How to Boost Lymph Flow at Home for Better Health & Hormones

Kelly Kennedy explains how the lymphatic system and fascia work together to filter toxins and balance hormones. She teaches a simple three-breath technique and a daily routine using posture, breathing, and gentle pressure to boost lymph flow, claiming it can release up to 8.5 pounds through exhalation and ease chronic pain.

Hello, hello everyone. Happy Friday. Welcome Becca, welcome Claudia, welcome Mary, welcome Melissa, welcome Stephanie. Lovely to see all of your beautiful faces. Happy Friday everyone. And we have such an exciting guest speaker today, which I'm super eager to introduce already, but I'm going to give just the floor for a couple more minutes and I'm going to send a brief shout out to our community so that everybody can attend this amazing live presentation we have coming today. In the meantime, I would love to hear something it is that you are grateful for. Maybe it's something that happened this week, could be something that happened even today. Maybe it's something you are really looking forward to this coming weekend as well. So Any and all shares are very welcome. I love hearing your voices, seeing your faces. So if anybody is open or able to share live, I would love to hear that. But whoever is working, maybe, you know, on the road doing other things, feel free to type it in if you can. I'm grateful for getting through my low days that are harder than I thought. I'm grateful it's in the past for you too. While it seems like the funnest portion of the program, it is definitely the heaviest lifting you're doing. So I'm glad it's out. You're smooth sailing ahead.
Yeah, yeah.
I said to my husband, I said, "I'm so excited to get up and not have to eat today." Take a day off of eating. Yeah.
But no.
Stick to the basics.
Yeah.
Awesome. Well, release is going to be very good to you in that case. You're in the exact spot you need to be. So I'm really excited about that. Let's see here. I see some things coming into the chat. Becca is saying, I'm just loving the weather. It's supposed to be great weather the next week and I love being outside. Yes. May it stay this way. I'm hoping the spring continues to spring and do its actual thing and not this kind of mishmash, I don't know, winter spring hybrid we're having. But welcome to Canada and I'm sure, you know, different parts of the States as well too. Melissa is saying grateful for the weekend coming up and taking a moment yesterday for self-care and getting my hair cut. Great, your hair looks awesome, Melissa. I'm glad that you had some time to love on yourself. It is such a beautiful gift we get to do every day, but we don't always make the time. So gentle reminder for everybody to enjoy a little bit of self-care, maybe another haircut this weekend too. And Jeanette is saying grateful for the results. Congratulations. You're the one ultimately giving yourself those results. So kudos to you and keep up the amazing work. Awesome. So I'm going to go ahead and jump in because today is super exciting and I want you all to just soak up as much amazing intel as you possibly can. So As you may have noticed, we have an amazing guest speaker today and we are hosting the wonderful Kelly Kennedy. And so Kelly actually owns the— or is a co-owner and co-founder of the True Wellness Center in Pennsylvania. She's been working with lymphatic for the last 19 years, over 19 years now, and kind of finds this beautiful connection of how our lymph can be creating a little bit of sluggishness or maybe stuckness, even physically, but also energetically in our lives and how it all kind of comes together. But I'm not going to speak for her. I want you all to dive into her wonderful presentation and for her to take it away. So I'm just going to say that of course Kelly is going to be presenting and then we're going to leave about 10-15 minutes towards the end where we can ask questions, we can open up for more conversation, and then we're also going to share how we can stay in touch with Kelly. And then we also have a really special surprise too towards the end. So really excited forward today. Thank you so much, Kelly, for joining us.
Oh, thank you, Alice, and thank you all of you for your time, and Deepa for allowing me to come and talk to your community. And I genuinely follow my heart, and then my brain figures out later. And Deepa is one of the people that when I joined a coaching group, I instantly felt a magnetic pull to her because of her genuine Just authentic living proof of who she is. Then I learned what she did. I was like, well, gee, that was a perfect name for what you do because I feel it from you. And I've been doing this, as Elle said, for 20 years in clinical practice. And I'll tell you a little bit about my story, but I just really want to honor each one of you for what you've done. You've done one of the hardest things that people do, which is make a decision to change. And that decision is your choice. And as we all now know and have experienced, that when I put the right steps behind me, that it's not just about lifting weights, right? Sometimes it's about loading a bunch of protein in my body and all the things to allow us to actually get the body to heal. Because we don't have a broken system, we have a system that has been confused, and we work together to teach you how to unconfuse this body because it's never made a mistake. It's just trying to protect you essentially from ourselves, let's be honest. And we are trying to protect ourselves from the rest of the world, which has kept us in this, oh my gosh, I'm in sympathetic overtone, which we're going to talk about today. So in all honesty, as a clinician of terrain medicine and as a person who has never stopped asking the question why, I could talk about a lot of things, and I've chosen to talk about the lymphatic system because this is the thing that many people don't understand. Doctors don't have a lot of training, massage therapists don't have a lot of training, physical therapists don't have a lot of training in it. The most training I can find is in plastic surgeons have the most amount of— or Ayurvedic doctors and acupuncturists. So that's who knows about the lymphatic system. However, did you know that you cannot live for 1 minute without your lymphatic system? I had a client, a practitioner friend of mine asked me the other day, and she's a nurse, and she was like, am I— my, my sister is making me question myself right now, and can I just get validation from you that she's telling me my 10-year-old niece shouldn't be pumping her lymph because she doesn't have a lymph system yet? And I was like, Your sister's crazy because you can't live without a lymph system for one second. It's your filter. It is the thing that not only filters, but it's part of our circulatory system. It dumps into our cardiovascular system. And we're going to get into some of that anatomy and just know that what I— I'm not a mathematician and I'm not by any stretch of the imagination a math expert. However, when I learned that 90% of our body is emotional and 10% of it's physical— 90% of our body is emotional, non-physical, and 10% of it, it's physical— I was like, well, I don't want to work in the physical body. That feels slow. I want to work in the non-physical body. And then when I learned that of the physical body, 90% of it is water and fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around the organs that gives us the shape, that literally is our shape organ, that's connected to every single organ right down into the cell of every single cell through the endothelial lining of the cell, that actually is what we start at when we are in utero because when the egg and the sperm come together, there's light, light becomes fabric, fabric is the fascia, then the heart develops. So we— our terrain, our, our body is more fascia and lymph by 90%, and then 90% of the physical body. So again, I'm not a mathematician, but if I'm going to work on some level, I'm going to work on the 90% to affect 100% versus 10% to affect 100%, because from an equational perspective, it just seems easier, doesn't it? So welcome to energy flow. Now Wow, I talk fast, don't I? Yep. So I know that, and I am going to work on talking slower because, like you all, I have decided to play this game of life. It is a conscious choice. And in that game of life, we all have things that we need to learn. And typically it's the thing that keeps being right in our face that we're not learning, because what I teach for a living is how to be present. And slow down. And don't we already find this funny with the fastness of my talking and how much information I try to pack into 30 seconds? And I'm a collegiate rower who likes to go really fast, and I think this is all very funny because that's cosmic comedy. So what I'm going to ask us all to do together— actually, I'm going to stop sharing for just a second now that I know it works. That makes me very happy. Those of us that are on the call right now and those that are watching this later, I'm going to invite us all to do the very first thing that is the process. Would you like to know the key that I have figured out after 27 years that will unlock every single healing capacity in your body and will allow you to have control and the best tool you'll ever learn in your entire life? And you all are not at IFM right now, which is where Deepa is, and you're not at Dave Asprey's biohacking conference. And I'm here to tell you, KFK, Kelly Flo and Kennedy might mean something else some other time. Kelly Flo and Kennedy is here to tell you, you want the best biohack you've ever heard of in your life? That's the key to everything and it's free. Okay, ready? What I'm going to ask you to do is sit up with your back erect. If you have a chair, get your back off the chair so you're holding yourself up. If you cannot hold yourself up as you're watching this and you might find yourself a paraplegic, I work with them as well. I want you to imagine yourself doing this. You don't have to do this. You can just imagine yourself doing it. So, if you have limited range of motion, do what you can. But all of you can do the next thing. You're going to start to watch, not actively do, watch, witness your breath in through your nose. Watch the breath filling up the lungs, filling up the chest and the abdomen, down to the legs and the arms, and then exhale it out consciously. And I invite you to sigh as the exhale comes out. We're going to do 3 of those together now. In through the nose, watching, witnessing the breath, watching it in the body. Eyes open or closed, whatever is easiest for you. Watching it down