Hello amazing community and happy, happy Thursday everyone. My name is Alice and I am the health coach running the Living Light Metabolic Reset program at the Living Proof Institute. And today I'm super excited. I am here with my wonderful client Christina and we're going to be talking about her journey going through the Living Light Metabolic Reset program and then additionally our virtual group program accelerator. So lots of fun and exciting stuff that we're going to be covering today. She is here to share a little bit more about her story and how she was able to release £16 in the last 12 weeks and counting and additionally start her first beta group with her beta babies. So give a please community, give a big round of applause to Christina. Hi Christina, thank you so much for joining us today.
Hi Ellis, thanks for having me.
Yeah, it's my pleasure. And I would love to know what initially brought you or drew you to the Living Proof Institute.
I ran across Sachin at some point in time speaking at some other event and then I something he said, I can't even remember what specifically resonated with me and I started cyber stalking him and Deepa on online and went through all the like just piecing through the Living Light community in general and the programs that they were talking about, the reset. I loved the how they make it affordable for anybody so that they're not taking, they're taking price out of the way for people to find an opportunity to better their health. And then yeah, he just kept coming. He's just like just every once in a while pop in my, in my inbox saying, hey, did you want to, I don't know, expand your business or have you been having trouble getting this going? It's like yes, yes I have. And so then I had to find out more.
Yeah, thank you so much for sharing. And where was it that you felt like you were struggling with your business the most and what resonated with you in the emails that you received?
The structure. I just liked that it was going to be really methodical and staged or like step, step, step. And that really spoke to me because I, I knew after the having my business going for a few years I already knew what was working with clients, what wasn't, what I wished I would remember to tell them or wish that I had set a base, this knowledge for them, et cetera, et cetera. And I was really mired in the details of like, well how do I put this with this? And I would get working on one aspect of business and then not know how to integrate it with the next step. So it was all about the, you're going to do this and then this and then this and then this. And that's exactly what then did happen, was we just stepped it up each week, we stepped it up and it just kept that forward momentum.
Awesome. And what do you feel like you wanted to work on in terms of or what were you experiencing, I guess in your health that made you want to optimize that health and work on those health goals that you've had set for yourself upon starting the metabolic reset program?
Oh, yeah. Becoming a client too, you mean? Yeah, I think I just, you know, when, you know, too much maybe or something. Sorry, that sounds like a bold statement, but I just felt like every time I would try to address my own health issues, I would do too much research or I. I would know that X will accomplish this and then this will accomplish that. And I would kind of pick and choose stuff. And I wasn't gluing it all together. And so then I wouldn't stay committed. I wouldn't just stay on one track and see it to the other side. So when I showed up with this and I was so excited about doing the business stuff that I was really just happy to let then Deepa take and you to come ahead and say, like, here, now just do this. I was like, okay, I'm just gonna do this. I don't even know whether I agree or don't agree or if it makes sense or if I should also do X. Didn't matter. I just followed the plan. Followed the plan and I didn't have to think about it. And things just magically happened in the background with me just happily following the steps. Yeah, it was all health wise. I just. Yeah. And health wise, I had gone through just general. I'm 47 and I was just finding age was doing its thing. Parenting three, like, single parenting three little boys was doing its thing. Covid did its thing. The my mother passing and me grieving did its thing. And all life was layering on and so were the pounds. And then I found myself 30 pounds overweight. And that felt so inauthentic. When I'm trying to explain to people how as part of being healthy and running at our best, it also means not carrying extra weight. I just know how many things that is doing wrong. And I didn't get that weight because I was eating well. I mean, I'd eat well and also eat crappy. So I just knew that it was the weight was pointing out to me that I wasn't taking care of myself. And I couldn't reconcile with that. Just felt awful about it, like, emotionally awful about it and awful in my pants, like in my clothes.
Yeah.
So, like, that's not how those are supposed to fit. So. Yeah.
Yeah. Thank you so much for sharing that. And I do really like that you touched on the point that, you know, you knew almost too much. It's. It's sometimes not a factor of how much, you know, sometimes it's information overload because there's so many. There's so much research now, which is fabulous. But at the same time, it could be confusing decoding it and finding a clear roadmap, you know, both in your business and in your health, which is so important to kind of have that. That bird's eye view. And it sounds like that was the main factor that put you over the edge to join.
Oh, 100%. Yeah. Just to stop getting in my own way. And I wanted. Just like my clients want coaches, and they're very successful in a million other things in their life, and then they want to be coached. I just, at this point, wanted to be coached. Just, you know, it's kind of like. I think maybe sometimes a chef just wants someone to cook them dinner.
