn't really getting too many results and results that she really wanted to have. She was really frustrated, but she was still continuing to Seek answers for herself. She was a perfect fit for a metabolic and lifestyle reset program. And in this program we really worked on her mindset and her limiting beliefs. Some of those were that she had difficult weight gain and that, you know, she wouldn't be able to do it because she was too busy and didn't have enough time. So we really worked with her on changing those limiting beliefs because, you know, your thoughts really do become your reality. Right? So we really had to talk to her about changing her thoughts and, you know, really making time and space for herself and then that would trickle into the rest of her life and give her space to prioritize herself. She really enjoyed and engaging in a daily gratitude practice, which is one of the things that we teach our clients. It's to focus really on the positives. And then we also had frequent check ins and accountability. And that was really helpful for her because she really needed to bounce ideas off of me and for me to steer her in the right direction and make her help her to continue on the path. So after working together, she got a promotion to senior manager. She developed a deep appreciation for a daily gratitude. Her energy and mental clarity improved significantly and she really attributes that to getting the promotion. Once her brain fog lifted, she had more energy, she had more mental clarity. She was able to do better work in her position and therefore get promoted, which is something that she had been working towards for a while. Then she had a new blueprint for health for her entire family, which means that through some of the skills that she learned, she learned to cook real whole food, healthy food. And obviously as a family, they all started eating this food together. So it trickled down to her kids and her husband as well, who also did the program with her. Then as a bonus, she lost 19 pounds in six weeks. This is her before and after transformation. Her commitment really paid off. And she wrote me a message around the New year and she said, happy almost new Year to you and the family. Wishing you continued success in 2020. I also wanted to thank you and Sachin for a life changing program and seeing, I guess her husband and I transform over the last few months. It has been the best way to finish our year and be even better to ourselves and our family for 2020. Thank you again and I look forward to working together in 2020.
So a big thing here was commitment, right? It was feeling like she had already over committed to other things and didn't have time for her health. And one thing that we want you guys to all understand is there's certain things that you're doing every single day? That Holly was doing every single day. That I do every single day. But we do them unconsciously. So instead of trying to do one thing 100% perfectly, how about we take 10 things that you're already doing every day and do them 10% better because you're already committed to going to the bathroom every day? Well, what if we put your pelvis in the right position? Right. That makes a difference. You're already committed to going to sleep every day. What if we created a short bedtime routine that allowed you to sleep 10% deeper and recover 10% more and have 10% more energy the next day? What if we cleaned up the diet so that you had an edge there as well? What if we change the lighting and your strategic exposure to natural lighting to then create proper hormonal balance in your body? So using simple things that you're already doing and compounding the effect of those things over small changes in many different areas of your life. In is where we got the commitment from her, because she already realized, hey, I'm already doing these things. Why not do them more consciously? Right? And that didn't take a lot of time out of her schedule. And in fact, one of the things that we. One of the things that I don't think we mentioned it here is that this is without any exercise. Okay? So this is literally zero exercise. We call it joyful movement, but literally zero exercise. No grueling gym workouts or, you know, trying to kill yourself to get these results. It was all using the body and nature's natural forces and the path of least resistance, not the path of most resistance, to get this kind of transformation. And importantly, she also learned skills that she has now for the rest of her life. The pill bottles run out, guys. Okay? So over time, the pills run out. So you've got to replace the bottle every 30 days. But the skills only get sharper and better and become habits over time. And they're passed on from generation to generation to generation. So once you learn these skills, you benefit from them daily, and you showcase them daily. And others around you benefit from them as well. Want to talk about the causes?
Sure. So in terms of the causes, we want to look for causes, not the cure. So Satchin really does a good job of explaining this. But the same blood goes everywhere, right? So if you have high blood sugars, then that blood's going everywhere. It's not just affecting your pancreas. In the case of diabetes, that high blood sugar blood is going everywhere. It's Going to affect every single organ in your body. Do you want to talk about the next one?
Yeah. And an upstream approach is far more cost effective and clinically effective. If you had a ravine or a river running in your backyard and one day you woke up and the river was polluted, visibly polluted, let's say you wouldn't try to create a water purification system at your property line. You'd probably walk upstream to find out where the problem is coming from and address it there. So sometimes the symptoms that you have are downstream effects of a major upstream problem that may not necessarily be diagnosed or identified until much later in the journey. So creating a water purification system at your property line is like taking a medication or even a natural supplement to treat the symptom instead of getting to the underlying reason why you have the problem. And so then the root cause can lead to seemingly unrelated symptoms in multiple systems in the body. And that's why you can feel like you're all over the place with your symptoms, because there's one upstream cause, it hasn't been identified. And when you take a root cause approach, you can also identify problems much earlier than the traditional diagnostic criteria and, and imaging might help us with. So when you go to your doctor, I'll give you a kind of a really easy way to understand this. So if you were to buy a car, whether it's a brand new car or a used car, would you ever buy the car by just looking at a picture of it? Let me ask you, would you ever buy a car just by looking at a picture of it?
No.
No. Right. And you could probably never tell how that car feels and how it handles and how the brakes are and how it accelerates by simply looking at a picture of it. So that's kind of like taking a snapshot of your blood work or taking a snapshot of a body part. No matter how detailed the imaging is, it's just a snapshot in time. Now what I'm interested in and what Deepa is interested in is driving the car, okay. And taking it for a spin. And that's what we can do with the form that we're going to share with you. It's like taking your body to, for a 321 inspection checkpoint or check in 321 checkpoints to identify, you know, where some underlying issues might be created and how to unravel those and get to the underlying causes. So sometimes or oftentimes or never, are you going to be able to know how the car drives without taking it for A spin. So I hope that explains the difference. And you can't tell how the car functions just by looking at a picture of it. So this is why we encouraged all of you to fill out this form. And many of you have. I know some people tried to submit them to us, but we're going to show you what to do with that form here in just a moment. So in this section, when we're looking for causes, we want to know three things. We want to know your story, because that is vital and critical. Sometimes that story can lead us to emotional traumas that have taken place or limiting beliefs that are holding you back. So knowing your story is very important. The next thing we want to know is your symptoms. What is your body telling us that we need to pick up on? And how can we identify different systems in your body that need more attention? And then the third thing we look for is your shape. Your physical presentation can instantaneously clue us in into the imbalances that are going on in your body. So just by physical exam and even just by screening people, within seconds, you can know what attributes and characteristics of this person's presentation might lead me to think of specific imbalances. And once you get good enough at reading this form, you can do the same thing. So it makes going to the mall a lot more interesting and makes standing in line a lot more interesting because you can pinpoint exactly how people feel. And in fact, when I used to consult with patients, I would ask them questions that would pick off every single symptom that they were experiencing. And I could do all that just by looking at their face and their body. Okay, so it's pretty amazing. The clues, physical clues the body leaves, the symptom clues the body leaves, and then the clues that the story has in terms of getting to the root cause of your health challenges. So I'll have you talk about this. How's that?
So, as Sachin mentioned, we really need to listen to your story and help you connect the dots. A lot of times when we listen to people's story and help them connect the dots, they didn't realize that maybe the loss of a loved one or any type of emotional trauma is soon after that is when a lot of their symptoms started. So it's really important for us to look at the timeline of the important events that occurred in your lifetime. The Root Cause assessment form, which we had you guys download as Sachin mentioned, evaluates your symptoms and helps us identify underlying mechanisms, which blood work, it doesn't always identify these things. So we really need to listen to you because you know your body best, you know what symptoms you're experiencing, and you know, the blood work is really for most, for a lot of diagnoses, it's end stage diagnoses. Right? So a lot of symptoms can occur prior to something like high blood sugars appearing on blood work, which is, as Sachin mentioned, the upstream and downstream. We really need to look more upstream. That's what this form helps us to do. Then, as he had mentioned, we want to pay attention to the physical presentation of your body because that gives us a lot of clues in terms of what's going on in your body as well. As we mentioned, labs do not always tell the whole story. Many of you go to your doctor with a lot of these issues and your labs come back normal and your symptoms don't really get addressed. So the labs really don't tell us the whole story.
It's definitely part of the story. We still order labs on our patients, but by listening to the story, you know what labs to order. And actually you also know what labs not to order. Because if you listen to the story, you pay attention to the symptoms and you pay attention to what the client is saying in between the lines. You already know. This person has that problem. Why test for it if they have all the symptoms for it? Unless they absolutely want to? Right. Sometimes we have enough information to know what direction to go with with a client. And that's another thing. You know, sometimes testing can be cost prohibitive for people. So if we can listen better and we can ask the right questions and the client can open up to us with their story and then we can connect the dots and put a lot of things together for them very quickly. In this image, you see the underlying causes occurring below the surface. That could be poor diet, inflammation, environment, toxicity, Poor self image plays a role in our health, toxic relationships, a sedentary lifestyle, of course, a lack of purpose. There's lots of these things that contribute to our overall health and wellness when it comes to illness and disease. And illness isn't just chemical in nature. Illness can also be emotional in nature. And we find that most chronic diseases are emotional in nature. Because your body, as you may know, is in a constant state of healing and repairing and regenerating. But our emotions are what signal our cells and our body in terms of what it must do. Okay, so without going into too many details, it's important to know that our thoughts become our physical reality. So it's important for us to recognize the power of our mind and how it influences our health and emotions.
