Start with half a dropper (0.5 mL) of plant-based tincture daily for several days, then gradually increase to a full dropper (1 mL) containing 30 mg of active ingredients. Everyone's metabolism differs, so experiment with timing and amount to find what works for you.

Really important topic today. Spend a lot of time talking with people when I'm doing local markets here in Denver about this, and it's finding your sweet spot with our products. So there's really no standard amount to take. Everybody's metabolism is different, everybody responds differently, everybody has different need states. Um, so what I like to recommend people is just spend time with the product and find your own sweet spot. And that starts with starting low and going slow. And what I mean by that is you can see our dropper, we have little graduations in it. It starts at 0.25 milliliters and goes up to 1 milliliter. A full serving is 1 milliliter, so the full dropper. I recommend people start with probably half of that, so down here at half a milliliter. Give that a go for a few days, up to a week. If that works for you, awesome. If it doesn't, slow slowly add more so you can go up to 3/4 of a milliliter, um, and then you can mess around with doing— splitting that across morning and evening. Um, do that for another few days to a week and bump up to a full serving of a milliliter, which is 30 milligrams in our bottle of our organic tincture. Um, so yeah, mess around with how much you're taking and when you're taking it, and you will find an amount that works for you. I'm confident of it. We guarantee all our products. I want everybody to be happy. I want this category to grow. So if you don't find that it works for you, let us know. We'll take care of you. But what I always recommend to people is mess around with how much you're taking and when you're taking it and use the whole bottle. Don't take it once, didn't work, and move on. So that's kind of what I like to tell people about finding their sweet spot with our products. So hit us up in the comments if you have any questions for me.