Yeah.
Maybe I'm wrong, but it just. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do. At that point, I was so many things swirling around in my head. I'm like, just. Just tell me what to do and I'll just do it. Yeah. And then, of course, it grew like it snowballed in a good. It cascaded in a good way. Yeah.
Beautiful. I love that. And I would love to know how it compared or what you found different about this approach through the Living Light metabolic reset compared to what you have tried in the past.
And I've tried it all just like most of us have, the simplicity of it. It just didn't get caught on one specific diet or one specific condition or as though it was really structured. It wasn't like. I felt like a lot of restriction. I don't know if that makes sense, but there was. It was really clear lines of what I should, should, and shouldn't do. But it didn't feel restricted in the sense that whole food groups were taken off the list because. Because I. Flour and sugar is not a food group. Right. So, yes, flour, sugar might be out of there, but that's not a food group. It's not like someone said, remove this or add that. So that made it really easy. And then I like all the structure again. I liked all the content structure. So that I had touch points in a variety of ways. I liked having a manual because I liked to be able to look. I liked having it online because I could always refer back to where all the content was collected. So I liked having you and our appointments. I liked having a journal sometimes or a messaging point. I liked the weekly live calls where I could hear what other people were doing and or experiencing. All these things just brought it all together. And as a practitioner myself, I hadn't yet gathered that kind of setting for my clients. I was only doing kind of one or two of those things with each client. We were having successes, but it was a tougher slog for me as a practitioner to keep them on track. And putting this stuff together now like this I can see like experiencing it really makes it so clear to me now how I want to do the same and why I'm doing it this way for my clients now too. I want them to have that same access so they can, you know, take in the information whichever way makes best works for them. You know, tactile or audio or whatever. Yeah, yeah.
Thank you so much for sharing. And that actually perfectly segues into my next question is how has this changed the way that you're going to practice moving forward?
I everything about it, honestly, because now I've taken all this content I've ever wished I would be able to have a conversation with a client about, you know, of course we were given our sort of white labeled option to take it and run, like upload and go basically, which was fantastic. But I had a whole bunch of other stuff or different stuff that as a practitioner I know better. Like that speaks to me and it's what I like to focus on. So I made it mine, but now mine is actually all together in like a package. So now I'm able to just. I feel like I get more information out to my clients than I was before. It was so piecemeal that I felt like I was missing key things and I wouldn't even realize I was missing it till later and think, did I talk to them about that? Oh, they'd understand this better if I had given them that background information there. And I wasn't catching that. So now even with one on one clients, this structure of my like packaged program is always in the back of my head. So even if they're only saying no, no, I just want one on one or their conditions really specific, I still have this sort of framework now where even a one on one client is getting kind of guided with that similar sort of step process in mind. So that's changed it. And my confidence that when I want to say to someone, there's almost nothing someone can show up in front of me with where I don't think I have some options for you that are going to impact how you feel really quickly. I'm not going to cure anything. I'm not going to. But I know that I have so many options available to you and I have a confidence about that now that I can just sort of say we're going to do something that's going to positively affect your life and how you're experiencing your day to day life. And let's see how it helps with X concern you have in front of you right now.
I love that and I love how, you know, one of your biggest takeaways was confidence. I find that, you know, it's never a lack of knowledge or it's never a lack of passion. I find that with a lot of entrepreneurs it tends to be a lack of that confidence within, you know, either your program or with your messaging and, you know, being able to relay that information in a way that's very clear and effective to your audience. So I love that you were able to have that takeaway that is such a huge when and how is this simplified the way that you're going to approach to help clients in the near future?
Yeah, I think I touched on that too because I do feel like the step process is in my, is sitting there now in the back of my mind at all times so that when I see whatever concern we're working on together, I'm already trying to think how am I going to build on this? What's the, the low hanging fruit right now that's going to give them a win, a feeling of okay, I can do this. And then what's going to give us the most bang for our buck so that we can then start to address what's happening for them. So luckily this program fits so many people. So I have no qualms about putting that as like option A from almost anybody. Like, here we go, I've got something. It's just, it's, it's going to ensure that ongoing. We're going to really like lock those habits in. We're really going to change the way your, your relationship with food, your relationship with your own health, your ability to advocate for yourself, etc. You're just going to walk away from this, experiencing life in a different way and changing the course of the next, you know, four or five, six decades, depending on who I'M talking to. So I think it's that the structure again, the step process, the way I'm doling out information, that's what's really changed for me.