into the abdomen. On the exhale 2 more. In through the nose, watching, witnessing, feeling it fill up the lungs, the chest, the abdomen, the arms, the pelvic floor, the legs, down to the toes. Exhaling at your own pace, noticing perhaps a little sigh automatically wants to come out. Last one together. In through the nose. And exhale out. When you're done, open your eyes and let me know. Thank you, beautiful beings. That is the best biohack you have, and the only thing you can control in your entire life is your breath and your attention of that breath and your ability to sense that in your physical form. And then how much can I experience that outside my physical form and be aware of what is affecting my physical form, what non-physical things are affecting my physical form? And there's an entire science behind this because that's how this whole journey started for me. So you can see from behind me, I like science. So if I get a little geeky on you, just stop me and go, what are you talking about? Um, so I know that all you have already done, the most important thing, as I said before, is you made a choice and you became a willing participant in your own ability to heal. And I just gave you the best hack you're ever going to have in your life, because that is the point of all of this. The way we know we're alive is we're breathing. We can be brain dead, but we cannot be heart dead, because when we're heart dead, they just say dead. When we're brain dead, they say brain dead. But what have we all focused on in this world is the brain, not the heart. That's what I'm here to stop. Because the heart is led all the information through the fascia to the lymph signaling the cells, allowing the organs to function or not. And as you're taking out the trash, as you're cleaning up, as you're creating weight loss, which is awesome, you're getting rid of fat cells. Fat cells dump toxicants into the lymphatic system, and we got to keep moving those lymphatic cells and the body and the fascia to continue to clean up the house. So that we can get back to its original version. It's like deprogramming your computer, or defragmenting rather, your computer, getting back to the original operating system. Because your original operating system, your nervous system, the thing connected to your heart that we can test electrically through EKGs and heart rate variabilities, is the only thing that heals. The energy inside you is the only thing that heals. And it's a choice of where I attend that energy, just like we did together as we attend our consciousness and our breath to attend to an area that we physically have sovereignty over, which is this, this physical form. Because liberating your lymph, liberating yourself, freeing your body from disease and illness is a choice. And I'm here to show you how to make that choice every breath you take. And here's why. This is my parents. My dad passed in 1993. My mother is still kicking at 85, going to be 86 this month. My mother is in my path to teach me faith and my father is in my path to teach me the failure of the medical system. He had Hodgkin's disease, cancer many times, blood clots in the lungs, 55 years old, had a couple strokes and was dead while I was at Cornell University wanting to be a doctor because I didn't want to get cancer. I knew if I became a healthy, athletic person, I would be healthy. And then I got in a car accident and almost died. And that picture right here is 3 years after that car accident. I had a car accident, I almost died. 11 months later, he did die. And I found myself at Cornell asking why. I'm now managing 6 medications. I'm living in pain. I have compressed vertebrae. I've lost 2.5 inches in height at that time. I had scalped my— I had a scar. I have a scar on my head because I was scalped, lacerated my spleen, and lost 2.5 inches in height. And through that car accident, was told to manage my pain. I was already managing acne and asthma and allergies up until that point, and kind of looking at my genetics of my father with Hodgkin's disease going, ah, I'm scared to freaking death. Anybody else ever feel that way? And I wanted to know, one, how can I get out of this trap? I feel like I'm in a trap. Number two, my mother taught me and my father taught me through my religious upbringing that this was supposed to be heaven on earth. When does that start? Because I was living up until the time I figured out at 7 that my dad was very ill. He had already been going through chemo and radiation for about 8 or 9 years at that point. Or no, more than that, like 11 years when I was 7. And my third question was, why are we here? This isn't an accident. What is this all about? Anybody else ask that question? Why are we here? What is this all about? Am I supposed to be just experiencing fibromyalgia and IBS and weight issues and emotional issues and crappy life and Monday through Friday and can't figure it out and, you know, just keep going, keep going? No. So 3 years after that car accident, which is right here when this picture was taken, about 6 months before I met a guy who did something called the energy work on me in 1996, and I had a spontaneous healing. Has anybody heard of what spontaneous healing— so that's in an instant my pain went away, and I didn't understand it. I lived in pain. I was living on Vicodin and Flexeril. I went to see this guy It was my third visit. That's a whole nother thing. My third, because he had helped some other issues. So I was like, hey, do you handle pain? He's like, yeah, sure. Like, oh yeah, sure, no problem. Pain, uh-huh. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Do this 15-minute experience. I leave. 6 days later, I'm club rowing because, you know, rowers are masochistic people. We don't care how much pain we're in. We're still going to keep doing it. And so I'm club rowing, and all of a sudden I realize I cannot find the pain in my back. And I go back for my third visit. And I say, what did you do? And you know what he said to me? Oh, I did energy. And I was like, what the— I'm from New York, raised on farms, from hillbillies. I said, what the fuck is energy? I had a degree from Cornell University in biology, and I didn't know what he was talking about. And he goes, it's really cool, huh? And I was purely frustrated going, no, I don't know what you're talking about. How to make sure the pain doesn't come back? And he goes, oh, that's easy, just be. What are you talking about, energy? B, it's 1996. I'm like, okay, I've gone to Grateful Dead concerts and Phish concerts. Am I in some kind of trip right now?
Is—
what is this guy talking about? I don't know. I feel like I'm trapped in Twilight Zone. And that took me on a— on a— why did that happen? Why did energy, you making me cry about my dad, take away my back pain? I don't understand, but that's what happened. And so I just stuck around for the last 28 years. He's not my husband, and we have a 12-year-old, and we've run this clinical practice called True Wellness for the last 20 years. But 28 years ago, when I met him, I wanted to change the world to not suffer from disease and illness and pain, now that I was living in that. And I had to figure out why I all of a sudden wasn't And then I started to apply all that I started to learn. And then— and we opened the clinical practice because he was already doing this, the whole thing. And I was like, we need to do this on a bigger scale. That's me. Because we need to change the world, because people are stuck and they could be free if they just knew about this energy thing and how to apply that science and unlock the key. And here's what I'm going to tell you. This is really quite funny because God is really funny. Okay, what does be mean? This is the question that I have been like, what the fuck are you talking about? What does be— be means be present to the breath in my body, because I'm a divine being having a physical experience, and I better not forget it because I create my own reality, and where I put my attention is what I get more of. And if I don't wrangle my mammal, which is my primordial fear-driven parasympathetic sympathetic nervous system going, I'm in fear mode, I'm in fear mode. There's no tigers walking in our cages. When was the last time any of us worried about, uh, having a roof over our head or food in our mouth? We live in a very privileged life, let's be honest. And if we don't start to clean up our shit, we're still going to have people that live on this earth that don't have enough, yet we live in full abundance because we've forgotten what the abundance is about. It's not about the things we have, it's about who we are being, the love of which we are flowing. In and out, because that is what heals. We know this from science. And being just means being present in the body and remembering that it is my heart that heals, my love that heals, that energy within me that heals. And that's proven in physiology, because when you break your arm or your back, your leg, and they put it in a cast, did the doctor heal your body? No. Did they put it in a facilitated way to allow it to heal? Yes and no. Kelly would argue about the fascia and lymph with that. That's a whole nother, uh, thing. But you know, I've broken many bones and told I needed surgery, and I said no to all of them, and I've never needed surgery, and I have complete range of motion in every part of my body. I just broke this elbow last year falling on black ice because I also live in the Northeast where we've been in winter since October. And last year was worse with ice. So back to the slides. This girl asked why, and I'm here to tell you that why is we're here to remember that we're breathing, because the only difference between us living and not living is breathing consciously in this body. And at the end of our lives, if not any other time, every hospice nurse, every NDE, near-death experience person, will tell you they take very deep, conscious breaths towards the end of their life, whether that's 2 weeks or 2 months. Because we all remember towards the end why we're actually here— to be non-physical, connected to all the other non-physical, to experience ourselves as true beings of love that are made in the likeness of the Creator. So there you go. You didn't think that was going there, did you? But it did. So what I started to study was the science. Okay, they want to medicate it in conventional medicine. They want to look at the function of the organs. They look at disease and dissonance. Well, I happened to grow up at a pet store down the street from my house in addition to farms. And at that pet store, we had a lot of fish. And when the fish was sick, we didn't just treat the fish