After seven years of experimenting, the creator built a nighttime routine that reliably works: a sleep tincture and magnesium at 9 p.m., no water after 7 p.m., devices off, same bed position, and reading on Kindle. Habit-stacking, done gradually, made it stick.

Here's what I've learned after years trying to figure this stuff out. I first got into this category about 7 years ago. Sleep is what brought me into it. I've tried tinctures, it's the first product I used and still the product I use every night. It helps a ton, but I've learned that you got to kind of figure out your own routine, stack habits one on top of each other slowly. And I've gotten to a point where I sleep great every night. And it's, it's driven by a routine I've built over the last 7 years and consistency and cues for my body and my mind to know it's time to wind down. So around 9 o'clock I do a tincture, I take some magnesium, I stop drinking water at about 7 o'clock, brush my teeth. All devices off, get in bed, lay in the same spot, same position, uh, read my Kindle, which is a cue for my body to quiet down and go to sleep. And it works every time. But like I said, it took me about 7 years to develop that. So, um, one stacking one new routine on top of another slowly over time, and eventually I figured out what works for me. So, um, tinctures are definitely a great place to start to find something that might help work for you. So, um, that's it for today, and Thanks for following along and tune in tomorrow for another update.