Just once again, I know someone was asking, can I download the form later? There's a button right underneath the screen. It says, download Root Cause Assessment Form. So if you didn't have a chance to download it, you can go ahead and do that now.
Yep. All right. So the other part is shape. So when we look at shape, we also look at the distribution of not just facial characteristics. There's no facial characteristics on these models, but we can look at certain facial characteristics and identify hormonal imbalances and metabolic imbalances. And we can also look at physical presentation and identify hormonal imbalances and metabolic imbalances. So the person that you see on the left, you can see their physical characteristics are carrying weight more in the midsection, so more of an apple body shape. The person in the orange, B, you can see that this person is carrying more of their weight in their hips and thighs, so more of a pear shape. And then you have the C body shape, which is generalized weight gain. And then you have D, which is kind of that abdominal weight gain, predominantly. So it's like a hard, rigid abdomen, which is a different type of physical presentation than what you see in A. So A, it's more soft and it's more fat. In D, it's more fluid. It's more of a harder, more rigid abdomen. So these are the four different body shapes, and there's several variations of this, and you might be combinations of these as well, but these are the general four that we're going to talk about, and we're going to put together a story for you. So the adrenal body type is. And this could be male or female, is somebody who's going to carry predominantly midsection weight. Some of the symptoms that this person might present with are going to be found in section nine of your form. So in section nine and throughout the form, you're going to have an opportunity to circle 0, 1, 2, or 3. And what that means is that you have these symptoms. Never monthly, weekly, and daily, or quite often. Okay. So if you tend to be a night person all the time, then you would circle a three. Okay. And you would go through this. And very quickly you can see the symptoms that this person might present with might seem like they're totally unrelated, but they're all connected to having excessive amounts of cortisol or imbalances with their cortisol. So they might tend to be a night person because they're not able to wind down in the evening because their stress hormones are High. They have a hard time falling asleep. Of course, if a lion's chasing you, which is what you know, what we associate with high cortisol and. Or you've got deadlines and stuff like that to meet, and these hormones are coursing through your body. Falling asleep is not the message that they're sending to your tissues. They're sending a message of alertness and fight or flight. It might be a slow starter in the morning because you didn't get a good night's rest. And cortisol is typically naturally highest in the morning. And some people, as you go through adrenal fatigue and burnout, might experience that. They tend to get keyed up and have trouble calming down. Their blood pressure might be high. They might feel wired or jittery. They might clench their teeth. You know, caffeine can be overstimulating to them. They become dizzy when they stand up quickly. They might have a hard time with arthritic tendencies and may crave salty foods. That's a common thing. And they salt their foods even before tasting them. They salt them. And unfortunately, that leads to, you know, bad food choices. Okay, that could lead to food choices that may not be suitable for them and their goals. They feel afternoon headaches and yawning and asthma, and they have a tendency to have shin splints or need sunglasses. This is a big one. You'll see people wearing sunglasses all the time, even when it's not that bright outside. You know, they won't be able to drive without them because their pupils stay so dilated. They might experience allergies, hives, weakness, and dizziness. So you can see that these symptoms are kind of all over the place, but they're all connected to what happens when you have excessive cortisol. And cortisol is released when we have excess stress in the body. And that stress is determined by our values and belief system. Okay, so if I have a certain belief or a certain value that I hold to be true, and I'm triggered all the time by what's going on in the world. I'm triggered by other people, I'm triggered by certain words, or I'm triggered by certain circumstances, then guess what? I'm going to have all this cortisol going through my body all the time. And one of the main functions of cortisol, believe it or not, is to manage blood sugar. Cortisol raises our blood sugar. When we raise our blood sugar, then it creates essentially this scenario where we can run away from something or fight off something if we need to. So we get this burst of stimulation and energy, but we don't want to be like that all the time. And that's how some people get stuck. They get stuck because their job is triggering them. Their family might be triggering them. They might have stress that's buried as emotional trauma that they haven't released yet. And that just builds up inside of them and they can present like this. And so many of you reading this might have some of these symptoms, and I hope you don't have all of them. But even if you have a few of them, it's indicating that there's a component of cortisol issues going on for you. And I would say that the majority of people have this to, to some degree. So tips for the adrenal body type would be focus on sleep and recovery, understand and address underlying triggers like, what is it that's triggering you? Sometimes it could be, again, emotional trauma that needs to be resolved or needs to be heard or dealt with. But another thing to do is simplify your life. How can I basically learn to say no? This is a skill. It's difficult, it's not easy to do. But learning to say no is one of the greatest tools that you have at your disposal for your health. And it doesn't cost you anything. And if you're honest with yourself and honest with the people that you're saying no to, it won't cost you the relationship either. You also want to ensure adequate protein intake. That's something that is often overlooked. So these tips are going to help you. If Section 9 was lit up for you, then these tips are going to be helpful for you. And it's also, I feel important to find an activity to release your stress. Okay. So one of the things that I'm doing to help me, I enjoy spending time in nature and I'm, you know, I'm building a Zen garden in my backyard right now amongst a big project that we have going on. So that's going to be my form of release. My form of just being present, being in the moment, and having someplace I can go and be alone with myself, be alone with my garden, if you will, and release my stress. We all have it. We all need a good outlet. A big thing that I want to touch on here is to not be triggerable. I think many people live in a triggered state or pre triggered state, straight state, and that gets them into trouble because they have way too many hormones raging through their body. Okay. And then the last thing is to reduce, well, not the last and only thing, but a Big thing is to reduce weight and inflammation because the less of you there is, the less the adrenals have to work. Okay. And the more they can do their job in helping you heal and create healing hormones as opposed to fight or flight type of hormones. So reducing weight inflammation is going to be a big help. I'll let you cover the thyroid body type. How's that?
Okay, so with the thyroid body type, as Sachin had mentioned, it's general weight gain. And that's because the thyroid hormone is actually found on the thyroid receptor, is actually found on every single cell in the body. So when it comes to thyroid health, it actually affects every single part of your body, really. So some of the symptoms that you might experience and that if you have a lot of twos and threes, it could be an indication that your thyroid hormone may be off balance. So sensitivity or allergy to iodine. Difficulty gaining weight even with a large appetite. Nervous and emotional, you can't work under pressure. Inward trembling, you flush easily. Fast pulse at rest. Intolerances to high temperatures. Difficulty losing weight. Mentally sluggish. Reduced initiative. So, you know, one of the things when it comes to anxiety and depression, low thyroid hormone is actually having a thyroid. Hormonal imbalance is actually can be one of the root causes for any type of brain type of issue like anxiety or depression or mental sluggishness. Easily fatigued, so you feel sleepy during the day. Even despite having nine or ten hours of sleep, you still feel really tired. It's really hard for you to get through the day. Sensitivity to cold, so poor, poor circulation, cold hands and feet is a very common one that people with the thyroid body type complain about. Chronic constipation, that's another one, right? Because with thyroid hormonal imbalances, things are going to slow down. Your metabolism slows down, so that's the cause for the constipation. Excessive hair loss is another big one when it comes to thyroid hormone imbalances and coarse hair. When you wash your hair, you might feel like there's chunks of it coming out. So that's a very common one as well. Morning headaches, which wear off as the day progresses. Hair loss as well on the eyebrows, so the lateral one third and then seasonal sadness. So feeling a little bit, as I've said, the depression, anxiety, especially around the winter blues, things like that can be an indication of your thyroid hormone being imbalanced as well.
Another big thing with thyroid, you know, some of the symptoms on the first half of this are going to be for hyperthyroid yes. And sometimes thyroid, low thyroid can start off as fast thyroid and then go in the opposite direction. Most thyroid disease, you know, about 90% of it, depending on whose research you read, is actually related to autoimmunity. And so this is why thyroid disease is important to identify. A lot of times when your doctor is ordering lab work, they might not be ordering the right labs to identify the autoimmune component. And then it's only after there's enough damage taken place by the immune system attacking the thyroid that the thyroid starts becoming, starts failing. And then as a result of that, you get the diagnosis. And then it's hard to go backwards in time once the thyroid is damaged like that. So the sooner you can identify these symptoms, the better. Now, here's the thing. The road to health for these individuals is not radically that different because the road to health for all of us is very similar. Okay. It's like we're all kind of trying to climb the same mountain. So there's different ways we can get to the top, but for all of us, the path to get there. So even if you don't have a diagnosis, you can do the things that would address these challenges that you're having through lifestyle. You don't need to have a diagnosis to start doing something about your health, especially if you're covering some of the pillars we're going to talk about today. So tips for the thyroid body type. You want to go through that real quick?
