Are you getting the most out of your mushroom coffee? Just out on a walk with the dog this morning, enjoying my cup of our mushroom brew. I was just looking this morning at a couple other brands out there, uh, Rise, Mudwater, a lot of them, and I noticed they don't call out, uh, what their mushroom extracts are, or even if they are extracts. So in ours, I do it just with cacao and then our double extracted mushroom blend, so you can blend it into your coffee cup in the morning. And I was just looking at Rise and Mudwater, and they're pretty similar. Rise is instant coffee, which I don't particularly want. And then we also do all of our mushrooms double extracted, so alcohol and water extracted, so you get the maximum benefits, the maximum phyto compounds in those fungus, uh, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, and Chaga. So it's a little concerning to me that they're not mentioned. They may be double extracted, I don't know, but it shouldn't be hidden in your supplements when you put stuff in your body. I'm a big believer that you should know every ingredient and, and what's going in, so make sure that you're Your mushroom brew is double extracted, so you get the maximum benefit from all of the functional mushroom ingredients. Cheers! Enjoy your mushroom coffee.
