I thrive on routine. Gets me through just about every day, and it is all jacked up this week and for the next few weeks. We got finals, finals week in high school this week, so schedules are weird there. People are home when they're usually at school, people are at school when they're usually at home, um, and then break starts next week, so we got a couple weeks of everybody at home all the time. Um, so yeah, just trying to stay grounded and in the routines that I can manage right now. This oddly, um, is now part of that. I kind of look forward to it every day, which is weird. Two weeks ago I was dreading even starting this, and now it's something that grounds me every day, is, is something I have to do, and it's kind of an anchor point. And then the other thing is just the evening routine for bedtime with the, our tincture Magnesium L-threonate, I think is how you say it. Can't live without those as part of my daily routine. So yeah, as long as I keep those two things consistent now, I can kind of maintain a semblance of balance in my day and sleep well every night and wake up every day ready to keep moving no matter what sort of craziness is going on at the house.