Sure. So removing grains and dairy, especially gluten, can be really helpful for the thyroid body type. Optimizing gut health. So that's a huge area where thyroid hormone production occurs. So thyroid hormone conversion occurs. So you really want to optimize gut health. Speak up for yourself. So this is one that we see quite a bit. People with thyroid issues have a hard time speaking up for themselves. As we mentioned saying no, things like that can cause a lot of thyroid issues as well. Joyful movement instead of intense exercise. Because the fatigue is so prominent with these people, they really need to do more restful activity. Things like walking, getting out in nature, yoga, things like that that are going to be more parasympathetic in n more rest and digest rather than the fight or flight. Intense exercise address chronic stress. So that's going to be a big one for the thyroid body type. And then eating nutrient rich foods and reducing weight and inflammation will really help for the thyroid body type as well.
All right. And so the autoimmune part of thyroid disease is called Hashimoto's thyroiditis. So it's an inflammatory process that's destroying the thyroid. But that inflammation typically starts in the gut. And then that gut inflammation and compromising of the gut barrier which leads to the autoimmunity often starts from the use of grains and dairy. Now, some people are going to be more tolerant than others, but when in doubt, cut out grains, specifically gluten, because it causes a lot of, a lot of damage in these individuals. Okay? So that could be a starting point for some of you. And certainly we know when we take our clients off grains in dairy, they see rapid results because of the inflammation that they can cause in their body. Now, the ovarian body type is this is going to be more common in women, but it's becoming more common than ever in men because there's certainly chemical imbalances in our environment that lead to this. And so women are becoming hyper estrogenized and men are becoming estrogenized. And that can lead to, you know, a lot of challenges. Not just physical challenges, emotional challenges, but it can also lead to, you know, how society is run. Okay. And what runs society when you have an estrogenification of males that changes the balance in the universe. So very important to kind of understand the implications of excess estrogen or excess any hormone really in women. What they're going to experience are depression during their period, mood swings, you know, craving chocolate, breast tenderness, excessive menstrual flow, occasionally skip periods, variations in menstrual cycles, endometriosis, you know, uterine fibroids, breast fibroids, you know, you guys know the stuff, right? So the symptom or you ladies know what you're dealing with, the excess estrogen is a huge concern. And so if the physical presentation of this individual is going to be a pear body shape, okay? And that's one of the outward signs of excess estrogen, the body, amongst these other symptoms that we highlighted here, and so tips for the ovarian body type is eat lots of cruciferous vegetables. So that would include things like broccoli, include things like kale and getting in cabbage, you know, so getting those things into your diet are going to be extremely valuable for you. Eliminate plastic. Use as much as you can, because the use of plastic exposes you to bpa. Avoid toxic personal care and cleaning products, maintain healthy bowel movements, because that's one of the pathways through which your body gets rid of excess estrogen is by getting rid of it through your stool. Your liver binds it up and converts it into bile and then shoots it out of the system through the bowels. So if you're constipated for whatever reason, or not having complete bowel movements every day or multiple times a day, then you're going to potentially cause excess estrogen type of issues. Avoid BPA and chemicals in your food, and of course, reduce weight and inflammation in the case of estrogen. When we have excess estrogen, we typically pack on weight, especially around the thighs and midsection area and buttock area. And that fat becomes very inflammatory, causing even more estrogen production. And that cycle just keeps repeating itself over and over again. So the weight gain can seem like it's very out of control because of the compound effect of the increased weight and increased estrogen. And then that leads to a lot of inflammation, not just in the areas where the fat is, but throughout the entire body, because, remember, the same blood goes everywhere. Now, the liver body type, you want to go through this really quick? Sure.
Yes. The liver body type, as you can see, there's quite a few symptoms that might manifest here. Pain between shoulder blades, stomach upset by greasy foods, nausea, motion sickness. The color of the stools is super important. If it's light or clay colored, that can be an indication of issue with the liver. Dry skin, gallbladder attacks, you know, easily hungover. If you were to drink wine, you know, history of hepatitis here, sensitive to tobacco smoke, sensitive to chemicals. Because the liver is where a lot of these things get processed and metabolized. So if the liver is not functioning properly, then you're going to become more sensitive to some of these chemicals. And, you know, prescription drugs are metabolized through the liver as well. So, you know, these basic things are not going to, you know, be able to. Your liver is not going to be able to function properly. So a lot of these symptoms will start to manifest. Hemorrhoids, varicose veins, you know, chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia is another one as well.
You know, what's important to note here is that none of this says like, pain where your liver is.
Yes, right.
Like, that's not the. Those aren't the symptoms that show up first. Okay. It's this type of stuff that shows up first. And liver and gallbladder go together. So the first part of this section is more gallbladder and the second half is more liver related. And the presentation physically is going to be somebody with more of a pot belly. Okay. Or that beer belly we call it. And it's going to be rigid and it's going to be. As opposed to being soft like the adrenal body type would be. So that's the physical presentation you're going to see. This can be in men and women and you want to pay attention because the liver, the gallbladder and the bowels are some of the most or the most important detoxification pathways. These are the elimination pathways in our body and how toxins and metabolic byproducts and hormonal byproducts and all that stuff has to be taken away and eliminated from our system so that we could have great health. So tips for the liver body type Reduce alcohol intake Avoid toxins from perfumes, skincare and cleaning products. There's lots of things we talk about in our program where we teach you how to address these things and make your own skincare products, make your own cleaning products using things like essential oils. You can even make your own colognes or perfumes using essential oils. Eat organic whole food diet and then fasting and timed feeding. So sometimes what's really interesting, aside from the number of calories that you eat, if you had two people eating the same amount of calories per day, but you had them eating those calories spread out throughout the day or concentrated within eight hours of the day, you would actually see dramatically different results in weight gain and organ function in these individuals. And eating the exact same number of calories can produce different weight loss results depending on how those meals are timed and spread out. So fasting and time feeding is critical, especially in the liver body type. And then low carbohydrate and lower your carbohydrates and also fat intake. A lot of people's fat is very processed fats and processed fats can be very hard on the liver and gallbladder to digest and then reduce weight and inflammation. So across the board, reducing weight and inflammation is going to be important for you. This is like a not so fun fact, but obesity plays a major role in triggering autoimmunity. So let me tell you, in triggering autoimmunity, that means the obesity comes first, that cascade of inflammation and dysfunction and you know, all those things that are causing a systemic breakdown in the body lead to triggering autoimmune disease. So if we can address, you know, get rid of some of the weight and inflammation that people are holding onto and knock out all these symptoms by reducing inflammation and weight in their body and balancing their hormones, you're going to prevent, you know, needless suffering. And so many people, tens of millions of people have autoimmune disease in just in North America alone. The numbers are actually staggering. And the solutions for this problem is reducing inflammation, reducing Weight, living in congruence with your body. I mean, all these things are going to be so helpful and so powerful. So this is why we're so passionate about helping people optimize their health, because we can prevent future issues from happening. And if they are occurring, we can lead you on the path back home to great health. So look for causes, not cures. The same blood goes everywhere. An upstream approach is far more effective and sometimes the root cause can lead to seemingly unrelated symptoms and it helps us identify the problem much earlier. So let's show you quickly how we put it all together. So here's Anne. 50 year old female, with a demanding career, tried everything, we hear that often she tried everything to lose weight, including a very strict keto diet. And she did lose weight initially, but then, you know, she hit a major plateau and she just didn't. She knew there was more to it than just changing her diet. And she had hypothyroidism, so she was a type C body type. So physically we could see that with her. And she had excessive hair loss and fatigue. Those were kind of her main driving forces. Because, you know, I know for women, for us guys, we can kind of shave our heads, but women, it's not that simple, right? So when you lose your hair, it can be very emotionally transparent, traumatizing. And for a lot of women, that's the impetus that gets them to do something about their health. And she just felt tired. She had a demanding career, but the fatigue was not bearable anymore. And she was having raging hot flashes, night sweats and bloating. So I mean, having to deal with that all the time, throughout the day, throughout the week, month after month, can get frustrating. So putting it together for her, we listened to her story, which is so important, and we started her on our Metabolic Reset program. We made recommendations based on her questionnaire and body type. So based on what we knew about her, we could direct her diet. More specifically, we could direct her personal efforts. More specifically, we could give her the green light on certain things, give her the red light on other things based on what we knew about her and what her body was telling us. And for her, we put a strong emphasis on sleep timing and sunlight exposure because the two are very closely related. And we cut out all intense exercise. So simply by changing her, and I say simply, but by changing her sleeping time and giving her strategic exposure to sunlight at specific times of the day, we were able to tell her brain and train her brain to recalculate what an appropriate sleep and rest cycle would be. An awake cycle as well. And that allowed her hormones to rebalance themselves. Okay, so we don't treat the symptoms. We understand how the body works and how it works synergistically with nature. And then we use nature to unlock that magical gift. And we put her on a strategic fasting and whole food meal plan. So based, again, on her particular body type, her story, and what her goals were, we put her on a plan to suit her needs. So she lost 30 toxic pounds, 29 inches in 10 weeks. She was pretty stoked about that. Hot flashes disappeared, and her hair loss decreased, and she feels amazing, and her energy skyrocketed. So she's recently turned 50. This is a little note that she wrote us. And she was finding it harder and harder to lose weight. And you can see she easily lost 30 pounds, 29 inches, and her hot flashes have disappeared. And she found that there was tons of information and easy recipes that were delicious. And the community was great for the support that she got. And she says, I know I could not have accomplished this on my own. I'm so appreciative for this program and what I've learned and achieved. So the big thing with her was she was doing the work right. Like, the people that we work with are already trying. They're already putting their best foot forward, and they're not seeing results. And then, of course, there's people that, you know, they just say, hey, I'm ready to get started. I want you to tell me exactly what to do, and I'm ready to do it. So she was already trying. And sometimes when people have been trying a lot of things, they lose faith and they feel like, like she said earlier, I feel like I've tried everything. And within a few moments, we were able to realize what she hadn't tried. And what she hadn't tried was the path of least resistance. Okay. Again, you will find health on the same path as you find the least resistance. And so we worked with her body, we worked with nature, unlocking the magical gift of her own healing. And now she has that in her back pocket for the rest of her life whenever she needs it. So the key takeaways are, commit to your health, have someone listen to your story so they can pinpoint your limiting beliefs. Look for the root cause or the root causes, and know your body type and needs, and work with someone who will keep you accountable. I think that's super important and overlooked. All right, next, let's go through coaching and accountability, because that's another important step in the journey.