I love that. I love that. And how has this changed? How have things changed for you in your life? Ever since starting and doing both the Metabolic Reset program and the virtual Group Program accelerator, I think you touched on.
It with the whole annoyingly energetic thing. Because I'm not just jazzed about how I look and feel right now. Because seriously, I cannot. I still have a few more pounds I plan to lose, but geez Louise, I can't even tell you how good I feel about myself. And it's not just the weight loss, because I've. I'm a tiny person and weights usually wasn't an issue. I still feel different than when I used to be this slim before. There's more to it. Just the clarity, the joint pain. The better sleep, the less congestion, the food addictions. I was. I really came to address that. That was something I kept kind of brushing under the carpet and thinking. I don't know. Just.
I was.
Always had this demon on my shoulder trying to get me to eat flowers, flour and sugar. It's still there, but now I don't give it a place to sit because if you. If I don't bother with it at all, I just kept thinking, somehow I'll be able to reincorporate that into my life. And now what's shifted is my paradigm is why would I. What was it offering me? It's not even that enjoyable anymore. I don't know. So I just don't give it a place. And so then I don't have. The demon doesn't climb back up on my shoulder to get me to scarf down a bag of potato chips. You know, hiding in the corner, eating my potato chips, it's no more. So that really changed things for me. I feel like. Like when I first decided that alcohol wasn't something I wanted in my life anymore, and I felt kind of when I wasn't just like a dry January, I was like, no, actually, this is messing up with my sleep. And it's making me just take stealing my evenings because I'm getting lazy. Whatever. When I first gave that up, there was like, this freedom. Like I had a superpower. It's like, this doesn't own me anymore. Like, I'm no longer thinking, let's have a glass of wine with dinner. Same thing with the flour and sugar. So now my food's changed and I feel that power then when it comes to the business side of it. So physically I have the energy to keep going. And then now I also have something to do. Like some really clear goals now in mind. There's so much more clarity about what I'm trying to accomplish, what my message is, who I'm talking to, what I could see this business doing, how I'm going to be able to, I don't know, just help people, like just get in there. It's like, it's okay, we got this, like, give them a little hug and, and here's you. Here you go. I, I know that now. And I, I am not joking. It sounds so cliche. But I get out of bed and I'm ready to be like, okay, today I'm going to. And I already know. I just, and I, I don't know. So the momentum with business has just been. Every day I'm chunking away at something. There's days when I think, oh, I wish I was doing more, I wish I was doing faster or why did I get stuck on that? But the, the end thing here is that it's definitely always forward moving and sometimes I'm at a running pace, sometimes I'm just plodding along, but it's constantly moving forward. And on my own for the past three years, it was kind of start, stop, start, stop. Now it's just chugging along and I don't see any reason why it's going to stop. You know, like there might be times where I change directions or I might catch my breath for a minute, but there'll be no such thing as stopping.
I love that. I love, you know, the high speed train that you're on right now to beautiful success. Yeah. Choo choo. You're coming through by storm. And I really do love how you touched on the fact that, you know, with the addiction to flour and sugar, because it does really have an addictive quality and your body responds to it in that specific way. But nothing tastes as good as healthy feels. And finally feeling that beautiful health and knowing what it can be and then having the insight to know what exactly was causing you to step back from that is so empowering. And I love how you mentioned you're not even giving that little devil here or demon even a spot to sit on, which I think is so powerful and so transformational. And you touched on some of the results, some of the wins that you were able to achieve as a part of the metabolic reset. I would love to know what kind of was the most shocking or I guess most unexpected win that you noticed as a part of the program.
