Sam. Hello, every. I'm ready now. I'm ready now. Welcome, lovely. Hi, christina. Hi, shelly. Hi, anna. Hi, dan. Hi, corinda. Hi, arena. Hi, nikki. For today here and see me. Okay, Feel free to let me know. And as we kind of wait for everyone to pile in here for today, I would love to start the conversation. Why. Is that a little bit better? Lower it a little bit more. Does that help? Awesome. Thank you. Thank you for that feedback. Okay, awesome. Thank you, everyone. And everybody is coming in again, I would love to hear something. It is that we are grateful for today. It is sunny in Canada right now, specifically in Ontario. So I am thrilled about that. It's been a few days since we've seen the sun. We've been getting a little bit lucky. So, so nice to see. The days are getting longer. We're getting sunshine coming through. You know, summer is getting closer, the warmer weather, which is great. I'm a big summer person. Maybe you guys are all winter people, in which case we are. Let's see. Self compassion is beautiful. Beautiful. I know you've had such a transformational journey, Jelly, and I'm so proud of you for continuing to just dive in deeper into yourself and into your health journey. Awesome. And today we have some exciting things to cover with you before we dive into what our topic is today, which is creating a dopamine menu. Sounds a little scandalous, but I promise you it's very, very neutral and it's in fact very helpful for you as you continue through this metabolic living light reset journey. So I'm going to touch on that in a little bit. Before that, I would love to start with a meditation for today. Something to just kind of open up our hearts, you know, open up our minds and allow us to expand on what we already know and maybe welcome in some things we don't know. Maybe about ourselves, maybe about the world, maybe about how we heal. So I'm going to get started with that here really quickly. Just give me one second. Okay, There we go. And please feel free to give me all the feedback in terms of audio, in terms of all those fun things, because I want to make sure everybody hears it.
We're living in a time where everything is very high contrast. So we're seeing a lot of really beautiful evolution of souls and spirit, and we're also seeing a lot of heartache and hardship and they're living side by side. I truly believe that if we are to access our hearts, the world will begin to thrive. When we are living in the seat of our hearts, we are forgiving, we are creating, we are letting go, we are letting in. And we're no longer operating from the mind, which is often a very fearful, kind of frantic place. So if we were all to kind of move down into our bodies and hearts, we would see one another as these kind of sacred tools.