Okay, so the importance of coaching and accountability. So it's to really help you create new habits that last. Right. So a lot of this, you know, in terms of what we're talking about is with regards to lifestyle habits, we've talked a lot about sleep timing. Right. So, you know, we all know we need to get to bed at a certain time. Usually we recommend 10pm, but when you have someone to help coach you and keep you accountable, we help you stick to those habits. It's also to identify where your blind spots are. Right. So you may be trying your best with Ann. She was really doing the keto diet, but that really wasn't serving her. So it really helps you identify your blind spots when you have some coaching and accountability and then having positive reinforcement. We all need that. Right. One of the exercises that we go through with our clients is having them write out some positive affirmations. Affirmations. You know, as I mentioned before, your thoughts become your reality. What vision do you see for yourself? Where do you see yourself, you know, in terms of what your health goals and your dreams and aspirations? So really helping to reinforce these positive affirmations, these positive thoughts really helps with the journey. And so, you know, we want to talk about fisa and I know you kind of had some stuff to share with regards to her story, so if you want to.
Yeah. So, of course, Pfizer's not a real name, but when we met, she was actually a client of ours a few years ago. And recently I've been following her. We're friends on social media, so I've been following her and I could see every day she would post a picture just like this selfie here, which I grabbed from her Facebook page. And she posts a picture like this after doing like a one mile run, a two mile run, a three mile run. I'm like, wow, she's out there crushing it. Like, I'm so proud of her and I would encourage her and I would like her posts and stuff like that. But then after a while I started noticing, hey, she's putting in this effort and I wonder if there's something that she could do to get an even better result. And so I asked her what her goals were and why she was doing the running. And it was because she wanted to lose some weight. And I said, well, how is that working? And she said, well, it wasn't working out as well as she wanted it to, despite the effort that she was putting in and the consistent effort that she was putting in. And so, you know, we got. She was. Then she Got curious about this program, this metabolic program, and I said, you know what, with your determination, you would be amazing for it. And she looked at it and she sat with it and she said, you know what, I'm going to try this on my own. And I said, and I pushed back a little bit and I said, you've already tried this on your own. Trust me, you know, you will do amazing with this program. So that's where the conversation started. Okay. And so she trusted me, she trusted the process, and she was under a lot of stress, a business owner and a mother of two. So I can totally relate as a father of one and a business owner, but I have two businesses, so I guess that kind of gives me a perspective of what it's like to have two kids. But she was 25 pounds overweight and she had severe bloating. Right. That's the other thing is, like, when you. You might only be 25 pounds overweight, but if you have bloating, that adds what looks like another 10 or 15 pounds, and it can feel like very uncomfortable. Aside from the discomfort, the impact that it can have on your confidence can be huge, especially as an entrepreneur. And she had low energy and motivation. She really pushed herself. So it took her a lot to even get out there and do the running. So certainly very committed, but she really had to push herself because she's very, very committed to getting success. And she had a history of fibroids and she wanted to make better health choices without feeling deprived. I mean, I think we all want that. I think we all want to feel we're not depriving ourselves. And I don't feel like I deprive myself at all. I have an amazing personal chef, if you will. She's just an outstanding cook and works wonders in the kitchen. So I certainly don't want anyone else to feel deprived as well. So that's never part of our strategy. So let's talk about her transformations. After listening to a story and taking her commitment and her making the commitment, we started her in the metabolic program. We coached her through remapping her mindset. So a big part for her was we wanted her to actually slow down. So really interesting fact that I learned a few years ago is that in order for us to unlock our creative brain, which us entrepreneurs and all of us really need, we need to unlock our creative brain. Most of us are stuck in our logical brain, which we call the left brain. And for her, she was stuck in her left brain. She was very logic oriented. And, you know, when, you know so she's always in her head. And I said, well, let's get out of your head and let's get. Let's get into nature. Let's connect. Instead of, instead of running, let's go for a walk. Instead of walking, let's sit in nature. So really activating the right brain was a huge deal for her. We cut out all intense exercise, which, again, that took a lot of convincing for someone who's kind of used to, who enjoys working out for one and who likes intense working out, because that was her personality. But that part of her personality may serve her in some areas of her life, but it wasn't serving her when it came to her health, because sometimes, again, we want to always try to take the path of least resistance, not most resistance, and she was taking the path of most resistance. So it's more work and it doesn't always produce the result that you want in the timeline you want. So for her, we focused on recovery and we put her on a strategic fasting program, organic meal plan, and no labs or pills. She had actually done some testing with us in the past to handle some previous challenges, but this time we said, no pills, no labs. We're going to do this by transforming your lifestyle and really focusing on the process. So that's what we did. And she lost £19 and her confidence levels are through the roof. So this is a message that she recently sent us. And you know, she calls us the dream team, which is so flattering. She's 52 and she feels amazing. And you know, she. She proved everyone wrong, right? Everyone told her it was an age thing. And of course that's her personality, right? She's really bullish. So she's going to go out there and prove everyone wrong. And. And she did. And her confidence, more importantly, is off the chart. So this is a six week. When I first saw this image, I questioned Deepa if this was the same person. Like, this is a total transformation from one person to the other. And knowing Faiza, she's like an amazing human being. So I love that she was able to receive such a gift of health through this process. So you can see, even the smile on her face, you can see is so bright. And this was amazing to see somebody putting in the effort and getting some outstanding results. So key takeaways from her was recommit to your health. So for her, she had to recommit to her health in a slightly different way, in a slightly different tangent. And she had to be coachable and teachable. So coachability is A huge part of your success. So teachability means how willing are you to learn new things? Okay? And that's what a lot of people do. So a lot of people even come on a presentation like this, and they're learning, they're taking notes, and they're teachable, but they're not coachable. Coachability means being held accountable. Coachability means, you know, having somebody stay on your case, so to speak, and hold you accountable and coach you through a process and help you grow. Okay? So that's what coachability is. Since you want to be both of those things, you want to take the path of least resistance, know your body type and your needs. And if we looked at her body type, her weight gain was mostly in her midsection, and that was the adrenaline body type. And then trust the process. So that's the other thing. You always have to kind of trust the process and know that it's moving you in the direction you want to go in. And when you work with someone you trust, that was a big thing for her, is she trusted me and trusted the process and stuck with it, even though it went against her, what she would have thought conventionally to do to help her get the result. All right, number four, and we'll wrap it up, which is clarity. So clarity is what allows us to run in the direction of our dreams. So when we're clear about something, we know exactly what we're going to go after, and we go after it. You can have more confidence in your decisions when you have more clarity. So if I know I'm driving on the right road and I'm heading in the right direction, then I'm going to put my foot on the gas. But if I'm lost or confused, then my persuasion, I'm going to be easily persuaded because I'm confused and I don't know where I'm going. So I'm going to take directions from anybody because I would think that somebody else knows more than me, because I'm totally lost. But when I have confidence that I'm moving in the right direction, I'm not looking for a direction from somebody else. I'm moving in the direction of my dreams. And, you know, there's no more gassing with your health when you have clarity. So when you have clarity in your story and your practitioner has clarity, when you have clarity in your symptom presentation and you have clarity in what you're trying to produce with your health, then amazing things start happening. So the four steps are. One is a commitment. Two is looking at the Causes. Three is coachability, and four is conversation and clarity. So we really have to get clear on what it is that we want. We have to be coachable, we have to be committed, and we always have to look for the root cause in order for us to get results. So I'm curious, which area do you need the most help with? Right. So out of the four different areas, is it commitment? I don't know. Probably not. If you're on this presentation, you're watching this presentation, I would say that you're committed. Okay, now what are you committed to? Maybe we have to talk about that a little bit. But if you're here, you're committed, so I honor you for that commitment. The second part is the causes. The causes is where a lot of people might fall short. Okay. Where people fall short is they don't have their story properly heard. They don't have their. They don't have their root causes being evaluated. So the symptoms are, you know, the patient comes in and rhymes off a bunch of symptoms. But with a form like the one that we've given to all of you, we can, in literally in minutes, we can tell you exactly what's going on with you and create a map on how you're going to reverse that condition. And put you in the driver's seat. Instead of the doctor sitting in the driver's seat, we want to put you in the