with medication. Sometimes we did, sometimes we didn't. What we first did was change the tank the fish was in because the water was dirty. And if the water's dirty, the train's dirty. If the train's dirty, the fish is gonna be sick. It's the environment. You know what? We did the same thing on the farm. If the sheep got sick, we changed instantly where the sheep were living because the environment probably was growing some bacteria that was creating the sheep to be sick. So on a farm, the first thing you do is change the environment if you're not getting the outcome of the production of the, the produce or the animal that you're trying to replicate. We're no different. We're to create human growth cells all the time. Stem cells live in our body all the time. We're here to regenerate. Our livers will grow again if we take part of it out. Your gut will be completely new in 3 weeks if you avoid cow dairy. Did you know that? Completely avoid cow dairy, not the fat, but the protein. Because when you change the water and you change the environment, you allow the regulation of the body, you allow the system in the body that heals to do its job. And that looks like, from a water molecule perspective, it looks like coherence, which looks like these beautiful water crystals. How many of you are familiar with Masaru Emoto, the water crystal guy? So I highly recommend looking this up. He has passed now maybe 7 or 8 years ago, but he wrote many books that are translated into— I can't even tell you how many languages— over 80 languages now. And he's got about 7 books. Water— I should really know the name of the first book, but it's really funny that I don't off the top of my head. It's like water crystal, water I don't know, I have the original copy at my house and I can't come up with the name of the book. It's really funny. But look up his work because that's going to give you a sense of understanding what he figured out, which is if I talk to beautiful water crystals, or if I talk to water and say beautiful words, beautiful water crystals show up. If I talk to water crystals and I say ugly words, dissonant, not formed shape water crystals show up. I'm looking for one in here. And that is the key to his science, for sure, in this book, because it's all pictures of beautiful water crystals. That's the point of this book. He doesn't have any in there. Is to know that we are not limited, we are unlimited. It's a matter of how we direct our brains. However, he worked with another scientist named Rasmus Scout Bergenhausen. And Rasmus was a water chemist from Austria that thought Masaru Emoto was nuts. Can't talk to water and make it change its shape. But he found in looking at 25 degrees Celsius water crystals in microscopes that that was true. But sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. And that's what frustrated him because he's a pure scientist and he was like, how do I do it every time? And he found when the heart frequency was played to water, every single time it makes beautiful water crystals. Kelly asks, what do I ask? Why? Why does the heart make beautiful water crystals and the mind doesn't? Well, Rollin McCraty from HeartMath taught us because the heart has 40,000 more sensory neurites in it than the brain. So the heart is actually more informing than the brain, and the heart is what is connecting us to the field of information of which we swim in. That's all mostly non-physical that we have 10% consciousness of. And the more we can allow ourselves to take in that information through the lymphatic system, the more we're allowed to let go of what doesn't serve us, because we can be discerning and feeling that at every level— physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and energetic— to allow us to let go of what doesn't serve us, hold on to what does, and continue to stay in the flow of life, allowing our body to be in regeneration, making beautiful water crystals, and regenerating all of our organs and going backwards in aging. I'm a 51-year-old menopausal woman who broke her elbow, breaking on black ice, who was told the only way I could ever have that healed with proper range of motion and, and being able to use it with pressure, you know, with strength again, was surgery, especially because I was a menopausal woman. The symptom of my menopause is I am almost 2 years into having bleeding That is my symptom of menopause. I have no bleeding. That's how I know I'm in menopause. Did you hear any other sense— list of symptoms?
Anybody?
That's right. And I'm real excited I can't get pregnant. That's my second symptom of menopause. Real excited about that fact. And I feel better at 51 years old than I did at 49 after I broke my elbow. I feel stronger, I feel more stable, and actually know that all the science that I've been teaching everybody, I can apply real fast in my body, faster than I actually thought, and watch it heal me better than I ever thought because I allowed it to feel the healing and went through all the things that were going on that caused me to break my elbow. And it wasn't just falling on black ice, it was the emotional shit going on, it was the spiritual stuff going on. It was the energetic stuff going on. And what that water looks like in the body is this. This is your live blood. This is blood that's congested. This is the lymph that's stuck. This is the spaces around the cells. We have 3 times more lymph fluid than we did blood. Did you know that? 3 times more lymph than blood. So it's the spaces around the cells that is the water of the body. And we know that always when we have toxicity, Solution is always the dilution. Well, where's the dilution in the body? The water of the body is the lymph. And that— when that's thick, full of toxicants, pathogens, emotional stressors, allergies, histamine responses— that makes it thick instead of like water, and it makes the blood cells stick together like it does on the left. The one on the right is showing you red, um, red blood cells are the circles. The little ones that look like happy faces are your white blood cells, and the space in between is your lymph. And you want space. You want the cells to be single because then they can be signaled from the lymphatic system. As we know from Bruce Lipton's work, it's the cell that gets signaled from the environment. And then once the cell's signaled, the receptor of the cell opens up. Then the receptor opens up the protein. Then the gene is expressed. And that information will be confused if we have the wrong receptor. If the receptor is from Wi-Fi or 5G or crappy sugar or stress from my mother-in-law or fill in the blank, metal, aluminum, versus I'm amazing and I made a decision to start to take care of my vessel like never before. I'm gonna be conscious of my breath. I'm gonna feel my feelings even if I don't understand them. Express my feelings because I am strong enough, I am worthy enough, and I am good enough. Gosh darn it. And I'm Stuart Smiley. Do you remember that from Saturday Night Live? It's like the only thing I know from Saturday Night Live, and I feel like I am him now. And gosh darn it, I, I'm good enough. And here's all my friends, because we have been told the opposite, haven't we? I mean, let's be honest, how many of you grew up being told and truly believed that you were being told that you could be anything you wanted to be. Ladies, sorry, good, you did good for you. And that you are fully supported to be heard, your voice completely. You are never being suppressed to feel your feelings and to use your strong power as your feeling being that actually senses things that other people don't understand. Most of us didn't. If you did, God bless your soul. And I'm sure you're doing amazing things in this world because you weren't limited to think you couldn't. But most of us had to fight over that because of the suit we were given, because we were told we were weaker. And yet science has proven that the heart is the strongest informer and sends more signals to the body than anything else. And did you know they just proved that heart attacks are not as painful as menstrual cramps? When they measure it from a frequency perspective. Yeah, doesn't that make y'all laugh? Now think about birthing that child. Makes menstrual cramps look like nothing. So what I'm here for is to help you remember you're a spiritual being having a physical experience, and how you get there is you take action to open up your lymph, because it's not just physical, it's mostly emotional. And when you get into the SLIM system, it is Pandora's box, ladies and gentlemen. It is feeling those feelings that you've been burying down deep inside that you thought you avoided. You cannot avoid them. They are there for you to help you expand into a better version of you, the higher version of you. Not the version that somebody told you you should be, but the version in here, that shining light that you know you are. That is the part of you that heals. And when you trust that, when you trust Why did you turn left that day and all of a sudden you saw the man of your dreams? Why did you buy that apartment when you knew that on paper it didn't make sense and you didn't explain to anybody else that you just made that decision? Because you would have thought they would have thought you were crazy. But little did they know you were actually beginning to really listen to yourself. And all of you signed up in Deepest Community because you've listened to yourself, because you said, I'm not doing another cleanse without changing my lifestyle. Not doing another diet without changing who I am being in this world. And that's what she gets people to do, because she gets them to face our shit so that we can let it go and move through it. That's on an emotional, spiritual, energetic level. How that's represented in the body is through that lymphatic system. So as we pump the lymph, as we treat the scars, we open up the river. And the scars are the dams. Scars are the fascia dams that don't allow information to travel. So that's like the closets, because how many of us have cleaned up our house because people are coming over and you throw all your shit in your closets? We all have done it. It's okay, just don't open the closet, don't let anybody see what's happening in the closet. But doesn't the house look great? And when we start to lose weight and the body is dumping out that lymph and we're losing a lot of that fluid and we're peeing more and sweating more and pooping more and bleeding more, all these things are improved signs of regulation improvement, sign of terrain, the environment's changing. I'm taking out the trash over and over. Now we still have been storing