The famous inventor Leonardo da Vinci stated that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Because I believe the body is the most sophisticated instrument that's out there in the entire known cosmos, it must also be the simplest to take care of. In fact, I believe that taking care of your health should be embarrassingly simple. Not complicated, not convoluted, not confusing, but embarrassingly simple. And we start applying these embarrassingly simple practices into our clients lives. Transformation happens immediately. It doesn't take days or weeks or months or years for people to feel a difference. They feel a difference right away because they immediately partner with their biology. And instead of bargaining with their biology and negotiating with nature, now they're living in alignment with it, using simple foundational principles that can help them immediately transform their health and move them in the right direction. You see, being healthy should be simple. That's why you are so sophisticated. We don't need to match the body's complexity in order to understand how to take care of it. Just like you don't have to know every single thing about your car or your computer or your phone in order to utilize it. So tap into this beautiful simplicity that you have and the sophistication that you have. Practice simple, simple things to help you move your health in the right direction. And use the simple test as a filter. If the recommendations you're being given aren't simple and you couldn't do them a thousand years ago, they're probably not going to be relevant a thousand years from now. Tap into timeless, simple wisdom and this will serve you for many, many, many years and decades to come.