driver's seat so that a, you can navigate your own journey, but you could also teach it to your family members with confidence and clarity and certainty. So looking at the causes is another important part of the journey. And then, of course, being coachable, coachability is so huge and it's often overlooked. Okay, so many people are teachable, but not very many people are coachable. So somebody who's coachable is willing to learn new things. They're willing to be held accountable, they're willing to do the homework and do the grind and show up to the practice. It's all of those things that you need to do. If you're willing to do the work, then having a conversation and getting clarity is going to be really, really valuable for you because. And then it goes back and you're going to recommit. Every. Every day you kind of recommit to your health. Every hour you recommit. Right. Every decision you make is really a commitment to the direction you want to go in with your life. So this is the four step process that we covered today. And which area do you need the help most help in? So a lot of people are saying causes, right? So causes is where they need the most help. And I would agree, you know, that is where we see the biggest loophole for people, is there they are committed, they are coachable, teachable, and they're looking for clarity. But clarity comes from finding the root causes. And so people ask us all the time, how can you help me? I literally get messages every single day on my phone, how can you help me? How can you help my mom? How can you help my aunt? And my answer is always the same, only as much as you're willing to help yourself. That's the tipping point of how much I can help you. That's the size of your cup. How much are you willing to help yourself is the size of your cup. So if you want to show up with a little thimble, that's as much as anyone can help you. But if you're going to show up with a big cup, then that's as much as we can help you. And that cup can keep growing, so we can help you more and more and more. So the answer to the question, how much or how can you help me? Is as much as you're willing to help yourself. Okay? And that's true for no matter who you see. You're the ultimate rate limiting step in terms of your healing journey. So you know that, that's why that commitment is so important. But for those of you that are here, you're here because we said earlier or they said earlier, you're feeling tired, right? You're confused, your hormones are all over the place, your sleep is disrupted, your lab work is normal, right? You wish somebody would just listen to your story, you know? And after working with almost 5,000 clients, what we've learned is that, hey, we can package the needs of what 98% of our clients need and teach them exactly what they need to do to feel their absolute best. The things that we do, right? So we're teaching in this program the exact things that we do. But then we're taking clients, our clients, on a journey where we're getting to the causes, we're understanding their body shape, we're understanding their metabolic cofactors and limiting factors, we're understanding their story very deeply and then creating a plan from a metabolic perspective and from a lifestyle perspective. So that program that we offer is called the Metabolic and Lifestyle Reset. So what we're going to do now is we're going to show you what that program looks like and we're going to answer questions that you have. And we have a very special opportunity for you as well. So what I would love is for you guys to share what your biggest takeaway was from today's presentation. So go ahead and share what you learned today from today's presentation. That was your biggest takeaway and something that you're going to immediately implement. So I'll wait for people to type a few things in, and then we'll get going with explaining the program. I'm excited to share with you what we have to offer. Okay, so I see some great questions coming in, and I'm going to be happy to answer all those questions so that we can iron out anything that you have. We're going to be covering that a little bit later. All right, so I want to go through why we created this program in the first place. Because, you know, like I said, we get so many people asking us if we can help. And what we realized is that we want people to be able to help themselves. That's the only way that we can make the biggest impact on this planet. Because if I'm helping people one on one, or you're helping people one on one, or even if we had an army of people helping people one on one, it would take forever to really create a meaningful shift on this planet. But if we teach people how to become their own doctors, then through this program, then guess what? We can have an amazing radical shift in human consciousness and health in a very short period of time. So after working with many, many clients, we noticed specific patterns. We noticed that there were specific things that we could identify, that if we changed, we could produce amazing results for people. And people wanted to take fewer pills and learn more skills. Remember, the pills run out after a while. No matter how big the bottle is, eventually the pills run out, but the skills get sharper. We want to bring health into people's homes and to benefit their entire family. So I don't want you to come in as a patient, and then months later, your child comes in as a patient, or your husband or your wife comes in as a patient. We want to teach you skills to keep your entire family healthy. And these are skills that you can pass on from generation to generation. And so it's the greatest gift you can give your family. And we believe that you are the doctor of the future. We say that the doctor of the future is the patient. And so the roles are reversing in healthcare, where now practitioners are not as responsible for the outcomes. You're responsible for the outcome, and that's actually very empowering because we can choose how healthy we want to be and how healthy we want our family to be once we have a strategy right. Right now for a lot of you, for many people that come to us, they're doing their best guessing, okay, so they're doing their best, but they're still guessing. And we want to take away some of that guesswork so that you can have confidence and certainty. So why is this program unique? We want to cover that because I think you had a huge part in making this program so unique and different.
So, you know, it's a mental, physiological and physical transformation. Many of our clients say that it's a whole mind, body, spirit approach. We get results that are safe, rapid, and the key is the permanent outcomes, really instilling those lifestyle skills and habits to make it a permanent change. This is not just a 10 week program. It's something that we want to instill in you to carry out lifelong. It's a lifestyle choice. It addresses and corrects the underlying causes, not just the symptoms. And that's why part of looking at the form is so important, because we can really see where the cause of a lot of your symptoms are occurring. Is it the thyroid? Is it the adrenal? Is it the estrogen body type, the liver body type? It can be done remotely by anyone in the US And Canada. The whole program is online. It does not require intense exercise to lose weight and feel great. We really want to shift you more into that rest and digest state. Give your body a chance to heal, to repair, to recover. And then it offers a supportive network of group accountability and personal accountability. So it's a great combination of both things. You have personal touch points with myself, and then we also have a very private group where we keep each other accountable and then you eat real food and develop sustainable, healthy and healing habits. So that's one of the core principles of the group of the program, as I mentioned, is really developing the habits that carry you through lifelong. One of our clients, Barbara, she said that this program works. It's actually sustained and maintained weight loss, great instruction and supervision and interaction, the availability to ask questions and have them answered, interaction with other participants, never feeling alone or lost along the way. Great diet and food choices. This is a total body and lifestyle reset. Right. So she's really commenting here on the coachability and the accountability and not feeling alone. Right. That's super important for a lot of people is having the community to help you along with your journey. Okay. So in terms of what's included, you get three 30 minute coaching calls. With myself, we do a weekly Q and A in our private Facebook group where you can ask any questions and I'm happy to answer those, we share health tips and accountability in our private Facebook group. You get a metabolic support spray to help you along the way. There's a metabolic reset guide with a lot of recipes that you can choose from, which are all whole food. You get this book that I've written, the Healthy habits book. And then we accompany all of this with a 10 week actionable lifestyle course where we really teach you those habits with regard to sleep, improving your digestion, removing the toxic personal care products and cleaning products from your home, getting into a deeper state of sleep, joyful movement. These are all different modules that we teach in the lifestyle course.
And what's important to note is that this is actually, even though it's done remotely, feels very personal. And we're going to talk you through that because I see some questions coming in about that. So we'll definitely discuss that as we go through this. Here's what Tricia had to say. It isn't about weight loss like all the other weight loss programs. It's about empowering you to learn foundational health so you can learn to rely on yourself from here on out. It's also a chance to look at yourself as a whole person and get to the bottom of excess weight because it's not just about food. And Tricia has become a good friend through this process and she is a health coach. And even going through this program, it helped her lose over 20 pounds because we were able to get rid of and get to the root cause of what was causing her to be stuck and she hasn't gained the weight back and she is feeling amazing. And now she is out there teaching even her health coaching clients some of the principles that she has picked up. And it was, you know, she was doing a few things but she wasn't doing it all together right. And it's when we put it all together and she really was super coachable as a coach. Of course, the fact that she was coachable is awesome and she followed through and she got some amazing results. So there's a few bonuses that we're also including with this program. And the first bonus is something called a heartmath inner balance. Do you want to talk about that? Because you're actually a HeartMath certified coach. So I'd love for you to share why the heart math is so powerful and why you do it every single day.