stuff in our closets, and that's our shock absorber. That's the one that's really scared. That's the primordial version that's been in contraction, protecting our hearts, because we've never felt truly safe to be open-hearted, lead with that, and then think about it. Hidden Message in Water from Emoto. Thank you, Becca. Yes, that's exactly what it's called. So when we look at— when I look at blood, live blood analysis, I'm assessing the lymph. I look at heart rate variability, looking at the electricity of the body, and all these give me indications of how well the lymph is flowing. If it's not flowing well, if there's scars on the body, then the energy can't flow because energy has its own rhythms. It has space. It changes things. We look at root causes. We look at the fact that all of nature is math, Fibonacci series. It's unlimited. If you have love for a dog, it's unconditional, unlimited love. Does it not feel that way? And then you get another dog. What happens? Oh my God, you love it more. I mean, you have more love in you than just what you had for that dog. That felt very unconditional. I never thought I was going to be a mom. That was never a vision of mine until very late in my life. At 37 and 38, I decided to tell Ian, that guy that I was hanging out with, which isn't it funny, his name's Ian because that means charged particle energy. Cosmic comedy, ladies and gentlemen. And, uh, I decided at 38 to tell him, and so at 39 I had a child. And, um, I really and honestly, I love animals, I love people, I'm the most touchy-feely, this lovingness person. And then I had my kid and I pulled him out and I looked at him and I started to cry. And I looked at my husband, I go, I'm so sorry. And he goes, why? I go, I didn't know I was gonna love it this much. And I love him so much more than you already. I didn't know I was gonna love him this much. I literally— I mean, that's me. Right? Like, right in the moment, feel present to how you feel, express how you feel. Now, unfortunately, if you're not a really strong person, you might take that the wrong way. Thank God my husband's who he is. And he was like, oh, it's really kind of crazy thing to say to somebody. But I do understand what she's saying because she didn't know that she— her heart was going to expand this much. Right? And I didn't know you could love this much. I didn't. And yet that is what I've also experienced in my practice. That the more I lean away from the physical medicine, because I have done injections and IVs and run the medical practice and had the medical doctors here, and I love it all. I love physical medicine. But the more I leaned on this emotional component, the more we focused on that, the bigger transformations we saw, the faster they happened. Because what we're to do is to look at the patterns in our life that are causing us to not be open and flowing. It's not about matter. Matter is a representation of the thought and spiritual and emotional life. Tightness creates rigidity, creates those dams. This isn't about the germ affecting me. We saw that in COVID. If COVID was the problem, everybody would have died. But COVID only hurt the ones that were the sickest, whether they knew it or not. Because what Deepa and I know, and so many of us other know, that there's a lot of things that are sneaky vectors, sneaker sneaky problems that are in our environment, in our bodies, that people don't realize are making them sick. For instance, scars. For instance, root canals. For instance, heavy metals in the mouth. It's not just about the food I'm eating, it's about the blocks that I have for that energy in my body to heal, and those are scars and dental foci. So when we look at nothing is good or bad, we just assess, and from here we move forward. When we look at the body as fluid, as all of life is fluid and ever-changing, ever-dynamic. And we understand the science of everything is energy, as Tesla and— and, um, crazy hair, come on— Einstein said— I need protein— uh, that everything is energy and the future of all medicine is vibration. Because everything is vibration, everything is moving, everything has a rhythm, everything has an electromagnetic signature, everything is a mathematical equation, everything can be measured. And that's what I love about energy, because it actually can be understood and experienced without drugs and without having to nearly die. Isn't that good? Because then the more we experience it, the more we feel it, the more we want it, the more we actually remember that this is actually supposed to be heaven on earth. And we— it's not about detox, it's about opening up drainage, increasing vitality, feeling the emotions of the ocean. Right, this is an ocean, just like the ocean of the, of the globe. 70% of our globe is about water, and then 30% of it is the, the land mass. Same here, about 30% of our body is the land mass known as the organs and the cells and the blood, and about 70% of it is the lymph and the fascia holding it together, which is the emotional shock absorber that's trying to taken all this information of 90% of the, the world that's non-physical, and so much different now than it was when I grew up, right? I grew up on farmland without a television and a phone, and now my kid has 4 screens in front of him so he can be a pilot while he's got his phone talking to 3 friends through the internet, having a virtual experience with his friends. And I didn't have a phone, and I had imaginary friends jumping through the forest pretending I was talking to leprechauns and fairies, or maybe not pretending. But I was very interested in science at the same time because I was nature girl. And when this science showed up of terrain medicine and I got to see tests like live blood and this test, this gave me— and this is called the contact regulation thermography, and this has been proven to detect breast cancer um, in this country, FDA approved. And it's the only test I've ever seen that actually monitors and measures your lymphatics. All these things that I'm circling here are measurements of your tonsils and your lymphatics through the temperature. And we are fluid, dynamic beings that are frequency, and frequency is color, light, sound, physical vibration, and temperature. It's the only forms that I can find so far. If you have another one, let me know. So if we're light and sound, out of the sound of most of what we experience of our light we can't experience because it's out of our range. Same with sound, physical vibrations. We don't feel ourselves moving inside. It would drive us crazy. So we can only consciously be aware of about 10%. But when we're growing children, or when we were in our moms growing as we do as fetuses, was somebody consciously in there going, okay, today we're going to grow the brain, tomorrow we're going to work on the eyes? No, we just trusted that it was going to happen, it was going to heal. Why, when we come out of the body, do we change that? So I don't. I still trust that. I just test that and ask how it's doing on the subtle energy part of the body, not the 10%, but the 90%, the temperature, the live blood, the energy of the body, the heart rate variability, the muscle response test, the energy flowing through the body, and finding out if it's stuck. And if it's stuck, how do I open it? Because if it's stuck in the lymph and the fascia, if it's stuck in the terrain, I need to feel it for it to come out, and I need to pump that lymph. Because this is what your body looks like to me. Don't you look funny? I gave you all big bubble heads, like bobbleheads. But this is— your body is like an hourglass, and we don't flip the hourglass. We poke a hole at the bottom because we live on gravity, so we don't flip. And when we poke a hole in the bottom, we poo, pee, sweat, bleed, cough, breathe. That's how we get things out. And everybody wants the head to drain, right? Because we need that central and peripheral nervous system, which sends the signals through the body so they understand, to get the organs to function. While that's true, it's all sent signals from the autonomic nervous system to central and peripheral to signal the cells to get the organs to function. And that happens well if the lymph is flowing, and the lymph will flow well if we drain the body because the body has to drain out first, then the neck, then the head because we live on gravity. And it's a valve relief pressure system. Pressure relieved by pumping and movement. We open up the valves, we create more space. Think about the blood. When we create more space, we have better signaling from nature and our nature, getting those to connect and allowing all the stuff, all the filters in between, to fall away. Express them out, pee them out, poop them out, feel them out. And now we are left with moldable space that allows us to change and generate and regenerate and heal. We have between 600 and 1,000 lymph nodes throughout our whole body, concentrated in our neck about 20% and our gut about 50%. And this is the doorways that open up the lymph, which is mostly— you have lymph fluid, you have lymph nodes, and we have lymph organs. We get the lymph fluid to circulate everywhere. We open up the door so that the lymph nodes can identify what's in this fluid. Is it a pathogen? Is it a toxicant? Is it an invader or is it a nutrient? Is it a gas that I need to circulate? Then it dumps it into the cardiovascular system and that dump happens right here in our termini, in our neck. And so it's important to understand how when you apply this energy, this woman went upside down all the time. She was a yoga instructor that came to me. Came to our office. This picture on the left was about a year, 2 years, 3 years she had been living like that, and it was all over her body. And she was a yoga instructor, she moved all the time, but she had stagnant lymph. And her picture on the right— those are sparkles on her cheek, by the way, not acne scars— this is Sarah. She works with me now for 5 years. And Sarah had a broken heart. She had a boyfriend in high school that took his own life, and it really broke her heart. She had been with him for 5 years, and it took her 3 years to show up at her office. We had known her mom, her sister, her brother, and she wasn't ready until she was ready. And when she came in, she applied everything we asked her to do, and within a year and a half, this is what her face looked like. But she had to feel her feelings and express her emotions, and now she's the best practitioner I've ever had on my team in 20 years because Sarah has lived her dark night of the soul. She's faced herself. And she continues to, and she continues to apply this and teach other