The mood changes. Yeah, I think it was the mood changes. The most surprising because everyone noticed it. And I'm not like, I'm not putting on. I'm actually this kind of happy person. Like, I really, I just generally am. So that is kind of my baseline. But it was more the swinging moods and the oscillating. And of course, family's the one that sees it most. So my son, my oldest, at one point saw me weighing my food and just measuring it out. And he said, how long are you going to keep eating like this? I said, well, I don't know. I mean, right now I'm really enjoying getting a sense of what my portions should look like. So I'm going to be doing this for at least a couple more weeks because I was four weeks into it. And he said, you should just keep eating like this. You're much happier. I was like, really? I didn't know I was such a dragon, but. And he's not wrong because what I would find is the you just kind of like fuse, right? My patience would just ebb and flow a little more. So yes, my. I'd always swing back to happy Christina, but I would be like, I could get snippy or just more exasperated or just like that Huffy. And getting the kids ready at the end of the day, instead of me be like, come on you guys, I told you three times you should be getting ready for bed. Instead, I'd be like, hey, still this. And it's like 9:30 and they're looking at me like, seriously, you know, just kind of nonstop. And my boyfriend commented too. It just, I just wasn't running out of steam. And. And then when I had a slip when I came into maintenance and did let. I still didn't appreciate the whole flower sugar demon. This was a great demonstration for me because I tried to reintroduce it and that was like a hard climb back out. And so that right away was the first thing too I noticed is that I was literally angry. And not. And I'm not saying angry because I ate the flower. I mean, I would be in a bad mood after. And it just. There's something. It lights me up in the wrong way. I'm not saying everybody has this problem with flour and sugar, but man, I sure do. So the mood thing, the weight loss was fabulous. Didn't know it was going to happen so fast. And I did it plant based so that nothing happened slowly there. And I know you said over 12 weeks. But the weight loss actually happened in those first six weeks. I lost whatever it was, 18 pounds in the end, actually, in six weeks. That's no small feat, right? That's a lot. And I was eating the beans. I was eating like I did plant based. And I know people talk about the carbs, but those were working for me. And I felt full and all that stuff. And the weight just came off. The joint pain was gone within the first two weeks. My. I had that aura ring too. When that came, I saw those changes were pretty impressive. I didn't even appreciate it. I thought I was always a good sleeper, but the sleep got really good, like just really restorative and just climbing out of bed at a run. But the moods was the most profound because I didn't even know that that was an issue. Yeah, yeah.
And I remember, you know, chatting and you're, you're, you're so bubbly and you're so lovely. And I felt that initially, you know, in our initial call. But it was really interesting to learn that piece of information. And I remember you sharing with me how your, your children even noticed. Not that you were, you know, like you mentioned a dragon before, but it's just so how much it impacts not only your physical health, but your emotional health and sometimes mental health too, just by eating simple foods, sometimes that we're not even aware are causing these disturbances in our mood. So have you noticed previously that the flour and the sugar were creating additionally that kind of easier frustration?
I don't know about that. I didn't really tie my moods to flour and sugar initially, and I don't think I would have if I hadn't done something like the reset where you, you really just keep it clean for a while. That's part of the beauty of that. Structured, tightened. I don't like to use the word restrictive because it sounds like a negative connotation where I really tightened up what I was eating and I tightened up my eating window and stayed really committed to it. And it just made it so much clearer because then you're working from this beautiful blank slate really, when you reintroduce those things. So I was happy to find that all the fats I would. The clean fats I was eating before were still working for me now. But the mood, I did know that flour and sugar, I had always had a sense where I felt that lack of control. Like it gave me that desire to overeat, you know, and there was one point on maintenance where I'd made the kids some white Rice. And now I'm on maintenance, and I had a spoonful, no joke, over the stove with the white rice. Like, I threw a little salt on it, and I was just scarfing it down. And then you, like, kind of take a step back. You're like, what's happening right now? It's just, you know, and that's not even sugar flour, but that. Those naked grains. Right. Like, when things get stripped down for me, it's just a quick fire in my body and then there's that. Just the takeover. So, yeah, I mean, and I did. And then I probably wouldn't have noticed the moods right away, but even before the reset, I did know that anything refined led me to overeat and led me to indulge like that.
How empowering to be on the other side of it now.
Seriously, it feels like a superpower. I feel like I want other people to experience it. And you see them. I don't know. You want to walk up to strangers sometimes. Like, you know, I would pull up my little missionary pamphlets and be like, there's a better way to think. Obviously, no one wants the unsolicited advice, but everyone smile. Like, I heard a little. Sometimes I'm like, oh, my gosh, that thing has its claws in you, and I want you to feel the freedom. And so, yeah, just going to lead by example. And if anyone wants to ask, like, if they happen to ask, then I will tell my story, but hopefully. Right, Just let it spill over.
Yeah, exactly. And I love that you mentioned that. I struggle with the same thing myself. You know, just walking through life and seeing how many people would just benefit so greatly from this program, regardless of if weight release is their main and primary concern, too. It just creates this overall feeling of vitality and vibrance and who doesn't want to feel that way and who doesn't want to, you know, spread that message? So I love that that's, you know, your passion and that's where your fire lies, and you're going to reach your wonderful community and make such a great impact. And I would love to know. Sorry.
I hope so. I am looking forward to that part.
