Nuclear Annihilation or Neovia

Mark Hamilton argues that a 2,400-year-old hierarchical system makes nuclear annihilation statistically certain, and proposes Neovia as a non-coercive alternative that eliminates the strategic value of nuclear weapons. He claims replacing coercion with voluntary order and external authority with individual agency are required shifts. Hamilton is fundraising for Unleashed, a 900-page manuscript meant to restore full human consciousness.

Well, good evening everyone. It's a wonderful moment for me to be here to give you the speech. These were great speeches prior to this one. I enjoyed them very much and I'm glad to have had that happen because my speech is going to be incredibly somber today. But we must get through this puzzle piece to realize what we are truly dealing with. I've given a few speeches over the past month, I'd say. One of them is online now on my YouTube channel that you can get the background to the Unified Field of Conscious Civilization. It's called The 2,400-Year Mistake That Hijacked Civilization. It's about a 2-hour speech. If you haven't seen that yet, I would suggest that you do so this evening or over the next day or two. It, it's a preamble to what I'm going to talk about here. Just a very, very short recap. Throughout history, we have never released the full power of our consciousness. We've been held in a cage. Our consciousness has been held in a cage. And this goes all the way back to the birth of human consciousness. 2,400, 2,500 years ago. And I zeroed in on Athens, Greece, because that's where you had the anomaly of this lineage of Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle. And Aristotle, for those of you who have listened to any of my speeches over the last month or two, you'll see that Aristotle was the the only philosopher during the Axial Age when consciousness was being born. He was the only one who unleashed the full power of consciousness. But as you know, Aristotle's works, particularly the exoteric works that would have spread among civilization. They were his polished works designed for the common man to read. Well, those are all lost, and that sent— that's— that tragedy sent civilization on this 2,400-year detour because we've never unleashed the full power, not even I shouldn't even just say the full power. I should say not even a fraction of the power of consciousness because of that great tragedy, the loss of Aristotle's exoteric works. And his esoteric works— exo, exoteric, and then eso, esoteric works— were just simply, uh, well, I shouldn't say just simply, but they were notes for lectures to his students at the Lyceum, his school, and they were incomplete, never really meant for the public. And because of some political upheaval and different situations after Aristotle died, those works were buried, just buried in soil. Moisture destroyed much of those works. Worms ate them. When they finally recovered them after being buried for a couple of centuries, they were largely destroyed, falling apart, fragmented. What we got of Aristotle was not pure Aristotle. Let's put it that way. What we did get of Aristotle went through translations, through subjective guesswork to recover those works. By the time it got back to the Western world, Latin, it had gone through Islam, who had translated his Greek works, and then 1,500 years later it showed up in back in the Latin, translated back into Latin. So we never got— the point I'm making, we never got pure Aristotle. It doesn't exist. But Aristotle had unlocked, unleashed the full might of consciousness. What happened was, when we lost Aristotle, circumstances were such that we, that the world adopted Plato's treatment, his philosophy. And as I explained in my speeches, Plato innocently had to stabilize society because during the breakdown of the bicameral mind, when there was no more voices of the gods, no guidance, no external authority, well, civilization was collapsing. Tearing itself from the inside across the world. It was perhaps a near-extinction event. Plato was born into the Peloponnesian Wars. Athens had been sacked by Sparta. He witnessed his beloved mentor Socrates put to death because Socrates was awakening citizens. He was showing them that they were— all their consciousness came from external authorities, from tradition, or from philosophy, or from external sources. When he used the Socratic method, he revealed in these people that they really had no internal agency. They really did not have integrated consciousness. It was just a replacement of the lost voices of the gods. So they absorbed these beliefs from their parents, from tradition, from ritual, from myth, but they didn't form it internally. So Socrates was one of the first true conscious individuals. Plato came along and wanted to save what Socrates had begun. He wanted to save and stabilize civilization, and he did so admirably. Beautiful philosophy for stabilizing a society that needed conscious individuals to guide the bicameral-like masses, and that's what he did. And then along came Aristotle, Plato's favorite student. And Aristotle had created, had explained, had perfected how consciousness comes from inside, from taking percepts and