clients how to do it. Because I'm telling you right now, the reason that Deepa is so good is because she's done this. You can't ask somebody to do something you haven't done. And finding truly authentic practitioners— y'all did a great job. Needles in haystacks. Because the lymph is up against a lot, as are we all, because we have put a lot of crap in our toilets. We have felt a lot of feelings that we have swallowed. We have ignored feelings we've had when we thought something, we didn't tell somebody, and then we saw something we could have prevented in our lives or somebody else's. And I harp on the emotional components because it's most of it, because you already know all the other stuff. You're cleaning up the lifestyle stuff. I don't need to harp on that. I'm here to tell you the piece that's missing, which is the lymph, the emotional piece, and really feeling it and how to get it out through the fascia and the lymph. Veda Austin, if you're not familiar with her work, another beautiful human being to get to know. She's advanced Emoto's work and allowing us to do this in our own freezer. She feels that there's a language that Emoto had, that water has. I'm not necessarily on that same page, although Veda is a dear friend. I know that water holds the information as the vessel, and this is mostly the vessel that holds the information, and that information is our past memories and histories unless we clean it up and decide what to program ourselves with, or we are subject to the programming we were given, and that program is reflected in the water of the body. And then that water of the body is either beautiful water crystals or it's not. And if you want to start to work with your water, Veda's newest book will give you an opportunity to learn how to do that in your own home, in your own freezer. You don't have to go to -25 degrees Celsius. Thank you, Veda. Here's a picture of a modus work showing ugly water crystals. And the question I really have for folks is, what are you really ready to drain out? And what are you really ready to let go of? Because losing weight is not about eating, just eating right. Losing weight is facing the fact that discipline is hard, and then facing myself, why I don't want to have discipline and why I want to sabotage myself and why I put everybody else first. Is actually how we get better. So then what are we really ready to let in? Because this is the other side. What am I willing to receive? Can I receive love? Because that, for so many of us that give, give, give, is probably one of the hardest lessons of life. And how can I give to myself? And how can I feel aligned all the time? Because that's the best self-care there is, to know how I feel right now in this moment, express how I feel so I don't hold on to it, honor myself enough to speak my truth and know that it's worth— I am worthy of whoever's in earshot of hearing me express myself because I'm good enough just who I am. End of story. And if it affects you in some negative way, that is your stuff. And if you say something that affects me, I've got to get good enough to know, did you push a button inside? And if so, then I'm going to dig in deep and feel it, and I'm going to move it, and I'm going to get it out because that's how we do it. We move. So this is a couple clients I applied this to. We're almost at the point of questions, so get those questions ready. This is A gentleman who has scars from falling 60 feet out of a tree. He might have a scar or two, and his whole rib cage was rebuilt. One hour on my table, you can see that symmetry because this is your antenna. So you want to make sure that information is proper and the, and the antenna is in alignment. The more in alignment, the better the river flows. On the right is a woman who we opened up her scars. She's working to— not working, she's allowing her body to get pregnant. So she came in to clean up. We've known her for quite a few years. She dealt with other anxiety and stuff like that was all going away. So then she was like, hey, I just want to tune up so I can get pregnant. And just look at the difference in her shoulders after 1 hour on the table. Do you think a baby would be more excited to go into the body on the left or the right? It's got to house itself, right? And her heart is able to relax more and lead more when her shoulders are in the right position. You already know that life has lots of things that we're up against. Most of it is this 10% physical, a lot of it's this emotional stuff, but scars will block it, the water holds it. And really make sure you start handling the Wi-Fi because that's the biggest stressor of the non-physical we're up against, that a body gets confused when our field isn't so big. So I teach people how to put this into action, not just think about it, but how to do it. And that's about pumping the lymph. So 25— I'm touching the right side of my body— 25% of my lymph drains here and 75% drains here because of how the body's split up. And so the lower half of the body The legs and the abdomen drain to this spot here called your cisterna, then that drains up to your left thoracic. This half of the body, this side drains here, this side drains here, and the lower half again drains here. So I can drain my whole body starting here by opening up the endpoints. Then I open up in a very specific sequence, and I have to treat the scars first. And this is the order in which we do it. And, um, I'm happy to give this to you. I also have a manual, and there's ways I treat— you know, I give you like the top layer for free because I want everybody to know how to do this and get actionable, um, movement so that when you start feeling the feels— because what's going to happen as you start to open up the pipes that have been clogged is you're going to increase your output— urine, bowels, blood— but you're going to sleep better. You're going to have more excretion perhaps from your nose. You're going to cough more. You're going to get the crap out and you're going to feel lighter. You're going to feel better. You're going to regulate your sweat and your blood, reduce headaches and rashes. If you get headaches and rashes while you're doing this, it's because your flow of your valve is not— your liver and your flow of your lymph are not in alignment. So, either you've opened up too much lymph and your liver can't catch it, or your liver is going, come on, come on, come on, give me more, and we have to open up the lymph more. It's one or the other. Um, overall, you feel more empowered and feel better because you made the top 7 lymph choices the best choices. Number 1, be aware, conscious of your breath. Number 2, get those lymph nodes open because those are the doors, and 20% here and 50% in the gut They're going to open up the ability to speak our truth, feel our feelings so we know which way to go, and then make us a conscious forward step with our thinking brain. And then we're going to recalibrate all the scars because that blocks the energy flow of the entire body. It's like shutting down the electrical panel. So we got to open that up through treating the scars. Then we can use things if we don't want to use our hands, which I teach everybody how to do this with these two fingers. You can also use tools. I have little fun tools. Isn't this funny, ladies, what my tools look like? Finally, something— this shape is going to free all the women to open up with vibration their lymphatics. And so one has 3, one has 5 different oscillations, different vibrations, and this just holds on the skin and opens up vibration in the sequence that I teach. So these are little tools. There's Nothing you need to buy. I'm just saying you can if you want to make sure you're getting the right pressure, because pressure— it doesn't take a lot, but also you don't want to do a little bit— you don't want to do too little or too much. It's like fucking Goldilocks. Okay, and then you want to have a live water and hydrate. Number one reason for lymph stagnancy is dehydration. So making sure we're hydrating, making sure we have good quality water. If you don't have a water filter, please, number one, make sure you have good quality, high quality water that you're showering in and drinking and cooking with because you are water. So if your water is full of crap and you put it in your body, you got to take that out later. So clean it up first. There's lots to do with water. I teach all about water, the structuring of the water and so forth. There's a water bottle we created to allow people to have good, high quality water in their house. And anywhere they travel to. And again, you don't have to do that. I just give everybody the tools, and the most economical I try to, tools to allow you to apply all the science at home so that it's not just, oh, I did my stuff in the morning, I did my stuff at night. It's all day long I'm making the right choices to where my breath and my consciousness is and feeding and nourishing my body with more oxygen and better water quality. So the energy can flow. The fascia is open, the lymph is open, and that's what I do— energy flow, fascia, lymph, oxygen, water— so that we move more, we exhale, we release, and you become more beautiful water crystals, less dissonance. And that's how this works. So I will let her talk about that. That's how we choose freedom of the lymph system. Uh, we choose to watch our breath, pump our lymph, open our scars, Go back to pump our lymph, pump our lymph, pump our lymph, pump our lymph, pump our lymph, feel our feelings, feel our feelings, treat my scars, pump my lymph, pump my lymph, pump my lymph, pump my lymph, treat my scars. And the whole time hydrating and oxygenating, because that's how we heal. And thank you.
Thank you so much, Kelly, for that amazing presentation. And I don't know about anybody else, but I have a slew of notes from this amazing talk of just, you know, so many things to dive deep into. So thank you so much for taking the time to share your expertise, share your journey with us. It's so inspirational. And Kelly has a really exciting offer actually to offer our community, which I'm really pumped to share with you all. I'm going to drop the link here and it is basically her introductory 3-week lymphatic mini cure. To get to know where you're sitting with your lymphatic drainage and how, you know, how to activate it, how to open, you know, maybe tear down those dams, open that flow in your river. And what Kelly has done for our community, which is so awesome, is actually give each of you a special discount price of $199. And so this will be open for the next 24 hours. It's a 24-hour offer, and I've just dropped the link into the chat.