You will. I am putting it out there. I am manifesting good things. I would love to know where you feel like your health would be right now if you didn't take action.
Oh, that is just it. We get used to feeling crappy and we accept our fate, as it were, and I would just be just as 30 pounds overweight. I don't know, maybe it would even have climbed. I Would see and there just be that frustration. Yeah. It's only three months ago, right. That I felt that, that just like I couldn't get enough of a foothold to really get momentum. I was doing little stuff and feeling a little better, but it was really slow, really stuttered. And I think I would have been constantly sort of fighting against this. You know, it's like the person who tries to cut down how much they smoke and then they go down to three cigarettes and then they go back up to 15 and they go down to. That's what I felt like I was doing with food. I would go down to, you know, eating only three meals a day and no snacking. And then I'd go back to just no holds barred and would oscillate. And I. I'm only 47. I'm already 47 and I know that El, if I not getting a handle on this now I see it with my clients and now I'm meeting them at 65 and we got a little bit more work to do to undo. When you've had 65 rotations around the sun, you've had more time to just do a little wear and tear on this, this beautiful machine that we're operating. Right?
Yeah, I love that and I love how you refer to it as circling around the sun. I love that of it. And I would love to know where do you feel like your business would be if you didn't take action on the accelerator program when you did?
I was just picking up a client at a time and I didn't have a clear message and I was just finding people by accident really. I wasn't doing anything that resembled really methodical marketing. I tried a couple lead generating sort of coaching and stuff to see how that might help. That did start helping me get that whole avatar concept and really opening my heart to the idea of social media. But I still didn't have something I was putting out there. I didn't have a clear thing. And one on one is not really a unique thing you're offering. It's just something that's available. Right. So the coaching is great, but I love having a thing like a product basically. And so I'm just out there with purpose, I'm out there with confidence. So now when I'm talking about even my newsletters or the little bit of social media I have been doing, I'm actually talking about something. And I don't mean selling all the time, but I'm talking about something and I feel like you can hear it in my Voice now I was like, and I've got a solution for that. So when I'm talking, it's only like, and I can help you with that and I can. Let's talk more about it. Like, I know all this stuff has that undertone now. And so then when people see something that resonates with them and now people are contacting me that I don't even know because they sort of stumbled on me and that was something that was not happening. Everything was by referral, which was great because I was getting referrals. Means people liked what I did and talked about it. But this now even having strangers means that something I'm saying hits home and business would not. Maybe, maybe, maybe I would have got there eventually. But it, I, it would have been a long, drawn out process. And I was done with that piecemeal, trying to figure it out, trying to search the Internet, trying to find someone who could teach me one skill at a time. And then Sachin and Deepa and everybody, you guys pulled it all together and now I had you and even Danielle and Satchin and Deepa and then the carol. And now I'm now in the mentorship and Sarah and Aaron and like all these people that keep showing up in front of me, that just wealth of knowledge, the community. Oh my Lord. Like the stuff I've learned from my other colleagues in here, the like, we've had little breakout groups outside. Just people who lift me up and feed me with energy and feed me with information and feed me with more confidence. Good Lord, I'm gushing, but geez Louise, it's like unbelievable. I just, I can't get enough of it. I couldn't not do the mentorship after the group accelerator because there was no way I wanted anything to even slightly slow down as like, no, I'm going to scrape it together somehow. This is happening.
You went full powerhouse mode. You're like this train again, full step ahead.
Yep.
Trail lazy. I love it. I love it. Beautiful. And what piece of advice would you offer to somebody? Let's say they're sitting on the fence, they're considering doing a program such as either the Living Light reset program or doing a virtual group program accelerator. What do you wish some. Somebody told you, I guess, a couple months back, or what piece of wisdom would you offer up? Somebody that's kind of sitting on the fence.
