Hey. Hey. What's up, guys? Happy Friday. Hope everybody's doing good today. I wanted to jump on real quick. I just had a few minutes here before my next call and talk about problems you might be facing in your business right now. Right. And, you know, obstacles that may be seeming like they're, you know, something that's really getting in your way, some kind of roadblock. Right. Something that's, you know, challenging you at the moment, and it just seems like a problem. And what I want you, by the way, anybody that's on, you're jumping on, let me know. If there's anything you're experiencing right now, any problems that you're going through with your business, let me know in the chat roll. You don't even have to let me know what it is. But down in the chat, just give me a like or thumbs up if there's some kind of issue that you're having that you're trying to find a solution for. And I just want to frame this for you because I had two calls with private clients today with where.
There was two problems that each of them separately were facing. One was an issue with management. Another one was an issue with storage and vaults and things like that that were going missing. And with both of these, I said, let's look for the opportunity here. Because what happens is when we have these problems in our business and really in our life, too, in our business, we have these problems. We have these opt. Obstacles that get in the way. And, you know, we spend so much time and so much energy just focusing on the problem. Right. And how to fix it. Right. We just look at how to fix it instead of looking at, you know, where's the opportunity here? And the reason that's so important is because I can tell you that time and time again, once I started to adopt this mindset of, like, all right, there's a problem here. Well, chances are it's leading me in a direction that's better than I would have thought of otherwise. Right? Because if everything's going good, if everything's, like, smooth and running okay, it doesn't force you to change. It doesn't force you to adapt. Right? So think about some kind of issue that you have going on right now with your business. Right. Some kind of obstacle. You feel like you're hitting a roadblock. I know it's frustrating. I know it's like, I just want to get this fixed so that I can move on. I'VE got all these ideas, I've got all these plans, all these things that I want to do, but this thing is in my way, right? And I could tell you that if you start to shift your mindset to, you know, where's the opportunity in this problem? As opposed to how do I just get the quick fix and solve it so that I could, you know, move back on with my day to day business and my day to day life? If you look for the opportunity, what you'll find is that you'll come up with something that is far greater than the little problem that you're facing, right? And the magic part about this, and I say that, like, not using that word lightly, but is that once you start to train your mind to look for the opportunity, right, Boom, problem pops up. My mind goes, all right, what's the opportunity here? How can I make this work in my advantage? Instead of looking at it and saying, like, oh, my God, poor me, this is terrible. It's gonna really. This is really cutting into my day. I've got plans, I've got big goals for this quarter that I'm trying to reach. But this problem and this, you know, circumstances, you know, just holding me back and waste all that energy focusing on that. Just start to take a look at it and ask. I know it sounds simple, but do this, all right? Any issue with your business, just say, what is the opportunity? How can I make this work in my advantage, right? If you're watching this and you've got some kind of issue going on in your business, give me a thumbs up, let me know you're listening. Let me know I'm not talking to myself.
And this way, there's so much greater potential that you can reach by.
Focusing on the opportunity. If I look at every advancement I made in my moving business, if I look at.
Every time that I said, all right, I'm gonna grow to a new location or I'm gonna create a call center. You know, creating my call center, that came out of a problem. The problem was I had all these locations, right? Each of them handling their own sales, right? At the time, it was before I opened the call center, it was four locations at that point, moving companies in different cities across the country. And it was like, why is this office having a problem with, you know, they're not able to close deals. Their booking percentage is really low. This office is killing it. They're crushing it over here. We're having a problem with cancellations. What's the issue? So at first it's like, oh, My God, I got this problem. I need to, you know, retrain the people in that office. Retrain the people in this office. And when I stopped and looked, you know, kind of took a step back instead of trying to just fix the problem, right? I said, you know what? Where's the opportunity? Like, what is this leading me to that's gonna be better than where my current situation has me today? And that's what led me to say, you know what? The only way I'm gonna get this whole thing in order and an opportunity for me to grow even further is I'm gonna go open a call center, right? I'm gonna spend the time directly to open a call center that's going to allow me to now scale faster and further than I would have ever been able to do by just, you know, having individual offices with everybody booking moves on their own, right? Handling sales on their own. So what that allowed me to do is create systems, create processes, bring in management, right? Have a centralized focus for my sales.
And it all came out of a problem, right? All came out of a problem. You know, we totally rearranged, you know, just on a call with a private client, totally rearranged the way that he handles storage, right? He's got a ton of vaults, right? Huge warehouse, ton of vaults, big company. And he was having problems with, you know, sometimes vaults get misplaced, right? So we looked for not only, like, how to solve the problem, but what opportunity does this create? So we solved the issue, but in a way where it created more opportunity for him to take on more storage, have less issues, be more organized, and make more money at the end of the day. So really, the point here is that, you know, we're all facing challenges. We're all facing problems at any given time, any given day. And it's really how we relate to those. It's really how we approach them. And if we're approaching them with a successful mindset of, you know what? There's an opportunity here for me. There's an opportunity in my company that I'm just not seeing yet. You'll start to. I mean, you'll come up with solutions that are far beyond what you're ever going to come up with if you're just trying to solve the problem, right?
