For myself, my results have been overall just feeling a lot more grounded, less brain fog, and more energy. My name is Katie Patel. I'm a clinical pharmacist by trade, and I'm also a Precision Health and Wellness practitioner. Being healthy is important to me so I can show up in the best version of myself not just for me, but for those around me. So my family, my kids, my 8-year-old and 6-year-old, my husband, and everyone that I serve. So everyone that I encounter from a personal and a professional standpoint. Being a woman, I'm 40 now and I'm in that midlife sort of age range. And I think some of the biggest struggles as of late has just been the fact that the things that used to work no longer worked for me. So even though with all my best efforts, I was trying different products, items, diets, what have you, and they just weren't working anymore, which is a really big struggle, especially for someone who's in the space and does have knowledge about what items are out there and what I should be doing. And so, yeah, that's definitely been one of the biggest struggles. In the past, I tried intermittent fasting, and although I maybe lost a little bit of weight, it didn't work with some of my other metabolic symptoms at all. So intermittent fasting is one. Also, in general, eating salads every day for lunch, eating whole foods, and even some nervous system regulating factors that I had tried. What jumped out the most is that it doesn't just focus on one aspect. Oftentimes everything that I've seen sort of out there is focusing on either just diet alone or your exercise program. This is really encompassing of all the pillars and the factors that impact our overall health. And so it just felt like such an aligned program for myself, my family, and also for those around me and those that I serve. The biggest difference that I saw with the Living Light Metabolic Coach program is that it's encompassing many factors. So we're looking at not just your food intake and your movement, but also looking at things like sleep, recovery, nervous system regulation, even your genetics and sensitivities. And it's very much focused on individual care. Went into the program with a, what they say, a normal BMI. So I did not think I had weight to lose. But I ended up losing 16 pounds. So that was huge. And now I know what it feels like to be a little bit lighter in general. My LDL cholesterol also shifted and lowered, which I had been working on for several years and due to hormones was never able to actually shift. My GI symptoms are now gone. So I have less bloating. And in general, I'm just a little bit more in flow. I overall just feel lighter and just feel much better. I'd say I do have a lot more energy. And one thing is my nervous system's a lot more regulated. So I have a lot more patience now, and especially with young children, I think that that is very important. So I just show up better. I would recommend the Living Light Metabolic Coach program to everyone. I truly believe it's the foundation of health. And I love the Reset program because it encompasses all the different pillars of health. And I think that regardless of what your goals are, if it's weight loss, if it's not, this program is beneficial to everyone.