So the heart math is really a tool to help us objectively measure how stressed out we are. Right. A lot of people say they have a lot of stress. Well, this really helps to bring awareness as to how stressed out you are. And it does that by measuring something called heart rate variability, which is the time in between heartbeats. When that time in between heartbeats is erratic and very imbalanced, then the heartbeat looks like the red on the left there. Whereas when your heart rate variability is high and that time is more equally spaced, then we see a more natural and fluid rhythmic pattern, which is shown on the right, which is the green wave. And so that's a sign of being in high coherence. And when you're in high coherence, when your heart's in high coherence, then you're more resilient to stress. So, you know, it's kind of like taking a bucket. And, you know, for a lot of us, we have, you know, a bucket which basically is starting to overflow because we've added so many stressors, we're juggling so many different things. We're eating perhaps a toxic or inflammatory diet, we're exercising too much. So this bucket starts to fill up and overflow. And what the heartmath does is it helps to expand that bucket so that it's not overflowing, because when it starts to overflow, that's when symptoms really manifest. So we want to expand that bucket so that you become more resilient and more tolerant to stress, and you're able to bounce back a lot quicker from stressors rather than hanging onto them for days and days and days. So it's a very powerful tool because that awareness really helps, and you can see how you'll progress over time and how you start to become more in the green much quicker, and how your heart and how your body feels so much more coherent over time. So it's a great tool to give us that objective feedback.
Yeah, it's kind of like a weight. It's like weightlifting for your nervous system and your heart and emotions. It's like connecting that part of you and bringing it to your awareness and then showing you how much you can control your state of physiology with your thoughts and emotions. It's quite remarkable. And it's measuring something called heart rate variability, which, in my opinion, is one of the most important predictors of overall health and resilience. So this tool is something that clips to your ears and then connects to your phone and you get instant neurofeedback. So this has been remarkable. In fact, one of our case studies, who was using this device, through becoming more in tune with her nervous system, she was able to actually get rid of her son's add. So in fact, our children are essentially like little receivers of our energy. And so if our energy looks like the energy of this person on the left and it's all over the place, that's the energy field that we're putting out there into the surrounding area. And children pick up on that. And so when she became more coherent, when she became more calm, her son's behavior radically changed. And it was just proving this, not even a theory, but this understanding of how us and what's going on inside of us affects what's going on outside of us. So we're going to teach you and train you on how to use this device. And it's quite remarkable. We're also going to include something called medicinal mushrooms. Because one of our objectives is to lower inflammation. We're going to give you the most studied or one of the most studied medicinal mushrooms, which is reishi in the format of either green tea, red tea or coffee. So this is going to be part of your routine over the course of your 10 week program because you're going to be reducing radically inflammation through a passive strategy. And you know, reishi is one of the most revered mushrooms. We do whole training on the benefits of reishi, but we're going to include some premium products for you so that you can incorporate this anti inflammatory gift right into your daily routine. Bonus number three is you're also going to get lifetime access to the resources. So the program itself is 10 weeks. That's where the rapid transformation takes place. But then you're going to be able to attend all the Q and A's. In the future, anytime we update content, you're going to get notified and you're going to have access to it for the rest of your life. Okay. So this program never runs out. So as long as we're alive and we're offering this and providing this service, you're going to have access to it. So that's another huge bonus for you because you can learn. We learn something new every single day. And number four, which in my opinion is priceless because I don't have unlimited access to her, but you're going to get access to Deepa and you're going to be able to email her with updates and check ins and stay accountable. So we have a beautiful portal that we use. So from the comfort of your phone you can send private chat messages. There's a journal. You want to talk about that?
Actually, yes. Well, the journal has been amazing. It really helps me to keep a pulse on my clients. They're able to submit, there's a food and mood journal and then a lifestyle journal. So with the lifestyle journal, they're able to submit how they're feeling that day. So how, you know, in terms of their energy, they're able to tell me how their bowel movement was, they're able to tell me, you know, how much water they drank, they're able to tell me what they ate. So I can give very, you know, I can just shoot them a really quick message and give them a quick update. And if I need them to increase water intake, I can just do that all from the comfort of my app with them giving me the feedback. So it's been such a great tool. Every morning I check in on my clients and I'm able to just quickly reply to them all and really help them stay on track and really pivot if they need to, if something is not going the way they need to. So it's day by day, we're able to make these pivots and shifts and really help them see changes in their progress.
Yeah, this is actually amazing. This has been such a huge upgrade for our practice and we're so thrilled to be able to offer this in a secure spot. Because before it used to be through email or through Facebook Messenger. Now we've consolidated it all in one place and you're able to share documents you can share. If your lab work comes in and you want to upload it, you're able to upload it. So there's other benefits to it as well.
One of the things I know someone is asking how it can be done remotely. So with this platform, we're able to have video calls. Right. So, you know, with everything going on, that's really the, you know, a valuable tool. We're able to still see each other in person and have these, you know, like I said, the program includes three 30 minute, one on one calls with myself and we're able to do that through video or phone. So that's the personalized part of the program that can still be done remotely.
Okay, awesome. And we've, you know, we were a in person practice and we were transitioning to an online practice. And now with everything that's going on, we've become a 100% virtual practice. And our patients actually love it because when you do video calls, for example, you can get a copy of the recording. You get to see the person face to face. There's no downtime, there's no traffic time. There's none of that, you know, all the appointments run on time, and it's just been phenomenal. So technology has allowed us to provide a very, very personalized service from the comfort of your home, and that reduces the carbon footprint for a lot of people. And no time off work or anything like that, especially if the kids are at home. It's hard for people to get out nowadays, so this is so much easier. So here's everything that's included. Just a little snapshot for you guys. We send you a beautiful box in the mail that comes with many of these resources, like the heart math and the books and everything. Of course, the coffee and everything and the metabolic spray all come together. Now, the program itself is over 10 weeks, and in the first six weeks is where we're doing. We're a little bit more aggressive with reducing inflammation and getting rid of, making the shifts and changes. And then there's a maintenance phase that you go on. So the program itself is. It goes by very quick and the results are amazing. And the results are safe because all we're doing is we're improving and leveraging the principles of nature that are already in your body, right? So we're not doing, we're unlocking the potential that you already have. And because we're taking the path of least resistance, your body's not going to fight, your body's not going to resist, you know, you focusing on what it needs to focus on. And that's what we're going to help you uncover. That's what we help you customize through this process. So, you know, today you have three choices. So choice number one is you do nothing. Hopefully that's not the case because we want you to do something. Choice number two is you take immediate action, and then choice number three is that you seek clarity. Okay? So let's take number one off of it. I want you to, if you're watching this live, I want you to refresh your page right now. So if you hit the refresh button on your page, if you're watching this from your, from your computer or browser, it's usually on the top left next to the home button. Refresh your page, you're going to see two buttons that are going to pop up. One is going to be to sign up for the metabolic reset program, and the other one is going to be to schedule a discovery call with Deepa for the metabolic reset program so you can seek clarity. Okay? Now for the first 20 people that take action, okay, what we're going to do we've got a beautiful gift. You want to get that box? All right, so for the first 20 people that sign up, we're going to send you this beautiful diffuser. I want to see. This is the French side. Okay. We're going to send you this beautiful diffuser and this amazing oil blend to help with helping you get more rest and more sleep and more regeneration. So that's our gift to you. That's over $100 value for the first 20 people. So you can go to the button underneath and sign up for the metabolic reset program. And then to take immediate action, if you're ready, then click on that button. And then for the fast action takers, we're going to give you that special blend. I'm going to walk you through that, that page in just a minute. And I know that we didn't put the price in here.
Yeah. Because we're going to show them.
So I'm going to show. I'm going to take you to the page so we can cover the pricing and everything as well. If you're seeking clarity, then you can, you can go to schedule a metabolic reset discovery call. Okay, so that's where you're going to get a chance to talk with Deepa. She only has a limited number of spots available. Of course, there's only so many hours in the day and the offer is valid for a week. So you've got a week. Those spots will fill up pretty quickly. And then of course, you don't get the fast action bonus, but you get to chat with her and then we can determine if the program and process is right for you. So you want to go to the page now, Is that what you're saying?
Yep.
Okay, so let me stop sharing here for a second. And we're going to also be sure to answer your questions. So if you have questions, please stick around. How did you guys like the presentation today? Hope you found value and I hope it gives you some, some hope and insight. Where is that? Okay, so, So here's what's going to happen. When you click on, when you click on the link, it's going to ask you. When you click on the link that says sign up for the metabolic reset program, it's going to bring you to a screen that looks like this and it's going to ask you if you live in the US or if you live in Canada. Okay. And so I'm just going to assume that you live in the US for now. And this is going to list everything that's included. So what we're offering is the consultations, the live Q and A, the access to Deepa, the metabolic spray, the life changing 10 weeks of course material that we've put together for you, the healing habits book and the guides that you're going to get. You also get the lifetime access as I mentioned. And so what you're going to do is you're going to enter your information in here. We have two different payment options. So whether you live in Canada or in the U.S. the price of the program is 1499. If you pay in full, it's 1499. Or you can do three payments of 549. Okay, so one payment of 1499 covers all the services that we mentioned. Or you have a three payment option as well. So we've been listening, people have wanted us to do a three pay option and we're making that available to you. So click on that link, it'll bring you right to the country, choose the country you live in and then make the entries in there and we'll get you set up. So the first 20 people, as I mentioned, you're not going to see it on this page, but the first 20 people, as I mentioned, are going to get that diffuser and that essential oil. Anything you want to add to that?
