Hello, Bonjour, ni hao, and salut. Welcome back to the Impact around the World Podcast. I'm Cassandra Pittman, edech's Country Manager for the UK and Ireland and host of the show. Impact around the World by EDECH Alumni is the podcast that showcases how EDEC alumni are living, working, adapting and thriving all over the world. In each half hour episode, a former EDX student reveals how they've shared, cared and dared in the face of challenge, delving into their career highlights and reliving memories of their student days along the way. If you turned into our first season, you'll know that we had six interviews with some of our most innovative EDHEC alums to learn how they were thriving in the wake of the COVID 19 pandemic. 2020 feels like such a long time ago now, doesn't it? So first of all, welcome back fellow Ed Eckers, and thanks for letting me hop back in your ear to be the first to let you know that the Impact around the World Podcast is coming back for another series of seven brand new episodes. This season of the podcast will highlight how our alumni community is driving sustainability for future generations all around the globe. From smart cities to green energy, sustainable fashion to safer drinking water, the Ed EDT community is driving the way forward one story at a time, using what they learn to inspire others. But wait. I have more good news. The Impact around the World podcast will now be available on edX, YouTube and IGTV channels alongside whichever of favorite podcast apps you're listening to right now. So I have a favor to ask. However you plan on watching or listening, please do subscribe, share and check out the show notes at the end of each episode as it really does help promote the visibility of all that EDHEC does and what we as a community are capable of. Also, make sure to follow us on Twitter @edech alumni or visit the alumni website at Alumni edec Edu to find out more about how you can connect with your fellow EDECH close to you and around the world. We are committed to building a community beyond the classroom for you, our 46,000 alumni in over 125 different countries. See you soon for our first episode of our brand new season of Impact around the World by EDEC Alumni.
