Today is a high stamina day in a very low stamina week. I struggle with this as a founder, have ever since, uh, ever since day one. The highs and the lows, the getting really excited about things and getting a lot of new strategies and tactics to execute and see results and get deeper into it and just grind for hours and hours every day, every day of the week for months at a time. And then I found once, once kind of the data starts slowing down and things are cooking under the surface and you can't see the results, it tends to affect my stamina. And I sort of take a, take a down week or a down day and struggle to get back up. But got some new things going today, some new ideas from some other people on this platform that help give me some new tactics to start working towards, layering on different things. But I've always struggled with working really hard for months at a time and then sort of hitting a wall and kind of collapsing and losing motivation for a week. So if anybody out there has any ideas for how to, how to kind of even that out, try to stay more consistent on a daily, hourly, weekly, monthly basis and not go really hard for a few months burn yourself out for a week, get back in, I'm all ears. But yeah, this— the stamina of it is, is very difficult to maintain. Consistency is very difficult to maintain, especially when a lot of work that you've done is still bubbling under the surface and not showing results. So yeah, that's, that's what's been on my mind today. So yeah, if anyone has any ideas for how they get through that, those periods, let me know. See you tomorrow.