No. And then I guess as we mentioned, all the deliverables are here in terms of what you'll receive. In addition to the fast action bonus, you get to choose if you want the coffee, green tea or red tea here. And then another great thing that we have here is if you wanted to add your spouse, then we're doing that for 50% off so you can do it together with your spouse. And then that's another accountability partner for you as well.
Yeah. So enter your information, choose your beverage of choice, enter your credit card information, add your spouse if you choose to, and then hit complete order. And we'll be happy to take you under our wings and help you reset your metabolism and reclaim your health and your vitality. Because now is the time to do this, now more than ever, you know, right now. If you haven't realized how important your health is, I hope you do. Because it's vital and it's the most important gift and asset that you absolutely have. And it's our honor and our privilege to work with people on a daily basis to help them feel their absolute best. So let's answer some questions that are coming in. See, there's still quite a few people online and I want to make sure that we answer some of your questions deepa can you make a note of those questions that are coming in? And I'm going to pull up some common questions that we've had come in from the past, some frequently asked questions, so we can cover those in the meantime. Okay, so who is this for? That's a question that you might be asking yourself. This is for somebody who is committed. That's the first thing. Okay. We're committed to somebody who's seeking the root causes, somebody who is coachable. That coachability piece is so huge because if you're not coachable, it's hard to help you. Okay. It's hard for us to hold your feet to the fire or for you to hold your feet to the fire if you're not coachable. And that's super important. And it's for those of you that are seeking clarity and those of you that want conversation and confidence and certainty when it comes to your health. There are so many confusing tidbits of information out there. So many different people telling you so many different things. What we believe in, what our value system is, is that you're the doctor of the future. We want to put you in charge of your health. We want to teach you how to do it once and for all and do it right and not just give you a bunch of stuff you're not going to use. Our goal is to really empower you with the tools that you need to live your absolute best life. These are the things that we do on a daily basis. Okay. In the last 15 years, I've been to the doctor once, and that was because I had to go because I was paying for insurance and I get an annual physical for free. And when I went there, the doctor had more questions for me than he was able to. That he was. Than he was able to answer for me. And he ended up becoming a client of mine because he valued his health and he didn't get that training. So we're going to teach you the things that you need to do to stay vital, to stay healthy, to stay happy, to stay informed so that you can actually live your best life and teach your children how to live your best life. We don't want your whole family coming in as patients. We want to teach you how to keep them as healthy as possible so that they don't have to be patients and they have resilience, especially with everything going on in the world we live in. Who is this not for? So another good question. This is not for somebody who is, you know, just trying to get some quick results and then go back to their normal life. Okay. This is not for somebody who's, you know, trying to fit into a wedding dress and then wants to go back to eating whatever they want. Okay. This is for someone who deeply cares about their health and is going to take their health very seriously. How much weight will I lose? That's a question that comes up. You know, obviously it varies from person to person. We've had people lose anywhere from, you know, 15, those last 15 pounds that they wanted to lose, all the way up to over 50 pounds. And that weight can come off quickly depending on the person, depending on their situation. And some of that weight is going to be water weight, water weight is inflammatory weight. Okay. And some of that, a lot of it's going to be fat as well. So it's going to be a combination of excess water and inflammation and body fat as well. That's coming off and we see amazing results with people. What do I eat? You want to talk about that a little bit?
Yeah. So in terms of what you eat, as we had discussed before, it's a whole food, food organic meal plan, you know, no processed foods. It's basically going to be lots of healthy vegetables, fruits, protein, and, you know, it's really going to be focused on learning to cook real, whole, healthy foods. A whole food diet is basically what we, what we call it.
You know, when we went through this program, I was shocked at how much food it was. It was actually more food than I normally eat. So you're not going to, there's no starving you. There's, there's none of that. There's lots of variety and there's really simple, easy recipes that we've put together for you and you can do the program should you choose to. As a vegan, there are certain, you know, guidelines that we have you follow, but it's totally doable. Deepa and I are pretty close to being vegan as well. So we totally understand that lifestyle and can answer those questions and support you in that decision. How long is a program? So there is actually three phases to the program. There's what we call a loading phase and then there's what we call a losing phase and then a maintenance phase. And that period between the timeline between those three phases is ten weeks total. Okay. So that's the total length of the program. And you can repeat these cycles as often as you need to to get down to your target goal, whatever that goal might be. So if you need to lose 70 pounds, it might take you a couple of rounds of it, but each subsequent Subsequent round, you just need to buy the spray, everything else you already have, and the access to the resources and all that stuff you'll already have so you can work on your own and get the results in the phases moving forward. So the total program is going to be as long as you need it to be based on the results that you're looking for. And you can always repeat this every so often should you need to. Why no exercise? Okay, so this is a good one. This one throws people off. So many people are in this fight or flight highly inflamed state all the time, and exercise is going to make that worse. If you're already inflamed, then creating more inflammation in your muscles and joints and tissues by exercising is probably not going to help the situation. You're adding more fuel to the fire. The other situation is if you're on the go all the time and you're pumping out all this cortisol. Well, guess what? What? When you exercise, you're doing more of that, so you're putting more stress on that system, when in fact what you really need is to focus more on rest and recovery. And regeneration can unplug that. So that's important to recognize as well. So if you'd like to, then what you can do is do joyful movement. You could do things like yoga. You could do things like going for a walk in the woods. There's lots of things that you can do that are not as intense and as stimulating to your body that are going to help you get into a more parasympathetic healing and regenerative state. And then, of course, we reintroduce exercise when it's most appropriate for you. Another question that comes up is, when do we start? Do we have a start date for these individuals for this next cohort?
Yes, I believe it was June 15th.
Okay, so June 15th. So we've got to get the kits shipped out to you. We've got to get started, you know, the products that you need, and we've got to get people registered. So June 15th is the deadline. If you're signing up for this next cohort and you're looking to take care of and enjoy the benefits of the amazing results that you can get. What other questions are coming in?
So someone was asking if it's covered under their health care benefits.
No, it's not covered. Okay. And then.
Labs, tests would be additional cost.
Yes. So lab testing, if you choose to get it. And we would, we would have that discussion with you if it's. If it's appropriate to get the lab testing done. A lot of times what we find is that by making these particular lifestyle changes and making these. By making these particularly lifestyle. Particular lifestyle changes and following through with the recommendations that we give, that is going to alter your labs. So depending on the level of urgency and necessity, we can delay the lab testing until after you go through this process because what we're going to teach you will certainly affect the outcome on that lab testing.
So one of the questions was, I know with regards to the HeartMath, if it can be used with Android phones. Yes, it's for both Apple and Android devices. Just going through them here.
So for those of you that live in Canada, the country that you're going to choose is Canada. So it's going to ask you what country you live in and if. And so choose Canada, if you're in Canada or choose us if you're in the US and then the rates will be appropriate. The three payments would be monthly. So you would actually have 90 days to pay. So you'd make the first payment today, second payment in 30 days, and then the not 90 days. You'd have 60 days. I'm sorry. And the third payment would come on day 60. Great question, Tiffany. So I'll answer that. We can certainly make an exception for you. Do I have to purchase supplements or binders? So in this particular program, there are no supplements. The only supplementation that you're going to have, so to speak, is a homeopathic spray. And that spray you're only going to use for six weeks, and then that's it. Okay, so that's going to be to reset your hormonal access. We didn't talk about that too much because we didn't want to get too nerdy and geeky on you guys. But that's going to help reset what we call your HPA axis. And so once we're able to do that, you're going to. That's what creates kind of the internal transformation in your chemistry. So that's one thing that you get. And the other thing that I guess would maybe be supplemental would be the coffee. So the coffee and the tea that you'd order, the tea that you'd be receiving, that would be a supplement, but there's no pills or capsules or anything like that that you'd be taking on this program.
Okay, so let's spray.
This person's having to share. Okay, so how do you approach a person that rates higher on two types, I.e. the Adrenal and thyroid? So many people and maybe I wasn't clear about this, but many people are going to be a combination. Okay, so you're going to be a combination of, let's say, thyroid and adrenaline. There's going to be some overlap there. We see that often. Oftentimes we see an overlap between estrogen and liver and thyroid and adrenal. Those two commonly overlap with one another because stress affects the thyroid and vice versa. And of course, everything's connected. So it would be impossible to just have one and not have maybe some symptoms that spill over into some of the other systems in the body. Yeah.
So a lot of time people are a combination of both, and that's. That's okay.
Okay. What else is coming in?
Yeah, so one was, how do you. If you're a combo body, how do you prioritize? Okay.