observing them, bringing them together into concepts and into reason. To understand reality and to live your life by understanding reality and creating value in that world of reality around you. But we lost Aristotle. We lost him until— well, we really lost him until the Western world, until the Renaissance. And then what we got of Aristotle was a heavily diluted version of the Scholastics and bringing him back in Thomas Aquinas and bringing him back in, but under external doctrine of the church. But still, society flourished, art and science with the Renaissance. I'm going to cut it there, the history, because I need to move into today's talk, but I want you to fully understand this. Those who haven't heard one of my recent talks, please go on to YouTube, my channel on YouTube, Mark Hamilton's channel, and watch The 2,400-Year Mistake That Hijacked Civilization. So now, this brings me into a very somber speech today, but as I said, we need to know reality. We need to know what we're dealing with to really deeply understand what we're doing here with Immortalis Neovia. So I'm going to just make the statement now: remaining inside The Platonic hierarchy, which all the world lives under hierarchy. It was begun by Plato 2,400 years ago, and Plato never meant this for conscious civilization, but for reasons explained in my YouTube video that you'll watch, it just took over the world. And that's the only thing we've ever known. All civilization, it's only known hierarchy, a hierarchical structure. And that makes nuclear self-destruction certain. Certain. We are headed to nuclear annihilation of our species. And we must understand this. The Platonic hierarchy is not a philosophy, not now. It's a control architecture of civilization. That's what it is. We began with Plato, as I mentioned, it was just philosophy to replace the lost voices of the gods. But it was the formalization of a civilizational operating system. Truth is external to the individual. Authority resides above us, above the individual. Order is maintained through hierarchy, and compliance to the hierarchy is enforced through force. This architecture requires centralized decision-making, obedience over judgment, and enforcement mechanisms when obedience fails. Once adopted, this structure cannot evolve away from force. Force is not an abuse of the system; it is its load-bearing pillar. In a hierarchical world, states are sovereign. Sovereignty requires deterrence. Deterrence requires escalation dominance. This creates a non-negotiable logic. If you do not possess ultimate force, you are subject to those who do. Nuclear weapons are the end state of hierarchical structure. Every hierarchy competes with other hierarchies for resources under uncertainty with no trusted arbitration above them. That system has exactly one equilibrium. Mutual assured escalation. Think about it. China, Russia, the USA, Iran. Once nuclear weapons exist in a hierarchical system, extinction is no longer just a possibility. It becomes a statistical certainty. Time, error, miscalculation, AI acceleration, and human psychology guarantee eventual nuclear release. And you know what that means. Hierarchical systems produce bicameral psychology, right? Authority above us, authority from the top down, obedience over agency, role compliance over moral integration. Fragmented responsibility. I was following orders. Nuclear systems depend on this fragmentation. Siloed command. Compartmentalized ethics. But weapons of civilization-ending power cannot safely coexist with a psychology that divorces action from responsibility. That hierarchy therefore creates the exact mental structure required to destroy itself. And it's important to realize that no reform, no reform of hierarchy can stop extinction. Now this is the key point most thinkers miss. Reform will not work in a hierarchical system. You cannot regulate hierarchy out of violence. You cannot democratize hierarchy into safety. You cannot moralize hierarchy into restraint or technologically patch hierarchy into stability. Why? Because hierarchy defines value externally, beyond your self-responsibility. When value is external, survival becomes conditional, obedience becomes moral, obedience becomes moral, and force, well, becomes justified. Every hierarchical reform eventually reverts to who decides And how is that decision enforced? And enforcement is always force. Exiting hierarchy is the only extinction-proof move. To exit hierarchy is not to abolish structure. It is to abolish coercive authority. This requires 3 simultaneous shifts. Number 1: From force to voluntary order. No actor may impose values or decisions on another through violence or threat. Two, from external authority to internal agency. Each individual becomes a fully integrated decision maker responsible for outcomes. And three, from sovereignty to non-aggression as a system rule. Meaning no entity holds legitimate power to initiate force. Once force is structurally illegitimate, nuclear weapons lose strategic meaning. Escalation collapses, deterrence logic dissolves, and arms races become irrational rather than mandatory. This is not moral optimism. It's system mechanics. We have a lot of moral optimism