Actually, it's 72 hours. We gave people the weekend because it's a $299 class normally. So listen, everybody lives on a budget, or at least everybody should live on a budget. Not shit. I don't like shit. Ideally, people live on a budget and we're accommodating ourselves and we know this is all pay to play, right? And so I poured my heart into this 3-week program with my team and we've given you what you need, everything you need to open up your scars, to pump your lymph, to feel your feelings, to get everything moving, give you the sequence, give you the prayers, give you all the things. Things. It's normally $299 for Deepa's Community. I was like, give them $100 off, and you have 72 hours till midnight on the 1st to decide if that's right for you. Go listen to my podcast. This is not about pressure. This is about if this feels right to you, this is your key of what you need. I do lots of other things. I help people in lots of ways. But what I feel about Deepa's Community is you're doing a lot of the right things. Just when you apply this being first when you do the things, you'll get so much more out of it. And when you start to really understand the lymph and the fascia and how it works, you'll understand that this is the key I always come back to. So, in addition to the 3-week mini care, you also get a month on my membership program, which is 2 Q&As a month live with me and everything about fascia, lymph, oxygen, water, and energy and videos and everything. So, you can really dive into the university as well after you're done with the 3-week weeks, because you can't do it all at once. It's a lot. So you do your 3 weeks, then you get this month, and now you've digested and go, okay, how do I feather this into everything else I do?
Yeah, which is amazing. It's, it's so cool to stay plugged in as you're doing the protocol as well, because it obviously heightens your experience. You get to dive more deeply into it. And just like Kelly said, whatever we focus on grows in our physical world. So carve out the time you need to clear things out. And as I'm sure many of you have experienced on this program as well, kind like that, that cleansing, that purging of not just weight. Sometimes it's emotions, sometimes it's, you know, different things that come up in your physical world that you're like, how is this even happening? How is this a coincidence? But it's in fact all connected. So what a beautiful way to kind of bring home the physical, the emotional, the mental, the spiritual, because all of that is health. All of that takes, you know, a toll on our health, whether it be for the better or for the worse. So why not help ourselves in that pursuit to, you know, drain, to create and to clear? Because you need space. You know, we always go through even, you know, right now we're kind of all ripping on spring or what is supposed to be this spring. But, you know, there's this whole idea of spring cleaning, you know, when we get our homes ready. It's been a stagnant, long winter where things aren't really moving. It's very sleepy. And so kind of view your body as a spring cleaning event you need to do as well on an annual basis. And starting with the lymph, I think, is just going to be the biggest needle mover in terms of how to do that. So I know we have a few questions coming in from the community. I would love to open it up for a Q&A.
So may I just say one thing else? Because, you know, I can't not. Please do. So I really invite everyone to understand that if you were to clean your house, because think about the lymph and how much it needs to be done, because this is what I'm really here to get people to understand. Like, I went through everything I do so you understand and put it in context. But lymph is your gateway to all of that freedom.
Okay?
And the lymph is the floor space in your house, and everything else is your furniture.
That's a beautiful analogy.
And your walls and your structure are your fascia. And if you don't get your walls to be in alignment, you know what's going to happen. If you don't clean your floors, you might as well forget about that furniture. And that's how much we have to pay attention to our fascia and our lymph and movement. Because when you do that, the furniture always looks fucking great. And everybody's gonna walk in your house and be like, oh my God, you have the most beautiful house I've ever seen. It's amazing. And you're gonna be like, yes, I do. Thank you very much. Because I relax and recognize that I was good enough to take care of this house, and I got it to look better. Because you saw my before and after picture, right? That was 27 years apart from each other, you guys. I don't do anything. I don't do— I've never wouldn't touch it with a needle, Botox, never in a million years. I don't do peptides. I take minerals and move my lymph. I don't take HRT. Okay, now I'll answer your questions.
We're ready. We got some questions queued up for you, and I know that we are at the top of the hour here, so thank you so much, Kelly. However much time you can spend with us, we would really appreciate. But I would love if you can also drop, before we get into the questions, where people can get in touch with you in case they wanted to learn more, just in case if anybody needs to hop off, you know, around this time. So thank you so much for dropping that. And then I see Diane, you have your hand here. So once we have Kelly dropping her, her link, then we can go ahead and answer some questions. Oh, I believe I might have seen Diane's hand go down. If you still have a question, please feel free to answer it, and if not, Jeanette, we would love to hear your question.
Hi, so thank you so much for that wonderful presentation. Um, my question is, I go to an osteopath quite regularly. Do you know what osteopaths are?
Sure do. If you can get adjusted with an, a, a DO, please do. They're the best adjusters.
So that's— and I asked him last night if, um, about fascia actually.
So I take back what I said earlier. They actually know a lot about it. Go ahead.
So he's fabulous. And, and I asked him last night, I had a treatment, I went in with a migraine and a lot of sinus pressure, and by the time I came out, it was gone. And I asked him if he works on the immune system, and he said, for us, it's all connected. There is no disconnect. So I'm glad that you, you do think that that is a good way to, you know, kind of have tune-ups.
Yeah, I mean, go ahead.
No, the second part of my question is I'm maybe a week or two away from the, from the maintenance phase, and I'm very worried that, you know, if you start adding foods and start adding other things, you start gaining weight. So I was just wondering if this— Jennifer's worried as well. I'm just wondering if it's if this lymphatic drainage will help with not gaining back the weight.
Lovely, wonderful question. And 100%. So the answer is yes. This is exactly why you will not gain the weight back, because if we don't deal with the root cause, then we are subject to make the same mistake. Meaning, I'm a rower and I have a specific technique and I have carpal tunnel from that technique. If I don't change my technique, I'm always going to get carpal tunnel. I can change my diet for 6 months because I'm really in this group and I've changed my protein intake and when I'm eating and all that blah, blah, blah. And as long as I'm holding myself accountable with a group, I'm good. But wow, the second I get out of that group, I find that I'm back to emotional eating. I'm really stressed about this and then I find I'm sneaking this in and I'm not as active. And why am I not as active? Because I don't feel love. And so what is the root cause of all of it? Lack of love. We're looking for love in all the wrong places, one or the other, because love is all that there is. And I don't know why I can't see anybody. I feel like I'm talking to myself right now. So I'm looking for you guys right now. I'll find you in a second. I don't know where you went.
Um, the last—
yes, let me just say this too about that is The D.O. The, the one thing I didn't mention, there's another blockade. I think maybe I mentioned it quickly, was subluxations. If we have a subluxation, um, that can be another way that the body's not getting enough information. It could create a blockade to the energy of the body. So scars on the physical body, dental foci, deep emotional belief systems like, oh, I can't masturbate, even though it's really healthy for me to bring energy into my body, but I don't believe that I should do that. That's a rigidity that will cause illness. And then the fourth one is subluxations. If I have a vertebrae that's out, then my energy— it's like the circuit breakers are out and I can't get fed to the organs. Even though the signal is getting to the nervous system, I can't get it out of the nervous system into the organs because of the subluxation. And I agree with the DO. I always said if I was going to go to medical school, it'd be a DO because of their approach is that the body heals. And their approach is that all of it is one working unit. So, if I get it to work better, regulate, it actually can handle whatever it's up against, which is the immunity. I mean, all of it's an immunity, whether I'm vital or not vital is how's it all working? How am I doing? And for me, we can assess that through heart rate variability, through live blood CRT on a quantitative quantitative level of how our non-physical body is doing and not wait for the physical body to show a symptom through the blood and then try to go that direction, because that feels slow and dumb to me.
Thank you, that's a great answer.
You really want to know how I feel? Because that is how I feel.
No, I, I, I've had 3 treatments and I really feel like, uh, things are shifting when— after my treatment. So thank you for confirming that and I'll let Becca ask her question now.
Thank you, Jeanette. And I just found you all. It's nice to see you and now who I'm talking to.
Hi.
Thank you.
Beautiful. Thank you so much for your question, Jeanette. Becca, we would love to hear what you have to share.