So somebody's asking, can we just use the spray only? No, because then it's not going to work. This program isn't just about the spray. The program that we've put together is not about one thing. It's about everything. Remember, the reason people fail is because they don't do things the way they're supposed to. Probably the most important part of your story or the most important part of your journey is having somebody listen to your story. And if that part doesn't get taken care of, then it's not going to give you the clarity that you need. See, so the person that wants to just buy the spray, and I'm not directing this at that person, but that's a person who's not coachable. That's a person who's teachable. Right. Hey, take this. But it's really the coaching that creates the transformation. Right. And who has coaches? Well, I have many coaches. Who else? People who want to be the best have coaches. Michael Jordan had a coach. He had multiple coaches in different areas of his life because he wanted to be the best at those areas in his life. So really, the coachability piece is very important, and that's why this whole program is a package we've put together. Okay, so does this program help with goiter? So this program may help with goiter if the resulting underlying causes created by inflammation, by dietary opportunities, by lifestyle opportunities, by mental and emotional opportunities, mindset opportunities. So we would not be treating the goiter through this program, But I would imagine that when you address a lot of the things that we do in this process, that it's going to give you the best chances possible for at least slowing down the progression or perhaps halting it maybe in even many Cases reversing it. We've had many people go through our programs and they had, you know, they had thyroid nodules and those nodules completely disappeared on follow up ultrasounds, which by most people's estimation is impossible. So we see that every day. The body's always doing what we might think is impossible. It's doing it for you all the time. We just have to put your body in the right state of mind. Okay. Another question is, what if you have no weight to lose? Well, you know, that's the thing. So we. When I did this program, I didn't have any weight to lose. And I really, I only lost like maybe two or three pounds over the week that I did the program. And then once I was at my ideal weight, I was able to adopt many of the behavior changes while I was already doing a lot of them. But the dietary part would be the only change if you're not looking to lose weight. We all have a few pounds that we need to lose. We all have a few inflammatory, you know, pounds or some pounds of excess fluid that we're carrying around that we can get rid of by doing the losing phase of the program. And then we can jump right into the maintenance phase of the program. And then you work on the habits. Right. The diet may not be the part that you're focused on so much. It's the other daily habits, what we call the daily dozen, that you want to focus on. Okay. So for those of you living Outside of the U.S. and Canada, this program specifically is only for U.S. and Canadian residents. Evidence. Okay, so somebody's asking. I'm already working with Dr. Brar in your program. Should I complete that first? That's a conversation that we can certainly have with us and Dr. Brar to see if that's the right and most appropriate step for you. So we can just reach out to you and we'll make a note of that so that we can make sure if it is the right next step that you can take it or if it's best that you wait to go through that next step. A lot of the principles that we teach in this program, we would be teaching you through our Living Proof program. So we can always, because you're already a patient, we can figure out what to do next with you. Okay. How do I become coachable? So good question. How do you become coachable? One thing is you want to have to grow. Okay. Or you have to want to grow. I'm sorry, you have to want to grow and understand that you have blind spots. We all have blind spots. Right. I can only turn my head around so much. So my wife is always looking out for me. She's got my back. Right. And so coachability is having somebody wanting someone to have your back, wanting someone to be looking out for your best interest, wanting somebody to, you know, amplify the gifts and talents that you have that you might not even know you have. You know, sometimes your blind spots are your gifts. Some people's blind spots are the things that they're amazing at, and they don't even know it, and they're not even leaning into it. And a coach can help you find those things. Being coachable is also, you know, kind of getting rid of the emotions that are involved in decision making. So when you have clarity, decision making becomes so much easier. It takes the emotions out of taking a left turn or a right turn or going straight. You know, when you don't know where you're going, that's when we get emotional, that's when we get flustered, and that's when we lose our cool, and that's when we lose our way. So being coachable is, you know, being in the driver's seat, but then understanding that the person that's trying to help you, the passenger, is somebody who's already been down that path or has helped many people go down that path and be able to receive instruction from them without getting emotionally involved. Okay. Okay. I've been working with Dr. Bharar, and I've done several tests and supplements. Is there a cheaper option for people like me? So if you're a patient of ours and you've gone through any of our programs, then let us know. Reach out to us separately, and we'll definitely, you know, kind of see where your case is at and then determine what the best and most appropriate step is and what it is exactly that you need, because that we could customize a solution for you. Okay, so a question coming in. What is the cost for the program? Because somebody came late. It's a 1499. If you click on the link where it says. Where it says sign up for the metabolic reset program, you'll be able to find the information there. Okay, so I see there's almost 200 people that are still online with us. So I would love to know what questions you have. And. And we'd love to answer those for you. And. And then we'll be here for a couple more minutes, and we'll be on our way. All right, I'm going to leave this testimonial up here because it's pretty cool. And then if we have any questions, Deepa, that are coming in, I'll be happy to answer those.
Yeah. So nothing's come in as of yet.
Okay, awesome. So let's wrap it up with this. So I feel like this program has changed not just my body, which is getting better and better, but has actually changed my mind. I actually feel like I can do it and I can do this for life. I love how it addresses so much more than just food and diet. It speaks to the whole person. Mind, body, heart, spirit. I love how I feel on this program. So what an awesome, amazing testimonial. Great way to end. And it looks like Tiffany just signed up. Amazing. Looking forward to working with you again. A question that comes up. Does the program help with food cravings? You know, food cravings are an interesting topic, so let's talk about that for just a moment. Food cravings can oftentimes be associated with childhood experiences or childhood. You know, we don't go on to call them traumas necessarily because maybe that's not what it may feel like or that's what happened. But a lot of times when we are children and we're upset, our parents would give us certain foods, specific foods or specific treats that would make us feel calm. And so our nervous system at a subconscious level got trained that it would be soothed by certain foods or certain flavors. It could be sweets or it could be your, you know, favorite pie or your favorite meal. It might be pizza. I don't know. For me, growing up, it was Taco Bell bean burritos. Okay? So as, you know, as strange as that might sound, when we were young, going out was a huge treat. You know, our parents oftentimes. You know, it's really funny because people say eating out is so cheap, but Indian parents, eating out was always expensive. No matter how cheap it was, you could always make it cheaper at home. And so going out was a huge deal, you know, for us. And we never took that for granted. I know many, many kids would always kind of take that for granted, but for us, it was a big deal. And at the time, as vegetarians, Taco Bell was a place where everyone in our family could eat and we can get a nice meal. And my parents love the spices and stuff, and that's where we would go. So, you know, if anyone ever asks me, kay, you have a terminal issue and you only have the last few meals left. I would be eating bean burritos for the rest of my life. Okay? So for me, that's an Emotional childhood experience and not knowing better, that's where I would go. If I would feel really depressed, then the natural tendency would be for me to move in that direction. But I know better now, so I don't even do that. I haven't had a burrito in probably, what, 12 years now. Talk about them all the time, right? She's like, when are you gonna have this damn burrito? I almost did it about a year ago. But a lot of times the foods that we crave can be associated to childhood experiences and comfort foods. It could also be associated to specific neurotransmitter deficiencies. So some people, when they're deficient, especially if they go on a low carbohydrate diet, if they already have GI inflammation and they're on a low carb diet, then they're not going to make as much serotonin and that could change, you know, the foods that they crave. They might start craving carbs or foods that are high or sweet foods because that can increase their serotonin production. Okay, another question is how do I refer friends to watch this webinar? Awesome. Great question, Stephanie. Thank you for sharing. We're going to send everyone a link with the replay so you'll be able to watch this and share this. Thank you. We appreciate that. And we feel like a lot of people could benefit from this information. Okay, cool. If you don't drink coffee or tea, that's okay. You can, you can skip that part. We'll still gift it to you and you can give it to somebody who does. It's not mandatory. If you. If you do prefer and you sign up for the program, then, I mean, that's the only reason you'd be asking. So when you sign up for the program, we can replace it with a capsule of medicinal mushrooms, if you prefer that. So if you prefer having it in a powdered form or in a capsuled form where you could add it to your food or take it as a capsule, then we can replace that for you. Can the coaching sessions be split between Deepa and Sachin? Oh, that's a loaded question. I'm going to say yes if you sign up today. So I don't know your name. It says 8498, Guest. 8498. Oh, 4310. Sorry. If you sign up today, I'll split those sessions with you. That'll be fun. Okay, we're done, guys. Thank you. Thank you for your attention. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for hanging in there and we're looking forward to helping so many of you. We've seen so many people sign up so we're excited about that. And then we'll be reaching out with a replay and if you'd like to up sign, like the thing that you should all do if you're committed and you're looking for clarity, looking for answers is sign up for the discovery call. You get on a call with Deepa, right, And she's going to be able to, I'm sure you've had a few coming in already. She's going to be sit down with you, go over your form with you really briefly, make sure that this is the right next step for you. And then we don't pressure anyone to get healthy. We'll never pressure you to get healthy. The only pressure I'll ever give you is to find out if we can help you or not. And that starts with that conversation so that you have that clarity. So that's a free call and we're here to help. We're here to serve and move you in the right direction. Okay? Love you guys and have an amazing, amazing rest of your day. Bye for now and thanks everyone for tuning in.
Thank you everyone. Bye for now. Enjoy your afternoon.