I heard it from someone else who offered a testimonial too, where they said just, I would like to have almost done it sooner. You know, it, you know, it came to Me at the exact right time. I had just enough of figuring it out on my own to at least have a launch pad to then build from. And it came at exactly the right time. And I'm so glad I did it now. And just all I can say is, wherever you're currently at, if you're even thinking about this group accelerator type thing or getting in the mentorship kind of thing, then now is the right time. Because if you're looking at this or even contemplating, means you've kind of gotten to a sticky point, right? And you don't have to have anything lined up. What was really cool was there was, I think, approximately 60 of us in the group, which at first I thought, well, that's a lot of people. But it still felt so cozy and personal. And there were people there who are have been medical practitioners for decades, people who had clinics, people who had staff. People were showing up with their own employees and everything. And here I was like, I thought small fry, but there were plenty of meat in there, too. Like, there was just the whole gambit of people coming in at different stages of their business and their transitioning, etc. Didn't matter. All of us, I could tell everyone was diving in and they were doing it because you get to make it yours, right? So it doesn't matter where you're currently at, as long as you are at that point where you're like, I think I could do it different then. Now's the time. Like that. Yes, yes, you can. And now let's give you a place where it'll start to crystallize. And we're not making robots. None of us came out of this looking like the same thing. It didn't matter that we were all kind of starting with the same base of content from Living Light. There has been so many really cool manifestations that I'm seeing that my colleagues are doing and that I'm seeing in the group. And I was like, that's really neat. I'm doing something different. But that's really cool. And I'm even, like, signing up for some of their lead magnets and some of their workshops because, like, I want to know more about fermentation. And it's just the coolest. Yeah, I love that.
I love how immersed you were in our community and how much you contributed. And collectively, you know, there's probably hundreds and hundreds of years of experience and knowledge that can just accelerate the process. And actually brings me to my next question is how much time do you think you saved by participating in the Virtual group program accelerator versus how long you anticipate it would have taken you on your own.
I might not even have got this far on my own. So in three months, I feel like I've come to a place where I may not have found this on my own. It wouldn't mean that nearly as streamlined, as sexy. I can't even speculate. It's got to be years and years. No exaggeration. I bet if I was trying to do something, it'd take me at least another three years before I would even have something that somewhat resembled this, where I would have pieced it all together. And there's places where I saved money because I didn't go in, try something on, it didn't work. Try something on, didn't work. Tried a service or an integration, and it didn't work. I just dove in and tried the stuff we were doing. I let go of some things like pay for services that I was using because I was able to kind of streamline it and now use the stuff I had better. So, of course there's the upfront money you're paying for the mentorship for sure. But in other ways going forward, the business will save money because I've got things so tightened up and the place to learn information stuff. So it's like there's that way of the savings. So this was an upfront cost, but I know that the rest of 2022 is easily going to cover the cost of what I spent at the beginning of the year. And I'm years ahead in my business. So that means I get three extra years of real earning potential that I wouldn't have had. So I, like, I can't even. I would love for us to have this conversation in three years. And I'll tell you, and this is what I did because I know it's going to be freaking awesome. And I'll be like, long. What did I spend? How much the mentorship cost? Pay for it again, you know what I mean? Like, just won't even matter. I know it. Yeah.
So June 23, 2025, we have a date. We're back on here in our community, and we're going to revisit those questions. That would actually be really fun to do just to see.
That would be neat.
I would love to do something like that. And, you know, even on a year basis, I feel like that would be, you know, just so inspiration, inspirational to be alongside your journey and to see everything that you've been able to put out in your passion projects and, you know, your beta groups. And I'm so excited to see how that journey is going to unfold and grow. And there's, you know, in so many ways, this is just the complete beginning. There's so much wonderful things headed your way and waiting in the ether and I'm so excited for you to explore that, you know, grab it by the horns and, you know, bring life to this amazing passion project that you have.
I'm sure that I can't wait. I'd love to see it. I feel like even if there's speed bumps, I still feel like those are less scary because I know I have a place to go and sort that out, that there's going to be someone else in there who have been like, oh, you know, this, this has happened and I don't know what it's going to do or I'm having trouble with this and I just, I feel I'm not doing it alone anymore. And I thought I enjoyed the independence of running my own business and I do, but I didn't realize how lonely it was until now. There's this whole family of people, like minded people who know what I'm going through and are having different adventures, so I get to also learn from what's different for them.
I love that. I love that so much. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing journey with us, Christina. And thank you for taking the time to be with our community today. Thank you, community, to everyone that joined in. And I know that there's probably a lot of questions that are going to come in, either, you know, diving a little bit deeper about Christina's story or, you know, possibly some questions about the different programs. If something feels like it resonated with you, please feel free to leave that in the comment section down below. I want to say a huge congratulations to Christina for completing two programs at the same time, all while creating her business of her dreams. I am so excited to be alongside your journey and to continue to watch you grow and you help me grow and it has been such a pleasure to be alongside this journey with you. So I just want to say a big thank you, a big congratulations and the best is still yet to come.
Amen. Thanks, Alice.
My absolute pleasure. Have a wonderful rest of your Thursday, everyone. And I you appreciate. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your Thursday, Christina as well. Bye. Take care.