Yeah, I just had a question because I've had a lot of surgery because I— this is about 20 years ago when I had fibromyalgia really badly. I don't feel like I have it anymore. Where I had lots of, um, what's it called, uh, hernias. And so I've had inguinal hernia repair, umbilical cord repair, and then the biggest surgery was like they cut across my lower abdomen and they lifted it up, repaired my diastasis, and I had like 8 or 9 hernias from through the abdominal wall. So I'm just thinking I have massive scar tissue from all those surgeries. I do have a fascia blaster and I can do the basic technique for myofascial release. I have not really done a lot there because, you know, it hurts. So, and I know I need to face it.
I am, Becca, so pleased that you asked this question because I don't like to throw people under the bus, but please throw the fascia blaster in the trash and never use it again.
Oh, really?
It is one of the most damaging things to fascia that I've ever seen in my life. It is the antithesis of how we should move fascia. Fascia. It's for me.
Oh, okay. Even the— what about the legs? Um, I'm just curious because it really—
so aggressive. And the thing is, I have walked out of offices because they've gone too aggressive on my body. Because that says a lot when you've been on my table. I've never been on my table. You're like, really? You've walked out of other people's offices for being too aggressive? But there's a difference between feeling the energy of the body and meeting it versus trying to move past it by just pure force of nature. Of course, and that's what Ashley Black likes to teach with fascia blasting, and it's a very physical way to handle it, and it's actually damaging to the fascia because the fascia is your protection. And so if you're going in going like this, the fascia is like, oh, and it might cellulite, but it's not going to help your fascia feel open and flowing. So what she really needs is long-standing long, um, surface area over suspended time, long pressure. So on my Flow Forum, I teach people with Deanna Hansen, who's the block therapist, how to do this with a towel in your home so that you learn how to actually apply a little sustained— sustained was the word I was looking for— sustained pressure, um, in specific areas, starting with the diaphragm, and allowing your body to open up at feelings on the inside to release all that tension. Do you have mesh with all these scars? Did you get the mesh put in with the hernia repairs?
Uh, definitely with the umbilical one. And internally, I have a bladder— what's it called— a, I think, a bladder mesh. I don't know what they call that.
That's the one thing that I want. Not these tools for vibration, but just if you get deep in my work, there's what we call RRTs in my Sarah, who I love so much, I just told you about, she comes in and steals my tools all the time, and she's got them in her room right now. And these are much— these are like professional, like, don't use that on you. Please hear me say that because you don't want to corrupt the mesh. You want to create a vibration, a long-standing hole, but too much vibration for you because of the mesh can actually dislodge it and make it go somewhere we don't want it to.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, but just be aware of that. And And, you know, work with a practitioner. I work with people on virtual. Just when you get to a point you're like, okay, I'm ready to go a little deeper and work those physical scars, work with somebody that can really help guide you so that you don't create a bigger problem than you actually clean it up.
Okay. And you, you said you can work with— I mean, it's probably better if you're in person with somebody because they're doing the manual work, right?
Of course. And what I've learned since COVID because this is why I started all this, was like, how can I help people if they can't physically get to me. So I challenged myself to figure out how to teach you how to do it on yourself, and that's what I do now. So I coach people both— it— yes, would I love for you to be physically under my hands? For sure. I see clients here and in Florida. If it's not here in Pennsylvania and Florida, if not, and I can work with you virtually, great. And I have a few handful of practitioners around the globe that I love that know actually how to do this, and not just mechanistically because that's what she comes from, is very mechanistic perspective of just this first top layer. And that is actually more creating constriction in the fascia, not relaxation.
Yeah, I haven't used her product on any of the scar area, just only with my legs. And it does look— my legs look better.
And fascia can— listen, fascia is not— the pain is held in the fascia. It's lack of oxygen. Yeah, it shouldn't. You're bracing yourself the whole time to go through it. That's the opposite of releasing your fascia. You're just moving it. And what I invite you to do is go, okay, I feel the pain, I express it, and I melt the fascia through my attention, through the carbon dioxide release, which actually changes the shape. I didn't have any cellulite for years until I broke my elbow last year because I was less active. I noticed all the cellulite on my legs and I was like, oh my God, what am I gonna I don't— I can't. That's crazy. And this is my biggest thing. I lay down on the ground and throw my legs up in the air and do all these crazy movements because I just hadn't been active doing that because I couldn't lay down because I couldn't lean up. I also dislocated my shoulder and my ribs when I broke my elbow because I'm a good faller, folks. I know how to fall like the best of them. But it's just looking at it from a different perspective of going, okay, what's in my legs? And when I started to do that, I had all these emotions release of how long it took to heal my elbow and how impatient I was about the whole process. I mean, 9 months for me was like 100 years.
Yeah.
That would be not over 8 weeks. Come on. I'm not physical. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. And my universe was like, um, slow your little heiny down. That's not how this works. So I'm—
well, thank you.
My pleasure. I'll look you up.
And if you do have somebody in, like, Portland, Oregon area, then let me know.
Yeah, reach out to me. I do actually.
Oh, okay. Sweet.
Practitioner in Portland, Oregon.
Yep.
Sweet.
Thank you.
Amazing.
Thank you so much for that question. And something kind of piggybacking off of that I saw in the chat as well is, what are your thoughts on a vibration plate? That's kind of a buzz kind of bio tool that you see around right now. What are your thoughts in terms of moving lymph?
So I teach a lot about quality of vibration, and this is something that really needs to be brought into this conversation. Not all tools are created equal. Vibration creates a wave, and that wave creates a water crystal, and that water crystal is either in dissonance or in sacred geometry, but dependent upon what is creating the wave. And so many of the vibration plates out there I can't stand on for one second because my nervous system goes those? Absolutely not. So the one that I have in our center, they don't make anymore. The white one, I can't remember the name of it now, but there's a white one that I do not like at all that everybody in biohacking space loves. I gotta be honest, I don't like it. Um, typically what I'm going to tell you, if it's over $1,000, you're wasting your money. And I would put it on— I like— I just did this for my mother because I wasn't going to spend $1,200 for my mother. As much as I love her, I didn't even know she was going to use this product. I bought her so many things throughout my life, even an Air Doctor water air filter, that I can't seem to keep her to keep it on. Like, why would you turn off an air filter? Because the filters are so expensive. But your daughter buys you the filter, so why are you complaining? Just turn the air filter on. So I wasn't sure she was going to use a vibration platform, but she's starting to have lack of circulation in her feet and she can barely stand up, so I need to find something that it. So I ordered 5 of them and I plugged them all in. I stood on them and I muscle tested which one was the best. How I decide things. And I could tell by how I stood on it when I turned it up, I was like, yep, this is the one with a good vibration. And it was like $200 or $300 on Amazon. And I, I don't— I can't tell you, I don't have it. If you want to send me an email, I'll find it and send it to you. But it's when you know how to muscle test, which is something that we teach as well, you start to find your own authority because there's— every single person is unique. And I had to muscle test this on my mother as well to make sure she was good with that vibration. And then we've learned to turn it up just slowly and use it.
It's—
any tool can help you if it's used appropriately. However, if it's the wrong tool, it won't help you, right? I can't put together a dresser with a hammer when I need a screwdriver. Like, I can try, but it's not going to go so well. So if you just have the wrong tool, you can't use it. But you could have the right tool and improperly use it and still not get the result. So it's— you got to know a little bit. You know, I love that everybody is now talking about all of this. I've been doing this for 28 years. I've been cleaning up my water and my skincare and my body care and never used chemicals for 28 years. I've been eating organic I had my child at home. We never vaccinated. Like, I really, like, live— I live this. This is who I am. Most of the stuff out there is trying to get you to buy something outside of you. Always remember, you have everything inside. You want to create the best vibration, the best vibe plate you want. You ready? I usually don't give out this free information unless you're paying me. You ready? There's your vibration tool. See what you did? You exhaled. And that is how you detox. You drain your toxins through exhaling. You allow detox to happen. And you feel your feels and you vibrate them out. So not get on it, know how to muscle test, learn that authority within and follow that. Because my goal is to teach people what you need, facilitate you as much as I need, hold you as much as I need to with philosophy and actionable steps until you can understand this enough, know how to apply it and can hold yourself so that you can then go hold others. Because we got 8 billion people on the planet and 1/2 of 1% that knows what we know. Exactly. So let's not only wake ourselves up, but we're all doing this not only for ourselves because we're a bunch of bleeding heart angels that are here to learn this so we can help all them. And I know that about everyone because that's how this works, because we're magnetic fields. So apply this, see how fast you can do it, then go teach everybody else how to do it and let's start to have more fun in heaven on earth because we've had enough of the other shit, haven't we? So I'm a little talk driving truck driver, a little bit wellness practitioner, but, you know, raised on farms with a bunch of boys and worked in restaurants. That's what you get.