throughout the world. This move was made, that move was made. But I hope you're grasping the overall point I'm being made. These moves may help here, may help there, but the end result is going to be nuclear annihilation. When you understand it, well, almost mathematically in your head, you see why this is— there's no escape. Our species is doomed without full, unleashing full consciousness. Which, by the way, the last time full consciousness was unleashed was, as I mentioned, was with Aristotle. I'm going to unleash full consciousness with my next Neothink manuscript. It is the most important NeoThink manuscript I've ever written, and it sets the course to save civilization from nuclear annihilation. The title of it is Unleashed: The Power of the Gods Wielded by Humans. I am— I've been working day and night on this now for the past couple of months, and I will be sending it this week to the printers. And I will be sending a letter out, unfortunately not to everyone here, but to my very top, most loyal, highest level NeoThink family members. I don't want this to get out there on a mass scale. It's the smallest printing I've ever done of a NeoThink manuscript, and it's only going to be one printing. I will be sending out a letter to my top, top NeoThink family members probably in a week or so. It will be a pre-order because these are going— I, I'm sending out this pretty much the same number of letters as I have printed books, so it's going to sell out the first printing immediately, and those will be the only ones that will be allowed to be released. You'll understand why when you read my letter. I won't try to explain it right now, but I am recovering what was lost with Aristotle. That will save the world. Continue with this talk and you will see why that is. So now we understand why Neovia is not optional. And it's not symbolic. We do not carry the fatal flaw of every prior peace proposal. They attempt to convince hierarchical civilization to behave differently without proving an alternate operating environment. They're stuck in that hierarchy, that hierarchical structure that Plato brought to consciousness. Neovia is different because it is not a reform of existing states. It's not a moral appeal. It's not a treaty. It's not an ideology. No, Neovia is an exit ramp. You see, it's an exit to something never seen before. And, uh, A recent talk I gave, uh, yeah, at the last— at the last Day of Enlightenment, I expressed how much it bothered me for the past 2 years. Well, it's always bothered me, but very intensely for the past 2 years, why these genius, brilliant neo-thinkers, the Founding Fathers, did not Come, come up with the prime law. It's right there, right? But now I, I'm at peace with myself because I understand what happened. You see, if you think of it this way, if, if something is all you've ever known, all you've ever known, and there's been nothing outside of that ever to give you a little hint of something. Well, then that's all you've ever known. And our founding fathers were in a hierarchical system. That's all they knew. They understood that government overreach. And so they put in the, by far, they codified the Enlightenment principles, which put the greatest brakes on any force and government control ever that's ever existed. But they didn't pull off Plato's bicameral hierarchy. I get it now. I understand why. But we have stepped outside of that structure with Neovia. That's the exit ramp. With that being said, this next statement will make sense to you. Only Neovia can prevent extinction of the human species. Just let that sink in. You cannot exit hierarchy from within hierarchy. Any attempt to remove force is vetoed by those who wield it, is crushed as naive, or is co-opted into new authority, as we've seen over the past 2,400 years. Neovia works because it is outside of the hierarchy, outside of the system. NeoVIA now provides the missing proof of possibility. You see, civilization does not change by persuasion. It changes when a working alternative outcompetes the old system. We've talked about this. Imagine NeoVIA. Well, you've read it in The New World, where I explain how once you start this— we'll call it a prime law zone, NeoVIA— Once you start it, it just so outcompetes everything around it that the bicameral-like hierarchy throughout the world is going to begin to collapse once people see what happens in Neovia. Now we're up against a, we're up against a race here. You know, Tucker Carlson's going around saying how he feels we're making the moves, preparing for war. You see the moves now in China with, you know, the vanishing of the top generals, the replacements. You see moves being made by America by China, by Russia, Iran, by the Middle East. You see gold and silver surge in price. These are all warnings of a coming war. Now, as I've explained in my talks over the past month or two, as we progressed with consciousness, but were caged by bicameral structure, honor's hierarchy. We became more and more bloody as we got more and more modern weaponry. The bloodiest century was the 20th century. This is after the Enlightenment. This is after America? Yes, it is. So where does that put us right now with nuclear weapons? The 21st