In this solo video update, the founder reflects on the role of patience in building a brand. He contrasts his wellness‑routine patience with the daily grind of juggling SEO, entity building, blog and pillar content, PR outreach, backlinks, and product work. After weeks of invisible effort, he notes that over the past 7‑10 days the hidden work has begun to surface as measurable outcomes—publications, positive online reviews, and improved metrics. He uses the forest‑for‑the‑trees metaphor to illustrate gaining a broader view of cumulative progress. While acknowledging recent low‑motivation moments, he emphasizes that deliberate patience—both personal and professional—has started to pay off and hopes the trend continues. He signs off, promising another daily topic based on his morning mood.

Patience has been on my mind a lot this morning. Not in terms of wellness routines, which we do talk about a lot. So if you're interested in learning more about that, there's plenty of information on our site. But no, patience as a founder building this brand, grinding every day, doing tons of different things— SEO optimization, entity building, blog writing, pillar building, PR outreach. Backlinks, all of the stuff, product, um, just generally being present and juggling 97 balls at once and not seeing the results. And there's been some really hard days in this process, but this week and kind of over the last 7 to 10 days, a lot of invisible stuff that we've been working on has finally started to bubble to the surface and start to see results. Um, and it hasn't been easy It's been difficult to be patient. There have been certainly some very down moments where continuing just didn't feel like the right thing to do, but you know, you get outside, you take a slow walk, you kind of instill that patience, and things kind of paid off. So I've been kind of likening it to the forest for the trees. Been kind of building a forest tree by tree for a long time, haven't really been able to see that it's a forest in the last week, and I've really have gotten a big broad view of what's been built and kind of see the payoff in, in results and metrics and some postings and getting published and some really big positive reviews online. And so that patience is really starting to pay off, and hopefully it continues to do so, but So that's kind of the big thing today is the same patience that I take in my wellness routines and my products applied to kind of results in the founder world. And it's been really nice to see. So thanks y'all for listening in and we'll talk more tomorrow about a different topic that is important to me that day depending on how the morning goes.
