In this motivational monologue, the speaker challenges the common desire for "more energy" by arguing that humans already possess vast amounts of stored energy—illustrated with Einstein's E=mc², which shows a 70‑kg person contains roughly 1,500 megatons of energy. The real issue, the speaker claims, is not a lack of energy but inefficient use of the energy already present. He frames thinking and problem‑solving as humanity's highest‑order function and suggests many people waste this capacity by focusing on what they don’t want, creating personal “software code” that routes them toward undesired outcomes, and by inventing stories about themselves and others that drain creative energy. The speaker urges listeners to stop phrasing goals as wanting "more" of anything, especially energy, and instead to direct their existing energy toward solving their own problems and toward a clear, future‑oriented vision that aligns with their deepest desire. By re‑wiring thought patterns and concentrating on the desired future, the speaker promises that the needed energy will manifest, leading to health, happiness, and personal fulfillment.

I work with a lot of clients who say they want more energy until they understand that's actually not what they want. You see, if we use Einstein's famous equation, E equals mc squared, the speed of light is constant, which means that the only way to increase energy is to increase mass. And so people who want more energy, who are trying to lose weight, are literally saying something that is the opposite of the result that they want. They don't want more energy. What they actually want is to utilize the energy that they have in a way that's efficient, that actually serves them to create the future they desire. I know that sounds like a lot to take in, and it really is. You see, if we use Einstein's equation, the average 70-kilogram person has about 1,500 megatons of stored energy in their body, which means that that's about 100,000 times the number of Hiroshima bombs. So there's a lot of potential stored energy in our body using that equation. You don't need more energy. You have plenty of energy. What you do need is to focus on where your energy is going. You see, the highest order thing that we do as human beings is think. We problem solve. That's what makes us different. We have the ability to, uh, encounter a problem and actually learn how to solve it instead of just adapt to it. We can actually fix it. That's where ingenuity and creativity and problem solving, uh, comes from and why we've been able to create this amazing world around us. And so when we tap into what our highest potential is and the highest order thing that we do, which is thinking, we then have to start questioning our thinking. Is our thinking serving us? Is our thinking efficient? You see, most people are so focused on what they don't want that they write a very inefficient personal software code. That's the equivalent to putting into the GPS all the places you don't want to go instead of putting in the location you do want to go to. Another area that we waste a lot of our energy and creative faculties is in making up stories. We're making up stories about ourselves. We're making up stories about other people, and we're using our creative problem-solving energy in a way that doesn't serve us. So it feels like our life isn't moving in the right direction because despite the fact that we're expending energy, we're doing it on things that don't move the needle forward. So first and foremost, we have to really understand that if we We use the words, I want more energy. We're sabotaging ourselves. You have enough energy. You want to use energy in an efficient way that moves your life forward in the direction you want to go in. Leave out all the noise, use all of your creative juices and your problem-solving skills to solve problems that are your problems, not somebody else's problems. You know, solve issues that you have. The only truth that you know, and the truth that you can focus on and draw all of your creative energy to and problem-solving feel towards is the future that you want to create. That truth is buried inside of you. What life do you desire? Focus all of your attention and energy on that, and I promise it'll come to fruition. Stop saying you want more of anything, especially energy. You probably already have enough, and it's sabotaging you against your goal. I hope this helps. I hope this helps you rewire your brain and the way you think. And allows you to use your highest faculties for the greatest good for yourself and the world around you. And that you have all the energy that you need right now available to you. You just have to unlock it. Here's to your health and happiness.