century is the extinction event. Neovia is the salvation of humanity. It's not just something we want to do. We want to live longer. It's, it's, it's just so much more than that. And I waited until today to present this. As I said, it's very ominous. Factors are telling us that things are happening. We're moving into or toward that extinction event. Neovia demonstrates high-order coordination without coercion, innovation without centralized control, security without force, order without hierarchy. Once this is shown to function at scale, the old system loses legitimacy. As I said, then the world follows. So Neovia realigns consciousness with power. As I've said, we've never— our consciousness has never known. Its full power. And that's what my NeoThink manuscript is— 900 pages— Unleashed is going to unleash that power, civilization and individually. So Neovia, you must realize it's not merely just a political or an economic move. It's just so far beyond that. It's psychological infrastructure. It's outside of the only infrastructure humanity has ever known. We're going to restore integrated consciousness to its full power. Restoring is a very generous word because we never really had it. Maybe one individual had it. Throughout history, fully had it. Our psychological infrastructure is going to dissolve obedience-based identity, and it's going to make internal authority the norm rather than the exception. By the way, you have no idea how much power you hold and will wield once we unleash fully integrated consciousness within you. Be sure when you get that letter— I'm not saying this to make a sale, believe me. I'm saying this because you need it. We need, we need a particular group of people who can work together to bring to the world its salvation in Neovia. That's us. So this creates the unavoidable conclusion: if humanity remains hierarchical, continues to legitimize force, accelerates technology, and multiplies decision speed with AI, well, nuclear annihilation is simply inevitable. As I said, it's actually— you could put it down as a mathematical equation if you had enough of the variables to do so. And it's not because humans are evil. It's because The system is. The system is evil. Neovia is the most important project in human history. Now, I know had I said that prior to the speech, that would sound a bit, I don't know, flamboyant or a bit exaggerative. But now I think you can get a taste of why Neovia is the most important project in human history. Neovia is the first non-coercive civilizational architecture. It's the first scalable exit from force. We had no, no other option before. It's the first environment where extinction weapons have no role And it's the first structure in line with fully integrated consciousness. So every past civilization asked, how should rulers rule? Benevolently? Tyrannically? How should rulers rule? But Neovia asks, how do we make rulers unnecessary? That question has never been answered before, before now. If Neovia fails to exist, humanity does not survive. If Neovia exists and scales, nuclear extinction becomes structurally impossible. There is no third path. So again, I say this project is the most important in human history. Now let me tell you, we are making some high-level progress involving high-level people. I'm no longer able to give you more details at this point, so please understand we're in very sensitive territory at this point. I am bringing on teams of some quite high-level individuals into our project. I am personally financing this, and I am financing it as far as I'm able to. This is getting very, very expensive. Now, some of you have made contributions and they're very much appreciated. I want you all to know that I've used zero of those dollars from that fund. I want to hold that fund and grow it as large as possible for as long as possible. You see, the more, the more I need to reach beyond myself and, and your contributions for financial assistance in doing this, because it is a very expensive project. The, the less leverage we have, so it's to our interest to finance this as far as we can before I bring in— yes, The billionaires, the billionaires are very used to having things done their way, right? Not Mark Hamilton's way. And I have to protect against that to make sure this happens the way it needs to happen. I have my half century behind this, and I'm working off of my father's. Works. And now my children are part of this multi-generational effort. So I'm going to ask you to please— if you cannot donate, there's no problem, but if you can, please do so. Please recognize what we're doing here and the significance in the imperative nature of this, honestly, to save the future for our children and our grandchildren. Moves are happening out there. I see the macro moves. I know what's going on. I talk to people on the inside, and I don't mean to, to scare us, but I also do want to integrate reality into what's happening here. We will not have a future as a species without Neovia. The mother of Neovia is Immortalis, and I'm going to turn this over now to my son Wallace to give you a path to contribute to the greatest project that humanity has ever engaged. Thank you, guys. Good night.