It's unique to you. I love your flair and you're completely authentic in delivering your message and sharing your story. And I think it's personally very very refreshing to have authenticity. I, I very much enjoy it. So again, thank you so much. And kind of bringing the point home again, you know, mentioning on just exhaling and releasing and, you know, breathing through things. I'm sure many of our community knows this already, but out of the 10 pounds that you release, about 8.5 of those pounds are released through your breath. So it is a very breath-heavy, breath-conscious, breath-healing sort of approach to your health. And it's all rooted in science. But we don't need to know all of the science at all times. We just have to understand how your body works and build your intuition. Because just like Kelly said, we're all completely unique and we need to test those things out for ourselves and be our best health advocate. But then also be open to suggestion and be open to trying new things. Because the body is very dynamic. So this is just, you know, so much inspiration coming into the weekend. I'm so excited to flip my body in all different ways and love on all my lymph nodes. Shake it out.
Yeah.
Thank you so much.
Dance more, sing more, have more fun. Watch your body heal. I love it.
That's a message I can totally stand behind. I think we have one last quick question here from Paris. I know that we're well over the time. Thank you again so much. One last quick question and then we are off for the weekend. So Paris, I would love for you to ask.
Yes, thank you. I came in late, so this question may land incorrectly or partially correct, whatever. I have—
Perfect.
I can tell already, Paris, it's perfect.
Cheers. I have a hernia and it's 3 3 to 4 centimeters inguinal, and I lift 350 pounds. I do everything that I want to do, and I'm always, you know, I'm conscious and careful. Um, do you believe that, um, vertical— not sit-ups, I did not do sit-ups vertically unless I do it a long time, and then maybe I'll venture out vertically, partial vertical, not upside down, totally partial vertical, and doing a slight gentle movement towards my chin as a miniature sit-up. I feel like I get some good healthy contractions in the surface tissue to protect the hernia. And of course, naturally, when I have a full meal, it kind of speaks to me a little bit more. And then when I'm in between meals, you wouldn't know from a general practitioner test that I have one, but I've been told I have one. So anything in the space of your discussion today that could lead me to the promised land or close to it?
Yes, Paris, I love this question. So your fascia wraps around your muscles and what you're engaging when you do a sit-up is your musculature with your fascia wrapped around it. The scar is a tear in your fascia. If your fascia is your fabric that gives you the suit— and I don't mean to close my eyes, but just understand that's how I see, isn't that? My eyes closed. Um, so when you look at the body, if I was— this isn't maybe the nicest sounding thing, but if I was to de-skin you, Paris, and you were to lay on my table, I would—
yeah, we're all adults here. This medicine. I get it, no problem.
I'd be able to see the entire shape of your body and where you didn't heal your fascia from every bump, every bruise, every bump, every time you smashed your toe. I could see it in your fascia like a roadmap. And Gil Headley, really look in his work, he is phenomenal. He is a— what I call a fasciist. He's anatomy and fasciist, and he's been dissecting bodies for a long time, and he teaches this as well. And he has a lot— he's got a nerve tour going on right now. It's where he dissected— but that's not the right word— cultivated out the entire nervous system as one piece. It's phenomenal.
And what's his first name? Gil Headley.
Yeah, it's all over my website. He's got a ton of YouTube stuff. He's a wonderful man. And what we know about fascia as well from Gomberté, that, you know, fascia is really the new frontier. Here. Fascia is the thing that most people don't know anything about. It's the part of us that's, that's actually plasmatic. We know we're neuroplasmatic, but actually we're plasmatic in our bodies. And so when that is your suit and somebody cuts your suit, your suit has a snag in it. So if I had this shirt and I cut it, it's going to have a snag in it. And until I heal the snag, it's going to always pull. And you're— and what you're doing is trying to work on the muscles that are connected by this snag. And when you eat and you expand that tissue, you feel the snag again.
Yeah.
So it's not about the sit-ups. It's actually about opening the diaphragm and opening the fascia in the abdomen that's going to allow where the break in the fascia was because it pushed through the muscle. Your fascia and your muscle were not communicating well enough that it actually pushed through and created a hernia because because it was so stressed. The fascia can withstand 2,000 pounds of tensile pressure. 2,000 pounds of tensile pressure up against—
I believe it. I believe it.
So what is the pressure the fascia is up against that's over 2,000 pounds that made it split? That's not physical, brother. 350 pounds isn't doing it. So that's emotional stress, emotional strain. That is actually inhibiting your phosphorus release. And as you open up your abdomen, you'll feel these feels, my brother. You'll express that. And then as you do, you'll notice that scar actually starts to disappear, and it is like gonna morph back into the body. And then you're— it's gonna be harder and harder to feel it as you expand your abdomen when you eat food, that the tear isn't there anymore because it actually morphed back in and it disappeared.
I'm an avid advocate, believer in your body believes every word you say, if you will.
And she's always listening.
Yeah. And your tensile strength of 2,000 pounds per square inch. I got the memo. It's not a matter of physical tension. It's an emotional chaos, if you will, for lack of a better term. And I am feeling a healing response just on your response because I intuit— it's not that I came to ask a question. Thinking I got this nailed down. It's that I didn't want to go any further than what I'm doing without some guidance and some, you know, let the professionals do what they do when you find a good professional. And so that spoke to me on those fronts, the emotional aspect, because really, even with this hernia, I lift as if I haven't— like, like it's not there. I have to respect the fact that I could aggravate not only from the physical, but if I don't address the unresolved issue or whatever is going on, okay, then I'm probably adding more stress and it won't matter if I do 250 or 350 or 5 pounds if it's coming from a different direction. And I'm not silencing the cries, then I'm probably going to get a bigger tear a couple years down the road. It's not because I'm lifting. That's what I, that's what I understand. And I also come away with you telling me you can heal, because we, we're all healers and we heal certain areas and, and certain, uh, subspecialties. We do that well. And then what shows up in our life is something that we need to reach out for. We can heal the other stuff because we got, we got that nailed down, but what shows up in my life is what I, I can't even— the doctors can't even see it unless I know I asked for an X-ray, and then that's how they said, listen, you know, we did ultrasound and you got a little tear, you got to watch it. I go, I don't want to watch it.
Yeah, that was the other side of it, was you asked me, and then we'll get off, was two things. You said, what is my belief system? So a belief system is a series of thoughts that I've thought long enough, it creates my framework. I don't believe anything. I question everything. What I do is I listen to my heart because my heart knows everything. So I listen to my heart and let my brain figure it out.
Out.
And then from there, I start to expand what I know to be true and believe to be true. Because if I was to tell you some of the things that have happened in my life, uh, I don't— I wouldn't believe him sometimes if he told it to me 10 years ago. Some of the stuff happens in my life, I'm like, that's unbelievable. And I don't use that word lightly, unbelievable. I don't use it hardly at all because I believe all the things that happened to me in my life. And I'm not kidding you, I have had gemstones drop out out of the sky. So it's— this is a very magical life we live, and the framework is the heart. And what gives us our frame is our ever-changing, ever-evolving pleomorphic plasmatic fascia, and it is the most magnificent ocean wave thing outside of the lymph. And you're— they're so connected. It's truly— you're surfing life, you're surfing your body, and you're feeling your spidey senses, which are your fascia, and you're communicating directly with it. And it becomes the most fun game. And welcome to it. It's the real red pill.
Thank you so much. My pleasure.
Enjoy.
Cheers.
Let's hear all about your successes. Paris.
I, I, I have all the information I need to reach out to you through the portal or—
Yep. I put some information there and I'm sure they're gonna send you an email and all the things. Yes.
